I told a couple guys earlier today Trump would have to hit them because the Israel lobby demands it. However it would be a small strike to placate his Jewish donors and keep his base intact. I hope I am right about that. The worst mistake Iran could make now is to over react which is exactly what Nutanyahoo wants.
Trump has now done what he had to do. Iran should ignore it and keep pummeling Israel. Nutanyahoo is the person who needs to be removed. This could easily escalate into regional war if not world war.

I’m not upset about hurting Iran’s ability to have nuclear weapons, provided we did. I’m unhappy about the fact that it feels like Israel pulled us into doing it and on their schedule. It feels just like everyone saying that President Trump is pushed in a corner because of other nation’s expectations. Much like Ukraine.

There are no uses except weapons development and production for anything over 20%, which is the level necessary for medical isotopes. Fuel for energy production only needs 5% enrichment.

I have no problem with the President taking out Iran’s nuclear facilities…they were in flat violation of the JCPOA and NPT, both of which Iran is a signature to, having enrichment levels of 60%, if you believe the IAEAs latest report released earlier this month.
There are no uses except weapons development and production for anything over 20%, which is the level necessary for medical isotopes. Fuel for energy production only needs 5% enrichment.

With all the reactors they’ve built in that time, only 1% of their energy production is from nuclear power, the vast majority of their energy use comes from fossil fuels. This said, what do you think Iran was doing with all these nuclear reactors?

Graham and ilk advocate for artificially prolonged wars in otder to please their campaign donors who make money from them. That is very different from targerted operations with clear goals.

I remember a new interview with Pres Trump long before he ran for President the first time.
He was talking about the US military and what it becam.
He said he had talked to several generals, asking them what they thought of this whatever military activity was going on.
Did they think we would prevail or not.
Pres Trump was NOT impressed with the answers he received.
He said he would ask the generals if they thought the US was going to win this last action.
He was taken aback with their answer.
They all said they didn’t know, they were not sure if we would win and none of them seemed to have any kind of timeline planned to exit the conflict.
This was something Donald Trump did not agree with at all.
When the US put the lives of our military at risk the leaders should have a clear idea of how long the conflict would last and an exit plan, to win.
This is something he believes in, no prolonged coflict with no clear plan of success and exit.
