President Trump and the White House posted the following message to begin “Liberation Day.”
President Donald Trump is scheduled to end the U.S Marshal Plan for Europe, eliminating one-way tariffs eighty years after the Marshal Plan began. President Trump is now planning to institute global reciprocal tariffs, by matching all tariff and non-tariff trade barriers and restrictions. WATCH:

It’s about time.
I second that!
It reveals how broken and sold out our politicians have been for so long. The entire DC system is in apoplectic shock that VSGPDJT would end the one-way tariffs that were intended to rebuild war-torn Europe.
Yup trillions at stake, and since we funded most of the world, free and unfree parts, they bought off or in some cases inserted their representation into Congress (case in point Somalia).
The rebuilding was finished literally generations ago. I went to West Germany as an 18-year old Army private in the very early 70’s and all the damage from WW2 had long been rebuilt and Germany was booming economically. When out and about it was very rare to come across signs of any old war damage anywhere, and that was only occasionally seeing bomb scarring on the side of an older but otherwise completely repaired and renovated building, and most often that scarring itself was repaired where you could see the older original exterior stonework with lighter colored stone filling in where shrapnel had chipped pieces of stone away.
At the time, I would have been sickened if I had heard of the one-way Marshall Plan tariffs still being in effect, since West Germany clearly no longer needed any help. And that was over 50 years ago! So they were getting billions in economic help while the U.S. was doing most of the paying for NATO. If you think of the tariff advantage the European NATO countries were getting at the expense of the U.S., then you would have to agree that we were in effect paying for their militaries and their payments to NATO. They weren’t ever paying anything! What the hell were all of our leaders from at least 1960 forward thinking?
They weren’t even investing on their military. We were being played as suckers by putting our troops and equipment on their bases and bearing the majority of the cost of NATO.
We need to do the same thing with NATO as the Marshall plan, pull out our troops and military assets out now.
Enough of the USA helping them get of the messes the make for themselves.
Not only were West Germans not paying their share, many people were out protesting loudly for “no-nukes” and unilateral disarmament. (That was largely due to the strong influence of the Soviet KGB in infiltrating youth organizations, labor unions, universities and leftwing political parties.)
(btw A certain KGB Lieutenant Colonel stationed in Eastern Germany during the 1980s was a younger Vladimir Putin.)
No, thats repealing dayylite savings time, …
this is about JOBS, reversing the exfiltration of wealth, its about National Security, and its about defeating the globullusts.
Too bad most of the country won’t understand what this is about and react against an “inflationary” move. Before the benefits are felt the enemedia will have done its damage.
Trump is the only truly brave president I’ve ever known.
I agree. Messaging will be 100% important. Many Americans are not well versed in economics and easily swayed by some phoney economic news’ agenda.
Sundance posted a few interviews that Howard Lutnick has done. I can guarantee that he will be the spokesperson for President Trump. He speaks so clearly. So enthusiastically. So positively. His love and energy are contagious. A true gem for President Trump.
DD
The American Conservative is steadfastly against DJTs tarrifs. From what I can tell is that they and the other naysayers have over thought the mechanics of how they operate. Continuing to underwrite the EU with grossly lopsided trade and tarrifs needed an overdue adjustment.
Who is forcing the USA to buy foreign products with high tariffs? Just don’t buy and the price will come down. If lettuce is $2.75 a head, let it sit there and they’ll have to throw it away, and then the price will come down. Unless you’re on a BPT card and its free. Same goes for new cars, new houses, new clothes or vacations.
A lot of the consumer economy is based on want and not on need.
Inflation and Government spending increased GDP the previous four years. Take that away and we were in a recession.
“A lot of the consumer economy is based on want and not on need.”
And, based on want, a willingness to spend.
That willingness to spend is often referred to as consumer confidence.
Consumer Confidence is at a 12cyear low. Most people are putting a lid on spending because of the looming recession.

People are running out of disposable income…delinquincies are on the rise.
Watch for banks to make offers to adjust payment systems.
I welcome the tariff policy. Both main UK parties need USA tariffs imposed to force them to live in the real world that the rest of us inhabit in UK. Net zero climate change policies are unsustainable and are turning UK into a failing State. The crazy maritime emissions policy just introduced requires all boats to be electrified. There goes what is left of our fishing fleets. The suppression of our right to speak freely means we won’t even be able to complain about the tyranny!
The UK govt. has gone “overboard” with mandating electric vessels for sure. I have relatives living there and not sure they fully comprehend what is coming their way.
We do as well…my husband’s sister.
Mandating EVs and much else besides.
The short answer is no, they do not.
Bet Starmer and Rachel from Accounts, the Chancellor, don’t either.
Britain, which chucks toddlers out of nursery schools for being “transphobic” and has a King who celebrates Ramadan but not Lent, is gone.
Wish it were not so….but it is.
My only hope is that since they are young adults, they will eventually return to the USA where they were born. They are only living there now to be close to their mother, but I worry for their future if they remain in the UK.
The King is not in great shape these days, so will be interesting to see if William is given any new authority and can turn things around a bit. Hate to see this negative trajectory continue and watch the dismantling of a once greatly respected nation. Even though our history is rocky with the UK, many of us have a heritage to them or another European nation. So to see them fail and surrender their culture is quite heartbreaking.
I lived there for two decades with my British husband when it was sane.
William is cut from the same cloth and so will carry on.
Too far gone to turn back. And that grieves us both.
Charles who changed his coronation ritual to make his formal title include “Defender of faith” rather than the centuries-old traditional “Defender of the Faith.”
He doesnt actually swear to that, Gulag.
I have gone back and listened to his oath. That is simply part of his title.
However, it was left to the now resigned disgraced Archbishop of Canterbury to add his bit after acknowkedging that he would be a protector of all faiths…but as it turns out one in particular.
Gotta go with the times, doncha know.
Electric VESSELS?
I hope you mean electric vehicles . . . but then again, I wouldn’t be surprised if electric vessels are on the drawing boards of the eco-nuts . . . can you imagine a vessel . . . a ship . . . powered with lithium batteries?
Doesn’t sound like a good idea to me!
Maybe someone will tell me I am behind the times, these things are already under serious consideration!
I mean vessels as in boats…was replying to Karin’s comment above about maritime emissions for boats in the UK. Crazy right?
No amount of messaging will sway the typical Democrat. I believe that even if prices dropped by 40%, and government efficiency improved by 80%, and Federal income taxes were eliminated, the Left will continue with their rabid TDS. And they will continue to support election fraud.
