Today, Director of National Intelligence (DNI) Tulsi Gabbard declassified and released the 2020 House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence report (HPSCI), that outlines their investigation into the Intelligence Community Joint Analysis Report (JAR) of 2016 and the Intelligence Community Assessment (ICA) that followed.

I know that’s a lot of acronyms, however, the key element of Director Tulsi Gabbard’s release today is to underscore just how fraudulent the JAR/ICA created in 2016 and 2017 was. The JAR/ICA report was fabricated by the CIA and Intelligence Community to give the appearance of Russia interfering in the election. The declassified HPSCI report takes that fraudulent intelligence analysis apart, step by step.
The JAR/ICA was also used to justify President Obama expelling Russian diplomats, confiscating Russian property, targeting Russian officials for sanctions, and imposing a series of sanctions against various Russian entities, individuals, groups and organizations. All of the Obama’s Russian targeting effort was part of an enhanced IC op to give additional patina of credibility to the fraudulent premise.
In many ways, Russia was collateral damage created by a domestic USA political intelligence operation run by Obama allies in order to attempt to destabilize the incoming administration of President Donald Trump. ¹The framing of both Donald Trump and Russia is going to be a key facet to accept as time moves forward on this story.

The DOJ is not a one girl army. She’s not required or expected to handle every case by herself. Running the DOJ comes down to the ability to delegate responsibilities. And even that task can be transferred over to one or more of the assistant DAs. That leaves her plenty of time to have a fully functional and effective AG office and still make it over to the studio for her regular TV appearances. Multi-tasking, the gurrrrl power way!
As head of the organization, Bondi should not be personally doing the specific cases but rather overseeing their development by qualified personnel.
She should also be giving neutral updates – without specific details – about what the DOJ is doing concerning these releases. As I don’t watch Fox, I will assume this is what is happening on her nightly interviews.

I do find the 50 day thing to be very curious. I am thinking President Trump and President Putin agreed to it in advance to accommodate some objectives of President Trump that President Putin has a interest in supporting. We have exactly zero leverage with Russia, and attempting the use of any perceived leverage is only going to further alienate the Russian people.
Tulsi is a very impressive speaker (much more so than the lecturing Bondi). She fully knows her facts, and articulates very well.

It’s hard for me to get excited about these things. I don’t believe they’ll ever indict Obama. At this point, I doubt they’ll ever indict any of his underlings who really deserve it (Brennan, Comey, strzok, Rice, Farkas, et al).
If you’re right this is all useless. Why not exercise some faith? If there is no punishment dealt out as a result of these massive crimes, and I believe there are more to follow, the whole exercise…
