Eight years ago, I created a simple graphic to help readers and researchers understand how Nellie Ohr was connected to the construct of the Steele Dossier, the core source material that underpinned the Title-1 FISA surveillance warrant used against the Donald Trump 2016 campaign and President Trump administration.
In addition to outlining how Nellie Ohr took Ham radio operator classes (May 2016) during her employment with Fusion GPS (began Dec 2015), the graphic shows the circular process of how the Steele Dossier (technically Nellie Ohr’s dossier) was constructed. Additionally, the graphic is also a timeline showing how Nellie Ohr interacted with the overall ‘Crossfire Hurricane’ investigation, which eventually evolved to the Mueller investigation.
A CTH review of the Nellie Ohr research activity proved Nellie Ohr’s work aligned with the content of the Dossier, and the Nellie research was used as verification of the dossier. [See the release of verification documents (SEE HERE)] In essence the source information for the Dossier was used to validate the dossier conclusions because it’s the same damn material. That’s why Nellie Ohr took the Fusion-GPS header off the top of the material she provided to congress. NOTE: This graphic is almost eight years old.
Nellie Ohr was far more important than Chris Steele.
It was Nellie Ohr’s work product that Steele used in his dossier assembly.
In addition to publicly publishing all of the research material on Nellie Ohr, including how she falsified her testimony to congress, I have personally hand-delivered all of the Nellie Ohr research files to Washington DC, repeatedly, including the FCC License which contradicted her testimony.
Today, Senator Chuck Grassley declassified and released the FBI research files into Nellie Ohr [SEE FILE HERE], proving everything CTH previously asserted in our research. Chuck Grassley’s press release IS HERE.

Notice the Ham radio license (May 2016) corresponds to the timeline when the Clinton campaign officially hired Fusion-GPS as for the Trump “Dossier” research (Ohr training March-April 2016). Notice also this is immediately after the time when NSA Director Mike Rogers discovered FISA abuse and shut down contractor access to the NSA database (April 2016).
Today, Chuck Grassley notes:
- In direct contradiction to her congressional testimony, Nellie Ohr took six ham radio classes and an exam during her time as a Fusion GPS employee (pg. 37). Ham radios can facilitate international communication without the use of a cell signal.
- Nellie Ohr claimed her ham radio training occurred before she was employed by Fusion GPS. However, per records from the Fairfax Fire and Rescue Department and Federal Communications Commission, Nellie Ohr’s entire ham radio training occurred between March to May 2016, while working at Fusion GPS. When you overlay the timeline with the demonstrable activity, it becomes transparently easy to see exactly what was taking place.
Daniel Jones left the SSCI as Dianne Fienstein’s lead staffer and began working with Glenn Simpson at Fusion-GPS. Fusion-GPS contracted with Nellie Ohr in “late 2015”. This is the exact same time when thousands of unauthorized “contractor searches” were taking place within the NSA/FBI database. This is where the Ham radio comes in handy to transmit “international communication.”
Nellie Ohr then sends her research outcomes to Chris Steele for the dossier assembly; and the dossier is then laundered back to Bruce Ohr and FBI for use in their operation against the Trump campaign. Meanwhile Glenn Simpson and Dan Jones are leaking to the media who are writing articles. Nellie Ohr then captures those articles to validate material in the dossier, puts the citations on a thumb-drive and gives it to Bruce. Again, it’s the same damn origin.
All of this activity originates back in late 2015 when the FBI was allowing “contractors,” many of whom were likely in contact with journalists -via Dan Jones and Glenn Simpson- to have access to the databases within the NSA.
This is not conspiracy theory, this is a factual conspiracy.

