Last night on CNBC Presidential Envoy Steve Witkoff hinted that some stunning revelations around expansion of the Abraham Peace Accords would likely surface in the next week. Immediately thereafter, President Trump sent a message of support for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, against a judicial effort targeting the Prime Minister.
Today, we start to hear of some rather stunning developments in the region that might explain multiple background stories, including the above and the severity of response from President Trump when he felt that Israel was overreacting to the Iran missile fired during the early hours of the ceasefire.
In a stunning development, Israel Hayom is reporting on the outlines of a peace agreement and long-term solution for the Israel-Gaza conflict. The report might explain why President Trump made bold moves in Syria recently, including the removal of all U.S./western sanctions and the close relationship between Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed Bin Salman (MbS).
According to Israel Hayom, there was a 4-way call (Trump, Netanyahu, Rubio, Dermer) after the Iran strikes. President Trump and Benjamin Netanyahu agreed to “fundamental principles in general terms” including:
♦ “Gaza hostilities will conclude within two weeks.” ♦ “Four Arab nations (including Egypt and the UAE) will administer the Gaza Strip, replacing the murderous Hamas terrorist organization.” ♦ “The remaining Hamas leadership will face exile to other countries (possibly Qatar and Turkey), while the hostages gain freedom.” ♦ “Multiple nations globally will accept numerous Gaza inhabitants seeking emigration.” ♦ “Abraham Accords expansion will bring Syria, Saudi Arabia, and additional Arab and Muslim countries to recognize Israel and establish official relationships.” ♦ “Israel will declare its willingness for future Palestinian conflict resolution under the ‘two states’ concept, contingent upon the Palestinian Authority reforms.” ♦ “The United States will acknowledge limited Israeli sovereignty implementation in Judea and Samaria.”
President Trump was reportedly angered by Israeli strikes after his Iran ceasefire announcement, because he feared further hostilities would derail this complicated deal.
Saudi Arabia was previously on the cusp of signing up to the Abraham Accords, but retreated from the agreement when the Israeli-Hamas war erupted within Gaza. It would not be surprising to see them come back to that agreement with President Trump’s guidance and request.
If we think about the status of Syria, we can clearly see how President Trump has enticed the new Syrian government led by Ahmed al-Sharaa to the peace table based on economic benefits (sanctions removed). In fact there are large billboards all over Tel Aviv thanking President Trump for his efforts in the embattled nation. It is rather remarkable.
Put all that together, and yes there are significant indications well beyond the report by Israel Hayom that something rather remarkable is possible within the middle-east and specifically as they relate to Israel. This might also explain why it now seems likely the judiciary in Israel will suspend or delay their targeting of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu as he works with President Trump to carry out this peace agenda.
The modified two-state solution between Israel and the Palestinians will likely create internal angst. But reasonably if done correctly without the influence of Hamas it could work. Hamas leadership lives in Qatar, so that really doesn’t change their personal status.
With Iran now effectively removed from their ability to antagonize the region, and with President Trump as the enforcer to stop their extremism, the path to peace seems much more likely. This opens the door for a new era in mid-east politics.
Remarkable. All of it.
If President Donald Trump can pull this off, they better start erecting the scaffolding in South Dakota.
Thank you @realDonaldTrump. I was deeply moved by your heartfelt support for me and your incredible support for Israel and the Jewish people.
I look forward to continue working with you to defeat our common enemies, liberate our hostages and quickly expand the circle of peace. https://t.co/zRd6LYfMbY pic.twitter.com/YCGN1dIu0d
— Benjamin Netanyahu – בנימין נתניהו (@netanyahu) June 26, 2025

Greatest President of All Time!
Amazing what a President can do if the President isn’t dumb or a DS tool.
🤣
😁
Very happy to see the progress towards peace in the middle east. Using the modified 2 state solutions in Gaza might be enough to appease some of the Palestinian BS worldwide. Am fearful that the entire terrorist/war industry might not be able to keep control of global terrorist networks. Just looking back at history, there’s a lot of money in evil and hate.
And I am!!!
The Abraham Accords in his first term were a singular achievement. I can still see the signing of them.
I don’t know of further progress of the kind we are seeing now would have taken place in a consecutive term. All I know is that Almighty God’s timing is impeccable. And I think we are witnessing it.
Divine Intervention!
I believe it, Pa 🙏🏻
And doesn’t have a bunch pansy men wear dresses.
Not a one, kin 👍🏻
As in, past noon . . .
What’s Amazing is how focused and determined our President is.
The President is someone perhaps best described as operating at the very top of the pyramid of Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs – self-actualization.
