Justices Alito and Thomas, legends both, strongly disagreed with this horrible, highly political, ruling. The Supreme Court has really let our Country down! Certain Justices are petrified of these crazed and depraved Democrats and are totally unable to show the courage necessary to save our America.

Well, for myself, on the tariffs, I expected that countries that were unilaterally imposing them on us would realize that it works both ways and readjust their trade policies. To date, we’ve gotten billions in trade deals done. IEEPA was just an expedient tool, tariffs are still being imposed and our self-interested trading partners (notice, that excludes Canada by definition), are falling into line.
As to Iran, the president is correct – Iran cannot have a nuclear weapon, along with the massive ballistic missile program they had in place. “Death to America” would become a promise, not just a chant, if that happened. Oil prices are not being sustained because of the Straits – they aren’t. Millions of barrels are now exiting the Straits. Oil prices are being sustained because of commodity speculation. The vultures of Wall Street are doing what they do best – getting rich off the pocketbooks of the American people.
And the Fed had a stranglehold on interest rates before the Iran war even started. They are an independent, semi-private institution accountable to no one but the moneyed interests that control it.

The U.S. Constitution does not say the President has to do whatever the Supreme Court tells him. Trump should say, they have their view, I have mine. And Executive Review always trumps (pun intended) Judicial Review. And because he won the Presidency and they didn’t, he should enforce his Executive Order(s). Period.

I think you are missing something: this (in)action by SCOTUS may very well be what steals the House. When the Demo-Socialist majority would be sworn in in January 2027 (and by my last count, there will be minimum three additional Socialists in the House, as they are shoo-ins for election after winning their primaries), that majority will, among other things, immediately: 1) start impeachment hearings of the president and his cabinet for the remaining term of Trump’s presidency; and 2) will pass a law that allows them to increase the number of SC justices (stack the court)–not sure if POTUS has veto of such a law tho.
In short, Lawfare doesn’t need to be waged against voting integrity efforts anymore, no more shyster federal judges needed for awful rulings, etc. because if everything lands at a SCOTUS stacked with four more justices who can only be seated if the Left and the traitor RINOs approve of them (anticipate more ACBs), then 2028 is already a foregone conclusion: President AOC.

You basically need to have actual oversight/accountability for the judiciary. Easiest thing to do would be every few years have a “judicial audit”, state by state, district by district. Analyze court cases where repeat offenders are let off the hook to re-offend and do serious crimes (such as assault, rape, murder), and if there are judges that repeat these decisions to the detriment of law-abiding citizens, have them removed from the bench, at best, and at worst charge them with negligent manslaughter/homicide/whatever. Also analyze instances where they are harsh on people who commit minor or non-serious crimes (lawfare), or are clearly in violation of the Constitution and remove them from the bench.
Also go after bad lawyers/prosecutors. The defense attorney in the Clancy Trial and the prosecutor in the Rittenhouse Trial are prime examples of needing to go after malicious bad-faith attorneys as their own can’t or won’t police each other. Simply doing something like this would make it a lot harder for judges/lawyers to go on power trips and the removal is immediate.
CONgress has that oversight authority.
I was thinking we either require federal judges to be elected by the people or force federal judges to be re-confirmed or rejected by Congress, every year. This way, bad judges can be voted out or they fail to get enough votes for re-confirmation in Congress that they lose their job after one year.
What difference would electing federal judges make if the same election fraud would exist? That would make it worse because the Demunists could devote their resources against the few originalists that still exist even in the red
states.
And if the Demunists gain control of the House, the results of these “analyses” would be under their control as well.

the sad reality is that you can pass all of the laws and executive orders you want. If states ignore them and federal law enforcement refuses to do anything about it, what have you accomplished? We have enough election laws on the books today to prevent a very large percentage of the election fraud taking place, but if the FBI and DOJ refuse to go after that fraud, it will continue on and it has. They have reached the point where they are openly taunting Trump and all of us about vote fraud. They are doing it in the open. Look at CA and WI just a short time ago.
We basically live in a lawless society in many ways. Lawfare isn’t just going after people with lies like they did Trump and team. It’s allowing criminal activity to exist and flourish and protecting it.

The main problem, is that judges on all levels are actively taking sides. They do not approach cases as fact finders and deciders. They approach them knowing in advance what they will decide and intentionally aiding one side to achieve their goals.

There is a way to expose cheating and nullify elections. Who allegedly voted is public record. A random statistical survey can determine what percentage of ballots were not cast by the named voter. It is especially helpful to survey the latest mail in ballots when the cheaters know how many they need. The survey asks named voters if indeed they voted, and how. The results of the survey define that the crime was committed and the extent of the fraud. When it is sufficient to change the outcome, the courts must invalidate the results and order a new election. Whether it can be determined who done it isn’t necessary to expose that criminal activity occurred.
If the courts do not cooperate, the House or Senate can still refuse to seat the cheaters.

However, even prior to the establishment of Federalist Society, Republican presidents sure have awful luck when appointing Supreme Court justices. For example, Eisenhower pretty much picked the worst Supreme Court justices in history: Earl Warren and William J. Brennan Jr. who destroyed America with disastrous rulings like Reynolds vs Sims, a landmark 1964 U.S. Supreme Court case ruling that state legislative districts across both chambers must be roughly equal in population.

The problem is that NONE of the Courts follow the Constitution!!!!
Article III Section 2 Paragraph#1 clearly sets out That controversies between States or between the US Government and a State is to be decided by the Courts.
HOWEVER;
Article III Section 2 Paragraph #2 States:
“In all Cases affecting Ambassadors, other public Ministers and Consuls, and those in which a State shall be Party, the supreme Court shall have original Jurisdiction. In all other Cases before mentioned, the supreme Court shall have appellate Jurisdiction, both as Law and Fact, with such Exceptions, and under such Regulations as the Congress, shall make.”
Article III Section 1, is very clear that the supreme Court is created by the Constitution; Period. As such it is completely separate from the other Courts set up by Congress. The only cases that Congress can make exceptions or Regulations for are the Courts set up by Congress as noted in the last sentence quoted above. The first sentence is complete, it stands alone and is not qualified by the last sentence.
Since this is a case between various states and the US Government, then; NONE OF THE DISTRIC OR CIRCUTE COURTS HAVE ANY JURSDICTION. PERIOD. The supreme Court shirked its duty completely. When this case was first brought to a District Court the Supreme Court should have slapped them down, hard. This is the same for ALL of the Lawfare cases that have gone on.
As far as I am concerned Every judge that has assumed Jurisdiction is a traitor.
The Supreme Court is filled with cowards ( exception, Thomas, Aleto, & Kavanagh). The rest are Commie Traitors.
Additional thoughts;
What would happen if POTUS along with the DOJ declared that the injunction is invalid, do to lack of jurisdiction as clearly stated in the Constitution, an proceed anyway? At the same time Publicly reading the Sections cited, and calling out the Supreme Court for dereliction of duty.?

Why didn’t Trumps lawyers throw this Connotational fact back in the first District Court that tried to claim jurisdiction; “You don’t have legal jurisdiction, this has to go directly to the supreme court” Had they been doing this on ALL of these lawfare cases, for the past two years, it would have stopped all these delays ,Immigration, Cutting of USAID, and all the other cuts, deportation, etc. The country would be way ahead.