I agree. I was thinking today. I saw a meme of crazy hard core MS-13 criminals overtop of a picture of cute babies.
The caption said, “Why do liberals want to keep these(illegals), and kill these(babies)
It hit me. This is not Democrat vs Republican. Conservative vs Liberal.
This is God vs Satan. Evil vs good. There is no middle ground. You can’t help minds and souls that are so devoted to everything that is evil.
DD
That is why God asked us to pray for them.
Only he can help them.
May I add that Praying for them does not mean caving to their whims or withdrawing from the fight.
Full armor of God indeed!
We, in our household and many of our friends agree. And the evil runs through both parties.
Babies in the womb and gangsters in the shadows are both things the Libs can pretend not to see.
OMG! Dems would go bat poop crazy if income taxes were eliminated.
You are 100% correct. They have become accustomed to having unfettered access to the trillions of dollars that are at stake. We probably think we know – or at least have a glimpse of – how bad it is. I’m guessing that, in reality, we have absolutely no idea. Some days I wish the good guys who do know how bad it really is would just blow the whole damn thing up all at once. Of course, that could mean that the good guys instantly become the bad guys because power tends to corrupt, and absolute power corrupts absolutely. Either way, all of us have a glimpse of how FUBAR this mess really is, I am sure. We gave it away an inch at a time. That’s all the left ever asked for, you know. An inch. But they took a mile every time.
He gets rid of income tax on 93% of Americans and he will destroy the Democrat party. At least until some idiot RINO sneaks in office and starts the whollllle mess over again.
“No amount of messaging will sway the typical Democrat.”
Only group I know of that can be munching on a piece of prime rib, that someone else paid for, while simultaneously complaining about the price of lobster.
let’s see . . .
would that be Astro Surf-and-Turf?
Amen!!
To counter the deleterious effects from the mad media, there must be a fulsome offensive communications front from all admin, not just the press secretary. Constant reminders of America First economic prosperity tied into national security. Everyone on TV, print, podcasts, etc…needs to preach about the unfair tariffs by other countries we have been enduring for decades. This will need to be a full court press, done 24/7 to repropagandize the masses about Trumpism and American prosperity coming our way. The President can’t be the only one speaking about this, and the Congress needs to get on board too, even though it may be uncomfortable for some of them. It is a brand new day for the USA!
This is where you get the FCC to come into play. All the big networks are supposed to do PSAs. So the US Treasury produces a PSA explaining the way the tariffs will work, along with a website to go read and download the fact sheet for tariffs, then goes to the big networks and asks them to broadcast the PSA during primetime seven days a week.
If they refuse, yank their licenses.
Now that’s the way it should work…so much can be done to counter the BS narratives, so let’s get to it FCC!
we would do well to make sure we report the actual numbers wrt to tarriffs and trade sanctions. These are the three elements that the ridiculously pretentious left progs broadcast as warnings and certain doom:
unemployment numbers
inflation…prices of goods and services (versus fed prime rate)..”street inflation” what we pay for everyday ordinary stuff.
recession dangers..contraction of growth.
that last time, first term when President Trump issued tarriffs and trade sanctions…it had no apparent impact on these these elements. However, the left progs HOWLED the sky would fall. it did not do that.
what DID happen is that COVID-19 impacted the entire global economy and this produced the effects the left progs were so sure would happen because of tarriffs. it was a curiously convenient black swan event that they magically pretend was not responsible for a flagging economy. The ignore those effects and conflate that real risk to a depressed economy.
So this time we are black swan free (except for ukr-rus war, which is nothing near or close to the effects of c-19), so it will be obvious this time that his policies will create about as much risk to the US economy as it did before. none, or very little.
We need to make sure to put this on full blast…and take the oxygen away from the knuckledraggers….one way to do this is to make it personal…each week, one of President Trumps’ emissaries takes to the road to report on what THE PEOPLE are really feeling…where it matters the most…and put that on full blast.
we cannot expect the main stream maniacs to be honest…we’ll have to depend on people of integrity to show the numbers as they really are, no salt allowed, and let the people see for themselves and not the idiot in the box telling them the world as we know it has ended already and we should all just wait for the terminus.
God Bless America
There are always Black Swans a-swimming.
If China makes a move on Taiwan that could certainly trigger global recession, massive shortages, and disruption. Mainstream Media would immediately blame Trump Tariffs for “forcing” China into taking military action.
Military strikes to take out Iran’s nuclear weapon program would likewise spike energy prices and ripple through every part of the economy.
It is equally too bad that the average American has zero patience for the positive effects of policy change to reveal themselves at the grocery store et al.
Agreed. The major theme I hear continuously from the communist MSM and certain segments of the population is that we can’t do anything that could possibly impact prices. God forbid the price of junk at Target or Walmart increases by a few dollars. It’s what you call shortsighted thinking. These people are completely unaware of the “high cost of a low price.” They want instant gratification and don’t care about how it weakens us and strengthens China. We should be doing everything possible to destabilize them, but instead, we have greedy corporatists who only care about the bottom line.
It would be great to have a chart like the debt clock that show prices falling, and industry rising
We do have a gauge to measure the economy and production. Its called the GDP. Which is trending downward as prices rise and manufacturing slows.
https://fortune.com/2025/03/01/us-economy-recession-outlook-q1-gdp-contraction-trump-tariffs-doge-job-cuts-consumer-spending-inflation/
But according to the HISTORY of what happened in his first term, prices will fall, not go up.
Austin Goolsbie was on FOX last night and though Brett Beirt tried heartily to get him to say it would raise prices, he confessed that in the first term, it did not do so.
BB is a snake.
Oh wow, they dug up Goolsby again from the crypt…he is such a poser, but at least he has a point of view that is fairly cognizant of reality.
Correcting his name: Austan Goolsbee. He is now chairman of the Chicago Fed…impressive.
https://www.chicagofed.org/utilities/about-us/office-of-the-president/office-of-the-president-home
It’s interesting how that wasn’t a concern for them when everything went up in price dramatically the last four years.
That’s because it was “transitory”, don’t cha know.
That’s the smoking gun in the case. Green new lunacy creates massive inflation and we pretend it’s transient. Actually try to long-term and strategically improve our industrial strength and the sky is falling. Hypocrisy and idiocy rolled into a ball.
Average junk price has already risen dramatically over the past 4 years. Where have these average ignorant folks been? Inflation is worse than tariffs. And with all the jobs overseas, you’re unemployed to boot.
Positive. As in the price of most things in the grocery store going up?
The food budget will be the first thing to see the Po$$$itive upward effects in prices in this Trade War.
