Interesting listening to the spew on the MSM channels …. bla bla bla our experts say the strike did this or that …. the real interesting part is the story being spewed by the MSM is that Tulsi Gabbard said, “there was no threat or immediate threat which contradicts the President’s decision.”
This sounds like a follow through to get Tulsi G. as well as sewing doubt over the reason for the attack.
I know Tulsi G.’s words were a fragment of her whole assessment purposely taken out of context but 50-60% of the voters DO NOT.
The next few days are going to be tense on the political front v/v Tulsi G. as well as on the global front with respect to the follow-up strikes that may be needed and the method used by Iran to respond.

Nobody ever even declared war in the first place, so how exactly does Iran or anybody else “agree to end” a war which is not even officially happening?
Iran stated that there will be no negotiation involving their nuclear program, I’m 100% certain that if Iran ever gets a nuclear bomb, they would use it without hesitation. I suspect they would target Israel first and us second.
This was a limited and targeted strike. No boots on the ground.
It had to happen. I’m glad it did. It’s up to the citizens of Iran to determine what kind of government they will support. We will not support a nuclear Iran.

Iran miscalculated in a big way …. thinking the “west” would continue to sit around wringing their hands as we have watched for 20-years as their nuclear weapons program ground it’s way to this point …. where Iran could assemble a bomb which is the SAME as having a Nuclear Weapon for delivery.
This was a tough ugly decision that should have been made years ago … like the same year Israel crippled the Iranians via Cyber Attack as well as working harder to preempt the delivery of equipment to Iran.’
Here we are … Iran HAS nuclear weapons … so instead of wringing our hands …. my oh my what is to be done … wait until Tel Aviv and then Baghdad are vaporized??? … this had to be done … like it or not.

Let’s start with President did what he BELIEVES is in our BEST interest. This IS America First. He does NOT. Believe he’s starting a war—I’m sure he believes he’s ENDING it BEFORE it starts. This is NO different than ending ISIS in weeks. This is no different from other precision strikes he has authorized in the past—none of which started a war.
We do not know how close Iran was to having a nuke. President has ALWAYS said Iran cannot have Nukes. Unlike Clinton, who has no problem suiciding Americans chickened out when was told North Korea will have a bomb. He DID NOT bomb and North Korea DID get nukes.
This ALSO sets up nations to understand, 47 DOES want peace, but don’t push him, he’ll do what is necessary to protect US. He gave them MULTIPLE warnings and much time to CHOOSE peace. Iran didn’t. Even when 47 gave them two weeks to negotiate and Iran immediately responded, the next day, they will not negotiate.
Iran has been causing problems, attacking our troops, using proxy terrorists for decades. Thank you 44 for giving them pallets of money. Iran has consistently said, Death to America, we are the great Satan. That they want to wipe us off the face of the earth—should we NOT believe them? Foolish to not.

If there was no active conflict going on with Iran/Israel, and the info on the enrichment capabilities was still the same, there wouldn’t be near as many naysayers.
Trump is first and foremost a risk manager. I know that makes a lot of you nervous, but risk is an inescapable part of life and it has to be calculated and utilized. Although the Media doesn’t really understand this, they can feel it in that nervous political way of theirs. They’re really down-in-the-mouth grabbing at straws trying to spin this negatively. This is part of Trump’s shock therapy and they know it.
He’s just doing the right thing and he’s doing it quickly so he can dispatch with it and get on with MAGA. Judging by their reaction President Trump (as usual) has recognized and executed the most likely correct course of action. We are extremely lucky to have this man’s services.

I think 1/3 of the population understood that COVID was only a “bad flu” about 1 month in when young people (20-50s) were not dropping like flies, the children were not carriers, and the elderly were only dying because of being moved into concentrated nursing homes + Remdesivir + ventilators.
The vaccines only appeared in Dec 2020 (9 months after start of lockdown) after the election, and rolled out to the public in Jan 2021. It was pretty clear at that point that people were NOT dying in droves thanks to every state constantly publishing daily metrics. People were already begging to end the lockdowns before the vaccines were available.
I feel that risk intolerant businesses linked vaccine requirements based on state recommendations, which in turn only mimicked federal recommendations. The lockstep in which it all happened was curiously “fascist”, yet the media told us the non-vaccinated were the fascists for not listening to directions.
So I think the end of lockdown was already in progress. The vaccine rollout allowed the government to “save face” even though all metrics were the vaccines were ineffective (< 30%) to the point the “medicine” should not have been released under fast track law. Had the lockdown ended with “sorry, we were wrong, we all had herd immunity after all, no vaccines needed”, that would have been an absolute $hit$how for the new Democrat administration.

Hi Right to Reply. I totally disagree. I am a doctor, and we have all known since 1798 when the first vaccine was used that natural immunity is the gold standard against viral pathogens. We know this because exposure to attenuated virus in a vaccine does nothing but kick start your own immune system to develop antibodies. We also knew from very early on that Covid 19 had survivability rates in average individuals similar to influenza, which are somewhere in the 97-99% range. While it is true that individuals with multiple, chronic comorbidities or compromised immune systems were at higher risk, we also understood that all the interventions deployed during the pandemic were contraindicated for the vast majority of people, including vaccination during outbreak, paper masks, social distancing, school closures, etc.
Financial incentives were offered to hospitals and healthcare facilities to encourage use of the jabs (which they all do with influenza), and further incentives we given for active covid patients and deaths. Big Pharma, who has had tailor-made MRNA vaccination in the pipeline since the 1990s had tried, unsuccessfully to get the product to market. Its a potential cash cow for them, but barriers to entry and patient skepticism has always been too high.
At the same time, healthcare interventions change frequently based upon advances in research and better understanding of pathological disease process. Almost my entire life the leaders of Iran have publicly vowed “death to America”. I believe they weren’t lying about their position and that they meant to attempt to accomplish that vow, and still do, as long as they draw breath.
I don’t live in fear, as we all die sooner or later and my faith in Christ leaves me at peace.
I agree. When you have an evil regime in Iran whose official position is “Death to America”, it must be prevented from obtaining the nuclear bomb, rather than just ignore it and wait until they use it on the US and cause casualties of a thousand 9/11’s. Subs could be used to launch nukes at the US. Remember that Iran has been acting for many years as an enemy that is already at war with the US/Israel.

