The dynamic is obvious to any intellectually honest observer, which is to say U.S. and Western media disqualify themselves and continue pushing preferred EU narratives.
Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelensky has rejected the latest U.S. proposal for a minerals deal that would create a partnership to repay the United States for ongoing financial support. According to Zelenskyy, the deal to share in oil, gas and mineral revenue would amount to debt that would disqualify them from EU membership due to unstable financials.
However, it is important for U.S. readers to remember the U.S. aid package already underway pays for the entire operation of the Ukraine federal spending liabilities, including pensions, government worker paychecks and everything normally within a govt budget. U.S. taxpayers are not only subsidizing the war with munitions, but we are also subsidizing the government operation and citizens of Ukraine. Within that spending there is MASSIVE corruption ongoing.
When Zelensky rejects (1) the terms of a “minerals deal,” (2) rejects U.N peacekeepers, (3) rejects the predicate for peace that Russia will retain part of Eastern Ukraine geography, and (4) rejects the offered security guarantees, he is also rejecting the idea that American taxpayers should be repaid for all their support.
Almost all of these rejections appear based on Zelensky’s belief the U.K, France and European allies can replace any support lost by President Trump changing his approach toward Ukraine. Zelensky, who has not been elected, is developing a reputation for being so difficult, so demanding, so spoiled and temperamental that neither Vladimir Putin nor President Trump wants to deal with him.
Against this backdrop, the ceasefire deal is tenuous at best. Russia, who previously said they did not expect Zelensky to stand by any ceasefire proposal, continues to launch airstrikes against Ukraine as Zelensky continues to prove Vladimir Putin correct by rejecting U.S. proposed terms for a ceasefire – while claiming Russia is not abiding.
Western Ukrainians are influenced more by the propaganda from the European Union, Brussels, France and the U.K, than they are from NATO military.
The support for war amid the EU member states is directly proportional to the severity of their leftist, socialist and WEF tendencies. The more anti-nationalist the nation state is, the more likely they support the Ukraine war.
As this larger dynamic continues, one can imagine President Trump frustratingly accepting the need for Vladimir Putin to go even harder against Ukraine. The current interim terms include both Ukraine and Russia not targeting energy infrastructure; however, both nations appear to have -at least collaterally- violated that concept.
If a targeted Russian strike takes down a municipal power pole, Zelensky calls it an attack on “energy infrastructure.” If a Russian missile hits the street and disrupts a natural gas line, Zelensky repeats the claim. As the narrative is pushed, if a Ukranian soldier is recharging his cell phone at the time he is hit, energy producing infrastructure has been targeted.
The bottom line is becoming very obvious. NATO countries and the western media who support them, demand President Trump must maintain support for Ukraine, as Zelensky rejects any proposed terms from President Trump to end the conflict.
Russia keeps attacking. A belligerent Volodymyr Zelensky, who will not accept any terms for negotiated peace (so far), continues playing the victim and saying Russia is violating terms needed for peace. NATO and the EU alliance continue telling Zelensky to keep fighting; Zelensky rejects anything that stops the fighting; NATO and the EU alliance continue demanding that President Trump support Zelensky. That’s the current cycle.
The CIA, as viewed through their spokespeople at the Washington Post, continue snarking at President Trump for not ending the war on Day #1; while the same CIA keeps organizing the Ukraine/EU forces to attack Russia, stimulating a continuation of the war they snark at Trump for not stopping.
Toward that end, the CIA carveouts in the EU are refining their North American strategy to install an ideology favorable to their global interventionist efforts on our northern border, Canada. Prime Minister Mark Carney represents the interests of the World Economic Forum, the European Union and the traditional CIA control mechanisms.
BRUSSELS — In rejecting Russia’s demand to lift Western sanctions in exchange for a ceasefire in the Black Sea, European leaders are showing they could still be players in Washington’s talks.
Europe is seeking to retain its leverage as President Donald Trump moves to strike a deal with Russia to stop the war in Ukraine. But some of Russia’s key demands — including sanctions relief and the end of military aid to Ukraine — require European buy-in. (more)
If the pretending were to end, I mean if the BIG UGLY really were to start to come into play, President Trump might announce a complete removal of U.S. sanctions against Russia. That would trigger simultaneous ‘splodey heads in DC and throughout Western media. However, I doubt the casual American political observer would understand the reason, and that makes it too politically challenging for President Trump to accomplish.
The retention of pretending is frustrating and obviously something President Trump is trying to eliminate. Vice President JD Vance and Secretary of State Marco Rubio are doing a great job so far assisting that effort.