President Trump has all the basics:
Food (cheeseburger)
Water (diet coke)
Shelter (Mar-a-Lago)
Companionship
(Melania)
Accomplishment (Trump Tower, Trump casinos, golf courses, global real estate deals)
Fame (the Apprentice,
pro football, speedboat racing, pro wrestling,
golf, beauty pageants, innumerable radio/TV/podcast appearances, books, magazines, etc.
Election to the ultimate office in the land
And now:
Using that office… the authority it bestows… the moral authority that it holds… the financial/economic opportunities it can inspire and encourage… the incredible military force it can employ…
All for:
The betterment of his fellow citizens…
And in doing so, simultaneously bettering the lives of countless people in countless nations around the world.
To Donald J. Trump, the office of the presidency is Not a goal…
But a Means to an end – and that end is to raise his fellow
Americans, to help them grasp the opportunities this wonderful nation provides.
And in so doing, President Trump knows in his heart, that economic security IS national security… and that the best deal for Americans is one that also provides incentives to people of other nations.
I believe that the President truly believes that ‘a rising tide lifts all boats’…
And that fair trade and a resultant prosperous world… is the best security for
America
and
Everyone else.
Wonderful comment, Border Bob.
Thanks for the reminder on Maslow.
We need to return to the days when psychiatrists emphasized the factors that build a self-confident, responsible, and generous personality, rather than coddling mewling would-be victims and constructing endless “safe spaces.”
“A Means to an End”…
Yes. Precisely. Exactly.
Now if the Congressional and Judicial human ” roadblocks” would cooperate or even just get out of his way, Bob.
His cause is noble.
Theirs is ideological and self serving.
And from where we are all sitting, infuriating.
Well stated 👍🏻
Or the DS has blackmail material on him.
Which is why he is so despised.
He cannot be controlled or blackmailed.
As well as what Newt Gingrich said on FNC or FBN early in 2016.
“He has not received the Initiation”
IF the DS had something on Trump, they would have used it LONG ago 🙂
Perhaps you meant “has NOT blackmail material on him” ??
My reply was a direct addition to Mrs. Sunshine’s comment, which I unfortunately did not include at the top and now it too late to edit.
POTUS just freed the Iranian People after 46 years of suffering under the reign of terror.
This event has the historical significance of President Truman’s decision to end WWII.

That’s quite a contingency.
It has to be done. God is watching!
The Lord explicitly warned AGAINST dividing the Land He personally gave to the descendants of Abraham, through his son Isaac and his son, Jacob.
This feels as if it could be the time where all are saying “Peace and Safety” but that will usher in the End Times.
Yelp , what was it? 7 yr. Peace Treaty, broken in 3- 1/2 yrs. Then all ” Hong-e-long” breaks loose. ( all according to the Book) .we are just travelers, I don’t plan on being here.
Daniel the prophet does not say the agreement is made for seven years, instead it is merely an agreement that only lasts for seven years because the Lord’s judgement ends it at that time length.
The seven year agreement concept is from that foolish Left Behind nonsense.
Eschatology is often confusing and there are many varied opinions on some of it, but this is my understanding. From GotQuestions.org:
Daniel 9:27 gives a few highlights of the final week, the seven-year tribulation period: “[A ruler] will confirm a covenant with many for one ‘seven.’ In the middle of the ‘seven’ he will put an end to sacrifice and offering. And on a wing of the temple he will set up an abomination that causes desolation, until the end that is decreed is poured out on him.” Jesus refers to this passage in Matthew 24:15. The ruler who confirms the covenant and then sets up the abomination is called “the beast” in Revelation 13. According to Daniel 9:27, the beast’s covenant will be for seven years, but in the middle of this week (3 ½ years into the tribulation), the beast will break the covenant, putting a stop to the Jewish sacrifices. Revelation 13 explains that the beast will place an image of himself in the temple and require the world to worship him. Revelation 13:5 says that this will go on for 42 months, which is 3 ½ years (the second half of the tribulation). So, we see a covenant lasting to the middle of the “week” (Daniel 9:27) and the beast who made the covenant demanding worship for 42 months (Revelation 13:5). Therefore, the total length of time is 84 months or seven years.
We also have a reference to the last half of the tribulation in Daniel 7:25. There, the ruler will oppress God’s people for “a time, times, and half a time” (time=1 year; times=2 years; half a time=½ year; total of 3 ½ years). This time of oppression against the Jews is also described in Revelation 13:5–7 and is part of the “great tribulation,” the latter half of the seven-year tribulation when the beast, or the Antichrist, will be in power.
A further reference to the timing of events in the tribulation is found in Revelation 11:2–3, which speaks of 1,260 days and 42 months (both equaling 3 ½ years, using the “prophetic year” of 360 days). Also, Daniel 12:11–12 speaks of 1,290 days and 1,335 days from the midpoint of the tribulation. The additional days in Daniel 12 may include time after the tribulation for the judgment of the nations (Matthew 25:31–46) and time for the setting up of Christ’s millennial kingdom (Revelation 20:4–6).

