While the original focus was on questions about the Iran war, at the tail end of an impromptu presser yesterday, President Trump was asked about Mexican President Claudia Sheinbaum and the status of U.S. national security.
President Trump said he was very disappointed that President Sheinbaum refused his offer of assistance in eliminating the cartels in Mexico. Ultimately culminating in the statement, “the cartels are running Mexico.”
Considering everything President Trump is doing to secure the Western Hemisphere objective, it must be very frustrating to eliminate various narcotraffickers, human smugglers and transnational agents of chaos, and yet still have one of the closest geographic nations unwilling to address the biggest criminal elements near our borders.
The bilateral USMCA discussions between the U.S. and Mexico are ongoing, I think we can expect this element of friction and ultimately leverage to be present in the overall outcome.
Personally, I think if the government of Cuba flips, there will be exceptional pressure on Mexico to finally address the issue.

Clarify why this helps the US? If the numbers say we benefit from energy resources from the region more than we spend endebting our country further results in a net gain, I’m willing to listen to the argument.
And I will also listen to the argument that global intelligence and global banking would lose power over the US. I honestly hope that is the reason and the cause for this. If it is, I’m for it because I believe those functions and interests are what keeps the world miserable.
I don’t doubt Iran’s government is at the heart of much evil by itself. But I don’t see defending Israel as a cause and I don’t see Israel’s participation as a useful benefit. I see it as a complication. When the US took a decisive move on Iran’s nuclear site, it was understood. But what Israel did at the same time defies reason and I think Trump said something publicly to Israel about it… something to the effect of “stop! you’re not helping.”

There are many obvious and objective reasons to not trust Israel’s government. (the same could be said for the US government… and our constitution and the founders of this country and the authors of the founding documents all agree that our government should never be ‘trusted.’) Those reasons are both essential principles based and based on historical evidence.
With all the talk about the EU and Brussels, why did this seemingly dependent nation of Israel have so much public influence over US policy and US politicians?
They are our Allies? I would be interested to know what treaties formalize this claim. I search and find many agreements that seem to be completely one-sided. When US installations are attacked, I didn’t remember hearing of Israeli forces coming to help in Bengazi… that response would have been obvious given geographic location. I’m kind of lost when it comes to the one-sided benefit Israel enjoys with most of the historical agreements between the US and Israel.
And before you say “Abraham accords” I will say it’s a very young agreement and it may yet be what prevents global war from escalating from this preemptive strike campaign against Iran and its proxy entities. Even this favors Israel the most.
Israel is not a powerful trade nation where the US has any economic need to see it preserved. I don’t wish its civilian populations or businesses any harm but I fail to see a basis in practical reason why we fund them in defense without getting anything back.
What do we get in return? Why do we allow this country over all others to have such influence over our government? Are those billions sent to Israel the same grift we see in other huge amounts wasted in others countries?

Sheinbaum wont allow it because she is hand in glove with the cartels. She could never have become president if she wasn’t. This does not necessarily mean she is for the cartels. She may have played ball with cartels in order to get a position where she can do some good. But the cartels call the shots. If she were to agree to Trumps proposal it would probably unleash cartel violence and assassinations. The cartels have a lot of control over politicians in Mexico either through bribes or threats of violence. I think Sheinbaum is likely doing a balancing act between the US and cartels.
Trump most likely will need to ignore Sheinbaum and attack the cartels without her permission. Transnational criminal organizations are enemies of the US. They work hand in glove with terrorist organizations and with China. Illegal immigration, fentanyl, human trafficking and money laundering hurt America. The cartels are known to be highly adaptable to whatever law enforcement throws at them. But they are no match for American military. They have been allowed to take hold and flourish by corrupt and incompetent politicians both in Canada, the US and in Mexico.

well, if Iran and Venezuela were providing money and assistance to the cartels, would it not be wise to cut them out first? Just like cutting China out of Vens. oil and kicking China out of the Panama Canal. Once Iran is done then we will be able to concentrate on closer to home, but if Canada and Mexico are getting help from China, Iran, Vens and Cuba I feel it is best to take out those we can first, then hit those closer to home. Besides Cuba is now coming to the table so to speak because of what we are doing over seas. I’m not sure it matters whether Sheinbaum is cooperating voluntarily or under duress with the cartels, either way she’s probably just trying to stay alive.

