Many have asked for my opinion and prediction on the upcoming midterm election. One of the reasons I have been hesitant to advance an opinion is simply because this election comes down to a fundamental question that is challenging to discuss with a wider audience. That issue surrounds “pretense” or “pretending.”
The Trump administration has been trying to advance election integrity issues that target the structural “pretending” that underpins all election fraud.
The political left pretends not to know that elections are manipulated, yet for years they have advanced structural policy and lawfare to facilitate pretending. Make no mistake ‘pretending’ is a strategy -a purposeful strategy- that underpins all election manipulation.
Example using motor-voter registration systems: When the option on a DMV system contains a singular checkbox that says “I am eligible to vote in federal elections” with no option to say, “I am not eligible to vote in federal elections,” the singular affirmative check box if left blank can be then coded to transfer the physical ID to the state registrar’s office under the pretending guise of benefit of doubt. The pretense is the person just forgot to check the box – plausible deniability is constructed.
A singular checkbox is an indicator of plausible pretense that constructs the federal fraud intent. An identity system with two check boxes, one saying “yes, I am” the other saying “no, I am not” eliminates the plausible doubt (pretense). Every blue state who uses the ID or License system to generate ballots use the singular check box.
The Trump administration through DHS/ICE have been targeting illegal aliens who voted in elections for deportation proceedings. This is ultimately a warning spread by word of mouth within the illegal alien community. At the same time, there have been numerous examples of illegal aliens who swear it wasn’t them who filled out the ballot; however, the voting is a criminal act, the voter registration is unlawful, and the illegal alien is deported.
The blue states are protecting their voter registration files from federal review in part because they are protecting illegal aliens who have voted and/or registered to vote. Keep in mind from the above example, the illegal alien who went to get a state ID card my not have wanted to register to vote, but the officials who construct the system register them anyway because they want to generate the ballot opportunity (potentially filled out by others).
If states use the fraudulent registration to generate ballots, and then the ballots are used in the election by political harvesters, DHS/ICE have a federal law violation against the illegal alien to ‘further’ justify the deportation.
Illegal aliens are aware of this issue as a consequence of removal proceedings discussed within their community over the past year+.
Illegal aliens who do not want to appear on the DHS/ICE radar, do not vote in elections. However, that doesn’t mean a ballot wasn’t purposefully created, transmitted and filled out -with their personage as the identity- without their knowledge.
With leftists increasingly desperate to influence the election outcomes, the illegal alien ballots turn the alien into cannon fodder. The leftists don’t care what happens to the alien after the purposeful exploit of their identity has been accomplished. Illegal aliens are also very aware of this issue.
That said, the non-pretending reality of this situation rises to the surface within the issue of the Trump administration notifying the State of California of a specific list of 20,000 register voters who are unlawfully on the voter rolls. The administration has warned the state they are on notice of the fraudulent registration and if any of those names vote in the election the state and/or county officials can be held liable for violating federal election law.
The issue ended up in court where California state officials are fighting the Trump administration. Within the arguments the state officials informed the court they have no process to curate and/or cull votes once the voter registration is submitted.
According to state officials, regardless of whether the voter registration is legally compliant or not, once the voter registration takes place the state has no process to stop the voter or sequester the voter ballot from the final tally.
Obviously, when you understand how the motor-voter system has been manipulated [GO DEEP], you can understand the next level of pretending needed by the state officials in order to avoid accountability.
Instead of addressing that issue, the activist judge said yesterday he was going to appoint a “special master” to review how the DOJ developed the list of 20,000 names. Instead of holding the state officials accountable for a system of fraudulent voters, the judge is going to target the DOJ officials who identified the issue.
CALIFORNIA – […] The federal district judge overseeing the Justice Department’s lawsuit asking California to segregate roughly 20,000 ballot belonging to individuals it claims are “likely” noncitizens appeared skeptical of the DOJ’s efforts to seek emergency action just a week from the state’s election.
U.S. District Judge David O. Carter said in court Tuesday he intends to appoint a special master to probe DOJ’s process that led it to compile the list of alleged 20,000 likely non-citizens, dealing a setback to the Trump administration’s attempt to quickly intervene in the election.
Judge Carter did not rule by the conclusion of the hearing on the DOJ request for a temporary restraining order against the state, though he appeared skeptical of the department’s late-stage attempt to force what he described as a “monumental change” in California’s ongoing administration of its election. It is fair to say that given the demonstrable scale of illegal voting, if unlawful registrations and illegal alien voters were removed from their ability to influence the election outcome, roughly half of the current Democrats in congress would lose their seats. That’s the scale of illegal alien voting, direct or indirect, inside the system.