But President Trump is definitely no anti-christ. You are referring to a future peace treaty that’s yet to be concocted.
Trump is a true man of Peace, the words anti Christ and him should not be uttered in the sentence.( in my humble opinion)
I made reference to the End Times period in a post. Think we have a long left ,just sayin.
Sorry about the double entry.
Can you cite the Bible reference for that? Plz & Thx.
I’m sure people can find numerous verses to attest to the land. However there is an almost never brought up aspect. The land of Israel (borders described in Genesis 15:18-21, Exodus 23:31, Numbers 34, also Ezekiel) was given as an Inheritance by God – forever. It is not possible to “give away” any part of an inheritance which is yet due to all future generations. Each generation are temporary “inheritors” but it can never be parceled up and “sold off” by any.
This gives a good overview, including Scripture citations:
What is the land that God promised to Israel? | GotQuestions.org
Exactly this. I know PT’s intentions are pure, but this will not end well, even if it takes some time to manifest as such. Yes, this is portending the time when Israel will enjoy relative peace before accepting Antichrist, & then….
“The land given to Abraham includes the area currently occupied by Syria, Lebanon, Jordan, Iraq, Saudi Arabia and Sinai bedouins. Today, some extremist Jews regard all this land as their inheritance, but the Promised Land given to Israel had rather smaller borders. Numbers 34:3-15 describes the borders from Mount Hor (Mount Hermon), about 40 miles north of the Sea of Galilee down to the southern end of the Dead Sea, and from the River Jordan to the Mediterranean – ie roughly the size of modern Israel.
God made a separate promise for all of Abraham’s descendants, including Ishmael’s (the Arabs) as well as the Jews. And today, the land allotted to Abraham 4,000 years ago almost exactly delineates where those who claim descent from Abraham still live.”
God only promised to make Ishmael “into a great nation” (Gen. 17:20). The promise was established for Isaac & his descendants alone (Gen. 17:19, 21; 26:3; 28:13).

Abraham remarried after Sarah died and had 6 more sons, I believe. 6 more children, anyway. There are 57 Muslim nations in the ME, so perhaps some or all of those go back to all the children Abraham had. Foolish man.
Sharon gave that and away, and we know what happened to him a short time afterwards.
1 Thessalonians 5
King James Version
1 But of the times and the seasons, brethren, ye have no need that I write unto you.
2 For yourselves know perfectly that the day of the Lord so cometh as a thief in the night.
3 For when they shall say, Peace and safety; then sudden destruction cometh upon them, as travail upon a woman with child; and they shall not escape.
4 But ye, brethren, are not in darkness, that that day should overtake you as a thief.
5 Ye are all the children of light, and the children of the day: we are not of the night, nor of darkness.
6 Therefore let us not sleep, as do others; but let us watch and be sober.
7 For they that sleep sleep in the night; and they that be drunken are drunken in the night.
8 But let us, who are of the day, be sober, putting on the breastplate of faith and love; and for an helmet, the hope of salvation.
9 For God hath not appointed us to wrath, but to obtain salvation by our Lord Jesus Christ,
10 Who died for us, that, whether we wake or sleep, we should live together with him.
11 Wherefore comfort yourselves together, and edify one another, even as also ye do.
Wiggle room always necessary when dealing with people who literally hate each other. Curious to see how President Trump moves the chess pieces on this game board.
But necessary.
Like, for example, recognizing Israel’s right to exist 🙂
The Neighborhood tribes will be the enforcers.
Definitely the work and vision of a stable genius.
Retired Magistrate here: I know I am not supposed to get emotional; however, I sit here with tears over even the possibility of peace in the Middle East. Each day brings new hope with President Trump. Of course my ultimate hope is in JESUS CHRIST but I do think that GOD spared President Trump’s life for such a time as this.
👍 👏 👊 👍
✝️ 🙏 🙏 ✝️
Amen. Completely agree. God chose the right man for the job at this time.
God doesn’t choose the qualified, he qualifies the chosen!
“I know I am not supposed to get emotional”
Why not?
Emotions are part of being human. It only causes problems when you allow emotions to run your life – instead of the truth of God’s Word (our instructions / owner’s manual) and sound decisions based on reason and intellect.
No doubt about it! 🙌
Since you are not AI, you have a right…an obligation even….to get emotional of HUMAN successes!
Cheers!
Spot on
Totally agree, Marcia

I’m a little concerned about the part where “Multiple nations globally will accept numerous Gaza inhabitants seeking emigration.”
Hopefully “globally” means other Arab countries where the Palestinians would feel most welcomed.
it wont … they wouldnt do that you can bet on it that easily over 50% are coming to white countries

Not just “Arab” but “Muslim”.
