While explaining how the United States has fundamentally changed the entire landscape of global trade, the leader of the Snow Mexicans announces he is dropping all countervailing and retaliatory tariffs against the USA and getting nothing in return. Total and complete surrender by Canada; there is ZERO upside for Canada – NADA, Zippo, Zilch.
Prime Minister Mark Carney made the announcement, then faced the ire of the assembled media who were furious about the details within the statement. The Canadian people had been promised an “elbows up” fight to the end. Instead, today they got down on their knees and begged Trump to retain the USMCA.
Complete and utter capitulation by Canada. No digital services taxes. No countervailing duty tariffs. No reciprocity tariffs on Steel and Aluminum. No retaliatory tariffs (reciprocal/baseline). Meanwhile, the USA keeps 50% tariffs on steel and aluminum against Canada, and Canada only gets 25% tariffs against U.S. steel/aluminum.
In addition, Canada has pledged to continue gaslighting their citizens, while wasting time, effort and resources on a hope to retain the USMCA, while refusing to admit to themselves that President Trump intends to dissolve it. WATCH:

I have recently been learning all I can about cartel encroachment in Canada and in that search I came across Sam Cooper’s reporting. He also wrote a book ‘Willful Blindness’, which I haven’t read yet but it’s ordered and I will have it soon. Cooper has been reporting on CCP encroachment into Canada and I was absolutely gobsmacked by what I learned. This has been going on for many years and I had heard different things but I had no idea how bad it was. CCP is at the top of the heap in regards to organized crime in Canada. They are working with other organized groups like the cartels as well Canadian organized crime groups. They have infiltrated our government and it goes all the way to the top. CCP has been using the same tactics in Australia but it’s not as bad there because Australia has taken measures to counteract CCP influence but Canada has done NOTHING. There is no incentive for Canadian politians to take action because their campaigns are benefitting from this CCP influence. Money laundering has become a huge problem in Canada and very little is being done about. From what I’ve read the situation has become really really bad and the average Canadian is totally oblivious. Canada does not even have the laws in place to prosecute many of these crimes. The situation is dire and extremely serious.
On a side note Canadians elected Carney because they got offended because of Trump’s 51st state comments and because Carney was claiming that he would fix it but we got a worse deal than most other countries. The elbows up attitude being spouted and anti -American rhetoric coming from some of politicians have made everything worse. Carney is WEF, EU influenced climate change nutball that talks the talk but doesn’t produce. The latest was an announcement that Canada will be putting 9 billion towards it’s military but when you take a close look at it you find out that 4.2 billion is slated for green infrastructure iniatives for the military.
The situation in Canada is dire. My only hope is in God and in the fact that these things are coming to
light and that Canada will have to face reality, dump the entitlement mentality and left wing craziness.