So, the question is…. For this 2026 midterm election, which pressure mechanism is stronger: (1) the threat by President Trump, DHS and ICE to deport illegal voters which may stop a significant number of illegal ballots; or (2) the severity of desperation within the leftist democrat apparatus to push illegal ballots into the harvesting machinery.
All fraudulent election activity rests on a foundation of pretending. The democrats pretend not to know how the structural design of the system facilitates fraud; while the republican wing of the UniParty pretends they don’t know about the structural design of the system that facilitates fraud.
A non-pretending Trump administration has to battle both groups with the army of MAGA/INDY voters behind him.
Let’s call a spade a spade here. Eighteen months ago, starting in April of 2025, President Trump should have assembled a hundred-person special investigation team to work solely on election fraud issues. That team didn’t have to rely on DOJ/FBI personnel to begin its work. The special team could have been assembled from outside legal contractors working under direct Article II presidential authority.
Nothing of real substance has been done over that eighteen months which comes anywhere close to addressing the full magnitude of the election fraud problem. And so we will be witnessing yet another episode of massive in-your-face election fraud — an episode which could have been largely avoided had Donald J. Trump kept his promise to the MAGA voter base to use his full power as president to end the industrial-scale election manipulation which is omnipresent in this country.

I will be curious if this judge will want to know how they did it. Hopefully, DOJ will publicly release the how they did it at the same time as they give the judge. Because you know the judge will instantly seal the how they did it and then do a preferred narrative then prohibit DOJ from realeasing the how.
Not hard to anticipate that the judge’s “Special Master” will be someone with a pre-set anti-Trump bias who can be relied upon to slow-walk the “investigation” and eventually tell the judge that the DOJ/DHS process was biased and uncalled for. This person won’t even start the investigation until well after the election (has to get staffed-up, etc.) and probably won’t give the judge an opinion before next summer.
Where does a district judge get the authority to do this? One more reform of the federal courts that needs Congressional action that of course will never happen even if the Republicans increase their numbers in both houses..

The President should declare a national emergency based on the evidence. What about ballots being delivered by trucks in 2020? Or ballots being run through tabulators multiple times? Or people delivering ballots at multiple drop boxes, the movie 20 Mules?
In states with known fraud, all precincts should be run by national guard or military. Voter ID. In person voting only. No mail in ballots except for military or special circumstance. No machines counting ballots.

I’m OK with a machine scanning my paper ballot and counting, as long as citizens have the right to call for an audit of those ballots versus the machine count.
During the primary my precinct tabulator went down and people were asked to deposit their ballot in a locked compartment that would be opened and scanned by election workers. Sounds fishy but it is a solution if carried out correctly.
I asked or insisted forcefully that my precinct be audited because of this. Fair request right? The county election worker kept hesitating on even documenting what happened and kept saying the county audits are random and there is no way to initiate one. I kept asking her to request it anyway and she kept dancing around saying I don’t know what I’m talking about and I agreed. I was just asking her to take an extra step, until our conversation moved outside where she called the police because I was disrupting things.
I explained to the police that I had experience as an election judge and just kept asking for consideration, and she refused to even consider my request. I explained to the police that I wanted her to do her job and she kept refusing. The day after I called our city election department, explained that I was turning myself in, and they said the election worker should not have done what she did. But still no audit.
How hard is it to audit a precinct where 600 ballots need to be reviewed and results compared to machine count?
A fair request, but what do the statutes say? We had a state requirement to do a random audit of a certain number of precincts, but the dem controlled legislature and gov got that law changed last year so they don’t have to.
A big problem is with all main-in, voted ballots are not sorted by precinct at all, so you have to go through the entire county (100 thousands in my county) to pick out the ballots for a precinct.

Politicians have been saying my entire lifetime that you just can’t trust the voters. Well, now we are seeing how they have fixed that. You can’t “outvote the fraud” over and over. The fraud has become so massive, there is no outvoting it in most cases. That’s not a winning strategy. I have no idea how this gets fixed since the entire system is in on it.
Places like CA are likely counting over a million illegal ballots every election cycle. It’s very easy to get to that number and beyond. Ditto for IL and NY and even some big red states like TX and FL. I’ve said this before, but if we went back to same day voting, paper ballots, manual counts, very limited early/mail-in voting, the democrats would lose at least 25% of the seats they hold from dog-catcher to US senator. The GOP knows this full-well. Every one of them knows it. Not voting is exactly what they want us to do. Just be so disgusted that you sit at home. Don’t sit at home. Vote and drag everyone you can to the polls. Make them openly cheat to win.

Part of the pretending Sundance refers to is the legacy media’s pretense that the spate of eleventh hour polls flooding the airwaves are legitimate instead of propaganda intended to demoralize MAGA conservatives in the days leading up to the election.
But sometimes the poll results unintentionally reveal the bias inherent in their ‘random sample’ of respondents.
Case in point:
A new NPR/PBS/Marist poll released this week says Democratic congressional candidates have an eight-point lead over their Republican counterparts among likely voters, over their GOP counterparts, 52% to 44%…a pretty massive lead, if true!
But here’s the kicker: The poll also claims that poll respondents who voted early, pulled the lever for Democrats over Republicans by a stunning margin of 68% to 31%!
What NPR/PBS/Marist didn’t seem to understand in making such a claim is that it is easily checked against the database of actual nationwide early voting and that show Dems leading Republicans by the much smaller margin of 45% to 30%!
Let that sink in!
Actual early voting totals nationwide differ wildly from the early voting totals of the poll respondents!
And that can’t happen unless the NPR/PBS/Marist ‘random sample’ is anything but random and clearly shows they’re heavily skewed toward the Democrats!
And why have none of the talking head poll analysts picked up on this?

