As background for this interview, I’m going to say something that generally will not be received well by many. I have it on very good authority that FBI Director Kash Patel’s organization is currently one of the biggest impediments to successful execution of Trump administration domestic policy goals.
Specifically stated, DC operatives within the FBI are creating, manufacturing and leaking information against the goals and objectives of the White House, DOJ and other administration executive offices. In short, Kash Patel does not have his arms around the agency and subversive operatives are actively successful because of his incompetence. Accept it or disregard it, but that is the honest expressed sentiment from officials who are having to deal with the consequence.
All of that said, here is FBI Director Kash Patel appearing on Fox News to again emphasize that the agency is working in a supportive role on various domestic issues of concern. Not “lead“, “support.” WATCH:
.

Sundance is right, this guy is a professional bull shitter.
Not really. If he was, everyone would be singing praise for him after every presser. It’s actually the opposite. He is an amateur BS’r because he just can’t get the verbal traction the FBI needs and those undermining him know they can take advantage of him.
He’s a “professional” because he makes a living doing it.
But the fact is – Not all professionals are good at what they do. This guy has been “Peter Principled” into a position where his lack of bold assertiveness and general incompetence as a manager is obvious to objective observers. It will eventually bring about his removal & replacement.
Unfortunate choice in leader, hopefully a transition will occur before it costs MAGA.
Hes always been a blowhard. Pathetically incompetent. He’d be further a head if he hid in his office and stopped demonstrating his weakness in front of the media every chance he gets. He might be able to fool a few people that way rather then continuing to confirm what a bozo waste of space he really is.
I hope so!
Send a gruff, 6’4″ fullback like Tom Homan over there with teams of polygraph interrogators and flip the place upside down to identify traitors and malcontents
Who’s got teams of polygraph interrogators?
… oh …
well, still …
Grifter.
And highly recommended by Steve Bannon.
Yeah, well, Bannon is highly supportive of anyone providing his bread and butter, whether they are successful or accurate or not. Davis and Harmeet have not always been MAGA. Ditto for the dude who went to work for DeSantis and Bannon has let back into the fold.
This is not meant as slight to any others on his show because he showcases mostly staunch MAGA and I usually agree with him on what needs to happen in policy. I particularly agree that the illegals have to go, all of them, criminal or not, as soon as possible.
Yes, it will mess up elections and house prices (I am an owner). So, what. Home prices are coming down and they need to become affordable to young families. My son is an owner as well, so, this won’t help my family personally. But, he is not typical for his generation and that is unfortunate.
Further, I am totally behind Lindell. His products are awesome. Minnesota needs much better governance and Lindell can bring it.
The only hope for Mike Lindell in his run for MN Governor is the Trump administration rolling out proof of fraudulent elections. Not proof that you, I and others here on the Treehouse would accept, but proof enough to actually take people to court and prosecute them over.
If that were to happen over the next few months than Mike L might have a chance. He could boast that he was right and personally sacrificed for the Country and has now been vindicated. Otherwise he will not get the Republican nomination (I believe he came in 3rd place well behind the front-runner at last nights caucuses). If he doesn’t win the Republican nomination I hope he doesn’t run as a 3rd party as that will make a very difficult race even harder for the Republicans to win.
Please don’t take this the wrong way – I am no fan of the MN Republican party; in general they are either incredibly inept, corrupt (or both) and have been for decades. They don’t deserve Mike Lindell. That said they might actually have a chance this year if things break their way (especially if the SAFE act gets passed as we all know the Democrats here cheat).

30 minutes (after silence for first 10 minutes)
Holman puts on a brave face but it feels like capitulation as Democrats and MSM achieve victory by forcing a drawdown of resources as Republicans shift focus to illegal criminals vs ALL illegals. There are at least 35 million illegal aliens in U.S. — DHS is on track to deport 2 million in 4 years, not even 6 percent of the total.
Everything is a process. So what if he withdraws some overt agency headcount? Let the stupid die down, then quietly move them back in.
Tom Holman began his career with Soetero.
I’m sure he began his career decades ago, probably as a CBP grunt. If you mean he got a promotion while the Kenyan was in office, so what? Nearly every federal employee who sticks around 8 years will get a promotion. That doesn’t mean they’re all secret agents of a bathhouse commie traitor.
He said the right things that he knew Trump wanted to hear and got promoted.
We have no idea what his true, actual view is. We know what his true, actual view is REGARDING HIS JOB.
I’m a lawyer. I represent lowlifes. Why? Because lowlifes need lawyers. I assist them in their low-lifery. It doesn’t make me a lowlife. It’s just my job.
Tom Homan believes n the mission.
Right now, he’s being the ‘good soldier’, and following orders.
If you want to blame anyone for the apparent change in direction, it might be as CTH alluded to, a few days ago – Our President’s COS, Suzie Q.