So what is John Radcliffe doing about anything?
Isn’t he the Director?
SD has referred to him as the CIA Manager.
As the single politcal appointee in the entire organization, do you really believe he is given knowledge on all their ops?
I think he is wrong about that. I, too, know something about the Agency. Radcliffe is solid.
Calling Ratcliffe the CIA PR Manager is not an insult to Ratcliffe. In his article SD merely and clearly pointed out the reality of the current set up. Take a second read of it.
Toothless. He’s been deliberately kept uninformed about so many of their unauthorized covert regime change black ops. Probably had his life seriously threatened if he didn’t stay quiet.
C_eye_A is a dangerous out-of-control cancer on America & the world that must be excised completely with only the needed intelligence functions transferred back to where they belong – the military and some to the State Dept.
It would be great if Trump formed THE AGENCY. An agency over all of the agencies answerable to the President and we the people!
“It would be great if Trump formed THE AGENCY.”
That has already been tried. ODNI is supposed to be THE AGENCY, but has been ignored by rogue C_A whose infamous “six ways from Sunday” motto has apparently caused many to be silenced or to commit sedition/treason out of fear for themselves and family. Currently held by Tulsi Gabbard.
Remember Ratcliffe held ODNI in 2020. The Intel Community was supposed to submit a report to him before the 2020 stolen election and they refused. GB Bari (above) is correct. C_A has long been without oversight even though Congress created ODNI for that purpose. And that Office has simply been ignored by the IC.
C_A will ignore and undermine Ratcliffe’s efforts and withhold info as they did in 2020. We shall see if Gabbard/Trump can break the C_A into a thousand pieces as JFK wanted to do over 60 years ago. These are indeed, dynamic times.
IDK, RtR. Sounds like just another layer of bureaucracy. That’s how transparency and accountability get filtered out and obscured.
I think the President / White House is supposed to control and direct the various Executive Branch departments and agencies. The Cabinet is supposed to function as the body where departmental cross-coordination happens while also being under direct control of the President.
Once the size of the Executive Branch is reduced via actions taken as a result of DOGE findings, the White House will have an easier job of maintaining control and visibility.
“So what is John Radcliffe doing about anything?”—Absolutely nothing.
“Isn’t he the Director?”—Yes, in name only. Radcliffe sees his job as being a cheerleader and avid supporter of the “honorable rank and file” of the CIA and the “good work” those honorable spooks do.
All of the above makes Radcliffe useless within President Trump’s administration.
Ratcliffe.
doesn’t appear to be doing anything….not sure if he has any idea of what is actually being done at CIA.
Let’s be real here. If a CIA director came in to actually do the right thing, they’d be killed. The CIA is a leviathan.
Sundance did a recent article on this explaining what the set up is with a “CIA Director”. Just in the last few days.
Do you mean in title or power?
This is what’s being done about it. If you limit yourself to reading about what the MSM wants you to know, then you’ll miss the boat:
https://www.coffeeandcovid.com/p/thunder-dome-saturday-march-29-2025
Are you ready for the final battle? In a perfect metaphor for an unseen spook war reaching its silently concussive climax, yesterday’s most explosive DOGE story was virtually ignored by corporate media. Of the big US platforms, only Bloomberg carried the narrative-bending story, headlined “Elon Musk Set to Visit Central Intelligence Agency Next Week.” Right on schedule.
Trump-aligned independent reporter Catherine Herridge broke the story on X early yesterday. All we know for sure —all they are publicly saying— is that newly confirmed CIA Director John Ratcliffe “invited” Elon Musk, personally, to come to CIA HQ on Monday to start discussing DOGE and efficiency. That’s it. Sounds boring.
But it was somewhat curious news because, until now, the security agencies were considered safely DOGE-exempt.
I believe that Herridge’s tweet was a muted declaration that Trump’s war against the Deep State just entered its final, conclusive chapter. And the outcome will change history forever— for better or for worse. Let me explain.
👻 Was it purely coincidental that Rubio unexpectedly shuttered USAID on Friday and Ratcliffe unexpectedly invited DOGE into CIA the following Monday? Behold the timeline of just what we can see:
— On his first day in office, Trump created DOGE.
— DOGE’s first project was to wood-chip the CIA’s global laundromat, USAID.
— Weird legal fights erupted over the obscure “independent” agency.
— DOGE —solely under Trump’s control— continued penetrating most of the government.
— The Senate confirmed John Ratcliffe as CIA Director.