For example: Egypt, Turkey, and Iran are NOT “Arab” — but could be logical places some of these folks might choose to go.
IF those countries wanted them, which they don’t.
Gonna be hard to find anyone that “wants” them 🙂
Not really– look at Australia They took in 3000 -future voters for the vile Labor Party under Allahbanese a Trotskyite and Communist bastard. Foot soldiers for allah.
Who is Anthony Albanese and what is hiding behind his Communist connections and ideology?
Try Indonesia. They allow all Muslims to go there.
Actually, most other Arab or Muslim countries don’t want them, either.
There already is a Palestinian state. It’s called Jordan.
Not possible, Dudleydo. The Palestinians are “most welcome” NOWHERE.
Joel 3: “In those days and at that time,
when I restore the fortunes of Judah and Jerusalem,
2 I will gather all nations

because they scattered my people among the nations
and divided up my land.

The face is great…but the biggest is…
🕊️🕊️Peace is the Prize 🕊️🕊️
Although it is certainly a godly thing to try to bring peace and end killing and destruction, doing so by exerting pressure on other nations with the objective of dividing God’s land will not bring a blessing because it opposes God’s word.
Here is a small section of 1 Samuel that details what happened when a king did what was expedient in his own eyes vs. what God required: https://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=1%20Samuel%2015:14-23&version=niV This is where we get the saying “Obedience is better than sacrifice.”
God’s plan doesn’t change. This makes me very concerned for my country that I love going forward.
Amen.
I agree. Dividing Israel “God’s land” is and was a mistake. It is a very small country—been there– when you see the map of all of the Muslim countries surrounding Israel. There’s already a problem in 2 other parts of Israel now, not just Gaza.
When a 2 state solution is proposed and decided upon, it seems to me that eventually the state of Israel will be slip sliding away. And hasn’t that been the aim of Islam for Israel whom they call The Little Satan?
And The Big Satan is USA in Islam eyes.
The absolute best reward will be receiving the Lord’s “well done, good and faithful servant” accolade.
???? America First!
God first.
It most certainly isn’t Israel first so, don’t use God to push it!
Not “using” God to push anything.
Just reading and believing His word.
Remember Eric Liddell/Chariots of Fire? From Isaiah 40:
Surely the nations are like a drop in a bucket;
they are regarded as dust on the scales;
he weighs the islands as though they were fine dust…
17 Before him all the nations are as nothing;
they are regarded by him as worthless
and less than nothing…Do you not know?
Have you not heard?
The Lord is the everlasting God,
the Creator of the ends of the earth.
He will not grow tired or weary,
and his understanding no one can fathom.
29 He gives strength to the weary
and increases the power of the weak.
30 Even youths grow tired and weary,
and young men stumble and fall;
31 but those who hope in the Lord
will renew their strength.
They will soar on wings like eagles;
they will run and not grow weary,
they will walk and not be faint.
Stop this madness!
Chuck, Nancy, Hakeem, where are you???
Peace! Oh no! hahahaha
‘Biden’ their time until the next elections….
Overall this would be an stupendous achievement for President Trump and benefit the world greatly!
However in the fine print was this:
“Multiple nations globally will accept numerous Gaza inhabitants seeking emigration.”
Not in my backyard! No Palestinians in the USA and good luck getting other countries to accept them, this has always been a huge stumbling block in that no one wants “Palestinians”. Even Arab nations don’t want them.
The Arab Nations have been taking
them in since 1948. 🤷♀️
There are approximately 6.3 Million Palestinians
living in Arab countries.
I can relate …at some point countries have to
say…..Enough!
🇺🇸 🇺🇸
In a 2 state solution, why would they need to leave?
“Not in my backyard! No Palestinians in the USA”
That is what was said about the Jews during WW2
It’s not about race or religion specifically even. It’s about a group of people raised and trained on hate. An embittered and twisted group.
Yes it is, its specifically about religion, and the extremists who dare use God to sway others!
A BIG group of people.
Actually, I see it as about a bunch of bums on welfare for generations and generations and generations and GENERATIONS AND GENERATIONS to come.
Not even Palestinian Christians?
In the UK they have lied and said they were Christians to obtain asylum. Then it turns out they are actually muslims.
Taqiyya
” Immediately thereafter, President Trump sent a message of support for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, against a judicial effort targeting the Prime Minister.”
And it was the strongest, most full bore, and heart felt message of support I have ever seen by anyone for anyone … … ever.
Stunning.
Simply stunning that President Trump has managed to accomplish in a few months, what no one else had the courage to even attempt in my lifetime.
I was in awe of the Abraham Accords, but oh my…
Praise The Lord are we really on the cusp of lasting mid east peace? 🙏👍
No.