I keep saying this!
NEVER FORGET THAT HOMAN WAS ALSO OBAMA’S GUY.
Didn’t obama’s administration deport about 2.7 million (according to AI)?
Of course, around 2.5 million illegals came in under obama.
I’ll respect Trumps judgement on what needs to be done. If it needs to be toned down in MiniSomalia so be it. Just keep scooping up the illegals as fast as you can, where you can. Let the illegals move to sanctuary areas. Let those sanctuary areas carry the burden.
You said it best.
“Cary the burden” are the key words here. The dear sanctuary supporters will change their minds, I am sure, if made to pay for support.
This may just be a strategic retreat. But, it would be safer and more effective to go after employers like we used to do. Of course, that gives Trump heartburn because many employers are counted as friends to him. He has leaned on them heavily to jumpstart manufacturing, employment and contributions.
Homan says they have had ‘unprecedented’ cooperation…what does that mean…idk…and that is what warrants the drawdown.
Still leaves 2000 agents in Minneapolis…not a small number.
If the agreement was that DHS would drawdown if local and state started cooperating, then they need to abide.
Remember, the original ask has ALWAYS been to let them take the ones in jail…that was the focus.
The “unprecedented cooperation” is that the cities and counties have agreed to notify ICE before they release any illegal and to hold them in custody for an additional 48 hours (after they would have otherwise been released) so ICE can come and pick them up. Tom Holman said that have more cities/counties that have agreed to this than ever have in the past.
I am curious whether Hennepin county and/or the cities of Mpls and St. Paul have agreed. Those are the largest entities in the State by far. If so then a huge turnaround achieved by Mr. Holman.
Absolutely.
The MPD and the ‘leaders’ in Somalisota have ***** d things up horribly, by NOT detaining criminal ILLEGAL aliens, and then transferring them safely and securely, to ICE.
This Leftist carnival 🎪 of outrage would be 1000x smaller if the ‘leaders’ in that state cared AT ALL for their American citizens.
If what Tom Holman said today is true (and I believe he says what he believes to be true) than it’s the lefty politicians that have capitulated. They will have gone from screaming “resist” and lots of other vile things to actually cooperating with ICE/Feds. The local rag Mpls StarTribune (Pravda) says he’s still “negotiating” but I don’t think Tom Holman would take action unless he felt it was a done deal. I also think that if the State/Cities try and backtrack that he won’t hesitate to call them on it and bring people back. Perhaps the Gov and mayors realize he isn’t someone to mess around with.
As far as deporting all the illegals, this 2MM number is taken way out of context. Perhaps that’s the number that ICE will deport themselves but what about the 2-3MM that reportedly have already self-deported in 2025 ? Don’t those count for anything ? I keep hearing stories about apartment/house prices declining, hospitals seeing way fewer babys being born, etc. etc. that would suggest A LOT of illegals have left. We need that to continue. Also, the vast number of new ICE hires haven’t even gotten through training yet. Let’s see what happens when they do.
Beyond the bad criminals that ICE is currently chasing there are only 3 ways to get the vast majority of the remaining illegals out: 1) round them up, put them in buses/trains/etc. and ship them out like cattle (will never happen); 2) get them to self deport as has been happening to some degree but maybe not enough; 3) enforce E-Verify and slap on 50-75% taxes on remittances so that it’s not economical to work here/send money back home and employers get held to a much higher level of scrutiny for using illegals.
#3 is really what is needed to make the math for illegals no longer work. Whether the Trump administration has the will to do it, or whether they will wait until after the midterms or whether they have some other idea I can’t think of we’ll just have to wait and see. Pres. Trump was dealt a very bad hand and in my opinion is doing better than anyone else would have so I give him the benefit of the doubt.
E-verify is the
Nuclear Option ☢️
Remittances are the
Achilles Heel 🦶
Do those…
and you’ve really upset the applecart.
Which is why it never happens.
Never is a long time. Are you a profet?
“Kash Patel does not have his arms around the agency and subversive operatives are actively successful because of his incompetence. ”
Patel and Bondi have wasted almost a year. Can’t get it back. Every day moving forward with them is another day of no results.
Get a Gabbard equivalent in each of those positions maybe even ask her for recommendations.
My guess is if we had two Gabbard equivalents available, they’d already be in place at FBI and Justice.
Blondi should have fired the 6 and 7th floor on day one, now she is surrounded by vipers.
She has not done a lot of things that should have happened by now. But, it might be Wiles directing her instead of POTUS. Also, Trump may have had to compromise just to get someone past the Senate.
