Apparently, the Senate and House intelligence committees are very concerned about what Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard is doing. Almost every tweet from Senator Mark Warner in the past 48 hours has been about DNI Tulsi Gabbard.
What seems to worry them the most is that they don’t know exactly what she is doing. Triggered by Senate Select Committee on Intelligence (SSCI) Vice-Chairman Mark Warner, the Democrats are now demanding Director Gabbard tell them her intentions and her itinerary so they can monitor her activity. Tulsi Gabbard continues to review internal government activity without consulting them.
“Director Gabbard recognizes that election security is essential for the integrity of our republic and our nation’s security. As DNI, she has a vital role in identifying vulnerabilities in our critical infrastructure and protecting against exploitation,” a DNI spokesperson noted. “We know through intelligence and public reporting that electronic voting systems have been and are vulnerable to exploitation. Thursday evening while attending the premier of ‘Melania’ at the Kennedy Center, President Trump said, “you’re going to see some interesting things happening. They’ve been trying to get there for a long time.”

There are a lot of interconnected aspects to all of this, many circle around the Intelligence Community’s prior and current involvement in various operations against the interests of the Office of the President.

Most people are not aware how the 2016/2017 CIA work product known as the Intelligence Community Assessment (ICA) ties directly into the 2019 impeachment effort against President Trump for the Ukraine phone call with President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
A key architect of the 2017 ICA was a CIA analyst on Russian issues named Eric Ciaramella. The anonymous CIA whistleblower who facilitated the 2019 impeachment effort was the same Eric Ciaramella.
DNI Tulsi Gabbard previously released information showing how the 2017 ICA was fraudulently constructed, and now DNI Gabbard has reviewed the transcribed testimony of former Intelligence Community Inspector General Michael Atkinson, where he described how he gained authority to change the CIA rules to permit Ciaramella to remain anonymous in 2019. All of this ties together.

For the people who really, really want to know about the security issues with the Dominion voting systems, here is the bench trial/hearing/whatever in the DeKalb County GOP v. Raffensperger case heard on September 30, 2024. Judge Scott McAfee was the judge.
The proceedings took up a full day. However, the two expert witnesses testified early on.
The case was thrown out by Judge McAfee. He claimed that ultimately the relief would need to come from policymakers, not a court of law.

I live in GA, there is a very deep and very long corrupted courts, like many states. He’s very afraid of the judges and courts here. He was being initiated into the DS Justice system when he got this case

Whichever county gets it on the cheap. The people actually paying for it? Not so much.
Builders on this site can maybe chime in on what something like this would actually cost.
But if policymakers actually pass laws and then the courts find ways to throw out legitimate cases (standing) nothing really works as intended.
I watched that trial and it was obvious by the testimony of the expert witnesses that the Dominion machines were vulnerable to being manipulated, locally and remotely.
It doesn’t take a Rocket Scientist to realize that putting these machines in the voting and counting process could be highly risky. Dominion is a computer. It has software that can be programmed to do certain functions and it can be controlled through the internet or locally. Why would you ever put something like that in the voting process that is that vulnerable. Government!
And, as I recall. The experts were not allowed to look at specific Dominion machines software to see how they were programmed because the software was deemed to be proprietary to Dominion- so they could be programmed to change votes and you can’t inspect their programmed functions.
Also, as I recall, the court would not allow ballots to be access to do an analysis of results by machine.
There are lots of ways that a court can deny getting to the truth even if legislation is passed.
What amazes me is nobody, at least to my knowledge, has come forward and admitted this. There had to be a sales pitch in the beginning with the “benefit” of controlling remotely touted as an advantage. It would be risky to come forward, but it seems somebody, somewhere must have a heavy heart right about now.
They first claimed that they could not be tied to the internet. After technical experts got their hands on them they had to revise that claim.
My understanding is they sold using electronic machines for speed and efficiency. Neither claim was realized I believe.
Possibly they were viewed as a better solution after the Hanging Chad debacle.

As long as voting machines are connected to outside sources, voter ID is only partly helpful. The Smartmatic software can change the ballot image to the desired candidate and then delete the log entry. It is completely hidden and undetectable upon forensic examination.
