U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio and India’s External Affairs Minister Subrahmanyam Jaishankar hold a press conference in New Delhi during Rubio’s first official trip to India.
In continuation of President Trump’s Indo-Pacific strategy, Secretary Rubio notes that India has become one of America’s most strategic partnerships in the world. Both nations represent the world’s largest democracies, and both nations face internal scrutiny as an outcome of their need to be open and accountable to the people they represent. Additionally, the trade and economic partnership between the USA and India is critical to hedge against the influence by Chinese expansion.
The question and media answers begin at 16:10, with the first question asking about U.S. policy that no longer supports mass visa opportunities for Indian residents. Rubio notes the same visa restrictions that are in place now against India are the same visa limits now in place against the entire globe. The process to reform and/or change how immigration takes place always creates some friction points. WATCH:
.

Here in Redmond Wa you can’t rent a house unless you’re Indian because Indians own them and won’t rent to anyone but more Indians. A friend tried and ended up – with help from her mother – having to buy a house.
Why are so many Indians CEOs of our major corporations and then they fire the Americans and hire their visa Indians? How is this ok? The Costco here is like a foreign country that I don’t want to go to.
Hindu Supremacists
Because they got good educations at real schools and can’t use anyone who merely attended a gubmint indoctrination center.
Having said that true point, it must be frustrating so experience the isolationism of their culture and hiring practices.
THESE INDIAN VISA MILLS use fake diplomas and duplicated resumes. It is a very, very fraudulent system being used against Americans. First foreigners take seats in our colleges and then they stay and take our jobs. IT MUST BE ENDED & ALL CORPORATIONS OUTSOURCING MUST BE SUBJECT TO MASSIVE TAX HIKES TO INCENTIVIZE THE HIRING OF AMERICANS.
Fedex ! Absolutely changed the Memphis suburbs and not for the better
Amen!!
I must be a stupid person because I can’t stand most Indians and I want them all to go back to india.
Yes, just slip in a rider on a budget bill that changes the H-1B visa requirement that mandates that the visa worker shall be paid 200% of the average wage for that job. That would shut that program down. All those cheap visa laborers would be gone and only the really worthwhile immigrants would stay.
Unfortunately you make a good point. The US education system is failing the country. You have college graduates who apply for jobs with faces full of metal and appearing to be under the influence of something and when asked what is 10% of 150 they cannot answer that question.

UCLA Medical School was sounding the alarm. Our schools are horrid. Take every kid out of public schools now and enroll them in online learning. The Potter’s School is an excellent online learning curriculum for Christian students. High academics.
Just “guess” what the “altered admissions criteria” is. DEI
***********************
Significant concerns have been raised regarding the clinical competence and basic medical knowledge of UCLA medical students, with faculty alleging a “shocking decline” in preparedness.
Reports from 2024 indicate that failure rates on standardized shelf exams have risen from a national average of 5% to over 50% for some UCLA cohorts, with nearly half of third-year students reportedly failing at least one rotation exam.
Curriculum changes and admissions policies are cited as primary drivers of these issues.
Faculty whistleblowers claim the school compressed two years of pre-clinical training into one year, leaving students with gaps in basic sciences like cardiac physiology and microbiology.
Simultaneously, allegations suggest that under Dean Jennifer Lucero, admissions standards were lowered to prioritize diversity, admitting candidates with lower MCAT scores and GPAs who subsequently struggle with core medical concepts.
The controversy has led to a sharp drop in national rankings and internal conflict.
Since 2020, UCLA’s rank for medical research fell from 6th to 18th in U.S. News & World Report.
While interim Dean Steven Dubinett denies lowering standards and asserts decisions are merit-based, critics argue the combination of reduced rigorous training and altered admissions criteria has produced graduates ill-equipped for residency, with some students requiring leaves of absence to pass basic licensing exams.
India is what people from India build.
Indeed…take your children out of the “state” schools to give them a chance of getting a well-rounded education.
There’s always someone in these threads that takes any opportunity they can to dump on Americans and point out how foreigners, usually Indians, are superior. Here’s the reality. Indians operate as an ethnic cartel, lying and cheating their way into a company until they gain a foothold, and then booting everyone else out. The “good education at a real school” came from the Indian equivalent of a Quality Learing Center. The insults from people Slumgullion are used to silence and belittle Americans who question the ethnic cartel. And if you don’t believe me, talk to any American who has tried working in IT or tech.