President Trump, in an interview not long ago, said (paraphrasing here)there will be a bit of price rises for a little while until it all evens out and to be patient. The truth is the media and the enemy are going full blast on every negative aspect of the tariffs they can muster up and hype up.
Hope the messaging from Team Trump can counter some of that. People need educating big time about what is going to go on and how it will be beneficial down the road. The push for owning the Houswe in the midterms leaves little time for any educationg. Ot needs to be down now.
My thoughts exactly. It’s going to be very hard to neutralize all of the negative media. Expect 100% negative coverage 24×7. I have no respect for any of these fools. “Trump bad” is the only topic they know.
So expect no change from the current 24×7 negative messaging from the media.
With all due respect, why would you expect POSITIVE COVERAGE? I may have thought the legacy/MSM was “changeable” back in 2015, but I have long discarded that naive view. The only thing that matters is how much of the US population still responds to the negative legacy media.
The good news is that so few are watching that they no longer sit in the front row.
I saw the clip of Tim Walz talking about conducting a “Shadow Government” and having a press conference every day to reply to what President Trump and his administration are getting done . . .
Walz wants a “Shadow Government” and certainly Obama seemed to be conducting such a thing during President Trump’s first term . . .
there problem is obvious, though . . .
President Trump is conducting a “Sunshine Government”!
The great beautiful disinfectant of Sunshine! Exposing Waste, Fraud and Abuse!
That’s a real problem for people who love to work in the Shadows!
So that’s there MO…best to just ignore or change perspectives on their drivel. I think too much time is spent analyzing what they do and think, or why they do what they do.
That energy could be better spent creating positive momentum on the Trump side. That’s what these CEO’s spend their time doing and will be here for a long time bringing big bucks back into our country. That is what my thoughts are geared to and I am no longer wasting time thinking about the party of evil.
Correction on spelling: So that’s their MO…
Ford, GM and Chrysler’s auto inventory is 75% foreign made. According to Pete Navarro 50% of the American cars are made in Canada and Mexico while even the American made cars have 50% foreign components like engines, transmissions and drive trains which are subject to the tariff as well.
There is no way car prices are not going to substantially increase. Even the 25% of Ford, GM and Chrysler autos not subject to the tariff will increase with the demand of buyers looking to escape the tariffs.
Remember, it takes 3 years to complete a new auto plant in the US and that’s using imported motors, drive trains and transmissions. What is this going to do to the monthly BLS Inflation Report used by the Federal Reserve for interest rates? Meanwhile, new sanctions on Iran and Venezuela have oil prices rising instead of falling.
It’s like everything that was going right with the economy is deliberately going wrong now! What happened to…
Pull out of Ukraine
Oil at $50
Inflation at 2%
Interest rates at 3%
Interest on the federal debt needs to go down and that’s not going to happen now. The Wisconsin election last night was a disaster for Republicans.
You said earlier it would take 5 years to build a new auto plant in America. I said it could be done in less time and 3 years is still too long.an existing building could be converted and up and running in 18 months max.
It took Hyundai 3 years to build a US assembly plant using engines, drive trains and transmissions made in Korea. If you also want to make the most complex components in the US it’s probably 5 years.
Understand, that 90% of the new auto plants are automated with robotics and computers and use very few workers. Robots do the work that humans did in the past.
It’s not like the auto production assembly lines in 1960 with thousands of workers!
That’s still faster than getting a permit to rebuild a home in Los Angeles.
🤣 I have no interest or intention to buy a new vehicle, both of mine are pre-2000, and running fine.
Same
There are abandoned factories that could be retrofitted so the buildings don’t have to be constructed from scratch. Obviously, the robotics would have to be ordered and made, but it could probably be done in way less than three years.
Most likely they aren’t even abandoned, but mothballed. Yes some retooling will be required and new equipment brought in.
And since it will be cheaper to manufacture the equipment here, then more jobs will be generated as well.
Did not take them 3 years to move out and re-start in Mexico or Canada.
Plus it will be Americans working to build and get those plants up and running.
Exactly.
“We shouldn’t ever have fair trade because it’s hard”. Says Globalist Joe.
Very good. Globalist Joe thinks that PDJT cannot fast track manufacturing plant building, cut the red tape, and have smart Americans getting the job done quickly. He still thinks that we are living under the Uniparty-Globalist Rules.
Democrats don’t believe in trade Equality. They stand for trade “Equity” – where foreigners get special treatment, Leftist interest groups get special treatment and ordinary Americans are left paying the bills.
Most people can wait to buy a car, so the mad dash to buy expensive cars from dealers is not going to happen. As demand softens, prices will come down and if you really need a car then see what kind of deals can be made. Everyone does not need to be driving brand new, heck go back to simple cars with no tech built in and you will see prices come down dramatically. All the computers, sensors and tracking devices to capture our data make vehicles way too expensive. Navigation can be done through cell phones, so nobody needs a computer screen in their dashboard. We are supposed to be driving, not surfing the car internet and hunting for information. It is the same distraction as texting while driving, which is illegal in most states
A KIA plant near me currently has 2,700 full time employees.
The plant was built in a largely rural area and has had a positive impact on local economies in a 40 mile radius. Lots of Tier 1 and Tier 2 businesses opened up throughout the area.
At the Rose Garden ceremony, announcing “Liberation day” President Trump invited up a UAW Leader who works in the Detroit area, and he said there are shuttered plants, but also UNDERUTILISED plabts, and he estimated they will see the effects of these tariffs in 6-12 months.
I trust his estimate, far more than yours…

BETTLEGUSE, BETTLEGUSE, BETTLEGUSE!!!
💥
Do you work for CNN or MSNBC? Wow! Give it a break! Your handle says it ALL!
In my neck of the woods a foreign auto maker is doing just that
They are using a massive warehouse built on speculation and making into a flex manufacturing space for the US market
It will be up and running in less than two years
I have heard of that setup from someone that builds clean-rooms.
President Trump knows someone who can get it done a great deal more quickly.
He said so on the campaign trail.
Cut and paste again?
The facts are the same and haven’t changed. Ford, GM and Chrysler will go bankrupt. The economy will tank. Internet rates and inflation will skyrocket and Republicans will become a toxic brand.
We came out of the election holding the gold ring and, as usual, Republicans snatching defeat from the jaws of victory.
We do it every time!
Do you not agree that we’ve been victimized by a huge tariff imbalance for many years? Shall we just allow that to continue? It seems to me that imbalance is outdated.
Yes, I agree but that’s not what President Trump is doing now.