Sadly, you’re right. Hopefully it lasts for a while though.
The event that triggers the second coming is described in Zechariah 13-14. It involves an invasion of Jerusalem and the death of 2/3 of the people in “all the land.” Theologians aren’t sure if that means Israel or the world, as the seventh vial of Revelation suggests a nuclear war that destroys entire cities, including Rome.
Before that there is the invasion of Israel described in Ezekiel 38-39, after which as described in Ezekiel 40 the third temple is rebuilt in Jerusalem. In fact Ezekiel 37 vividly describes where Israel is today – they are still missing some of their “breath” or spirit but God is going to breathe it into them before the invasion.
God promised Abraham Israel. That promise has been met. The end time will NOT occur until the Jews have accepted Christ as their savior. Not all Jews will accept Him, but a majority will. When that happens, God returns. It will not happen before.
Read Romans.
Are the Muslims going to accept Jesus as God, too? They only have one God. No Trinity for Muslims.
That would be the whole world, Historicism. Collateral damage, don’t you know.
God bless President Trump!!!
“Multiple nations globally will accept numerous Gaza inhabitants seeking emigration.”
Ugh. That sounds like the signal for tens of thousands of radical Muslims to be settled in the US.
They are already here…….
Five years ago in 2020, 4, 453, 908 Muslims were living in the US. We don’t seem to be that concerned about how fast they multiply.
“tens of thousands of radical Muslims to be settled in the US”, my fat ass. Millions. Muslims have many sons.
By the way, this is exactly what I have been commenting about and predicting in threads of the previous days. When one considers the actions of Iran and President Trump and President Trump in a vacuum, that’s one thing. But when one considers that both Netanyahu and Trump are in parallel aiming at the end of the Gaza conflict and the expansion of the Abraham Accords in parallel, depicting Netanyahu as “warmonger,” “neocon,” “Deep State,” and a tool of Israeli control over the US is silly. Give the President credit for enacting complicated solutions to complicated problems. This is promising and “let’s see what happens,” as our VSG likes to say.
The CIA and Israeli Intelligence are one group. Same/Same. Start there and things make sense.
…Including FARA!
I don’t agree that they do. The CIA serves the CIA (as opposed to the USA) and its (neo-Marxist-social democrat) view of what ought to be in the world, be it globalism or the graft within the intel community. Israeli intelligence protects the country in a selfless way. They may often hate Netanyahu because of his world view, and they may be leftists, but their clear-eyed view of what is an existential threat to Israel is what produces the intel they have.
An example – US intelligence influences media and public information all over the world and controls messaging ranging from vaccines to election fraud. Israeli media is as hostile to Israel as can be and acts in direct contrast to what the intelligence community does to secure the state. And American media, be it the New York Times, WaPo, CNN, MSDNC, and others are predictably Palestinista and enable Palestinian intransigence and entitlement to violence. Israel is notoriously poor at impacting media – rumors of control by the Jooz is exaggerated. Frankly, as a supporter of Israel, give me a Christian Zionist who is educated about history (like Huckabee) anytime over a “Palestinian” like Shumer.
Given that the United States government (under Presidents other than Trump) has consistently worked to undermine conservative nationalist Israeli leaders like Likud Prime Ministers Begin, Shamir, Sharon, and Netanyahu (much the way Samantha Power does), I’m not sure how that CIA-Mossad connection is made.
Some people like to refer to Jeffrey Epstein as Mossad, insofar as he was Jewish. It’s intriguing if unexplained, for sure. But apart from his American clients, most of whom undermined Israeli security (eg Clinton), his most well-known Israeli client, Ehud Barak, was essentially installed by Clinton – at Netanyahu’s expense in direct election interference by the US that is well-chronicled.
And by the way, MAGA does not preclude Zionism. Ask Andrew Breitbart, who was a vehement Zionist and actually founded Breitbart in Jerusalem. Zionists like myself view Israel as a meritocracy of plucky ingenuity that espouses traditional American values that we were raised with here. No one understands this better than MAGA Mormons, who love America but themselves grew from origins in which existential threat was constant. Why is that relevant? Because October 7 was an existential threat and orchestrated from the start by Iran. And Israel may be on the cusp of expanded Abraham Accords, but that is only because its legendary intelligence facilitated the defeat of countries like Syria that once felt it realistic to wipe it off the map. This is an imperative that is quite different from the directives given and acted on by the CIA. There is no Israeli-mediated regime change, for example. Javier Millei was not a Mossad operation, he was an open miracle from God. Stephen Harper was not a Mossad success, he was a Canadian with a conscience, replaced by the kind of leftist Palestinista the CIA would put in power, Twinkletoes Trudeau.