All true….we have been fed the lie for years that Americans are lazy , won’t work, yada, yada…
but in reality for decades we have been put to the back of the line…. Small Business govt.loans …given to non-Americans who wanted to buy gas stations or hotels. ….or Dunkin’… Now hopefully that has stopped.
Do not believe the propaganda. Americans built this country….yes many came as immigrants but they melded in and became Americans.
Too many of us are seeing just the opposite from these “Economic” immigrants….they appear to be taking what we built. And most of our leaders allowed and encouraged it.
If there is a downturn in the economy, I predict trouble ahead.
Ronin, no argument with your point.
I’ll just add that in the last several decades, the idea of teaching actual math (the kind where each question has one correct answer) has come to be seen as racist by many in the education business.
Hand in hand with this, the practice of giving grades as evidence of skills mastered has become suspect.
That’s true in some regions – and not true in others. There is a significant percentage of American youth who are clear headed and well taught.
What many forget is that the ultimate responsibility lays with the parents, regardless of the quality of the local school system.
Not always, Harrison. Not in my case. My daughter was systematically reprogrammed and is no longer the young lady that I raised. If you saw what I saw out there – there is something much more nefarious going on using social media as the delivery device.
We have American graduates from the top computer science programs IN THE ENTIRE WORLD who can’t get jobs here because they are the wrong ethnicity. Math proficiency is NOT the problem here. Discrimination against Americans by Indians is the problem.
Yes, certain ethnicities work hard to keep the money within their own group. Indians are not unique with this. Look at the distribution of a countries assets in Asia, and you see that one group, a very small minority, holds almost all of the country’s money.
No, I don’t think it is about the superiority of other countries and their nationals – it is that the leftists and the RINOS who shelter them – have systematically crippled America’s educational system turning out students who are unable to critically think and effectively contribute to society in meaningful ways. Our children are facing a substantial mental health crisis.
Kids in public schools today are taught “what to think” not “how to think”!
Indians are openly discriminating against Americans and forcing American workers out of jobs. The state of the American public school system does NOT excuse the discrimination nor does it make it legal. Do not change the topic. Do not take the bait. Keep calling out the illegal Indian discrimination.
I worked in the engineering and operations department of a large wireless company for over 2 decades. Our Nokia “support” consisted of Indians we could barely understand and had no answers to our questions on integrating new rollout SW and HW. We figured it on our own, and/or called field techs from other markets who already went through the pain.
Yup, but that truth won’t stop the Indian supremacists from blaming Americans for their own disenfranchisement. “It’s your public school’s fault that management is replacing you with foreigners who can’t speak English or do quality work but will accept pennies for pay.” Nope, it’s discrimination, not the schools. Americans need to stand up to these bullies and call it out for what it blatantly is.
Hell, their not even that good with IT or tech! Usually Asians are 😉
I should add, I’m just having fun, obviously tons of great people in ALL races and ALL shapes and sizes. May God Save Us
This has been happening since these kind of visas were first implemented, and long before our colleges and universities got so bad. This kind of hiring of foreigners and dumping American workers was the whole point of those visas. The purpose was so those big corporations could cut labor costs, not to get better and higher educated workers than they could get from Americans.
I remember reading a long time ago that many of these Indian visa holders would arrive in the U.S. and start working in whatever jobs they came here for, very happy to have the employment even though they were starting at far less than Americans in similar jobs. And then after around five years or so working at less than the going rate they would start to seek increases, to come up to American salary levels. But if they were too insistent, they might find themselves being let go and replaced by a newer Indian visa holder. It was and remains all about the cost of labor.
Indians? Good education?? East Indians??? Lmao, okay… @slum, until they eat with utensils and stop cooking their food on literal piles of dung in the road, then I MIGHT start taking them more seriously. As to your second point, evil is evil, scams are bad, people with low morality are not desirable. Hence, no anti-American racist from any country let alone India need not apply.
A friend tried to get a Dunkin Donuts franchise 20 years ago. He didn’t even come close! 😒
He should have tried for a dunkin “empty Hole” franchise.