He has two separate sets of tariffs…
A: Reciprocal tariffs.
B: 25% auto tariffs.
The reciprocal tariffs are okay. The other countries will drop their tariffs and that’s fine.
The 25% auto tariffs are separate and not related to the reciprocal tariffs.
Just a few years ago car production was halted at many manufacturers because of a worldwide shortage of semiconductor chips and other supply chain disruptions. This was huge news at the time. Now it’s all but forgotten. But…
Car companies eventually made modifications to their vehicles in response so they could do without some chips or use substitute chips. They also took more steps to diversify all their supply chains.
Well run car companies might be in better shape than you expect to work around some of the tariff issues. And if some companies did not learn from the past to make themselves more resilient then that is their fault and they deserve to suffer losses.
Clawing back SOME of our money is ok,
BUT…………..
So …in your good old days of usa auto history.
Obama owned Gm
Obama wiped out 1st position Chrysler bond holders….
Still wont ever buy a chevy
We?
Wisconsin last night. How did that work out for “we”?
I doubt the big 3 will go bankrupt, but frankly after years of mismanagement, stifling innovation, etc. I don’t care.
There is no Big 3. Chrysler is no longer an American company and hasn’t been for a couple decades.
European management has essentially killed off Chrysler and Dodge – leaving Jeep and Ram as American vehicles.
The sky is always falling somewhere in someone’s neck of the woods. I say let’s see how it goes, as we were in dire straits before and at least now we can see prosperity on the horizon. Stock market gurus will be hurt on certain global securities as the dollar grows stronger, so those people will be in for some pain. But the overall national security and economic opportunities coming to the USA, certainly outweigh some portfolio managers’ sleepless nights.
Maybe this will help
Thanks for the good laugh….love the dog just lying there so depressed!
Hee Haw…what else can you say?
Excellent. Just sent it to my newly MAGA friend who is also a big heehaw fan.
What’s this “we” stuff CJ? Me and mine are MAGA Patriots. You and yours aren’t with me or we.
In case you haven’t noticed, Joe, no one here really cares. Why don’t you run for president and submit your ideas?
The irony will be when all the Libtardos start buying Teslas again because they’re 100% made in America and might be relatively cheaper. 😆 They won’t sacrifice with their wallets to help America win this battle. They just care about themselves.
Nobody here cared about “15 Days to Stop the Spread” either. How did that debacle turn out?
This time we’re doing the same thing to the economy minus the masks!
A bit of an exaggeration. We’re not shutting down the whole economy. We’re leveling the playing field and we’re talking about specific, targeted industries. I am more than willing to come back a couple years from now and say you were right and you told me so. Will you do the same if you’re wrong?
–“Nobody here cared about “15 Days to Stop the Spread” either.”–
You, Sir, might want to rethink that blanket statement as it certainly lowers your credibility.
His cred can’t get any worse, let him rant and rave all he wants…
Agree. Short memory. CTH was one of the few places sounding a real alarm about the loss of freedom.
Tesla’s are “assembled” in the United States but most of the components are made in China, etc so the 25% auto tariff would apply to the foreign content.
You have a permanent job here spreading misinformation. Most of the components in Teslas are not made in China. Say what you want about Musk and Teslas, but they are one of the most American cars in production. For the 2025 models, here is the percentage of components sourced from the US and Canada:
Model 3 LR AWD/RWD
75%
Model 3 Performance
70%
Model Y (All Variants)
70%
Cybertruck
65%
Model S
65%
Model X
60%
There you go with those pesky facts!
Wrong – over 70% of Tesla parts are manufactured in the US..
Focusing specifically on the U.S., estimates suggest that Tesla vehicles contain a significant portion of American-made parts, though not 100%. For example:
The Tesla Model 3 Long Range and Model Y Long Range have been reported to have up to 75% North American content, with a substantial share from the U.S.The Model S and Model X have slightly lower North American content at 65% and 60%, respectively. The Cybertruck is reported at 65% North American content.
Took Tesla 10 months.
Oil last January was $79/barrel. It’s currently below $72.
California is definitely the place for you, Joe.
Two weeks ago oil was $63 and falling! Put sanctions on oil from Iran and Venezuela and it’s $72 and rising.
How does that bring down inflation and interest rates?
Yes, because it’s a great idea to do business with dictatorships. Those low prices from China have paid dividends (/sarc). It’s what you call the high cost of a low price.
What’s the matter?! Can’t get enough attention with just one post.
Cease and desist.
There are dozens of cheerleader posts so what’s wrong with an opposing opinion.
Opinions are fine. Incorrect facts to support an opinion are not.
Every one of this person’s posts is loaded with inaccuracies or misinformation. It’s too hard to correct them all.
Maybe we can agree to not get riled up about speculating on what the future holds. A lot of anxiety is produced worrying about the future and thinking about the past.
The present tariff situation today is the reality, including how other countries respond to this new strategy.
Our current economic situation reminds me of getting physical therapy after a serious injury…if there’s no pain, then there’s no gain.
Great analogy!
Did the same go for Tokyo Rose?
Joe, like his Globalist buddies has the sadz today. They don’t like FAIR trade, preferring one way tariffs that decimate our middle class. To globalists like troll Joe, the rust belt is good for our elite WEF betters.
Well clown show we all know for a fact that the Ukraine war was a Proxy war now – with the US under Marbles Biden operating strikes IN the soviet union…Quite a different game now. The Media and the Marbles Biden Regime kept that well hidden from the Public.
Chrysler is NOT an American car company any longer so what ever foreign parts they use is because they are a foreign car company now
Well if New car prices rise…That means that used car prices will be high as well.
That means more people will be buying used cars at higher prices…So if you decide you want a new car…sell your old one privately to offset the increase of the new car
“It’s like everything that was going right with the economy is deliberately going wrong now!”
What exactly was going right…in 2019 my kids were able to buy a home…in 2024 they could not
They were paying though the ass to rent
Their car insurance went through the roof
Congestion pricing to drive into work
Please…
Last night Trump went 3 outta 4 ….
75%
Things may not look rosy to you now but come November it will be….
And that will be the end of the democrats and the 2026 midterms.
It won’t matter how many senators they gerrymander in Wisconsin
But now they have to produce ID to vote…and some leftist court can’t change that because the people voted for it.
that’s rock solid now
Great points…especially if the economy is roaring nobody will vote against that in the midterms. Carville did give us that brilliant quote that always rings true…”it’s the economy stupid.”
Plus, Wisconsin will have better election integrity, so the judges power will be somewhat curtailed.
