(Via GWP) The Hartford Magnet Trinity College Academy took 12 year old children on a four day field trip to the “Nature’s Classroom” in Charlton, Massachusetts. Parents are outraged because their children were forced to re-enact slavery by picking cotton and were called n**ger by their teachers who pretended to be their “slave masters”.

In one part of the re-enactment the children were chased through the woods as if they were slaves on the run and one student in the class was black. (more…)
CHICAGO – A 3-year-old boy who was among 13 people wounded in a late-night attack on a southwest Chicago park was alert when he arrived at the hospital and was apparently doing well, his family and friends said early Friday.
The attack late Thursday in the city’s Back of the Yards neighborhood left three victims, including the boy, in critical condition. The others were reportedly in serious or fair condition.
In total, 19 people were shot citywide Thursday, leaving one dead and 18 others hurt, the police said. (more…)
This is bizarre. At first I thought the tagline, “Al Sharpton Thinks America Is a Democracy”, was just another video poking fun of Al Sharpton for being, well, Al Sharpton. For some reason I watched it anyway, and wow. Not only is the tagline correct, but actually Al Sharpton does not know what a Constitutional Republic “IS”.
Seriously, no joke. You can tell from the way he is talking about U.S. being a Democracy, that he really is clueless about a Republic. He even makes fun of the congressman for saying “Republic” repeatedly. It’s not because he’s debating the difference between both structures of government; apparently it’s because Sharpton doesn’t know the difference between them – AND WORSE –> He has no idea what a Constitutional Republic means.
Forward the video to 7:40 and watch
D’oh, Epic Sharpton.

(Via HuffPo) Before Aaron Alexis went on his Navy Yard shooting rampage, he reportedly carved the words “Better Off This Way,” into his shotgun.
Alexis, who died during Monday’s shooting spree, also carved the phrase, “My E-L-F Weapon” onto the stock of the gun, according to ABC News.
Now, investigators are questioning the meaning of the phrases and if “better off this way” might be a clue that Alexis knew he would die in the altercation. (link)
I think the first carving, “Better off This Way” is self explanatory…. Suicide by COP, make a name for yourself, and take out a few folks who look like the folks you hate. Rail against the world and everyone who has grieved you.
The second carving, “My E-L-F Weapon” is probably a reflection of his job and his psychology. He was an electrical IT type guy right? Obviously unstable but generally pretty intelligent. He was more than likely using a common term in his profession as an analogy behind his decision and his weapon to execute the decision: (more…)
But interestingly the Public Records Clerk, Jessica Clifton, is not the one responding. Instead, Lisa A. DiFranza, an Assistant State Attorney responds to the follow-up on behalf of Angela Corey.
Y’all know we are patient, very patient, but we are also relentless.

It took almost a year, and a painstaking methodical strategy, to get the Public Records from M-DSPD which revealed the truth behind Trayvon Martin’s history, and the illegal law enforcement diversionary practices which kept him from the Criminal Justice System.
One of the things we have learned (over time) is that when you are requesting these “risk records”, the public officials ‘at risk’ will easily lie. So, unfortunately, the strategy to actually get the records means you have to anticipate being lied to. You must know the truth of the existence of what you are seeking, before you actually request it. (more…)
Citing gross and severe malicious prosecution by the Eric Holder “Civil Rights” DOJ in their efforts to prosecute law enforcement following Hurricane Katrina, a federal judge has thrown out the convictions and ordered new trials.
(New Orleans) For many metro area residents, the day when former police officers were convicted for their roles in gunning down unarmed people on the Danziger Bridge after Hurricane Katrina marked a cathartic moment.

On Tuesday, however, a federal judge toppled those hard-won convictions, not citing faulty evidence, but because of the “grotesque” conduct of prosecutors who never even talked to the jury.
In an order upending one of the region’s most important civil rights cases in years, U.S. District Judge Kurt Engelhardt granted a new trial for five former New Orleans Police Department officers convicted in the Danziger Bridge shooting and the subsequent cover-up.
In a 129-page order that blasted former prosecutors in then-U.S. Attorney Jim Letten’s office, Engelhardt pointed to “unprecedented events and acts” that “has taken the court on a legal odyssey unlike any other.”

The order granted a new trial for former police officers Kenneth Bowen, Robert Gisevius, Robert Faulcon and Anthony Villavaso as well as Arthur Kaufman, who was convicted of orchestrating the cover-up after being assigned to investigate the shooting. (more…)
(American Thinker – Catharine Evans) On September 12, Miami-Dade police arrested a 17-year-old black teenager, Jamal Jackson, for the August 21 execution-style murder (see shocking video) of Hispanic-American Miguel Pilotos.

The black-on-Hispanic killing in Opa-Locka, Florida didn’t get much press when it happened. Only after the suspect was arrested three weeks later did various news outlets release more details of the crime.
Within those reports a familiar name appeared: Rod Vereen. (more…)
Last night I posted a question about the motive of the DC shooter, contrast against the reporting done by CNN. Many people have fallen into the trap of reconciliation without actually looking at the framing of the discussion.
At 7pm Monday, on the CNN show outlined, the racial identity of the victims was an unknown variable. While *that* racial identity of the victims was unknown, CNN was talking in very specific terms about how the shooter, Aaron Alexis, had the capability to be highly “selective” and “accurate” with his chosen victims.
….a novice with no training, with very little training could put just about every bullet in the magazine within about a two-inch area from 100 yards….
However, as soon as the identity of the first set of victims was released, the CNN talking points took a dramatic turn. The five original victims were identified – ALL WHITE.

The released identity of the first set of victims showed they were all white. All white victims, contrast against a black shooter -and- CNN flips the shooting narrative to be one of “random” inaccurate shotgun blasts.
The “highly selective accuracy” changed to “random inaccuracy“.
Coincidence? I think not, but you decide. (more…)
FIRST The FLIP. Yesterday [Mon] on CNN, when the shooter was still thought to have used an AR-15, the CNN media types were talking about how accurate a weapon it was. @7pm Erin Burnett even hosted a show talking about how anyone with simple training could put every magazine round into a two-inch square at 100 yards. (*Note – This is Pre-victim id)
[…] But if you keep that weapon clean, it is an extremely accurate rifle. He said from 100 yards, a novice with no training, with very little training could put just about every bullet in the magazine within about a two-inch area from 100 yards. So, that is how accurate that particular weapon is, Erin.
BURNETT: That is stunning. Every bullet in the magazine within a two-inch area with no training, I mean, that’s impossible to understand.
All right. Well, now I know, Brian, at this point, there are questions about what gun he used if he only used one gun where he got them. And I know we are still working on a lot of that. But I know that you know — you’re reporting he also had a semiautomatic Glock. Do we have any sense of what that, where he got that, what he was using that for?
TODD: Not sure where he got the semiautomatic glock pistol, Erin. We know that, from our sources that he purchased — he legally purchased the ar-15 rifle and that according to the people we have talked to, our law enforcement sources that was the weapon that he — the majority of the shooting with on Monday. So the ar-15 is really the weapon that everybody’s talking about right now. (link)
OCALA, Fla., September 17, 2013 — George Zimmerman’s highly controversial prosecutor, Angela Corey, is now under state investigation for firing Ben Kruidbos, the Jacksonville Times-Union reports.
“Kruidbos received a letter from the Florida Commission on Ethics earlier this week saying the investigation was occurring,” the T-U’s Larry Hannan wrote last week. “Investigator Specialist Kathleen Mann, who sent the letter, declined to comment on the investigation when contacted by the Times-Union on Friday.”
Kruidbos was the information technology director in Corey’s office until earlier this summer. (more…)