Why only now?
Sufficient time has passed so the media have an excuse to downplay it and do no follow-ups.
“OLD NEWS.”
There are so many unanswered questions about the entire “Steele Dossier” thing. Some never excite any curiosity from either side.
In one of his lawsuits against him for defamation, Steele had to answer questions in writing under oath. It was a written deposition. Here is one of the more interesting queries and his sworn response:
Question: “4. Is it Orbis’ case that Fusion’s client needed the information contained in Memorandum 112: (a) For the purposes of prospective legal proceedings? (b) For the purposes of obtaining legal advice? (c) For the purpose of establishing, exercising or defending legal rights?
Answer:
“Response: (b) and (c).
Fusion’s immediate client was law firm Perkins Coie LIP. It engaged Fusion to obtain information necessary for Perkins Coie LLP to provide legal advice on the potential impact of Russian involvement on the legal validity of the outcome of the 2016 US Presidential election. Based on that advice, parties such as the Democratic National Committee and HFACC Inc. (also known as “Hillary for America”) could consider steps they would be legally entitled to take to challenge the validity of the outcome of that election. In turn, that may have resulted in legal proceedings within the meaning of limb (a) above, but the immediate needs of Fusion’s clients fell with in limbs (b) and (c).”
So, Hillary Clinton’s real “INSURANCE POLICY” for potentially losing to Trump in 2016 was to use the Steele Dossier as a pretext to take legal action to challenge the results of the election on the basis of Russian Interference in the Election.” Apparently, Hillary was given reason to believe that the federal courts (or a particular federal court) would demand a new election and be able to get away with it.
Okay, but there is a further problem here, particularly for the FBI and the DOJ’s National Security Division. The “Steele Dossier” did not identify only Donald Trump as being compromised by Putin’s regime. The very first memo of the “Steele Dossier” identified HILLARY CLINTON as also being compromised by the Putin regime as shown below:
“5. Asked about the Kremlin’s reported intelligence feed to TRUMP over recent years and rumours about a Russian dossier of ‘kornpromat’ on Hillary CLINTON (being circulated), Source B confirmed the file’s existence. S/he confided in a trusted compatriot that it had been collated by Department K of the FSB for many years, dating back to her husband Bill’s presidency, and comprised mainly eavesdropped conversations of various sorts rather than details/evidence of unorthodox or embarrassing behavior. Some of the conversations were from bugged comments CLINTON had made on her various trips to Russia and focused on things she had said which contradicted her current positions on various issues. Others were most probably from phone intercepts.
“6. Continuing on this theme, Source G, a senior Kremlin official, confided that the CLINTON dossier was controlled exclusively by Chief Kremlin spokesman, Dmitriy PESKOV, who was responsible for compiling/handling it on the explicit instructions of PUTIN The dossier however had not as yet been made available abroad, including to TRUMP or his campaign team. At present it was unclear what PUTIN’s intentions were in this regard.”
So, Hillary has Perkins Coie (Marc Elias) hire Fusion GPS (Glen Simpson) to create a pretext for Hillary to sue for a new election, or some remedy for “Russian Interference in the Election” that would result in Hillary being installed as President, and what is put in the very first memo of the Dossier? Damaging information about Perkins Coie’s client, Hillary Clinton. I bluntly asked Elias on X why on earth that was left in the Steele Dossier, when the document was to become the property of Perkins Coie’s client, Hillary Clinton? Elias never answered.
The upshot of all this data is that the Steele Dossier “revealed” that BOTH CANDIDATES of the major parties were allegedly compromised by the Putin Regime in Moscow. There is no other way to interpret this “dossier” as having any other meaning. This situation would be beyond the wildest dreams of any Russian dictator, to be able to win no matter which candidate is elected.
So, why no FBI investigation of BOTH candidates? Why did the FBI Director, James Comey, who received the dossier turn around and endorse Clinton for President? Why didn’t he use the first memo of the dossier in the investigation of Hillary Clinton’s private email system and the related abuse of the Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities in her mansions in DC and New York? Why has this been a non-issue when discussing the content of the dossier?
The funny part of this is that, of all the claims in the Steele Dossier, the part about Putin having a file of electronic intercepts of Hillary Clinton’s written and spoken communications (The alleged “Cozy Bear” Russian computer hackers were supposed to have sat on the VoiP telephone communications at the DNC for almost a year) have more basis in VERIFIABLE FACTS than anything alleged about Trump and Putin.
(1). Hillary was ordered not to use her Blackberry as Secretary of State. She did it anyway.
(2). The Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) stored on the unsecured email server in her mansion.
(3). SCI showed up on the Weiner laptop.
The allegation that Comey pretended to investigate was that Hillary was “grossly negligent” with classified information, and that negligence extended to ELECTRONIC INFORMATION. This meshes nicely with the statements in the Steele Dossier. If anyone had sufficient verifiable information that would reach probable cause for a FISA warrant out of the Steele Dossier, it was Hillary.
How many Demonrats-13 knew the truth and covered for this treason? Can’t they be charged for their crimes?
It isn’t mainly the Democrats. The FBI used the Steele Dossier to get the FISA warrant on Carter Page. The same FBI pretended to investigate Hillary under the ESPIONAGE ACT, of all laws, and had to have read Steele’s commentary about Putin having the file of Hillary’s electronic communications with access only allowed to Putin and his main flunky, Peskov. Makes a person wonder what kind of “Intelligence Analysts” those people hired, but they are not alone.
I gave this stuff to several (!) conservative writers of note on X. None of them followed up, or even acknowledged receipt. Celebrated Crossfire Hurricane sleuths on Twitter/X also turned up their noses with only one giving a reason: “Steele lies.” Well, the stuff is useful to smoke people out and to throw in the faces of those who kept saying, for years, “the Steele Dossier was never DISPROVEN.” Those leftists would shrink from a discussion like Dracula confronting a crucifix just as soon as they read it. They all knew what it meant, which is exactly what I wrote in the first post here. Peter Strzok responded by blocking me.
All the questions remain unanswered while they are still valid questions.