Auto loans are currently at record level defaults and payments past-due. Demand for new cars is going to be down regardless of tariffs just because consumers lack financial ability to buy.
New Car demand will not climb until job creation and salaries pick up and interest rates come down. Tariffs might help that happen.
The Eurodollar system requires a constant supply of ‘exported’ dollars to pay the interest on foreign bank dollar debt.
Thus, lowering the trade deficit will increase the value of the US dollar outside the US. This also reduces the value of other currencies relative to the US dollar. The combination will lessen the impact of any retaliatory trade tariffs and could even result in less expensive imports in some cases.
These excess dollars were recycled into the US, increasing the stock and property market values.
In short, Main Street will benefit from more jobs with wages finally growing faster than inflation, while Wall Street will see asset prices significantly reduced.
Take care as to which side your wealth and income originate from.
I’ve heard this rationale explained recently (by somebody smarter than me).
It seems to make sense.
Their message is already out. Enemedia is already promoting this is a bad day for all Americans.
Then the Enemedia officially confirmed for ALL to see that this really IS! a Great Day for America. MAGANOMICS!
Up your nose with a rubber hose Enemedia.
WINNING !
DJT is an original thinker – he does not need an enemedia……..
(I propose enemedia as a sniglet: someone who needs their head removed from their rectum to allow clear thinking.) Well done!
If prices for things spike, and 401k accounts continue to freefall, the country is entitled to speak up.
Don’t forget – it was PT who campaigned on lowering prices immediately.
PT will have an extremely short window to generate positive news from this. Like – weeks. IMO
Well, they need to do far better job of explaining. Merely spouting “everybody’s ripping us off” only makes Trump sound unhinged – explain the “one way” nature of all these existing tariffs a little better.
And to these so-called “free traders” having low / no tariffs only on one side is NOT free trade, it’s surrender.
Thank you President Trump !
Liberation from the self-imposed trade imbalances that have been unfairly taking advantage of the U.S. economy and hurting productive Americans for DECADES.
The MSM and Wall Street “hair on fire” screeching is off the charts.
https://theconservativetreehouse.com/blog/2021/07/14/150-multinational-corporations-the-wall-street-crowd-urge-congress-to-take-over-u-s-elections/#more-214048
MSM is screaming because wall street is having a difficult time accepting their “Proactive Financial Footprints” established outside the US are under threat, and hate having to repatriate.
Many, like BlackRock, are deeply invested in America Last and screwing American workers.
Gee, I hope they don’t have to sell off their KillBox Building in Butler.
When the establishment tells you everything to say and do, liberation is scary.
😂🤣👍
Winning!
So happy to see the Marshall Plan, in all its manifestations, coming to an end.
Not only the tariff imbalance, but also the US offering its young men and women’s lives via military promised protections for all the post-war allies and enemies, including Germany and Japan – it’s time for nations to take back upon themselves the work of being independent functioning nations; and if those nations have personal scores to settle with their neighbors or their own perceived enemies, it’s on them to deal with it, not the USA.
When our parasite politicians say ‘the Marshall Plan’, they mean procuring a third mistress for some French diplomat’s 3-month summer vacation, using USAID money:
But when Real Americans think of the Marshall Plan, they mean this:
The Marshall Plan was sold as a way to boost up European living standards to stop them from succumbing to Soviet Communism.
Our guys have been giving it away. My entire lifetime. I’m good with stopping the rebuilding of Europe after WW2.
They finished rebuilding a long time ago. Nowadays, they’re importing third-worlders to help tear it all down again.
Well, how else will Blackrock and the rest of them make money?
Props to the interviewer for stating the exact problem: why don’t you drop yours?
But he doesn’t go to the heart of the problem by asking the question that really needs to be asked: If tariffs are bad for our workers in America, why are tariffs NOT bad for Canadian workers? And if they’re allowed to have tariffs, why is America not allowed to have tariffs? And if Canada’s tariffs are xx%, why can’t America simply say, “OK, our tariffs are the same as yours?”
Ford keeps saying that Trump’s tariffs are bad for AMERICAN workers. The obvious follow up to that, every single time, should be, “Then what is it about YOUR tariffs that make them good for CANADIAN workers?” Ford cannot answer that truthfully because their entire gaslighting campaign against their own people would collapse.
It is incredible to me that this anti-American tariff regime has been in place as long as it has, and how brittle the defenses of it really are.
This exactly……….
” If tariffs are bad for our workers in America, why are tariffs NOT bad for Canadian workers? And if they’re allowed to have tariffs, why is America not allowed to have tariffs? And if Canada’s tariffs are xx%, why can’t America simply say, “OK, our tariffs are the same as yours?”
I wish PT would post this exact verbiage on whitehouse.gov and also on a very large poster in the press room so every person has to read this.
He should also prep and require everyone of his secretaries to recite this exact question.
Americans understand when common sense is used. Much like the question, why is it so wrong for immigrants to come through the front door?
Don’t get even, get ahead of the game.
hilarious, he says he is willing to do what Trump wanted.
What a creep.
My scorecard needs a bucket of wite-out.
I’ll share mine, steph.
I have plenty.
POTUS needs a high powered judicial coup strategy:
Not impressed by Bondi.
Less TV time, more experienced, seasoned attorneys.
Not a terrible strategy to keep the spotlight on Bondi while Emil Bove does the dirty work.
I want them both doing the dirty work. We don’t have much time.
Every day Bondi spends prepping for her future show on FOX is a day lost where we should have the AG and team focused on prosecuting crime.
She’s incapable.
As has been stated elsewhere here at the CTH, it takes time to build solid cases that will stand up in a court of law. We have all seen how the judiciary is behaving, you don’t want to see these people walk away on some technicallity do you?
In over her head.
Theres 24 hrs in a day. How much time does Bondi actually spend, on camera?
And when traveling to/from, waiting in the green room, she can multi-task.
Obviously, PDJT feels like it is very important, that he ABD HIS TEAM get out their message, to be a counterpoint to the legacy media.
He has Lutnick, Rubio, Hegseth, etc. doing a lot of P.R. work, on Fox and elsewhere, and he has already had far more Oval office pressers and tarmak or in flight gaggles then Joe did in his whole term.
If PDJT didn’t want Bondi out in front of the cameras, she wouldn’t BE there..
So, whenever anyone criticises Bondi, they are critisising President Trump, and his policy of having a very active and communicative administration.
How would YOU propose to combat the legacy false narratives?