How does the media know what party a ballot is from? If that is knowable then it’s rigged in the first place. Just toss the R ballots.
In my state, a 70/30 D split on mail-in voting is about right. Walk in is 80/20 R. But past results are not indicative of future performance. There is more an effort this year to get R voters to vote early. That’s money in the bank as you focus this week on non-voters.
We’re hearing that mail-in received ballots are way down from 2022. Not sure what that means.

Living in California one realizes the one sided results tilted to the left every election are because of vote manipulation and frankly so many Californians are truly clueless and stupid.
Even if the voting process were cleaned up, and voter ID plus other security measures were in place to ensure fair elections, this state would still go blue, and probably by a comfortable margin. You have to live here to truly understand the massive disconnect many of my fellow Californians have with reality.
My “conservative” PCA church in the 91206 has plenty of members who let their Blue opinions be heard. The rot is everywhere here.

If the republicans were cheating in elections and democrats had the Presidency, House and Senate I guarantee you that they would somehow compel the red states to cooperate with federal voting laws. The republicans are weak. Always have been, always will be.
I’d love to know how many illegal aliens are registered voters in FL and TX. Both states have been run by the GOP for plenty of years now. TX has a huge number of illegals, maybe more than CA. How many are registered voters in TX? Has anyone even looked? That would have been in Ken Paxton’s swim lane as state AG.

Don’t know about “illegals”, but there’s plenty of legal non-citizens in CA and elsewhere (think H-1Bs and often they can bring their spouses). In my state we have Samoans who are “nationals” not “citizens” but many don’t know the difference and might think they can vote.
It’s been my contention for 10 years it’s a mistake to try and reform the R party infrastructure. Start small and pure and become our own Gang of 50 in Congress and offer or withhold support as kingmakers. By trying to invade a party we mutually hate only gives us feet of clay… the R adherents will always eventually shiv us and prove we never had a majority. Once Trump is out the Rs will stop pretending they’re maga and revert to enemy status anyway.

“Motor – Voter” needs to be repealed. Too many States give drivers licenses to illegal aliens. Too many States neglect voter roll maintenance.
All of the states that can not confirm eligible voters should not have any of their votes counted in federal elections.

I live in small rural precinct in southeast PA. I did voter outreach for several years. I came across 3 people in the 2020 election (while doing surveys of 800 households) who told me they were not citizens and could not vote.
They were not only on the voter registration list, but had cast ballots in prior years.
I can’t be sure if it was intentional fraud or not. However, my gut after talking to them, told me someone was voting on their behalf and they did not know it.
3 may not sound like a lot…but 3 out of 800 households sure is.
Why does virtually every case involving Donald Trump, illegal immigration, ballot fraud and LGBTQ get RANDOMLY assigned to a Bolshevik judge appointed by Obama or Biden when 50% of federal judges are Republican appointments?

In my opinion, if a State is actively letting non-citizens vote, it is way past time to cut off all federal funds to that State until they clean up their voter rolls.
The issue of “non-citizens” voting is minor. Only 59% of voters vote. The greatest cheating comes from mail-in ballots submitted for those who do not vote. The Motor/Voter system allows for those who do not vote to be registered to vote. The ballots of those who do not vote are them mailed to a party that completes the ballot and mails it in. Voilà!
“Only 59% of (eligible) voters vote.” Or else, only 59% of the ballots cast are counted and the other 41% are simply discarded by dishonest poll workers and/or computer algorithms, as if they never existed in the first place.

IMHO the Trump DOJ has been asking states for voter rolls for months and months. Blue states have not provided them. If Trump has the guts to do it, he has given the dems more than enough rope to hang themselves. Right before the election he can call a national emergency or even Marshall law. Either one would work for me. I would prefer Marshall law and have the military lock the elections down and try people for treason with military tribunals. I am hoping this is part of having Hegseth fire those liberal generals and having generals in place that would not balk at doing the right thing. When enough people have been hung from light poles, I do believe it would take a long time for anyone to try to steal elections again.

I was born in Los Angeles in 1951 and raised there. I watched Dodger Stadium get built when I was in elementary school. (BTW, did you know the Dodgers played in the LA Colosseum for 3 years while it was being built?)
But I fled CA about 10 years ago when I saw what was happening to my beloved state.
I went back for my mother’s funeral and near my old neighborhood the streets were filled with bums and other vagrants.
Anyway, when I went to vote for Trump I pulled out my ID. I was told, flat out, that it wasn’t necessary.
That’s when I decided to get out and moved to AZ. Although with what they did to Kari Lake, and others, was horrible (and it hasn’t stopped) it’s still far better than CA.
For now.
AZ being a border state is fighting to be full MAGA.