— Ratcliffe immediately fired an unknown number of CIA staff. (Battlefield preparation?)
— The JFK disclosures were body blows against the CIA. (More battlefield preparation?)
— Trump declassified (not yet produced) Crossfire Hurricane. (Even more?)
— Yesterday, Rubio officially ended USAID by Congressional notice.
— Yesterday, Ratcliffe publicly invited Musk into the CIA.
So many questions! Why Musk, and not a regular DOGE team? Why announce it? Why is the media pretending this story is a nothing burger?
Let’s speculate a smidge. Has Herridge’s mysterious January 19th tweet come full circle?
👻 One can imagine all the problems new CIA directors face upon entering the Agency. Like his predecessors, however loyal to the Administration, Ratcliffe entirely depends on CIA’s permanent staff to truthfully and transparently tell him what the Agency is really up to. That top-secret information is surely compartmentalized —especially the blackest (and most interesting) ops.
Director Ratcliffe has no login to see where all the money is going. Just what they tell him.
But, things are different this time. Having softened up the CIA, Ratcliffe is now bringing in DOGE, which can “efficiently” scoop all the CIA’s operations up into a single, controllable, digital, blockchained portal.
DOGE can make it so Ratcliffe can see for himself. He’ll no longer be spoonfed.
👻 Think about it: This isn’t about DOGE or efficiency or cost cutting. It’s about information control. It’s about access to a deliberately opaque, compartmentalized, self-financing black-budget machine that’s historically operated with zero accountability, even to its own directors.
Every CIA director since Dulles has faced the same problem: They don’t really run the Agency.
Career staff run it. Career staff who’ve been barnacled in place since the Cold War. Career staff who know where the money’s buried, who control the classified compartments, and who can easily “forget” to tell the Director things, or follow super-top-secret compartmentalizing commands.
Ratcliffe, like anyone assigned the Director’s chair, walked into a fortress within a fortress.
But DOGE can help him tear down the fortress walls.
👻 Imagine a new, AI-powered, top-secret, digital DOGE dashboard at Langley that can show Ratcliffe everything in real-time: every dollar, every operation, every contract, every overseas asset being paid — and only Trump’s team will hold the keys. Once such a dashboard were installed, the Agency’s permanent staff couldn’t play their covert games anymore. No more secret drug ops. No more unauthorized coups. No more backchannel slush funds.
No more resist Trump operations.
If DOGE can pull this off, the Agency will properly become an extension of the White House, rather than the other way around.
👻 In other words, DOGE at CIA is the nuclear option. It is a breathtaking vision of a brand-new reality that could dismantle the entire postwar geopolitical model. Now, permanent, unelected bureaucrats and spies hold the real power, because they control the money, secrets, and the levers of influence, while manipulated elected officials come and go like figure skaters blissfully unaware of all the busy little crustaceans teeming right below the ice.
If CIA-DOGE integration is real, and it sticks, then the Deep State will evaporate into a shallow pond. The DOGE dashboard would collapse the financial hydra into a one-necked money chokepoint. It would move the levers of control back into the White House. No more shadow government. No more covert meetings between “resisters” discussing how to undermine the elected President and thwart his agenda.
To be perfectly clear: DOGE in intelligence suggests, not just draining the swamp, but the engineered desertification of the swamp.
👻 If I’m right, this is war. When Musk strolls into Langley HQ, it will signal the final, climactic battle. The Deep State cannot let Trump seize the intelligence machinery. If he does, their decades-long system of autonomy, black budgets, and unaccountable operations dies forever. Not “set back.” Not “dismantled” so it can later be rebuilt.
Eradicated forever.
The CIA’s permanent staff, their global financial network, and the entire shadow government lose everything the moment their money and operations become visible and thus controllable by the White House. Their only option is to stop this, at all cost.
On the other side, Trump obviously understands what happened to him in his first term. He did not govern, he was governed— by an unaccountable, uncontrollable bureaucracy. They ran Crossfire Hurricane, UkraineGate, two impeachments, and countless other regime-change operations— because they controlled the machine.
And they gleefully survived his presidency intact. Trump knows he won’t survive this second round unless he finishes the job.
It’s not politics anymore. This is an epic existential battle, for both sides.
👻 What’s coming next could make the Trump 1.0 “resistance” look like kindergarten dodgeball.