It’s all good and has to be 24/7 full court press from the entire cabinet, Bondi included. More messaging on the exact reasons why we are in this mess, and the need for economic opportunity and security. The information is sinking in, but we must avoid the gotcha questions from pundits and go offensive strategy, explaining the process clearly, like everyone is five years old. Also keep exposing the secret money spent in countries that hate us and re-state our position on DOGE fraud and waste.
Our President is turning the economic ship around and heading full steam ahead towards Prosperity Harbor. I feel lucky to be living in historic times and glad I voted three times for the best President in my life. PDJT will end up on Mt. Rushmore some day and my votes will have mattered, by contributing to our country’s survival and a prosperous future for generations to come.
pivot from defense to attack, but not only on removing gov perks but mainly on securing indictments for their past criminal actions. Use lawfare in blitzkrieg.
Tell Congress to pass the DC District Court funding (about $230M this year) separately from the rest of the budget, and to cut that number by 30%, reduce the total number of judges, and limit their ability to engage in Lawfare.
In fact, it’s time for Congress to craft legislation to specifically prohibit and criminalize “lawfare”.
SOH Johnson is spineless and McConnell, Paul, Collins and Murkowski have Thune by the shorthairs.
This isn’t just Liberation from the Marshal Plan Day.
It’s Liberation from the Income Tax Day!
Amos 5
10 How you hate honest judges! How you despise people who tell the truth! 11 You trample the poor and steal their smallest crumb by all your taxes, fines, and usury; therefore, you will never live in the beautiful stone houses you are building, nor drink the wine from the lush vineyards you are planting.
12 For many and great are your sins. I know them all so well. You are the enemies of everything good; you take bribes; you refuse justice to the poor. 13 Therefore, those who are wise will not try to interfere with the Lord in the dread day of your punishment.
I agree. This is the first big step towards elimination of the Federal income tax for most Americans. The initial repeal will probably start with a specific income level like everyone under $80K single/$160K joint or something which is where the IRA caps for full deduction are set. This gets offset by tariffs and probably a national sales tax of some sort.
The 16th Amendment has to be repealed and replaced with a specific ban on the income tax. We can’t depend on the Supreme Court (which blocked attempts at national income taxes prior to 16A) to do so even if 16A is repealed. It has to be replaced with a new addition to the Bill of Rights which is that your income is your property and it cannot be taxed. They can tax what you spend money on – sales taxes, duties, tariffs – but not the product of your labor. That’s what I think, anyway.
I like all those ideas. Gov. DeSantis is proposing a reduction in property taxes and TX just did something too, but total removal is even better.
Income tax is theft of hard earned wages, at both the Fed and State levels. Soc Sec should be tax free, especially since Medicare premiums are also deducted from the net check every month. They should at least pick that up for seniors and just choose a plan to be automatically covered. Afterall, the illegals get free coverage and care when they use our hospitals and doctors.
Wait and see, but I think DOGE reform is coming to state and local governments very soon.
Florida needs to clone Colorado’s TABOR – Taxpayer Bill of Rights. EVERY red state, Texas too, needs a TABOR Amendment to their constitution. TABOR in Colorado has put the government inside a box that can only grow at the rate of inflation. All money raised above the TABOR caps gets returned to CO taxpayers equally. My three kids all got the $800 TABOR refund last year…because they have jobs and filed a 104 state tax return…as did my wife and I. Every time Democrats try to go around or repeal TABOR they get crushed at the vote.
Sadly, the Republican Party out here cratered once they allowed “vote by mail” in the early 2010’s. Haven’t won a statewide office since 1-termer Cory Gardner. That’s why you need TABOR. That’s why Bill Owens – GOP governor in 1992 who pushed through TABOR – should have a giant statue erected in his honor in the state house.
CO gov’t has tried all kinds of gimmicks to get around TABOR and none of them have worked. So they mostly bicker about social issues because the TABOR caps prevent them from engaging in other shenanigans.
It’s bad enough to drive through Denver and see those empty RTD trains running day and night. But for the most part the State hasn’t been able to inflict much damage on people beyond allowing wolves to be released into ranch lands because the gay governor’s “husband” fancies himself some sort of animal rights champion.
Thanks for that info on CO taxes and legislative moves. Such a beautiful state, I hope one day the noose is released from the necks of Coloradans, so they can be free of govt. tyranny once again.
Had wonderful moments visiting and skiing there and felt is was a very spiritual place. You can surely feel God’s presence through nature in many parts of CO.
Agreed on every point.
Where the income tax is a direct theft of our hard-earned income, even while the thieves make every excuse to justify their own enrichment at our expense, the property tax is quite the bit more sinister.
The property tax strikes directly at the fundamental core of individual liberty: to be secure in our property. That what we pay to own, really is ours to own – especially when it comes to land.
The property tax very eloquently declares what land you “own” is not your own – it belongs to the government.
Real Estate = King’s Land.
It hails back to the feudal system, where all lands belonged to the king, and the peasants and merchants paid their tax to “rent” their land from the king.
Does this sound even remotely familiar?
Pay your property tax, or we’ll seize it, and sell it to someone who will pay the tax.
Even worse, there are some places which allow eminent domain to be used to seize property from one tax payer, to give it to another, who will in turn generate even more property tax for the king.
Since most property tax is now tied directly to local schools – the children, you now have an immediate, viscerally negative reaction to ANY proposal to get rid of this sinister tax. Crafty, these elites are: make us enforce their own sinister tax schemes.
Well you stated it perfectly…makes the reality even more painful for property owners. As for school taxes we should be able to opt out if we send our kids to private school, or if kids have left the school system. Or perhaps religious exemptions, where we do not agree with curriculum. It’s extortion to impose the tax on everyone, especially in states with school choice.
After the Dept of Ed is dissolved, the states will have more money for local public schools. Then when DOGE is implemented, waste, fraud and abuse will be found and eliminated to save taxes over all depts. I can only hope and pray that some common sense prevails.
I pray and hope so hokkoda!
It would be nice. But I don’t think banning the income tax entirely can be feasible until the national debt is paid off and all entitlement programs (Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid, etc.) are fully funded.
That’s not happening any time soon. PDJT47 is making a good start at that challenge but it’s an awfully big hill to climb.
A perfect picture of congress.
Most of these looting trade countries will eventually acquiesce. Trump’s big problem is the obvious working behind the scenes of the GOP to stop what he’s doing (on everything).
They aren’t gonna help him one iota with the out of control circuit judges. That was always part of the swamp blunt-trump plan.
