Now I don’t do halloween. I don’t trick or treat. I don’t dress in costumes. I don’t put up decorations. Personally I believe its a homage to the prince of darkness and I do not/will participate. We are having a halloween thing at work.

About 3 months ago the lefty in our mostly conservative monthly drinking group shared that his wife, being further to the left than he is, voted for Trump and republicans generally. She could no longer tolerate the trans agenda. Last week he himself announced he “just can’t do it anymore” and was ditching the democrats and intends to vote for the republican candidate for governor of Oregon. Neither he nor his wife bothered to change their party registration.
This speaks more loudly to me than any poll.
That’s good news, hopefully there’s a few more like this.

It’s come to the point that this is what sane people — prior democrat voter or not — would do.
The choice now is between voting for the sane or crazy candidate. Vote for insane people or vote for people you might not always agree with but who are at least sane.
The sorry state of both political parties in this country is astounding. What does it mean when the best you can say about a party is “at least they’re sane”?

The U.S. Energy Department will loan 315,000 barrels from the Northeast Home Heating Oil Reserve, with deliveries expected to be completed by Nov. 13. Diesel is averaging about $6.32 a gallon, and Energy Secretary Chris Wright said the action is a temporary fix for a supply disruption.
EIA’s latest weekly data has the US burning 4.32 million barrels of distillate a day (week to Oct 9). This 315,000-barrel release covers less than two hours of national demand. A rounding error with a midterm deadline.
It’s been a long time since grade school but the Energy Department is using the word LOAN in the wrong way.

Any currency whether digital or not will fail with all those so called freebies attached.
That is their plan. Inflation, rationing, shortages… All part of the plan. They will import 10s of millions of 3rd world people to accelerate all of it.
