In most states the jury duty summons process comes from registered voter rolls. As a consequence, when a person is called for jury duty and is then disqualified as a non-citizen, we have another way to judge the scale of non-citizens on the voter rolls.
Reviewing lists of disqualified non-citizen jurors is now taking place in many counties led by citizen inquiry. The disqualification records, “non-juror” lists are public records in many states and counties. These reviews are turning up tens-of-thousands of non-citizens who are on juror lists, which means they are also on voter rolls.
(New Jersey Globe) – About 75,000 noncitizens are summoned for jury duty in New Jersey each year, based on data from three state government agencies, including the Motor Vehicle Commission — a stunning figure that widens the scope of a growing controversy over government databases that may incorrectly identify noncitizens as eligible voters and jurors.
While the number is alarming, there’s no indication that noncitizens have served on a jury since the judiciary implemented additional guardrails to prevent it.
“Prospective jurors are asked about their citizenship and other qualifications when they complete the mandatory juror qualification questionnaire,” said Pete McAleer, a spokesman for the New Jersey Administrative Office of the Courts. “Those who advance are reminded of the eligibility requirements during jury orientation and are directly questioned about their citizenship during jury selection by the judge and, as permitted, the attorneys.”
In between, potential jurors watch a training video that includes the citizenship requirement.
The revelation of noncitizens making their way into jury pools comes three days after Gov. Mikie Sherrill disclosed that an alleged software glitch at motor vehicles led to the inclusion of roughly 6,600 noncitizens on New Jersey’s voter rolls; Sherrill blamed the vendor, IDEMIA, and said less than 400 noncitizens have voted in recent elections.
According to McAleer, the judiciary processes more than one million summonses annually for potential jury service and randomly selects records provided from the Division of Elections, the Division of Taxation, and the MVC. (read more)
That 75,000/yr number are just those summoned people who disqualified themselves by being truthful about their status. I firmly believe the average non-pretending American will soon to realize/admit that many non-citizens actually remained on juries and passed judgement during trial.

No such thing as a software “glitch.” The software program does EXACTLY as the programmers instruct it to by virtue of the lines of code used to construct the software. One of my computer programming instructors in university spent considerable time drilling into our heads the acronym “GIGO” which stands for “garbage in – garbage out.” And in the context of this proclaimed software “glitch” it simply indicates the same risk outcomes, but to help make the implications clear to those who might not chose to “get it” you might just substitute the word “garbage” for what it really is (this might help); corruption in – corruption out… Yes, the software programmers might chose to focus on how corrupt files might prevent the program from functioning, but in this case the software program(s) apparently functioned as designed. The corrupt output was a feature not a flaw.

Not surprising. If we do not get a handle on this soon, the republic will cease to exist. Most of these 3rd world aliens don’t understand our constitutional republic and all they do know is the dysfunctional/strong man government they came from. Then they try to bring it here. Considering that the republic is in its 4th iteration (some would argue its 5th) and is nowhere remotely close to what it was originally (and probably never will be, for better or for worse), would it really be so bad if it ended and became something radically different? Maybe splitting up into different regions (a national divorce) would be a very good thing. I’d support that wholeheartedly at this point.

My mind never went to this aspect of illegals and motor voter crap. The dilution of citizens votes bizarrely seems minor compared to the potentially huge number of cases that now need to be declared mistrial.

I did a quick query on the Brave browser, asking what percentage of adults receive a jury summons each year and got back the figure of 15%. I have no idea how correct that is, but assume that it is. Divide 75,000 by .15 and you get 500,000. That would represent a half million non-citizens on the voting rolls in New Jersey, and probably the overwhelming majority of them being illegal. Not hard to understand why Gov. Sherrill was so quick to admit to only 6,600. She is knowingly and proactively protecting the fraud.
Yep I quit getting summons years ago when I openly complained while waiting to be sent into a court room pool.. I was not happy about the 10-15 people using non citizen excuse ..

I was involved part of a civil suit in Texas, where one in the jury pool said he could not speak English. Not only was he not excused HE WAS SEATED, as a juror., Closet Democrats Texas judge.

What I find appalling is that the Court System employees didn’t say, “Hey, how can all of these illegals be registered to vote when they are not allowed to vote? Maybe we should tell someone about this? After all, we are the people who prosecute criminals and this is a crime.”
Not one person in the Jury Pool Team let the Voter Registration Team know about this. Or else, they did and everyone was told to sit down and shut up.

So the baseline minimum is 1.1%. When applying the voter participation rates of the last mid-terms in 2022 to the number of today’s registered voters, that baseline minimum jumps to 2.8%. As SD says that number is likely much greater.
That number, regardless of being voted on directly by the illegal, or a ballot being used by proxy, would be virtually 100% for the Democrat.
