Originally reported by the Washington Post, apparently Charlie Kirk’s assassin, Tyler Robinson, confessed in a chat room just a few hours before he turned himself in.
WASHINGTON POST – […] The 22-year-old suspect in Charlie Kirk’s killing appears to have confessed to friends in an online chat shortly before turning himself in to law enforcement, according to two people familiar with the chat and screenshots obtained by The Washington Post.
“Hey guys, I have bad news for you all,” said a message from an account belonging to the suspect, Tyler Robinson, on the online platform Discord. “It was me at UVU yesterday. im sorry for all of this.”

Additionally, as state law enforcement and FBI now say they are expanding their investigation to identify if there was a network working with Tyler Robinson (which seems obvious based on the Discord chat), attention is now being paid to militant transgender groups and NGOs in the Utah area who seem to connect to Robinson and his transgender boyfriend Lance Twiggs.
All of the research being done is preliminary; however, there does appear to be a Utah network of people within the militant left, connected to both Antifa outlooks and armed transgender activism. The scope of how the networks connect to various funding mechanisms is not yet clear, but radicalization does not happen in a vacuum.
“Armed Queers SLC” and a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) known as “Utah Global Diplomacy,” partly funded by the UN appear to be two groups in the region with connections to the overall militant transgender movement: a preliminary motive being explored by federal investigators.
The fact that Tyler Robinson was in a Discord chat group with approximately 30 other individuals, does indicate some network of mutually aligned interests that seem to circle around far-left transgender activism.
[…] Discord provided a copy of the message with the confession to authorities, according to a person familiar with the company’s interaction with law enforcement. The person spoke on the condition of anonymity because they were not authorized to publicly discuss details of the investigation.
The message was sent from Robinson’s account to a small private group of online friends, the person said. Discord is working closely with the FBI and local authorities, providing information about Robinson’s online activities on the platform, the person added.
Discord has said that an internal investigation found “no evidence that the suspect planned this incident or promoted violence on Discord.”

“Charlie Kirk got shot,” one friend wrote Wednesday afternoon, according to an image of the messages.
“I just saw the video holy s—,” another user wrote about an hour and a half later, adding of Kirk: “Bro didn’t deserve to go out like that sad.”
The only response from Robinson’s account came the next day with the message announcing, “bad news i’m surrendering through a sheriff friend in a few moments,” the message, posted at 7:57 p.m. local time in Utah, continued. “thanks for all the good times and laughs, you’ve all been so amazing, thank you all for everything.” (source)

The Dec 14 message about Trump gave me pause. After reading about the hex put on Charlie Kirk by some witches, and it being close to a full moon, I looked at astrological stuff regarding Sept 10, and, although in my very limited knowledge I would best describe astrology as “dark but potentially dangerous mumbo-jumbo,” I know there are many who live and swear by it.
None of those seem to be playing with a full deck, IMO, but….
Sept 10 had some planetary corner thing that was supposed to help people (especially those with a birth sign like Robinson) to have good luck and to …. something about finding peace in their unique individuality to live their version of themselves. Sounds like the whispers of Eden’s snake to me, but I can see how someone like Robinson could see this as a sign of fair winds to carry out his plan. It doesn’t have to be true for someone to believe it and act on it.
My point relates to Sundance’s first paragraph above. There is a lot of darkness out there, horrific darkness, and I don’t want to go digging for it. But the “know your enemy” phrase makes us dig more than we otherwise might. That said, Dec 14 is another planetary thing that is supposed to bring confusion and deception.
Bear with me: we know that Satan is the author of confusion and the great deceiver, so I already pray daily for our President, for wisdom and freedom from darkness and evil. But I made a note on my December calendar to pray for him even more intently and specifically, just in case our common enemy thinks Dec 14 is a good time for more shenanigans, based on what they think the sky says.
We don’t know all the dark plans, and we don’t need to understand evil better. The Holy Spirit guides us and directs our prayers. I am praying without ceasing for our nation’s leaders, and asking you to, as well.
Maybe it’s time for a name change to “Conspiracy Treehouse” where many posters put forth ideas that hang by barely a thread of evidence from the far reaches of branches that go nowhere.

I also had a sense that September 10, 2025, for whatever reason was a very evil day.
There was the Kirk assassination.
There was the school shooting in Colorado.
There was an attempted robbery in the bank across the street from my job.
There was a multiple stabbing at a grocery store where I do my weekly shopping.
I think that there were one or two other violent incidences in my area as well, which I am too tired to investigate at this time.
I put my trust in God, so I don’t overly dwell on such coincidences, but that day was different, very unusual.
It does seem there is a “network” of leftists here in Utah. It may have seemed comical or inconsequential when the Salt Lake City Council voted to make Pride, Trans, etc flags “official” after the State Legislature voted to ban non-official flags from schools and public buildings. A SLC city council member proclaimed she is “a proud daughter of immigrants” and proud to be a member of a “majority queer” city council. Jesse Watters aired the clip in May; it’s profoundly embarrassing to watch.
Sounds like “they” are infiltrating and attempting to take down conservative Utah too; just as they are Idaho, New Hampshire, NC, and already have Colorado, Virginia, Washington and Oregon.

Nothing about that exchange is believable; it reads like a dialog out of some sort of fantasy novel. He confesses, gives intimate details about the weapon and its location, drops candid references to D rhetoric (motivation), gives information that would already been known to his “love“ had they really had some sort of intimate relationship? This guy expects to never be found and is using unsecured communications and giving all of this incriminating information? None of that dialog seems remotely authentic unless it serves ulterior motives.

Couldn’t agree more. It reads like a careful contrived script that covers too many bases too perfectly to accept as genuine. Makes me more suspicious of “professional” involvement rather than less.
I cannot speak to professional involvement, but this was clearly a political assassination which was designed to inflict maximum damage upon the conservative movement. He was most likely aiming for Kirk‘s head; anybody with any shooting experience knows what the chosen caliber can do to a human head at just 200m out.
The correspondence between the two parties seems contrived in the sense that none of the dialog seems natural. As one user said, it seems scripted. Are there any connections to any of these socialist or Marxist militias running out of Utah or anybody else? Or all of this is just some lonely perverted furry who whimsically decides a week before to steal gramps‘s rifle and commit a political murder?