Tesla dealership firebombs may be only the warmup act. Expect massive, all-out lawfare against Musk and DOGE. Look for more wild intelligence leaks designed to destabilize Trump and Ratcliffe. Even more addled progressive terrorists will be activated to cause mayhem. As the Swamp recruits its overseas allies, anticipate coordinated global backlash —the media, the EU, the UN, the NGOs— all screaming about “dictators,” “tyranny,” “kings,” and “creeping authoritarianism.”
Given what we already know, we can expect false flag attacks pinned to DOGE or Musk, to force public outrage and political blowback. Remember 2020’s Summer of Protest during covid? Those masked protests may look tame in contrast.
But Trump has been planning for this battle. He has done everything possible to pull its teeth. He pulled much of its funding. He activated the DOJ. He deported many of the known terrorists. He purged the Pentagon. He set the military on the border. He sidelined the big health agencies. He secured the tops of the intelligence agencies. He inflicted narrative injury on the CIA— drawing first blood. How much chaos can be contained remains to be seen.
I have a funny feeling Monday’s Signal leak somehow triggered the beginning of the end.
👻 For better or worse, in his first 70 days, Trump engineered this apocalyptic showdown, making it inevitable and unescapable. This really is the final battle; there will be no round 3. If Trump loses, they will make sure that nothing like this can ever happen again.
If they survive, they’ll build an impenetrable fortress around the Swamp this time.
The media is frozen in panic, waiting for narrative orders that, so far, have not arrived. The people who issue those orders are now fighting for survival, instead of creeping around just out of sight. The intelligence agency’s tools are covert, indirect, and obscure. It was never even an option to hold this secret war in public. How much will spill out into the open remains to be seen.
Of course, I could be completely wrong about all of this. Maybe Elon is just visiting CIA to give the Agency’s budget a tiny trim. Maybe John Ratcliffe just wants some advice about improving the CIA’s P.R. on X, or he wants to green the CIA by buying it some spook-friendly, James Bond-style electric cars.
But it sure looks to me like this is the final cage match. It’s the Thunderdome. Two secret armies enter— one army leaves. And things will happen fast. This high-stakes battle for control of the United States government will unfold at the speed of DOGE.
Stopped reading at “Trump-aligned independent reporter Catherine Herridge”. Anyone who believes that is not credible.
Whether you agree with that or not, you have to ask yourself what was meant by this post, what does she know that you don’t.
https://x.com/C__Herridge/status/1881032286302519625
Something was meant. Her daddy was a Pentagon man if I am not mistaken.
Use your noggin. She is independent because she does not represent an alphabet network
I agree 100%. I was about to post the exact same comment when I saw you had best me to it.
Elf on a shelf has boundaries within which she operates. She might get close to the line but not go over it.
typical head in the sand reaction. Try the Red Pill, wouldn’t you rather know what is going on, rather than sleeping in ignorance?
Her love of country may transcend her disdain for the President.
The other thing he did was to set up the tariffs, which start Tuesday. Regardless of anything else, that one thing will change the dynamic with the E U. They will become less capable and have many more problems to deal with at home, while at the same time Russia is making more headway. The EU and Ukraine will soon be in a vice.
We need to hold the line. That means not caving when President Trump is attacked in whatever ways. It also means getting a grip that this is complex and won’t happen over night
Well said. This is a high stakes game that’s being played out.
Regardless of who penned this article, isn’t it the ultimate battle of all battle plans against the Deep State?
and I bet VSGPDJT.. would like finish it before 04/02/25…. most important day since Nov.2016……
I love the depth that you’ve explained this.
The last President that tried to reign in the CIA and deny the military industrial complex a new war had his brains blown out in Dallas.
True. In 1963 we had very limited Information Technology (IT). Today, 2025, we have Artificial Intelligence (AI) and one Elon Musk who is giving up much to ensure the continuation of freedom in the United States of America.
With the Divine Help of the Almighty, may this wonderful country of ours and the Presidency of Donald J. Trump be made whole again. May satan be bound. May those
who are against us by confounded and confused in all of their efforts. We ask in the Most Holy Name of Jesus.
..but they surely did not expect VSGPDJT…will be alive & kicking as today….they wanted finish him since X-MAS days of 2020…. in MAR-A-LAGO……
If you look at the CIA as a Black Box problem then you realize it is imperative that you do a simplified “Goes into – Goes out of” analysis.
IF (big if there), Congressional appropriations are the source of funding – then you MUST analyze the 702 entire package and see what they receive directly and (here is the kicker) indirectly. Direct equals a number and is actually available but nothing is written (worth reading, that is) about what it is directed toward. Again, BIG IF, you can DOGE the remainder of the government appropriations by Department and learn where indirect funding goes (or at least how much) then you are closer to the answer. Last part, you must also SHAKE DOD and similar receivers and examine all MIPR requests and verify delivery.