DJT has broken the mold in the middle East with Iran. Yes, things can go to hell in a handbasket and this has been gamed many times over. The “Experts” determined that we could never attempt to take out Iran because it would destabilize (maybe permanently) the worlds main access to energy. Trump said – “Lets play the game and see if the experts are right – I believe in American power – I believe the experts are wrong”.
We’re in the middle of this now, but if Trump turns out to be right, it should be a signal to others to take their lumps, fight their battle and do what’s right, rather then bow down to the deep state, the NWO and those who control all of us. It’s better to die on your feet than live on your knees.
That’s my hope – That Trump’s courage to stand and fight when no one else ever did (not in my lifetime at least) will be an inspiration to every other compromised person in a position of power to rise up and throw off their chains. It’s not just drugs and human trafficking across the U.S. border anymore. These cartels run legitimate businesses and have their hook in entire Mexican industries now.
Vicente Fox had the death penalty eliminated in 2005 for the cartels and, of course, they run the prisons where they live very comfortably. In fact, they use Mexican prisons as command centers.
The only thing that really scares them is when someone like President Trump comes to power in the U.S.. The Democrat Party acts like a friend to, knowingly and unknowingly, help them and they already have most of Mexico under their heel.

I lived in Florida for a few years and the Cuban people were so wonderful.
A lot of them were fierce patriots who would love to have Cuba back.
Mexico is in deep using the Cuban slave ‘doctors’, if Cuba falls these ‘doctors’ have their shackles removed. Having to use Cuban ‘doctors’ is not a good view of Mexico. Either Mexico has inadequate medical doctors to serve its population or it is using Cuban ‘doctors’ as slave labor. Sheinbaum says they use them to fill the gaps, created by local medical shortfalls, but that sounds like a leftist politician talking point bein g used to deflect the issue.
I used a Cuban doctor (a woman, here in Mexico) and received some of the best medical help I had received for almost 20 years. The VA wanted to cut me (surgery), she gave me a couple of shots and solved the problem without a knife. I had a blocked salivary gland in my neck that would come and go, when it got bad in Mexico the doc fixed me right up for about 700 pesoes.🖖🏻

If Americans didn’t want to pay for drugs, the demand would be gone and the supply would be of no value. We as Americans create this problem. No drug demand, no supply and no cartels. Interestingly, I recently finished Schweizer’s book and a neighbor loaned me a 20 year old book by Tom Tancredo titled “In Mortal Danger”. Copyrighted in 2006, long before the disastrous Biden administration, the subject matter is the very same, citing many of the same individuals & entities as Schweizer cites, with the very same outcomes if we do not succeed in ridding our country of these subversives. I can only imagine how Tom Tancredo must have felt watching Biden open the borders – the very nightmare he had been trying to educate us on, trying to open our eyes and ears about, but to no avail. Conflict of interest would be the reason the CIA doesn’t do things in the interest of the country from which they originate. Where might the conflict be? Do they fund (profit) themselves through the drug trade? Are the part of a global intelligence coalition/cooperation/cabal with interests in taking the US down using means described by Yuri Besmenov?
I think without knowing the details, the CIA does not work for us because it would be their job to get the truth about other countries and who is running them and even to act against them covertly if approved. They are either refusing to do their job or unable to do their job.

I don’t read Trump’s statement the same way. I think this is a statement to protect Sheinbaum from the cartels as much as possible and message that she refuses to allow the USA to take on the cartels. Meanwhile in the background I believe there is a coordinated plan underway to decimate the cartels completely with the USA taking the lead and that Sheinbaum is allowing this to happen but of course she must keep up the mask that she is resisting any action from the USA to take them on. Trump is absolutely amazing and I believe he has been thinking about all this for decades. Praise Christ Jesus for allowing us to witness these things in our lifetime.
Mexican President Claudia Sheinbaum has no cards to play. DJT has a full deck. She is on his list. After Venezuela, Cuba, Panama, Gaza, Iran, Canada, and USMCA he will tend to her. She will either cooperate or there could be a regime change in Mexico.