Well, just reviewed this ” bombshell ” info , is it valid??? I Don’t follow A. Jone or Infowar, wondering???
https://www.infowars.com/posts/exclusive-ed-martin-was-fired-by-democrat-party-operative-todd-blanche-for-investigating-a-cia-base-targeting-the-american-people
Blanche is Blondi assistant… we know who her real boss is.
Have read where Blanche didn’t give Martin budget or staff, has put JE files in that office.
He’s had plenty of time to effect change. Time to restructure the FBI.
The encouraging part of Sundance’s note is that the FBI is seeking to thwart the DOJ which means maybe there’s some reform traction in the DOJ. My view is DOJ should use US Marshals where they can’t get the FBI to participate and Maybe have Trump sign an EO moving the investigative domestic functions from the FBI to US Marshals with different leadership.
He fired a guy this weak for telling a reporter Kash is a diva.
This are marginally better at the FBI, but it’s still an organ of the Deep State and – while a federal law enforcement agence is necessary – as presently constituted it is irremediable. It needs to be eliminated, root and branch. With a new agency built from scratch. None of the former senior leadership retained. Any other employees heavily vetted for a lack of connection to the politicized leadership before any are rehired.
I never understood the huge fan base for Cash years ago. My first impression of him was that he was just a Klingon. A cling on to MAGA to make some kash.
Bannon pumped him and his book many times.
CTH has been upfront in viewing Director Patel with concern from the very beginning.
Apparently his book, and statements regarding the fib made multiple times during interviews prior to his selection, must have led our President to believe he would be an effective, honest, fib director.
I do believe that Mr. Patel is basically an honest individual; however, mere honesty, without an accompanying laser-like focus, and titanium-forged perseverance, is not enough to effect critical change within the fib bureaucracy.
When Mr. Patel was sworn in, he did not appear to have a commanding presence;
or what could also be referred to as ‘officer presence’.
Officer presence is on the lowest rung on the use-of-force continuum. Professional attitude and demeanor… which communicates: “I mean business.”
Compare the commanding presence of Tom Homan to Kash Patel, and immediately you see the contrast.
Kash Patel, upon taking oath of office, needed to be like
Christ in the temple, upending the money-changers’ tables.
He needed to be nearly a bull in a china shop; for who among us can really say that the fib, as currently constituted, serves the public interest?
What in blazes do they really do?
When I was at Newark Liberty Airport, the fib had an office in Terminal C, within the CBP secure area.
Every now and then, in the course of my duties, I’d pass by. I would see 2, maybe 3 agents in there, at their desks. Occasionally I’d pass one in the hall. They weren’t rude… but somewhat… distant. I never had cause to engage with them professionally. I don’t know what they did. I never saw them otherwise.
Did they do anything? I suppose – perhaps it was all above my pay grade.
Do we need some type of federal law enforcement agency that investigates violations of federal law?
I would say, yes.
Is the fib the agency to do that?
Perhaps not.
I really do not know what all those agents, all that money, goes for.
The inside joke about the TSA is, that the letters stand for
“Thousands
Standing
Around”.
Is the FBI just
‘Fellows
Bloviating
Indefinitely’???
Move FBI headquarters to Greenland and transfer every last agent and bureaucrat there. Let them investigate polar bears, unarmed.
Oh, that’s mean—to polar bears!
We MUST do our part and call upon THE LORD GOD ALMIGHTYfor HIS HELP!
We claim Jeremiah 29:11…”For I know the plans I have for you declares The LORD, plans to prosper you and not to harm you. Plans to give you a hope and a future!”…in JESUS PRECIOUS, MIGHTY, & HOLY NAME, we PRAY!
AMEN, AMEN, & AMEN
Thank You, Sundance!
Continued BLESSINGS
Trump, get rid of him. Please, I beg you. The freaking country is at stake. Hello?
Maybe a good investigator but terrible manager and even worse spokesperson.
His hostage Epstein video last year was all it took to drain my faith in him. What a clown.
We can thank the turncoat Republicans in the Senate for this, as well: they made sure only a weak diva like Patel could get approval, and they are still all that way. <Spit>
correctomundo. can you imagine the panty-fit of the Mark Warner-ilk if we had an effective an successful FBI reformer?
It’s been pretty obvious that DHS has been spearheading things that the FBI should be doing hence Noem and Gabbard keep getting flak.
How does Kash refute it? The facts, ie, lack of action, are there for everyone to see. No one has been arrested. “We’re working diligently on it, Mr. President,” doesn’t cut it anymore.
There is not enough people in DC to do all the investigations they are supposed to be doing!
Then choose one.
All partnerships break up for a reason and it is generally not good. Sooner or later the FBI and the CIA must be marginalized; it’s more important than any ongoing issue offshore.
It’s not uncommon that the person who has first-hand experience with, or who researches the disease, may have the knowledge but does not have the capabilities to combat and cure the disease.
Different job.
Different experiences and skillset needed.