At this point, you almost have an understanding which would give you the targets you must identify and neutralize and if necessary, DESTROY.
Yes, I have been on the inside in my past.
you’re welcome,

Excellent commentary. I pray that it is equally prescient and accurate, with an unequivocal MAGA outcome.
People outside the CIA control the CIA. Wall Street money center banks and their pet lawfirms, like Covington and Burling and Allen Dulles’ firm, Sullivan and Cromwell. William Donovan, OSS chief in WWII with Allen Dulles also an operative of OSS, together helped organize the CIA. Donovan was another Wall Street Lawyer in another firm. Law firms, Wall Street Banks, Charitable foundations, NGOs, and the Ivy League universities (especially Yale) are all part of the structure of the CIA operation.
Three Steps
Step 1: Reiterate that time is running out to reach a ceasefire.
Step 2: If European and Ukrainian cooperation is not forthcoming, unilaterally lift U.S. sanctions on Russia.
Step 3: Last chance for ceasefire. If cooperation is not forthcoming, remove all U.S. personnel from Ukraine and halt all military support.
Be done with it.
Pedro, Step 3: delete the word Military.
That gets us three feet across a four-foot ditch. Change “Ukraine” to “NATO” and give them 48 hours to think it over. Done.
Incredible analysis… Thank you, Sundance.
Untenable situation… this is FUBAR. This cannot continue.
Argh! The President has has Ms. Lintsey in his ear this weekend.

I very much appreciate President @realDonaldTrump
and his team’s leadership in trying to end the war between Russia and Ukraine on just and honorable terms. President Trump’s personal leadership is making all the difference in the world.
I am also confident that President Zelensky is ready to come to the table, and has passed the test of wanting a ceasefire and peace. I hope over time this will also be true for Vladimir Putin, but only time will tell. When it comes to Putin, “trust but verify” is a good way to begin the conversation.
I strongly believe that President Trump is the only leader in the world who can end this war soon and in a way that makes sure this conflict does not reemerge later.

If Iran wants out of the oil business, attack an American military base.

President Trump is rightly opposed to Iran having a nuclear weapon because it would be a destabilizing event with global consequences — and a direct threat to the United States. It would lead to a nuclear

I was honored to play in and win the Trump International Spring Member-Guest Tournament today.
President Trump was awesome! Finnish President Alexander Stubb, who played golf at Furman University, was amazing. The legendary Gary Player was the Rock of Gibraltar. Trey Gowdy occasionally helped. I almost never helped.
But we won.

The Times of Israel has an agenda that is not America First. And it has nothing to do with this blog about Ukraine.
The little green 🧌 is just a running dog. His EU/IC handlers need a harder punch in the mouth.
If Ukraine can’t pay its own bureaucracy and its pensions how the hell can anyone take Ukraine seriously as a nation? At best it is a protectorate of the US without the knowledge and consent of US taxpayers. I took advantage of that on “X,” responding to Elizabeth Warren bleating about “DOGE” cuts. I asked her what she wants to do about the threat of a Sovereign Debt Crisis, which has to be an existential threat to–Not the US–but to UKRAINE. Maybe she would care about the problem if it was Ukraine with the problem and not to the United States and its taxpayers.
It is not a nation. It is a Piggy Bank at US’ expense. The progressives want WWIII to finally get to globalism. They will happily rule over the ashes. Evil.
That is precisely the EU goal – make Ukraine a ward to the US state, a US protectorate.
The effort is to draw the US into a war with Russia. Because, you know, Russia bad.
This is a corruption problem, not a US-Russia problem.
A lot of Europe has turned into the despotic political structure that NATO was formed to fight against. Their values are antithetical to our Constitutional Republic. It is the European system that Zel wants for Ukraine. He doesn’t want freedom and liberty for his people. We should not be taken for suckers again by projecting onto Ukraine our values and believing that because we back them they will write a constitution that reflects our own, they wont.
We need to walk away, Ukraine needs to surrender and people need to stop dying. What ever is left of the Ukrainian government can then put on powdered wigs, go the the EU ball and feel the inferiority as the Euros look down their nose at them. The best that the Ukrainians will ever be with the EU is third class serfs. Zel has made the choice for them, such a fool.
“People need to stop dying” LOL
Z rejecting the mineral deal again might be the opening trump needs to walk away from this mess after giving it an honest shot.