The FBI/DOJ didn’t just just hide the Nellie Ohr Doc that showed she lied to Congress. They made it unreachable. Unsearchable. From other agents and Congress. Hidden from their own Sentinel system. Talk about losing faith in the system. Half of my frustrations come from the active measures that must have taken place by MULTIPLE people to protect those lying to Congress.

Ms. Ohr’s Ham license for KM4UDZ ( https://wireless2.fcc.gov/UlsApp/UlsSearch/license.jsp?licKey=3815075 ) is still active (exp. 5/23/2026) but she remains certified Technician class (the lowest) and thus restricted to <50.1Mhz. Such frequencies – from 6 meters to 23cm – do not generally abide great distances and even 6 meter needs extreme propagation, a rare event, to go more than a few hundred miles – although, I have once seen a cross-equatorial QSO there. Now, had she acquired a General license then she could have legally worked higher meters (lower freqs) that naturally propagate on sideband worldwide with enough power. Still, no license is needed to buy the necessary HF equipment for this and it is possible that she walked into a Hamfest and bought one for cash, or at a nearby HRO – Wilmington or Woodbridge, and operated illegally. It happens…
No, she likely was transmitting locally on either 2 meter or 70 cm, which are by far the most common, so as to avoid the paper trails of traditional comms.
However, if she used her Ham license for business or nefarious activity, then she could be in a hell of a lot of trouble.
I, myself do not care now, but, IF someone happened do drive by her home (the address on her license is her “station”), and IF she has an external antenna, then the band(s) she was working can be easily determined. Or, there may be a transceiver in her car.

So…if I am understanding this right…. she gets a ham license so she doesn’t have to use a landline or cell phone. So is this to mean she is literally afraid of the FBI she was working for? Worried her own agency and perhaps others such NSA…etc could be listening in? So she chooses to abandon all “normal” modes of communication and goes with Ham radio? But wouldn’t that still be broadcasting in the clear? The last I looked, NO FORM of encryption is allowed on the ham bands whatsoever. Perhaps a ham radio person could fill us in. I don’t see how radio would help her hide what she was/had been doing?
No one would look at such an obscure place. Ham is not meta data collection as per internet and cell phone.
