Today, Director of National Intelligence (DNI) Tulsi Gabbard declassified and released the 2020 House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence report (HPSCI), that outlines their investigation into the Intelligence Community Joint Analysis Report (JAR) of 2016 and the Intelligence Community Assessment (ICA) that followed.

I know that’s a lot of acronyms, however, the key element of Director Tulsi Gabbard’s release today is to underscore just how fraudulent the JAR/ICA created in 2016 and 2017 was. The JAR/ICA report was fabricated by the CIA and Intelligence Community to give the appearance of Russia interfering in the election. The declassified HPSCI report takes that fraudulent intelligence analysis apart, step by step.
The JAR/ICA was also used to justify President Obama expelling Russian diplomats, confiscating Russian property, targeting Russian officials for sanctions, and imposing a series of sanctions against various Russian entities, individuals, groups and organizations. All of the Obama’s Russian targeting effort was part of an enhanced IC op to give additional patina of credibility to the fraudulent premise.
In many ways, Russia was collateral damage created by a domestic USA political intelligence operation run by Obama allies in order to attempt to destabilize the incoming administration of President Donald Trump. ¹The framing of both Donald Trump and Russia is going to be a key facet to accept as time moves forward on this story.

It would appear that President Trump is setting a new baseline for a relationship with Russia. However, first the tables need to be cleared of the historic manipulation and targeting that structurally, and fraudulently, set the course of conflict and antagonism in U.S-Russia relations.

I don’t see Putin making any bad moves for Russia. The US and Western Europe have never kept any agreement signed with Russia. Putin has talked about how he had trusted the west and was tricked repeatedly. Putin no longer believes that the west is capable of making any agreement. He believes that he must maximally establish his goals on the ground. The only agreement to be made is a peace agreement without any promises from the west. Only the concrete facts on the ground can be subject to the agreement. He’s correct in this belief. Apparently there is no statute of limitations for insurrection. For seditious conspiracy it is considered a continuous crime and the statute of limitations begins five years of the last overt act in furtherance of the conspiracy.
If we were to assume that the FBI gestapo raid of Mar-a-Lago (to illegally seize President Trump’s Russiagate documents) was one of the last overt acts in furtherance of the conspiracy, then the statute of limitations ends in 2027.

It would seem to me that taking this line of attack requires evidence that the 2022 Mar-a-lago raid was intended in part to seize documents containing information about the Russia hoax conspiracy, and that the decision to seize such material was formulated and/or approved by a participant in the December 9th, 2016 White House meeting. Is it conceivable we could see trials conducted in military rather than civil courts? I was in St. Petersburg the weekend before the election (over 1000 miles from where I lived), and every Russian that asked me about our upcoming election assumed Clinton was going to win. They knew who Clinton was and were comfortable with her winning, unlike the what tv personality Trump would be like as a president.

Russia has been taking land slowly but surely at a rate of about 10 to 20 square kilometers per day in the Russian-speaking Eastern provinces of Ukraine. Russia has not been moving toward Kiev, Ukraine’s capital, nor Odessa, Ukraine’s crucial Black Sea port.
Russia’s pace of conquest in Ukraine’s eastern provinces has picked-up lately. Russia appears to be trying to conquer the remaining parts of those provinces before Trump’s 50-day window expires. When Trump’s deadline expires, Russia will likely agree to a ceasefire-in-place.
No, he’s not going to accept “cease fire,” because (a) he is winning, and (b) he knows what would happen next. Europe hasn’t given up on the fantasy of defeating Russia by proxy.

In conducting its examination, the Committee reviewed thousands of pages of source documents and conducted interviews with all the relevant parties—including agency heads, managers, and line analysts—who were involved in developing the analysis and drafting the assessment.
The Committee is preparing a comprehensive, classified report detailing our conclusions regarding the ICA on Russian activities. That report, when complete, will be submitted for a classification review, and the unclassified version will be released to the public.