Even the mechanics of intelligence (for example, the permanent Washington bureaucratic culture) is different from the mechanics of Israeli intelligence and its operatives and operations. There is no DEI in Israeli intelligence; the system of recruitment is inverted, actually. And so much more…
The alphabet groups gotta get dismantled!
I’m not too sure, Sundance. Israeli Intelligence may sometimes just be like the tar-baby and not say anything to Bier Rabbit (CIA). Remember Bier Rabbit got stuck in the tar and couldn’t get loose.
With all due respect, and acknowledging you as an authority in US Political structures and motivations.
“The CIA and Israeli Intelligence are one group. Same/Same.”
“Israeli Intelligence” itself isn’t one group.
“Many/most/the majority of significant and dominant echelons of Israeli Intelligence leadership, are generally totally subservient to their CIA controllers”, is more accurate [but there are exceptions].
Recall how the CIA habitually uses “foreign actors” to advance US domestic [desired CIA] policies [like 5 eyes during the “Russia Gate” frame, etc.]
When the CIA “owns” dominant leadership echelons of “respected” foreign intelligence apparatuses…
And when the CIA is the key “evaluator” regarding whether an organization in the USA is operating or not on behalf of a foreign government…
Then the implication is that if the CIA was the KGB, and Israel was the UK, and it was sometime after 1934, then Israeli Intelligence is Harold Adrian Russell Philby and The Cambridge Five…
A historical footnote: US Intelligence was at odds with Israeli Intelligence until no earlier than 1964, but really went to work on “acquiring” the control personnel to “own” Israeli Intelligence by no later than early 1973.
Some people persist in attacks on Netanyahu (and Israel) even while President Trump, whom they claim to respect and support, praises him to the hilt. Seems like an example of cognitive dissonance to this observer.
Not for me. Trump is a business man, he needs Bibi, and will ensure he stays in place to stop the murder on both sides.
I believe it is a bit more nuanced than that. There is an element, a radical zionist element, that does want American foreign policy to be Israel First. Just because Netanyahu has to contend with that element (it sometimes gets ugly real fast when they are angered) doesn’t mean he is a part of it or controlled by it. Sometimes it is necessary to dance between the rain drops, and sometimes the rain drops are acid.
The Israel First element exists, just as it does for expatriates or advocates of many countries. I respect that some Palestinian-Americans are Palestinian First and some Irish are Ireland first, etc.
That does not render policies that support Israel’s security to be America Second or Last. A strong Israel is good for America and the relationship is wrongly portrayed as one sided. Israel is an important American ally for many reasons and has nothing to be ashamed of promoting its security.
What many miss here is that Israel seeks to be independent of the United States. It was President Obama who required Israel to be reliant upon the United States’ weapons manufacturing industry rather than to build their own. Israel learned to regret this concession when Biden was in a position to withhold needed aid during the present war when Israel contemplated invading Rafah and Biden/Harris opposed it.
This is no different a situation from China controlling certain rare earth materials. When one is dependent on another country, that country can exert leverage at a critical time. Obama set that up with Israel, contributing to the ability of the US to restrain Israel’s ability to defend itself, and Israel’s being externally controlled from deciding how to act in its own best interest.
Israel does not want US military to put its lives on the line or US advisors to fight for it. Israel wants to make its own decisions and knows it should be building its own bunker busters. However, the dynamic is one that fosters dependence to foster control. PDJT is benevolent, but Israel’s long term interest is to make its own munitions, all of them, and grow beyond the leash of its greatest ally.
We should not be giving anyone bunker buster tech. If Israel wants to buy US weapons, fine. But they do NOT get to have the tech to build them themsleves. Unless they steal it.
Given that Israeli technology paces the world as much as anyone, I don’t think they need to steal anything. They aren’t the Chinese. They develop their own and would.
Good point, thanks.
Side note: the “heads-up” display helmets the pilots in those US B-2 bombers, as well as ALL us F-14, F-15, F-16, and F-35 fighters, are all made by the Israeli Elbit company, from entirely Israeli-developed technology. And the reason for that is that nobody can do that better, as an example.
That certainly explains the F bomb that the President Trump used when talking about Netanyahu and Iran breaking the ceasefire. President Trump was busy working on a cease-fire between Israel and Hamas… How many peace deals can that man jungle at one time!
I don’t think that either actually “broke” the cease fire.
But they BOTH launched major operations against each other during the 12 hour preface to the cease fire deadline.
Which Trump probably hoped neither would do to demonstrate “good faith”.
Well, actually they both did. Israel dropped a few bombs and Iran sent one towards Israel that as President Trump said didn’t even hit anything… But that wasn’t my point. I am just amazed that the man can be finishing up making a peace deal between Israel and Iran, be in the middle of creating a peace deal between Hamas and Israel, (with multiple other countries involved, which always complicates things), and he was on the way to The Hague to meet with NATO at the same time!! President Trump accomplishing more GOOD THINGS in 12 days than the four previous presidents did altogether!