Trump may have figured that from the start. “Let me throw out a carrot I know he’ll reject and I can show everyone publicly that he’s not interested in working with us in good faith.”
That in itself would constitute not working in good faith.
Hold on. -cue the record scratch sound effect- and read this again.
However, it is important for U.S. readers to remember the U.S. aid package already underway pays for the entire operation of the Ukraine federal spending liabilities, including pensions, government worker paychecks and everything normally within a govt budget.
Why is this continuing?
Because the truth is never exposed.
Because the Republicans in the House and Senate say so!
ALL the BS of NATO and the UN is unnecessary garbage solely designed to rip-off US taxpayers. America has no threats except from within `
Because it was given the green light prior to the current realpolitic.
Since now they are openly not going to pay for thier war through the minerals deal, the US should terminate all support. Know President Trump desperately wants there to be peace, but it seems clear we aren’t going to get it with the current leadership in Ukraine and Europe.
Our presence is the problem. We need complete outage. While the US seems to have blame for the fighting, President Trump is clear and must get out before he gets dirty too.
I’m waiting for the now inevitable CIA/Euro driven event that escalates the war.
We are heading into some Big Ugly.
The US will sit out WWIII.
Sorry, but no.
There are countries out there who absolutely will not allow the US to sit out the next world war.
China, for one.
Think Crab Syndrome.
If that little twerp had anything to do with the Putin limo incident, his days are numbered.
That evidently did not happen.
fake news
opps, forgot the 48-hr rule
Dictator Z. is the spark that will ignite WWIII. Thanks to the support of the EU governments, minus Hungary. No doubt about that.
Trump has some formidabele weapons in his arsenal. Not only can he punish Zelensky by ending Starlink, but he can cut all financial and material support to Ukraïne.
But at the same time he can punish the EU countries that vowed to support Zelensky by using tariffs not at random, but more specifically targeted on i.e. Germany, France and the UK although the latter is no longer a EU memberstate.
Charge tariffs on product categories like cars not for the entire EU, but for Germany or France only. Better, per brand. Like tariffs for Mercedes or BMW produced in Germany. And Audi. Or just German or France wines, but not Portugese and Spanish wines.
Per product category, and per country. Leave tariffs as they are for countries that don’t support Zelensky and his war. That will put the weight of support for Ukraine on just a few EU shoulders, resulting in fighting amongst the EU members and maybe the complete end of the EU. The EU leaders may want to support Ukraïne, the average European voter most certainly not.
What a silly and pointless game it would be for President Trump to do all that. He may as well just come out and say he supports Russia and wants Ukraine to lose, and wash his hands of the matter.
As it is, PTrump is not taking sides, nor is he going to “punish” nations. He is working for peace.
While the EU/UN cabal are doing everything in their power to continue the war. Trump needs to pull 100% of support from Ukraine and NATO already. There can be no deals made with freaks like Zelensky who have no desire for peace whatsoever. It’s a fool’s errand to work toward something that is intentionally being sabotaged.
Without US support, Ukraine will be drowning and eventually come crawling to the table. Zelensky might be hanged by Ukrainian mobs as well at that point.
Yes, I realize this – and wish it could be this simple. But it’s not, and it’s incredibly frustrating, maddening, and downright evil. PTrump is making significant headway, and we should support him doing this the right way, lest WW3 could be right around the corner.
I agree. If he isn’t going to broker a peace deal, then the other option is to walk away.
Yes, when the time is right.
PDJT is for ending the war. But that won’t happen as long as the EU warmongers give Z. their full support. Raising diversified tariffs on the war supporters will end their support for Z and bring an end to the war.
Yes, you could say that Ukraïne has lost the war when that happens. But you don’t seriously think that Ukraïne, even with all the support in the world can defeat Russia? If you think that is possible, you think exactly the same as the deranged EU leaders do.
You don’t seem to understand what I wrote, let alone what I think. Sundance is right on this.
Zelenskyy is to Ukraine as Hamas is to Gaza. The CIA and USAID need to be shut down in that region.
Zelenskyy is to Ukraine as Netanyahu is to Gaza.
That seems more accurate, to me
President Trump and President Putin are both pragmatic, non-pretending leaders who fiercely love their home nations. This makes them natural allies.
If the EU/CIA supported Zelenskyy team refuses peace, that’s on Team Zelenskyy. President Trump can respond immediately by cutting off all aid to Ukraine, stopping all negotiations with Zelenskyy, removing all sanctions on Russia and instituting the hugest tariffs in history on the EU. And give a public address to the world about the non-pretending truths behind his decisions.