I get hit with malware every time I come to the Treehouse
I’ve had the same issues from time to time. It’s frustrating for sure.
Brave browser – no ads, no malware.
Same here. Brave browser! No problems.
Brave browser cuts all the garbage from all the sites automatically. One does not have to ask, just download and install.
I am not convinced that this (and many other) agency can be reformed. some things once broken, cannot be fixed. there are some lines that once you cross, you cant uncross. this is a We The People problem, but we think we can use elections and government to fix it. I have yet to see any evidence of that.
Multiply that by infinity for a federal bureaucracy, and expecting current domestic issues/problems to be resolved by a few elections is wishful thinking to the extreme.
The lack of results is ample evidence that Kash is in over his head and has been incompetent. This is not and easy job and he should step aside.
“I have it on very good authority that FBI Director Kash Patel’s organization is currently one of the biggest impediments to successful execution of Trump administration domestic policy goals.”
In other breaking news, water is wet.
When someone, ANYONE, important in the vast government criminal seditious conspiracy operation against PDJT and his supports is even prosecuted, let us know.
They have nailed no one. NO. ONE. Zero. Nothing.
They couldn’t even nail down James Comey for lying on camera, or a sitting member of the Federal Reserve Board committing documented mortgage fraud. Don’t tell us about the “judges”. This is a complete federal prosecution failure.
The head of the weaponization strike force was just pulled.
The complete nonfeasance is staggering.
If you saw the James O’Keefe video about an undercover saying the Deep State will never allow fraud cases let alone arrests, then Sundance is just adding another layer of validity to the perception.
This is all very concerning.
Seems to me, Trump needs to subcontract some of these great organizations to see what’s going on underneath the leadership.
There is a lot that can be hidden but the lack of results is the indicator things are not going well.
A useful idiot.
” I have it on very good authority that FBI Director Kash Patel’s organization is currently one of the biggest impediments to successful execution of Trump administration domestic policy goals.”
Well, you could knock me over with a feather.
…….. what a shock.
…………… that thought never crossed our minds.
…………………. and after things seemed to be going so swimmingly at the DOJ / FBI, Susie said so.
…………………………… MAGA commenters, over the past year, never even dropped a hint about this.
…………………………………… /s
Kash was worthless from day 1, but who would get to replace him this in the game?
Patel should be arrested.
Perhaps Kash needs to spend more time with his family, so to speak.
It’s reported that his uncle said Kash maintains dedicated temple space in his home for Shiva, Hanuman (e.g. the monkey god), and Ganesha (the elephant god).
Well I don’t have any inside info but the lack of control & incompetence is fairly obvious. The FBI seems to be running multiple investigations/operations to scoop up gangs, criminals, racketeers which appears engineered to show how much good they are doing while still running their backrooms shenanigans.
Everyone knows that role needs a platinum grade bureaucratic infighter. Patel is not that.
Kash has not been doing a good job. Really needs a #2 that can bridge his gaps in experience.
The FBI has proven they are really good at going to various places and picking up boxes that seems to disappear over time.
In the case of Patel and ‘Blondi’, it would be good to hear Trump say the oft heard phrase from his TV show ‘The Apprentice’, “You’re fired.”
The volume of corruption is nearly incomprehensible; it’s everywhere. There could have been and should have been multiple trials and ongoing trials by now. And yet all we hear is “… ‘ongoing investigations’.
Well at least we have the beacon of light known as Ratcliffe. Lol.
I like Kash’s integrity, he certainly has it. But he doesn’t seem to understand the scope of the problem; however, and what’s needed to fix it.
Cleaning up the deep state and the unelected government employee unions iron grip on our coutnry will break anyone down. What is the road map to finally break the grip of the deep state and the government employee unions? Practical suggestion please.
We must settle for two steps forwards, one step backwards for a long time. But there is no other way. Don’t kick the forward momentum we do have right now, and lose any ground. Keep moving forward. No one can take on this task and get it 100% right 100% of the time. The public also need to get 100% on board and back all efforts to drain the swamp. This will not happen overnight or by any magic wand. It will be a long hard slog.
It is delusion to think just changing personnel will make material difference. We have as good a team right now as we will ever have. Don’t blink, just keep moving forward one step at a time, and do not cede any ground gained.
Give Trump a solid 2026 mandate in both House and Senate, or be grateful for whatever crumbs he can squeeze out the entrenched Deep State, Obama/Biden/Cliton judges and the Big Government Employee unions.
While you people slept for the past 16 years, they dug in. They are frog brain vicious when threatened.
Show them your continued love April 15 -they even have you by the balls since you continue to keep paying them, knowing what the Deep State and their unions have been doing to you.
Someone told me today, “Kash Patel needs to be running a buffer on a high school gymnasium’s floor.”