(I’m m not including Biden in those four presidents).
The equivalent of “don’t make me come up there!”
A two-state solution does not seem to me to be reasonable (unless we can corral all liberals into California).
A two state solution in California is one I’d like to see!
They should rename it the TRUMP Peace Prize!
I am waiting, albeit hopefully, for the fat lady to sing.
This all presumes Israel can keep a deal. They have proven incapable of doing so in the past. Hell, this very ceasefire they screwed around with technical timing a couple hours before it officially began just so they could shiv Iran one more time.
That is when President Trump came out with the F bomb! It’s been a few peaceful days, and with BiBi being threatened with going into court on Monday… He really doesn’t wanna piss President Trump off right now!!!
Just for the record, Bibi’s “been going to court” for 5 years so far…
Remember how President Trump also called out the neocons, warmongers and national builders during his recent Middle East trip…kind of ties into this whole regional peace effort.
Perhaps Gaza should become a no mans land, a peace zone. Palestinians settled one side, all Jewish settlers removed back to Israel proper, and may be, just may be, the killing can stop.
Big Beautiful Walls on both sides? It could work.
Success is no mistake.
I think South Dakota needs to start looking for a whole ‘nother mountain just for PDJT’s multiple stone carvings: the Warrior, the Peacemaker, the Economist, the Builder…
This is only possible because Trump defanged Iran; Israel reduced Iran’s military capabilities significantly; Israel decimated Hezbollah; and the US and Israel never let up on Hamas.
Hamas now has no viable supporters. This makes it possible for some of Israel’s Muslim neighbors to avoid “looking bad” with fellow Muslim entities when they agree to things in Gaza that are designed to eliminate Hamas control there.
In addition to getting rid of Hamas, it would be very useful if a large % of Gazans accepted the presumed offer to move to one of the several Muslim destinations that will be offered to them. Gaza needs its population density a lot lower than it is now to be viable going forward — economically, politically, and WRT general human welfare.
This disrupts the entire restaurant operation.
Best President ever.
Trump just added a drive-thru window!
Exactly!
Now do it in Hebrew and Arabic. 🤣
Uh… What nations “globally” are these Gaza refugees going to?
You know the answer: reality: … UK, France, Germany, Netherlands.
Naively: Egypt, Libya, Morocco, Yemen, etc.
Maybe CCP will place them in western China?
That is after they stop harvesting human organs and enslaving certain peoples.
Additional comment:
THIS is what is possible when you stop accepting the premise, take your sword out, and just effing CUT the Gordian Knot!

Can’t wait to hear what all the *conservative* talking heads have to say – (Candace). YT was hard to watch today – sooooo much negative yapping.
It’s hard to believe he’s only been POTUS for 5 months. Warp speed indeed.
Being in his second term….and with an entire Biden term in between to think and plan…..did wonders!
Nothing makes the warmongering MIC more angry than peace.
“If President Donald Trump can pull this off, they better start erecting the scaffolding in South Dakota.”
I’ve been doing some virtual flying around and above Mount Rushmore and the outcropping east of Lincoln’s image is insufficient to do Trump justice without looking crowded… but there is a large outcropping of rock directly west of Washington’s sculpture that is an ideal location for our 45th/47th President’s image.
There are stairs and a platform behind the existing sculpture that gives good access to said outcropping for setting up the scaffolding. Before beginning Trump’s sculpture, fill in the fissures in the outcropping with hi-tech plastic cement blended to the natural color of the rock. Take a page from Michelangelo’s Box and reduce the entire monument to 1/100th scale so models can be submitted to Trump for his approval.
Rubble from the full-scale sculpture can be put through gem tumblers and polish them to be sold as souvenirs!
Meanwhile, in Gaza, opposition ‘families’ of factions that oppose Hamas (but apparently are similar in intent) are now having clashes against Hamas. Videos show bands of masked men carrying rifles, roaming the streets.
“Multiple nations globally will accept numerous Gaza inhabitants seeking emigration.”
“Israel will declare its willingness for future Palestinian conflict resolution under the ‘two states’ concept, contingent upon the Palestinian Authority reforms.” ♦
So basically western nations get Palestinian refugees that won’t assimilate into their societies and out of Israel’s hair and Israel simply has to declare a willingness for conflict resolution? These people better return to Gaza permanently.
Here it comes! Bad news for the world. God promises to judge and slay those who divide up His land.
Joel 3:2 I will gather all the nations and bring them down to the Valley of Jehoshaphat. And I will enter into judgment with them there, on behalf of my people and my heritage Israel, because they have scattered them among the nations and have divided up my land,
It will perhaps get quite exciting in these following years if this comes to pass.
