The main topic of President Trump’s remarks is the global trade reset, which includes a cumulative 104% tariff on China, as Beijing attempts to devalue currency and retain economic status. President Trump is in full wolverine mode on the issue of trade. There is no other issue that commands this level of intensity and deliberate effort.

I’m so grateful to have him. I love how funny he is, and I believe he is trying to move heaven and earth to deliver. I don’t understand why he feels the need to say, “These countries are calling us up, kissing my ass.” He doesn’t need to. Maybe he’s just having fun and is full of piss and vinegar. It is just kind of cringy to a regular schmoe like me.

I believe our very stable genius tosses out such nuggets because he KNOWS the ENEmedia cannot resist latching onto his controversial quotes. In so doing, THEY spread the news far and wide that reciprocal tariffs are WORKING.
Controversial statements are such an easy way to compel fake news to report the *truth* against their better judgement. The fact that nations are all lining up to comply with tariffs is FAR more important than “He said A$$!”

He’s from Queens, very proud of his family and achievements, and very comfortable with who he is. Reagan was the first President since Kennedy to tell it like it is but he used brilliant humor to get his point across and make his words more palatable. Trump doesn’t mince words. It is refreshing to hear the unvarnished truth again. God Bless him.

I feel SO much better reading everyone else’s take on this. I truly love this President. There’s no other man on earth like him. How does he walk with such massive cajones? And of course, he means they are kissing the US’s ass and not his. And when I see people bemoan the loss of “statesmanship” in politics today, I think, “Yes. Thank God. Trump is forcing people to reveal their true selves and do away with this phony decorum.” I prefer the Real. No matter what it is, I want people to be REAL. And Trump is.

While Florida came out okay on 4/1 with smaller margins than hoped for, Wisconsin shows how committed they are – with gadjillions of dollars to “win” an election which reportedly changes the calculation for the House for generations to come.
MAGA must stay active and committed local local local. Voters must be engaged all year long every year. Candidate benches must be curated now for future elections. Precinct committee slots must be filled with MAGA, and leadership positions won.