Regardless of how successful or not this attack was I think that Iran is now pretty certain to complete their work on a nuclear weapon.
In the meantime their destruction of military and government sites in Israel continues. Parts of Tel Aviv are starting to resemble Gaza due to collateral damage caused by many Israel military sites being in among civilian housing. The big difference being that the population is in shelters whist Gazians are not, so different levels of death. Also Israelis are able to leave the country, which they are doing in their thousands, mainly to Cyprus and Egypt.
As time has gone on the level of censorship has grown significantly so that now we really don’t have much idea of the level of Iranian destruction in Israel other than it is much more serious than they let on. Were Iran to respond by striking Israel’s remaining electricity generators then the country will collapse. The damage so for is in the many 100B of US$. Who is going to pay? You in the US?
Today it is still clear that Iran’s objective is to destroy all Israel’s military facilities.
We hope that will be enough and they don’t go for civilian infrastructure.

The vaccines only appeared in Dec 2020 (9 months after start of lockdown) after the election, and rolled out to the public in Jan 2021. It was pretty clear at that point that people were NOT dying in droves thanks to every state constantly publishing daily metrics. People were already begging to end the lockdowns before the vaccines were available.
I feel that risk intolerant businesses linked vaccine requirements based on state recommendations, which in turn only mimicked federal recommendations. The lockstep in which it all happened was curiously “fascist”, yet the media told us the non-vaccinated were the fascists for not listening to directions.
So I think the end of lockdown was already in progress. The vaccine rollout allowed the government to “save face” even though all metrics were the vaccines were ineffective (< 30%) to the point the “medicine” should not have been released under fast track law. Had the lockdown ended with “sorry, we were wrong, we all had herd immunity after all, no vaccines needed”, that would have been an absolute $hit$how for the new Democrat administration.

Hi Right to Reply. I totally disagree. I am a doctor, and we have all known since 1798 when the first vaccine was used that natural immunity is the gold standard against viral pathogens. We know this because exposure to attenuated virus in a vaccine does nothing but kick start your own immune system to develop antibodies. We also knew from very early on that Covid 19 had survivability rates in average individuals similar to influenza, which are somewhere in the 97-99% range. While it is true that individuals with multiple, chronic comorbidities or compromised immune systems were at higher risk, we also understood that all the interventions deployed during the pandemic were contraindicated for the vast majority of people, including vaccination during outbreak, paper masks, social distancing, school closures, etc.
Financial incentives were offered to hospitals and healthcare facilities to encourage use of the jabs (which they all do with influenza), and further incentives we given for active covid patients and deaths. Big Pharma, who has had tailor-made MRNA vaccination in the pipeline since the 1990s had tried, unsuccessfully to get the product to market. Its a potential cash cow for them, but barriers to entry and patient skepticism has always been too high.
At the same time, healthcare interventions change frequently based upon advances in research and better understanding of pathological disease process. Sixty years of social-emotional learning in K-graduate school primed the response to Covid-mania, and the powers that be frequently contradicted historically understood research on virology and immunology. I must say that despite all the excellent information we get at CTH, I am often surprised at the tenor of some of the comments. Trump ran on no nuclear weapons in Iran. There is barely a country in the world that wants a radical fundamentalist regime like Iran to have a nuclear weapon.
its not shocking to me to see people express outrage. they just don’t understand the threat, nor they recognize that President Trump is taking his responsibility to protect the United States, all of us. This misunderstanding also appears to be related to a notion that we can just sit idle and assume that Israel can and will neutralize this threat. emotions run high when people feel they don’t understand the realities that exist….that monsters are very real…President Trump certainly knows this, and I can think of no better person to make this call. He made it very clear, crystal clear from the onset and even provided Iran with 60 period to unwind this madness and he made it perfectly clear there would be consequences should they defy this demand. Yes, the world is now safer, no thanks to the death cult in Iran.
I think there is also an incorrect assumption that this war is similar to those in the past, specifically Iraq and Afghanistan….

I support this President. While I am cautious about what lies ahead, what new threats that Iran is planning and of course what the US role will be in quelling that threat militarily, again, I see no better person EVER who can lead correctly and in good faith to make America safer. We are NOT going to be occupying Iran. I seriously doubt we will escalate beyond targeting specific military assets. That is perfectly acceptable to me and I support it. Regardless of how successful or not this attack was I think that Iran is now pretty certain to complete their work on a nuclear weapon.
In the meantime their destruction of military and government sites in Israel continues. Parts of Tel Aviv are starting to resemble Gaza due to collateral damage caused by many Israel military sites being in among civilian housing. The big difference being that the population is in shelters whist Gazians are not, so different levels of death. Also Israelis are able to leave the country, which they are doing in their thousands, mainly to Cyprus and Egypt.
As time has gone on the level of censorship has grown significantly so that now we really don’t have much idea of the level of Iranian destruction in Israel other than it is much more serious than they let on. Were Iran to respond by striking Israel’s remaining electricity generators then the country will collapse. The damage so for is in the many 100B of US$. Who is going to pay? You in the US?
