Interesting that when the US ended the USAID NGO slush fund it took what, a few months for the nations in the UN to create a world-wide carbon tax slush fund on the shipping industry to replace the end of their USAID $ and the best the UN can do upon hearing the large shipping nations aren’t going to play is to give themselves one year to figure out how to repackage and sell their new grift and see if they can get the votes to pass it next year.
The UN itself is not a bad idea, it just needs to be reconfigured to meet objectives for the next century to eliminate the built in bureaucracy which by its nature must try to confine, fence in, control everything it sees in order to justify its existence. Perhaps a ‘doesn’t meet except for once every 4 or 6 years’ rule with no permanent agencies or bureaus would stifle its hunger for growth?

The principle upon which America First rests is that of national sovereignty (and responsibility) for each country in the world.
In my view the UN has from its inception tried to eradicate that principle and substitute a single global government.
Of course they would like to be the ones running it as well, but that’s neither here nor there. The very idea is a nonstarter for free people.
They all need to be locked out of their offices, kicked out to find real jobs, and the building turned into something useful with a large area of parking freed up for ordinary NY citizens.