No cost. Great profit.
Dont they know that in the US that is illegal.? I cant get away with telling my rental manager not to rent to illegals. he cant even find out if they are illegal.
Since when have non-citizens given a damn about our laws?
When the same family of Indians started buying up several businesses in our small town, I suspect government loans…their government…does anyone know if that is possible?
I believe that there is a 7 year period of zero taxes after which the business is sold to family member to restart the 7 year clock. And so on & so on.
Indians operate like an ethnic mafia which make Somalis or Sicilian Cosa Nostra look like small timers
the Indian worldwide geopolitical and economic invasion is just below the surface and its coming into focus VERY FAST
India is the NEW CHINA
BRICS mercs are here as Replacement Invasion to implement Replacement Automation
Indians are the foundation of the DEI economy and have never been purged so many corporations are basically majority Indian.
Its also a British Commonwealth Expansion
India is the biggest country in the British Commonwealth
Operation Stargate is 1000x bigger than Operation Warpspeed
Sounds familiar -Non-Indians need not apply.
The article is about the India “mafia” at Capital One where “they” only hire and promote their own at the expense of qualified American workers.
https://thevisafiles.substack.com/p/capital-one
Sadly neither democrats nor republicans will act in the best interest of citizens when it comes to immigration issues.
The uniparty is corporations and cheap labor first.
I think it’s time to start pressuring the supposed good guys. Mike Lee is on X every day and twice on Sundays about passing the SA Act. Like he doesn’t understand “we” can’t do anything about that but he could. I have never heard a good argument from any of them as to why not. I haven’t even heard a weak argument. And while I’m on the subject, I’ve never heard anyone explain how the government ripped us off for years, and I’m not even talking about the corruption in MN, CA. I’m referring to all the unconscionable expenditures Doge discovered and the atrocious “ accounting” practices. Where was the oversight? How did they not make some noise of consequence with border?
Damn straight, JD. I read somewhere that DOGE is still operating but whoop de doo! Finding government waste and fixing it are too different animals. Saying that my two favorite cabinet guys are (well besides Marco) are Christopher Wright (Sec of Energy) and Lee Zeldin (Head of EPA).
Wright wrote an excellent review which is on the DOE website called “A Critical Review of Impacts of Greenhouse Gas Emissions on the U.S. Climate” July 23, 2025. For those who want ammo fighting the CO2 BS club this is for you.
At least Todd Blanche seems to be doing his job….something Pammy only thought about and blabbed about but was an Achilles heel.
I want to see Ilhan Omar the Islamist sent to prison……a cage with hungry tigers where only her bones might remain.
😊 🔥
Ask Mr Lee how it is remotely constitutional to pass immigration laws via unanimous consent. See SB 386 removing per country caps on green cards & visas which he sponsored.
Like communist Chinese & caste Indians are remotely compatible with a constitutional republic.
What opportunity did citizens have to weigh in on that? Zero.
Mike Lee is commonly referred to a a GoogleWhore. That’s who he dold us out yo. They’re big business in Utah.
A big part of the problem is that Congress prefers to establish entities–even those whose “regulations” have the force of law–and then just leave them to their own devices. It is perfectly natural that these institutions then metastasize into uncontrolled monsters that consume and destroy more of society than they benefit. Congress is lazy and indifferent, and “good intentions” don’t justify evil outcomes.
Professional Republicans want money (cheap labor)
professional Demorats want power (votes)
Instead of being concerned about more visas the External Affairs Minister should be worried about the millions of H1Bs we should be sending back!
Deport them all.
100%. And all Muslims too.
Remittances matter.
A very good starting point would be a 30% tax/fee on all such remittances…
Green cards & chain migration matter more.
Yes, because of the remittances that follow along. Right now, I read that over 3% of india’s gdp is remittances. It is in the indian govt’s interest to have more immigration.
By the time Rubio finished saying Subrahmanyam Jaishankar’s name…
The Press Conference was over. 🙂
In an earlier time it was the Polish.