I hope Trump burns the GOP to an ashtray. It’s sickening to watch these people angle against him, our nation, and their own voters. UFB
They are angling against us by blocking him. Yes it’s quite the eye opener as to how they feel about the Deplorables who voted them and him into office. They can’t quite reconcile the fact that they are there by our down ballot votes on PDJT’s coattails. Without him, most of them would not have been elected in the first place. Ungrateful and corrupt comes to mind about most of the Congress, House and Senate alike.
I’m not worried about “messaging” from the Communist enemy media or the UniParty.
I’m grateful to President Trump for his courageous work to Make America Great Again, and I’m thankful to Almighty God for putting President Trump in this position “for just such a time.”
God bless President Trump!
Same here!
This morning our walking conversation involved
how prices are dropping.
My contribution was that the dog food I have
been buying -in the last two weeks the price
has dropped over $2.00!
The media can try to push a narrative-not
going to work. We go to the stores and actually
see for ourselves what the prices are🤷♀️
Eggs @ a Kroger owned store 18 eggs/12.00 still, went to Wally world which was at that price when I bought them last now down to 18/eggs/ 8.00.
Kroger may have to have a sale on those eggs once people price them @ WWorld or they will be tossing them when they “expire”.
My rule is if it is on sale and/or (digital coupon) @ the big “K” is the only time it is cheaper than Wally’s. Since that is the purpose of a mountain branded store pricing structure … in one case I paid more than list price for some Kraft cheese that was moldy then Kraft gave me coupons for a “free” ones(3) that with a free coupon still cost me .70 each, I was rather unhappy about that revelation & WW did not exist here at that time.
Let The Good Times Roll!!!!!
Shirley and Lee
Canadian PM suggesting no tariffs either way.
And Vietnam dropping some tariffs.
Auto tariffs are set for 25% regardless of anything else. That’s the problem!
Only for you, myopic Joe.
President Donald J. Trump puts AMERICA FIRST. FINALLY, a POTUS who loves our country and is unafraid to let the world know. Glory hallelujah!
God bless Donald J Trump!
Praise God from Whom all blessings flow!
Praise God for His Blessing on PDJT!
Praise Him for all His Blessings to and over us!
To God Be All Glory!
Just not liberation from Israel, right?
Israel did lose their tariffs before today, to avoid the reciprocation by America.
There is that.
In reference to trade, Israel eliminated all US import trade tariffs.
https://www.timesofisrael.com/israel-nixes-us-import-tariffs-a-day-before-trump-set-to-levy-duties-on-trade-allies/
In reference to politics, a whole diff’t issue.
LOL, wrong thread
Time to level the playing field.
While it won’t happen overnight, this was long overdue, and will usher in the genesis of ‘The Golden Age’ of America.
Happy Liberation Day!
Just like in most air flights, the turbulence only lasts a little while and is not as bad as most people fear.
Ironic moniker, tax2much.
Never do I celebrate new taxes, whether they come from a Republican, Democrat or MAGA president.
And according to Article 1, Section 8 of our former ‘constitution,’ tariffs are supposed to be set by Congress, not the president.
Paging Charlie Foxtrot …
When someone asks me why I voted for Trump, this is the video I will show them. Smart people and business stakeholders know a great opportunity and we are lucky to be on the receiving end of this monumental prosperity.
Thank God for our brilliant and historical President. He and we have run the gauntlet to finally resurrect our nation from ruin.
It feels really great to be on the right side of history.
‘Guess Who Is Already Backing Down After Trump’s Tariff Threats’
“Ontario Premier Doug Ford on Wednesday suggested that Canada would drop its tariffs on U.S. goods if President Donald Trump eased up on his tariffs on Canadian goods.”
https://townhall.com/tipsheet/jeff-charles/2025/04/02/canada-signals-it-will-drop-its-tariffs-if-trump-drops-his-n2654895
He is talking about only dropping the new tariffs they just instituted, not the older ones. Don’t get gaslighted by this bs.
They’re called reciprocal for a reason . . .
Now we need to get rid of the rabid Communists in the House, Senate and Judiciary!
But there will hardly be anyone left!
AND, next year, after proof of how successful “Liberation Day” will be, make it a national holiday!!!! So we the people will have a continuing reminder of how America was made GREAT AGAIN.
One Nation Under God!
It’s not the beginning of a trade war, but the beginning of the end of a long-standing trade war based on the false premise that a super-power American economy will forever absorb the effects of the rest of the world’s selfish greed.
https://www.breitbart.com/economy/2025/04/01/breitbart-business-digest-liberation-day-and-the-end-of-the-worlds-trade-war-against-america/
Much truth spoken there, IMHO, though I am no expert…
It very simply stuns me that the Marshall Plan was still in effect – eighty years later. Who has been asleep at the switch for this long? It was a noble and helpful thing to do at the time. But the plan, when it was first enacted, should have had a fairly short expiration date built into it . . .
ps; They weren’t asleep at the switch. They were paid off to sell us out.
“But wait, theres more!”
Marshall plan for counteies devastated by WW2, wth their cities, industries and even agriculture destroyed, for awhile so they can rebuild, fine.
It was not only generous and right thing to do, but at the time no doubt justified that as they recovered, as their ECONOMIES recovered, they would become markets for our goods, hence it was in our best interests.
Not only did that second part never happen, but other countries, minimally to not at all inpacted by WW2 said “Hey, we want the deak THEY got!” and our myopic or bribed officials gave away the store.
Mexico, Central and South America were not devastated by WW2, nor was Canada ir many other nations that have exhorbitant tariffs or other trade barriers on our products.
we won’t be truly liberated until the activist judges are swinging…..
Lot’s more then activist judges need a lesson in sudden stops…
The silly thing, to me, is that “tariffs have been around forever.” Every nation imposes “import taxes” on various things. But, we have been paying tariffs without ourselves imposing them. In effect, we have been subsidizing other nations’ manufacturing and resource extraction, but not our own.
When you read it in black and white, makes me nauseous to know that we have been sold out by our ruling class thieves. The betrayal is staggering and I feel so irate at times, I could puke.
President Trump showing how it’s done…
Next we need a Justice day…
Our God of Justice will be bringing it – just watch how fast He’ll Work!
It will be awe-inspiring…
To God be the Glory!
When you poke some people in the forehead with a stick for a long enough period of time, when you stop, they will miss it.
I would like to see President Trump think about engaging with Casey Putsch to bring the US auto manufacturing base to a new level. Imagine a US manufactured car that runs on diesel, gets 100 mpg, accelerates to 60 mph in under 5 seconds. It would revolutionize the car industry….and be done in the USA.
Hmm,..even more than that would be Casey and like minded totally revamping the way engineering, product design and development is TAUGHT, in Universities.