I don’t want to be a party breaker but the catch is that Hamas leadership will have to agree to leave the area and give the hostages back and let a foreign force to manage Gaza. So far they opposed it. But maybe if Iran and Qatar will close their pockets they will change. Time will tell. In any case we all pray that this will work!
UNRWA has to be defunded.
The whole UN is a failed experiment.
Depends on what it was designed to do.
If it was designed to prevent war, then yup, it failed.
If it was designed to destroy national sovereignty and put all the world under subjugation of a global elite, well, it seems to have done pretty well…
The Neighborhood Tribes will handle this. Notice who PDJT was yukking it up with while waiting for a NATO photo? Even fixed the man’s tie.
This is turning onto a block party.
I did not notice that, I was too busy checking out Queen Maxima. 😉
You just know that various groups are, as I type, huddled together in backrooms trying to figure out “how can we F this up?”
Was wondering where the little “o” has been lately.
Mayhaps Trump should be awarded the Nobel Peace Prize every year for the next 10 years. Just sayin’…..
Phew!!! It’s been a crazy couple of years, hasn’t it?!? Oh… it’s only been six months…
“The modified two-state solution between Israel and the Palestinians will likely create internal angst.”
“A good compromise is when both parties are dissatisfied”
-Larry David
😁
Palestinians never compromised on an inch. Israel offered them 97% of the West Bank and Jerusalem long ago. Israel also pulled out of Gaza.
i’m on Israel’s side, just to be clear.
but something, SOMETHING, has to give to break the untenable situation as it is.
i hear your frustration, but NOTHING has worked so far.
i trust President Trump to navigate a solution that will stop the killing
and let your citizens live free of fear.
a thousand more years of war is not the answer, IMO.
shavua tov, David!
I agree.
That was then. Israel standing alone. It’s different now. The whole Neighborhood is in on it. They were in on the planning. Hamas is last to the block party.
PDJT put the fear of God in all of them.
GOD put the fear of God in them…working through and with PDJT!
To God Be the Glory!
The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom.
They can erect scaffolding on a peace prize.
Not on Rushmore until he is successful at home.
AMERICA FIRST
Obviously, we can’t know the private discussions between Prime Minister Netanyahu and President Trump… so I’m left confused much of the time about the relationship.
It was very upsetting to me when Bibi was the first to call and congratulate Biden for the stolen election (which I strongly believe Bibi had to have known). I still haven’t gotten over it.
That is why I marvel at President Trump’s fierce loyalty (even when underserved) and/or his ability to compartmentalize for the greater good.
He and our First Lady exemplify so many qualities I wish to emulate.
I pray Bibi now feels the same.
On the one hand, this would be amazing. I would have bet against even Trump being able to pull it off.
On the other hand, Sundance’s map says 800 kilometers is a slightly longer distance than 800 miles.
“Multiple nations globally will accept numerous Gaza inhabitants seeking emigration.”
There are a bunch of countries saying “What do you mean “we” ?
En parlance (and understated) this will be problematic.
Spent several tours in Iraq.
Would be awesome to think that it wasn’t all in vain.
God speed President Trump!!
MAGA!!!
Maybe George Washington reincarnated, LOL!
God forbid that Trump accepts Gaza residents. They should only go to Muslim lands. You can’t be kicking out those who have lived here for years, working and not getting into trouble while letting them in. They have all at one time or another, participated in the Intifada.
“Multiple nations globally will accept numerous Gaza inhabitants seeking emigration.“
Star Trek VI: The Undiscovered Country.
All kidding aside, I predicted Trump would go very big in the Middle East once reelected. The theory being the best way to end forever wars there was a giant peace treaty. Also, I think he’s going to try and get an Iran/Israel version of the Egypt/Israel Camp David Accords done.
I’ll be thrilled to see that prediction come to pass. All the Second Coming and 12th Imam people are gonna be big mad, along side Democrats and Media and Permanent Warriors. But the other 99% of the world will cheer.
I’ve always been amazed at how few Americans are aware of the various Abraham Accords. I had a lefty friend tell me I had fabricated those peace treaties. Then he looked it up. Then he apologized. He’ll never vote for Trump, but he was actually apologetic. “I had no idea.”
Yeah, because you watch the boob tube for your news, dude.
It’s like watching a 105 fever break in your small child, and realizing maybe she’s almost out of the woods.
The Iran “bombing” is looking more and more like an event orchestrated with the help of the Iranians as a way to derail the Regime Changers who look like idiots now. The deal was we bomb their sites but give them notice. They launch a few token missiles. Israel almost screwed it all up, hence the f-bomb.
Hopefully, we can get back to breaking some necks inside DC.
Thune chooses not to overrule Senate Parliamentarian. The illegals can continue to feed at the public trough until they are hopefully deported.
