Justices Alito and Thomas, legends both, strongly disagreed with this horrible, highly political, ruling. It is a big loss for Republicans, and America itself, and makes cheating by the Radical Left “Dumocrats,” on Mail-In Ballots, a much easier thing to do – And now they have an open field to do so!
The Supreme Court has really let our Country down! Certain Justices are petrified of these crazed and depraved Democrats and are totally unable to show the courage necessary to save our America.
Their horrible decision on Tariffs will be costing the U.S.A., for many years to come, Trillions and Trillions of Dollars. Likewise, the Supreme Court’s Decision on Birthright Citizenship is a complete and total disaster for America, and has already led to massive corruption with respect to “citizenship” in our Country. The Court’s inability and unwillingness to do the right thing for our Country will go down, in a very negative way, in the annals of History.
This Supreme Court is bullied and cajoled by the Radical Left into making decisions that have set America back at least a hundred years. These are not the people I interviewed to serve on the United States Supreme Court, they are merely a shell of their original selves, a Court that is costing the United States Trillions of Dollars with shockingly bad rulings that are of such magnitude that it won’t be easily possible for our Country to recover or heal.
It is a Court that will go down as having rendered some of the most destructive, hurtful, and damaging decisions in our Country’s history. The shares acquired by our government in companies are non voting shares. He wants to make the US money but we are not trying to control their decisions. Just an FYI.
That’s because the creditors holding most of the national debt is US, We the People. Growing the economy is the only real way out but even that requires incrementally more massive spending by US. Increases in productivity would help but often that requires automation and computerization which increases unemployment and more welfare spending, which increases inflation, the invisible tax.
It is impossible to pay down the debt without massive tax increases, both overt and covert.

We have too many people, from ‘there’ who want to make us here, like ‘there’ while having us support them by way of our benefits that We the People cannot hardly access when in need.
At this point, I support the idea of declaring a national emergency. I think it hurts us in the midterms but what’s it matter at this point?
Then, while still having the most power over the executive branch we may see for the next two years, use every intelligence and military resource possible to actually catch them in the act with undeniable receipts.
The big problem with the proposed mail-in changes (as a few have said here before) is, the ballots are still already in the envelope. Once at that point, it’s much harder to prove election fraud than it is when those ballots are created.
One thing they should have done years ago is put very strict requirements on how the voter rolls are managed, including being required to save each and every change for some number of years. The wins in court over accessing those voter rolls are due to the personal data contained in them. I would have started small years ago: Require every state to store their voter roles where each record has a unique, opaque identifier which contains no identifying information. Then require a full log of every addition, deletion or change to be kept, along with whether a given unknown person associated with an ID voted. When they see the discrepancies that are sure to exist, then you go for the warrant to get the underlying data. I don’t see what grounds any court would have to rule against that. But I don’t even play a lawyer on TV …
There are surely issues with the machines (voting and tallying) but this would be a start. From everything we’ve learned, it’s harvesting the voter rolls and using mail-in ballots that really stepped up the fraud game.
Didn’t Colorado have a law that the ballots had to be retained for 22 months? A law that Tina Peters went to prison for following???
Other states have similar requirements, not all of which are utilized when it’s not convenient to the narrative.

I wonder what the state of the Fulton County investigation is, where the FBI seized the ballots after years of stonewalling (2020 election) by the election committee there. At one point they admitted that about a quarter of their ballots were conveniently missing chain of custody documentation. Another admission that over 300,000 ballots were counted at some point not following the laws.
Some lawyer made a good point a while ago. The importance of election related laws like chain of custody and all the other i’s dotted and t’s crossed is because it’s almost impossible to prove fraud once a vote is anonymously cast (or put in a mail-in envelope). You have to enforce those laws rigorously to stop fraud at the source. Instead, we wave hands saying, “There is no proven election fraud of consequence” and barely even slap the wrists of those violating the laws.
And now add the Lawfare angle to slow walk all legal inquiries down so they can then wave those same hands yelling about how ridiculous it is to look back so far.
Anyone with a moderate amount of intelligence can look at the mail-in ballot process and see how it opens up so many opportunities for fraud. They scream that unless we prove it, it doesn’t exist. But when caught violating any laws designed to stop it, they get a pass.
Our government officials excel at waste fraud corruption money laundering and cheating at elections. We have laws against all these things. Unfortunately we have no justice.
We need ‘enforcement’ first…then comes justice.

But no one was enforcing that at the drop boxes of course. Election fraud is at its heart a criminal activity which is first and foremost a law enforcement matter. The work needed to deal with election fraud in this country should have been started by the DOJ and the FBI in the early spring of 2025 using a special task force and then pursued vigorously for a year thereafter.
If Donald Trump had kept his promise to the American people to deal with election fraud, that work should have been largely completed by the late spring of 2026 in which case there would have been plenty of time to get the necessary work accomplished for moving into paper ballots for the general election in November 2026.

No need to worry about CA citizens being angry if it takes a long time to get election results. We’re already used to it taking more than a month for “the authorities” to tally the votes, as the huge mail-in ballot dumps keep dropping long after election day. I think most people here would be relieved to know the election is being audited by the feds before CA results can be certified.
A Pox on all of the cowards, criminals and traitors involved in rigging our elections, and especially the ones who wear black robes who think they are untouchable as they preside over the destruction of the US Constitution and the Bill of Rights.
Everything that goes through the post office is photographed front and back AND additional data is attached to that record such as where it was dropped off, time of pickup, etc. Some of this tracking data can be used to identify fraud and even where ballot dumps were dropped off.
Many USPS drop boxes have cameras aimed at them and at the surrounding area. There is time to make that 100% and include ballot drop boxes too,
Make a public statement of reward of proof of fraud or misconduct by those counting the ballots with a bonus for video. Do you remember the video of two employees destroying ballots where one of the employees even admitted what they were doing was illegal?
Create a special officer position that could be filled by any federal officer to be stationed inside the room where ballots are counted with his video camera running.
Go to the sources of “2000 Mules”. The director said he would share the data with law enforcement. Actually track down and subpoena these individuals. Make it known that you are taking election integrity seriously.
And lastly, a little late but still possible, indict as many of the various people already caught on camera double counting, hiding ballot, and any illegal or suspicious activity in previous elections. Charge them now and let that fact hang over the heads of everyone involved in the 2026 elections and counting.

I hate the next step. But this horrible decision by SCOTUS means the only path left is to declare a National Emergency. Our elections MUST be safe and secure and the Executive Branch has the responsibility to see that it happens regardless of the irresponsible actions of the other two branches.

Another hope with the SCROTUS decisions is that there has been enough proactive actions with deportations and commie funding drawdowns, this includes southern poverty law center, that there are fewer people able to do the cheat at each location. Hopefully.

I’ve often wondered if her coy oppositional stance toward the President is a kind of form of acting out against the strictures imposed on her by this anachronistic sect.

I am sickened by what is happening. We know exactly what will happen if the House and/or Senate turns in November. It has been spelled out clearly and concisley.
