Last night President Trump terminated all trade discussions with Canada following the government of Canada running a false political ad in the USA, using manipulated Ronald Reagan remarks against U.S tariffs.
Earlier today Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney spoke about the issue to his assembled stenographers in media, and shortly thereafter he had a phone call with Ontario Premier Doug Ford. Carney and Ford decided to run the ad during the World Series and then stop it on Monday.
It would be illegal for the USA government to run an ad in Canada. The Canadian government does not permit foreign interests to express political opinions against their domestic policies on their controlled broadcasting operations.

U.S-Canada trade negotiations remain terminated. I strongly support a full U.S-Canada border shutdown, trade embargo and visa revocation. The Canadian economy must be destroyed in order to protect the USA and Mexico from toxic leftism.
Anyone on one side of the fence or another is not going to be swayed by an ad during a baseball game. And the fence striders will forget the ad 10 seconds after it finished airing. In the end, Carney just blew his last chance, similar to the last airhead that ran Canada.

The U.S. Supreme Court is set to hear the lawsuits against the tariffs and it seems the ads are geared more toward persuading the decision of our Court than the voters decisions.
Knowing that their ad is heavily edited and easily proven so, I don’t think that the SCOTUS is their target audience. In all honesty, I don’t think they know who their target audience is, other than the Canadians that are still pretending maybe.

I am so angry at Premier Ford and at Carney. This is typical of Ford. He does these kinds of stunts thinking he can bully Trump. What an idiot! Ford was the one who started the counter tariffs and then quickly backed down when Trump retaliated with the threat of more tariffs. Ford was a big promoter of the ‘elbows up’ nonsense. He was the one who theatrically poured out a bottle of Crown Royal on the ground to protest Crown Royal moving to the US. Ontario is the province most affected by the tariffs because of the loss of auto manufacturing. He should be smarter than this. He is the one spending $75 million on those ridiculous ads. Ontario cannot afford this wasteful spending. Ford is backing down on the ads after Trumps response but it’s too late. He keeps screwing up the same way over and over.
Carney is even worse. He is a WEF believer and hasn’t changed his views. He was elected with the ‘elbows up’ campaign and promised he would be the best negotiator to get a good deal for Canada. He failed miserably. Canadians were duped once again. Now he plays conciliatory with Trump but it’s a ruse. He is just as much the green initiative loving, industry hating, climate activist he always was and he is continuing the exact same agenda Trudeau had. He won’t allow oil pipelines to be built or do anything that would help Canada develop natural resources. Even his promised 9 billion for the Canadian military is a sham. 4.5 billion of that is slated for green infrastructure for the military, not for equipment, recruitment or training He wants to continue the foreign worker program even though youth unemployment is very high. It seems like he wants to destroy Canada. I suppose the WEF/EU agenda is destroy every bit of culture, economy and nationalism a country has so they can more easily turn it into the post state hellhole they envision for the world.
Even after Trump nixed the trade negotiations Carney still intends to pursue a trade deal with China. I hope Trump keeps piling it on until Canadians wake up and see what is happening and stop supporting this monster.