Perhaps that would bring an end to the pretending and the bloodshed. It would most certainly would bring an end to Zelenskyy.
Zelensky has given Trump a complete out from all affairs Ukraine in my opinion…I hope Trump takes it and tells the EU it’s they’re baby completely from here on out and concentrates fully instead on taking over Greenland…That’s my personal opinion of course, but I really do believe we need to get Greenland soon and start investing in it defensively asap. before China makes a move.
Isn’t it time to say…’so long’ losers?
Pretend”war”, pretend ceasefire, pretend talks.
Media produces potempkin village potempkin news.
😳
Boris Johnson has been as heavily involved with the war in Ukraine as any single person outside of Russia or Ukraine, beginning at 4 a.m. the night of the invasion, it would appear.
It would be helpful to know, outside of not to sign anything, and “let’s just fight”, what else he may have said to Ukraine’s president, in their April 9, 2022 meeting.
He reportedly showed up in a hurry at Tony Blinken’s request. Since he was acting on behalf of the US, did he convey any assurances from our government that we haven’t been told about?
I can’t find anything that suggests that he’s been asked about this.
Z is being advised by today’s version of the “51 former intelligence” whatevers. DJT opponents are in Z’s ear and have some leverage. They are not going to give DJT the win. I believe there are US senators in the cabal
The belligerence of the EU elites and Zelensky on display borders insanity. Even with Zelensky somehow being removed- after the events in Romania and Georgia- what are the odds of anyone who may be willing to compromise being ‘allowed/voted in’ to run Ukraine. As such, President Putin is not going to stop this SMO. It seems there is only so much that Our Lion and his diplomatic team can accomplish. We ought to not only continue diplomatic relations with Russia, but expand them economically as far as both Nations can support. The door into the BIG UGLY (in my opinion) should be wide open- its the only way to be part of the solution and not part of the problem. Someone certainly knows where certain instigators are. Dare I say we should help Russia with part of their problem. Seems in one sense they are our only ally in finding a permanent solution to this mess.
I am so tired of this Ukraine bs, and I didn’t trust VZ from the start. Lets hear it for the BIG UGLY and let the chips fall.
The really big move would be to sanction EU autos as planned and not negotiate with them. Give the EU something different to focus on.
So now we must wait for Trump to find the courage to confront ignorant voters who would not understand the removal of all Russian sanctions, and that makes it too challenging?
In my opinion, this is stupid.
A leader leads not by following his ignorant electorate, but by educating them!
.
President Trump told Zelensky that Ukraine “holds no cards.” But the only cards Ukraine holds are US dollars. As long as those continue, Zelensky will not agree to an end to the war.
The pretense is that this is a negotiation between Ukraine and Russia, mediated by President Trump. Withdraw US aid, and Ukraine is out of the picture: it’s between Russia and America. And that’s what has to happen—read Zelensky out, stop the pretense, and stop the war.
Stop funding Ukraine.
Stop sending weapons.
Remove all US personnel.
And while we’re at it, let’s stop funding and sending weapons to the Israelis
There would be lots of room for tax breaks!
DOGE drives the IC/WEF/DS etal. crazy but endless war is good.
How much support (money plus other stuff) are we still providing to Ukraine? I have no real idea with all the news gyrations. Why would we be providing anything at this point? Certainly Trump (not some commie federal judge) has control over that?
Maybe it’s time to start pulling troops out of Western Europe and start redeploying them in places that actually help the USA instead of other countries. Many could help on the northern and southern borders. Certainly much value there.
I realize that the realities here are more complex than in the on-line peanut gallery we all live in.
The “Mineral Deal” is not a plan to recoup some of the massive aid the U.S. has sent to Ukraine. The deal, is to allow Black Rock and a few other corporations to make up some of their expenditures due to their stupid and failed investment gamble that Ukraine was going to win. If completed those corporations might be able to salvage some crumbs from the riches they were promised. Just another banker bail out in the end. Even this will only happen if Russia allows it. The Russians are now quite obviously debating whether or not they have to conquer more of Ukraine than the five new Oblasts.
Note that if the Russians had been defeated and Russia broken up the potential profits to the West would have dwarfed anything the empire has ever been engaged in. How sad for them that their evil plans did not work out. This outcome was perfectly predictable and any well informed 12 year old could have advised as such.
Trump may be aware of this but he is also a man who likes to win. He will do well to remember that regards Russia and Ukraine there is no winning scenario for the U.S.