Generations of young Pol-Ams dreaded roll call at school. One little boy surnamed Węgrzynkiewicz explained: “When the teacher started saying ‘Weg…rizz…’ I would quickly say “present” before she could finish, ending both her misery and mine.”
no way the same: Polish are compatible Christian Europeans
Indians are largely Hindu which literally worships devils, there is no morality, ethics, its racist by structure, strong caste system
WAY OFF
You missed the entire meaning of his post.
It flew straight over your head without a glance from you.
My in-laws (Sosnowski and Kaputchinski) changed their name to Cooper but the Polish tradition never dies. I married their lovely daughter and she introduced me to heaven on earth…….pierogies, kielbasa, babka, bigos stew (throw in anything with four legs from the farm). She only had 36 short years on this earth but my four sons and I were blessed with her cooking and her love.
God bless her. Gone way too early.
Thank you and yes she was but we have 18 years of her love and memories to cherish. Some folks never get anything close to that so for that we are all humble.
I’ll go out on a limb here.
If your first name is over 6 letters (4 syllables)
then you aren’t getting an introduction.
So Virginia, William, Stephanie, and a large host of others shouldn’t get an introduction?
Truly😊 Do they call him Sub or Shanker?
Not at all, little marco made sure he had time to call us stupid.
How can you do that? Well, we’re now doing what you have always done. But that’s not fair. Sure it is.

I wonder what his nickname might be… surely there must be a shorter paragraph?
H1-b visa programs run amuk. Hindu caste system imported via this. Indian CEOs fire American workers then use the H1-b visa program to hire Indian workers at less cost plus perpetuating their culture by not assimilating. A parallel system due to the H1-b visa program. tech companies founded by American ingenuity now run by Indian CEOs whose culture believes you are born into your ‘caste’ and cannot advance.
Intel is no longer the company of its founders, Robert Noyce and Gordon Moore, but of Malaysian-born Lip-Bu Tan, its CEO since March 2025. Microsoft is led by Satya Nadella; Alphabet Inc. by Sundar Pichai; Adobe by Shantanu Narayen; IBM by Arvind Krishna; YouTube by Neal Mohan; and T-Mobile U.S. by Srinivas Gopalan—all of whom were born in India. FEDEX is run by Raj Subramaniam. Everyone of these companies has used the H1-b visa program to fire American IT workers and hire Indian IT workers. Suburbs of Memphis and Seattle look like New Delhi. Houston recently consecrated one of the largest Hindu complexes in America.
The H1-b visa system is another pillar in the great replacement of American workers and American culture. There are more foreign born tech workers than American born. Foreign workers who do not assimilate. For every Christian like Dinesh D’Souza there are a million Hindus who bring their discriminatory Hindu culture with them.
All true….watch any business channel and you will be amazed at how many American founded companies are no longer run by Americans. Going Global has a price.
So does going public – or in any way allowing outside control of too large of a percentage of a company.
Hundreds of thousands of Indians are trapped….in India. Terrible.
The average American would be 100% better off just letting China have India than have to continue watching our jobs go to H1Bs, our roads filled with illiterate India truck drivers, and our loved ones constantly harassed by Indian scammers.
Amen!!
I don’t think China has the numbers to pull that off.
And the OS and platform apps of our end-user devices constantly and obnoxiously *updated* with memory- and storage-hogging *solutions* without our consent. Among other invasive activities too numerous to list.
Maybe it’s more about cultural differences in things like dignity, privacy, arrogance, squeemishness than it is about labor costs.

Just now I got an email with an ad for muzzie clothes to wear during EID. ARRGH!
I think Obama & Biden have done permanent damage to this country.
Indeed
There’s been a much more visible expansion of Indian organized crime infiltrating the US, and many other countries. The latest facet of this expansion is automobile insurance fraud. We, obviously, had this issue before Indian VISA’s, but it’s not just opportunists. This is full blown organized crime being run by the Lawrence Bishnoi Crime Family (out of jail in India). Our neighbors to the north are dealing with small town extortion gangs run by the same crime family. They’ve also worked their way into double brokering rings on trucking companies. We may be limiting Indian VISA’s similarly to every other country. BUT, based on growing crime statistics, we’d do well to lower the access.
Christians are being persecuted in India on a daily basis and it’s getting worse. They have now made it illegal to convert anyone without a permit from the government. Why are we doing business with these people? Let them stew in their third world s-hole.