The reason his car sat in his garage for 10 years is because he pursued what I think is his real passion, which is teaching engineering students to think “outside the box” instead of the rote learning, design it the way everyone else does, build in obsolescence, etc.
Pretty sure hamburger payback is always Tuesday, not Thursday.
Just sayin’.
Technically only Wimpy has a contractual agreement for Tuesdays.
Well blow me down!
My hope for Liberation Day is that all ‘Treepers’ who continue to post negative, skeptical, and sarcastic comments will start to take a play out of Trump’s playbook and go on offense. Yes, the media, the courts and the Uniparty are working against us, but Trump is in charge and we control both chambers of Congress.
We have the upper hand now, so let’s not empower the minority. We need to hold the Sword of Damocles over any member of the Republican party who dare to challenge the Trump doctrine. Let’s reinforce the positive and put corrective courses in place for the negative.
The unlikeliest of people from just a year ago, such as Elon Musk and Nicole Shanahan (VP for RFK, Jr.), are willing to fund primaries against politicians who are going up against the MAGA and MAHA agenda. For at least the next 2-years, we’ve got the Presidency, we’ve got Congress and we’ve got some of the richest people in the world working to support our agenda, so let’s embrace that and charge forward focusing on our strengths.
Remember, we are the majority!
And the other country’s will fall in line, eh..🤔
Modern auto plants are completely automated with robotics and computers. Here is a state of the art auto assembly plant in Slovakia making Land Rovers.
How many humans do you see in the assembly process…
Hohum…
Yawn…
Another cut and paste. I bet your caterwauling would have more likes on a Yahoo message board. Maybe try there?
Don’t let the ‘end’ product of the automation effort fool you.
There are plenty of people behind the camera in designing, installing, and maintaining the system. Not as many as there would be without robots, though. The elimination of dull, dirty, and dangerous jobs is a net good for mankind.
This is similar to the automation of modern food production, from field to fork.
This is fabulous. So different from the daily drudge BS we see from the mindless, zombie Dems!
Today tariffs, tomorrow Ukraine and then the judges.
How about today Ukraine and judges then tariffs later after we fix the long list of real problems like federal debt, oil prices, interest rates and inflation we have instead?
I like this order.
Tariffs now, to build the economic capital and economic good will with the American people. Between tariffs and DOGE, the average American is beginning to open their eyes as to how badly we’ve been abused over the last several decades,
Ukraine next, simply because if global war potential is not snipped off and brought to heal, the reality of nuclear exchange means there’s nothing left of America to Make Great Again.
Going for the jugular on the judges after these two are addressed, means turning the tide on the current Civil War 2.0.
Yes, we are in a Civil War right now, whether we will admit it or not. President Trump needs to have the economy back on its feet, and the rest of the world in line, before addressing our domestic foes.
Our domestic foes are hoping to run out the clock before Trump can score his victory here. Perhaps President Trump can score again?
https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2025/04/third-term-trump-there-is-path-it-would/
Weapons-grade Hopium, that article is, but Trump having 8 years instead of 4 to put this new Golden Age into effect is nice to think about.
We won’t be liberated until Congress changes their ways.
Congress won’t change its ways until we vote for Congressional members who behave in different ways.
The length of Congressional incumbency has exploded as Congressional approval has imploded. Americans voters need to acknowledge that disconnect and realize the problem is not just other representatives but also their representatives.
Now leave NATO and normalize relations with Russia.
No American should die to defend what Europe has become today, especially what the Frogs just did to Marine Le Pen.
You know how you can avoid a tariff, right?
BUY AMERICAN.
Only 25% of Ford, GM and Chrysler’s are made in America. That means the other 75% will increase by 25%.
There’s going to be a lot of competition for the cars without the tariff meaning their prices will increase as well.
The answer to your supply/demand question is to…. wait for it…. make more!
…and how many years will that take, Deb, when we have 18 months to the midterm elections?
So, by your measure, we should not EVER EVER fix the problem that tariffs are about to fix? WE should just accept that the US will never make anything again, that no jobs will come back and we will all be poor for ever.
No thank you!
I will take the minimal, short term pain to Make America WEALTHY Again, MAGA!!!!
Unfortunately, 40 years of globalist destruction will not be undone in time for the midterm elections. Everyone here agrees there will be some short term supply disruptions as the market resets and finds the new balance point.
But we are not short term thinkers. This is about repatriation of the industrial base and the end of America subsidizing the world.
And you’re leaving out the very strong upsides of Trump gutting the bureaucracy, his “10 for 1” regulation EO, the ability of industry to increase factory output, lower energy prices, lower interest rates, and possibly eliminating income taxes entirely for people below a tbd income level.
Add in that other countries can’t afford those tariffs. So what happens if they start lowering their tariffs, and how does that help our export market?
It’s much more complex than people realize. But that also means the effects of tariffs will be short lived…if people feel them much at all.
More yawn…
I get your point about short-term impacts, but seriously, 25%? WTFO?
The basic argument seems to be we can’t do this because of the short term impacts. Therefore, we must accept the wholesale gutting of American industry.
Production of cars not affected by the tariffs will go up to balance that out. Factory output is very likely not 100% in the USA.
Like the chip shortage, like the egg shortage, as domestic supply comes back online, prices will fall somewhat. This will be offset by higher wages in manufacturing jobs.
And that’s before we set our sights on eliminating the income tax.
Marshall, Marshall, Marshall 🙂
The MSM which includes Faux News are all preaching fear about tariffs.
Israel and Vietnam have removed most of their tariffs, and I just heard that Canada is doing the same.
Usually you have to achieve a victory or a result before declaring it “a special day”
But I suppose “if we build it they will come” and the victory will come automatically soon after “the special day” declaration — making things whole again.
Kind of like our Declaration of Independence in 1776😉
End the US Marshal plan. So for 80 years those European countries have been damaging their own economies? Preying upon their own citizens? Or maybe Europe is the proof that tariffs ain’t so bad.
MANA – MAKE AMERICA NONSOCIALIST AGAIN
… just like God’s original mana from heaven
The Marshal plan should have ended for Europe the minute the EU was formed and set a target on the US economy! It should have ended for France when that scum Mitterrand refused French airspace for the US to attack Gaddafi for what they did to our Marines!
Long time coming with getting rid of the Marshall Plan
He needs to go on all TV and radio stations and explain exactly what he is doing and why. Get out in front of the media lies. Take away their ability to sway the narrative.
Yes. Yes Yes!!!
POTUS is speaking now. RSBN
