Betsy, I’ve studied Quantum Mechanics, and really like your “Schrodingers Recess”. This recess fakery is “Quorum Mechanics”.
Schrodinger’s equation is sort of a probability wavefunction. If entangled photons with ‘hidden states’ are measured and examined, their entanglement is removed and their hidden individual states and whereabouts automatically can become known. Entangled wavefunctions are collapsed by examination.
A Constitutionally fake “Recess” definitely has quantum mechanical properties (“Quorum Mechanics”). During a Quorum-entangled/conspiring ‘Recess’, there is a guy in the empty Senate and a guy in the empty House who claim the House or Senate is in Session, bang with a gavel in the morning to immediately closed for the rest of each day. The guys banging the gavel look around the empty chambers, so are knowingly complicit in this fakery. And each absent congresscritter joins in these misrepresentions that House and Senate are actually in Session, despite knowing most congresscritters are somewhere else in hidden ‘States’.
Because these are official Constitutional misrepresenttions promolgated to supercede the Constitution, they are much like sworn false oaths. ANY INDIVIDUAL congresscritter could ask for a quorum, and has a duty to oppose wrongdoing. Each one of them, in concert with all the others, knowingly participates in false representations that the House and Senate are Constitutionally functioning in Session. With an empty Senate and House, a quorum count would immediately end this dishonest charade. Congress claims to never have had any recess in the 5 years of PDJT’s Presidency. Not one single congresscritter has asked for a quorum count during an actual recess with empty chambers, in these 5 years. Not even Massie, or Paul, or Fetterman, or Cruz or MTG or Gaetz or . . . . . . Not one honest congresscritter, ever, in 5 years.
Who says Congress can’t collaborate? All congresscritters, participating together as a unified block, are faking a ridiculously, patently absurd, false representation that the House and Senate are actually functioning in Session, while most of them are elsewhere away from DC in actual Recess. The only reason they are lying is solely to prevent Executive Branch appointments during actual expected Recesses provided for in the Constitution.
These fake ‘Quorum Mechanical Recesses’ are like entangled Schrodinger probability-of-lie functions. Congresscritters are fully entangled together, conspiring to hide their anti-Constitutional misrepresentation they are majority-located and working in the House and Senate, while they are actually somewhere else. Most are not even in DC, or perhaps not even in the US. This Quorum Mechanical lie-function is the probability that individual congresscriters are actually in the Senate or House as they claim, or somewhere else, secretly hiding their true whereabouts.
A single ‘examination’ request by JUST ONE congresscritter for a forum count would collapse the lie-function and reveal that they are definitely not in Session in the Senate or House.
And immediately require them to admit being in Recess.
“Schrodinger’s cat” in a box is famously neither dead or alive until a wavefunction is collapsed. Congresscritters treat the Constitution like ‘Schrodinger’s cat’ during their fake, lying “recess”- not alive or dead, until it is collapsed by quorum count examination.
And yet they cheer and applaud, shake his hand and slap his back on the night of the State of the Union…on camera and all to show they support our President…all is well, all is well the vile hypocrites want to show their constituents.

Betsy, After reading your post, I started thinking about the problem of getting just one Senator to request a forum count.
Then it dawned on me – According to the Constitution, Vice President Vance is officially the President and Presiding Officer of the Senate !!! H certainly has a Constitutional interest in whether there is a full forum, and determining whether the Senate is in session or recess.
According to the US Senate website, http://www.senate.gov:
“The Constitution names the vice president of the United States as the president of the Senate. In addition to serving as presiding officer, the vice president has the sole power to break a tie vote in the Senate and formally presides over the receiving and counting of electoral ballots cast in presidential elections.”
Vice President Vance should be able to drop by the Senate on his way to work, when they are mostly on a vacation out of DC or on a “fact finding tour” to Paris, and call for a forum count, and after a count of less than 51 senators being present, with a large majority absent from DC, declare to the few people there with the silly guy and his gavel, that the Senate is officially, and in fact, “Recessed”.
PDJT would then timely make his interim appointments.
That would collapse the “In Session” Qurorum entanglement fantasy, back to reality.

I just checked Senate rules, which specify a majority vote for “adjournment”. If no-one is there, they could not vote for adjournment even though they are actually in weeks-long recess.
However, daily videoed quorum calls, with publicizing the claim that they are actually “in session” just to prevent appointing enough people to run the government, would be truthfully expository.
I have been reading that Vance could play a pivotal role on the passage of The SAVE ACT, Beau. But I’ve been distracted by other things and so have not read in depth.

The collection of American citizen metadata factually takes place.
Within the database that collection creates, there is a process to search it based on “identifiers.”
The collection of data, the database itself, as well as the search functioning therein, is part of the toolbox for FISA-702 surveillance.
The historic problem is not that “authorities granted under FISA-702” were used to conduct surveillance.
But rather the search of the NSA collection database was done, illegally and frequently, for non-authorized reasons, and the capability to conduct those searches is maintained by justifying the need for FISA-702.
The searches and domestic surveillance was done by exploiting the database, for a reason and purpose that is not authorized. THAT’S THE PROBLEM.

Having read the Gita (religious) to which Ms. Gabbard attends, I put my chips on her adding her military service as insurance. Note the light color suits she wears…there is a reason for that (see Gita). This is one strong woman, a smart woman and a person who directs my thoughts about wisdom sensing she is riding on that train. I also like Patel and Ratcliffe, noting his new (I am a serious thinker) glasses. Symbolism and substance appears in this video from my perspective.

When has she publicly repudiated these positions? (She hasn’t) On 2/21/22 Tulsi’s name still appeared on Klaus Schwab’s WEF Young Global Leaders list. Less than month later her name was scrubbed from that list there. She remained a member of the Socialist Democrat Party until 30-days out from the mid-term election cycle in 2022. She is a Klaus Schwab trained ‘global leader’ whether she still appears on their web site or not. Be wary of her. I decided to trust the president’s judgement when he nominated her for DNI, but her past still means we should watch her carefully.
