U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio and India’s External Affairs Minister Subrahmanyam Jaishankar hold a press conference in New Delhi during Rubio’s first official trip to India.
In continuation of President Trump’s Indo-Pacific strategy, Secretary Rubio notes that India has become one of America’s most strategic partnerships in the world. Both nations represent the world’s largest democracies, and both nations face internal scrutiny as an outcome of their need to be open and accountable to the people they represent. Additionally, the trade and economic partnership between the USA and India is critical to hedge against the influence by Chinese expansion.
The question and media answers begin at 16:10, with the first question asking about U.S. policy that no longer supports mass visa opportunities for Indian residents. Rubio notes the same visa restrictions that are in place now against India are the same visa limits now in place against the entire globe. Here in Redmond Wa you can’t rent a house unless you’re Indian because Indians own them and won’t rent to anyone but more Indians. A friend tried and ended up – with help from her mother – having to buy a house.
Why are so many Indians CEOs of our major corporations and then they fire the Americans and hire their visa Indians? How is this ok? The Costco here is like a foreign country that I don’t want to go to.

Unfortunately you make a good point. The US education system is failing the country. You have college graduates who apply for jobs with faces full of metal and appearing to be under the influence of something and when asked what is 10% of 150 they cannot answer that question.
A friend tried to get a Dunkin Donuts franchise 20 years ago. He didn’t even come close! 😒
Sadly neither democrats nor republicans will act in the best interest of citizens when it comes to immigration issues.
The uniparty is corporations and cheap labor first.
Instead of being concerned about more visas the External Affairs Minister should be worried about the millions of H1Bs we should be sending back!

A parallel system due to the H1-b visa program. tech companies founded by American ingenuity now run by Indian CEOs whose culture believes you are born into your ‘caste’ and cannot advance.
Intel is no longer the company of its founders, Robert Noyce and Gordon Moore, but of Malaysian-born Lip-Bu Tan, its CEO since March 2025. Microsoft is led by Satya Nadella; Alphabet Inc. by Sundar Pichai; Adobe by Shantanu Narayen; IBM by Arvind Krishna; YouTube by Neal Mohan; and T-Mobile U.S. by Srinivas Gopalan—all of whom were born in India. FEDEX is run by Raj Subramaniam. Everyone of these companies has used the H1-b visa program to fire American IT workers and hire Indian IT workers. Suburbs of Memphis and Seattle look like New Delhi. Houston recently consecrated one of the largest Hindu complexes in America.
The H1-b visa system is another pillar in the great replacement of American workers and American culture. There are more foreign born tech workers than American born. Foreign workers who do not assimilate. For every Christian like Dinesh D’Souza there are a million Hindus who bring their discriminatory Hindu culture with them.