In Central Indiana – most of the defense jobs are staffed using agencies owned by Hindis. They fill positions using open-ended contracts that rarely materialize into direct hire placement and according to websites like Career Builder, the staffing agencies don’t treat their American contractors too well with most H.R. functions being off-shored.
On a side note – the leftists are just biding their time under the Trump Presidency as ESG scoring of companies is alive and well – and costly. I saw a survey that was completed for $550.00 and was charged an “international processing fee” of $5.50 on the credit card statement.
The ESG scoring is that leftist woke B.S. that measures how a company meets DEI sustainability.
So – nothing’s changed friends. The United States of America is being systematically dismantled. I’d just as soon our administration just stay put on American soil, tending to American needs and security, and stop playing the contract negotiator and mediator of the world – though I imagine we START more messes than we mediate.
I’m not only America First; I’m quickly becoming America Only and think every traitor against our nation needs to get tossed over the closest border fence and stripped of their citizenship and ill-gained wealth.
ESG scores are used to assess a company’s social responsibility and governance practices by quantifying its Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) performance, which investors view as a proxy for long-term sustainability and risk management.
Specifically, DEI metrics are integrated into the “S” (Social) and “G” (Governance) pillars of ESG ratings to evaluate workforce diversity, pay equity, and inclusive workplace cultures.
Key uses of ESG scores for DEI include:
Risk Assessment: Ratings agencies like Sustainalytics and MSCI use DEI data to identify risks related to discrimination, employee retention, and legal liabilities, assigning scores based on the strength of a company’s diversity programs and pay equality initiatives. Investment Decision-Making: Investors use these scores to determine which companies align with Environmental, Social, and Governance principles, often favoring firms with high DEI scores for their potential for better financial performance and lower operational risk. Benchmarking and Transparency: Companies use DEI-linked ESG scores to benchmark their performance against industry peers, drive internal accountability through structured reporting, and demonstrate transparency to stakeholders regarding their commitment to social equity.
Someone should ask Cummins about this.
“asking about U.S. policy that no longer supports mass visa opportunities for Indian residents” Because we’ve seen your shit hole of a country and don’t want to become it too.
India 2.0 is frightening….but if we are not careful it will happen. There are 1.4 billion of them…..only about 360 million of us.
We were watching China, we should have been more vigilant.
Their new airports put the US ones to shame. They are progressing while parts of the US are falling apart.
They are using the same system we used to use in the US. Infrastructure based spending. New roads, new airports, new shipping terminals plus modern hotels and other buildings.
When LBJ threw out infrastructure spending and shifted to social spending it was the beginning of what we have now.

45-minute mark Rubio gives a scathing and accurate description of just who the regime of Iran is and what they do.
India is an extremely unreliable partner, and I’m being generous when I say that. Cant get excited about this presser.
CTH article: (Both the US and India) ‘…face internal scrutiny as an outcome of their need to be open and accountable to the people they represent.’
Really? What about India’s Uttar Pradesh, which virtually eradicated covid in 2020-21 with widespread ivermectin use – followed by India burying this with propaganda and censorship under WHO pressure:
https://pierrekorymedicalmusings.com/p/the-miracle-not-heard-around-the-1ee
In 2020-21 the WHO was colluding with the veiled powers running the US to quash safe effective countermeasures to covid including ivermectin, both WHO and US manipulated India with massive bribery and threat of withholding support. There is no accountability.
CTH again: The US and India face “…internal scrutiny as an outcome of their need to be open and accountable to the people they represent”? CTH must consider its readers credulous.
Interesting that even Charlie Kirk observed the Uttar Pradesh miracle, in Sept 2021. Apparently he was observing too many truths, a prominent influencer with a growing audience and a working memory that posed too much risk by 2025 to the powers steering the global shift underway.

The friction point for me is our Sec of State calling Americans that want immigration restrictions ‘stupid’.
Little marco can f right off.
You can not trust Marco Rubio at all when it concerns immigration. After all, Rubio was a pro mass amnesty senator and wanted mass amnesty for 11 million illegal aliens, which far surpasses the 3 million illegals Reagan regretfully legalized at the cost of turning California from a red state into a blue state.
Nothing new, 2010, noticed people of India nationality buying up businesses. It is now 2026.