Remember when Zelensky was a “champion of democracy” and anyone who doubted it was an “agent of Putin?” Remember how many times the EU has looked down on their “less enlightened” American ally or complained bitterly about having to spend at least %2 of their GDPs on military preparedness?
John Ratcliffe has invited Elon Musk into the CIA to find out where every dollar they spend is going. I suspect “the way things have always been done” is about to be nuked.
The Mandela’s & “Lord” Robert Muagabe were also promoted as “Champions of Democracy”. They had some early troubles trying to hold that up with Winny Mandela when her “Necklacing” of Zulu opponents became known and Mugabe’s crimes are legendary and the once prosperous Rhodesian republic destroyed
Nations which depend upon other nations should not be nations.
There, fixed it.
If they don’t want peace then we should just sit back and let the Russians take them. Zelenskyy and NATO just keep jumping the shark, over and over and over again! Ukraine and Euro leadership have killed off the productive male population of their own people and allowed their cities to become bombed and derelict. Time for us to wash our hands of continental Europe.
NATO showed its true colors in the 90’s in the Balkans teaming up with every Jihadist,Neo-Nazi,Crime cartels it could find against the Orthodox Christian Serbs. NATO’s expiration date is long past. No NATO and their would be no Fidget puppet Zelensky.
“And under this aging NATO today, the U.S. is committed to treat an attack on any one of 28 nations from Estonia to Montenegro to Romania to Albania as an attack on the United States.
The time is ripe for a strategic review of these war guarantees to fight a nuclear-armed Russia in defense of countries across the length of Europe that few could find on a map.
Apparently, President Donald Trump, on trips to Europe, raised questions as to whether these war guarantees comport with vital U.S. interests and whether they could pass a rigorous cost-benefit analysis.
The shock of our establishment that Trump even raised this issue in front of Europeans suggests that the establishment, frozen in the realities of yesterday, ought to be made to justify these sweeping war guarantees.”
At Age 70, Time to Rethink NATO

Yes. The warnings by the founders concerning foreign entanglements are certainly not heeded by our leaders today are they. Evil certainly seems to have made a lot of gains about the time the Clintons came to power. I am sure it is just a coincidence.
To add to the West’s “accomplishments” we now have installed a head chopper as the nominal leader in Syria. I am sure the U.S. and NATO consider this a good thing. Of course a number of Christians and other undesirables will be murdered but hey, if you want to make an omelet you have to break a few eggs. AMIRITE.
Agree with you 100%. Just look at who the Clinton Admin/NATO/UN/Globalists teamed up with in the Balkans against the Serbian people, after Sec of State Baker told Gorbachev NATO would not expand one inch eastward.
You see this is a big problem. Trump has people around him who are not giving him good advice. The Russians are not going to concede much in Ukraine. They have paid too high a price. The U.S. and NATO started the war. This is a no win situation for the U.S. The best thing Trump can do is walk away from it.
However we a dealing with a man who has a large ego and he wants to get a win. Couple that with bad advice from neocons and we are still in a dangerous place. The people Trump should be angry with are the neocons who started the war. Instead we get this.
https://www.zerohedge.com/geopolitical/trump-angry-pissed-putin-threatens-new-tariffs
Yes sir, and though its not known by many, but the wars against the Serbs our old friends & allies, were Neocon wars. It is believed by some, including myself, that the Neocons/Globalists/London/Langley etc have it in for Orthodox Christian Russia because they kicked out the Soviet Liberal lunatics who were the controlled enemy needed to justify the Military-Industrial complex. That was why the Globalists jumped on Russia’s little brothers & sisters the Serbs and started those wars in the 90’s as the Russian people were consolidating their power from the Soviets, and expanded NATO, Islam, and forces hostile to Orthodox Christians specifically and Christians in general.
Kennan is pointing that truth out.

IHMO Colkitto, you are absolutely correct in your assessment.
Note to those who still think this is relevant.
There is not a single defense company that is worth more than mid-sized US Tech Companies.
Since 2000:
The defense industry no longer drives technology development.
The defense industry was cut by 50%+, in terms of size, worth and man power.
The defense industry continues to SHRINK in size and is forced to consolidate (on and off shore) just to sustain some sort of capability base.
There are US Billionaires worth more than the Top-6 Defense Contractors:
Boeing $67B
Lockheed $67B
Raytheon-UT $66B
General dynamics $40B
Northrop $33B
US BAe $32B
War has become as Clausewitz stated, just foreign policy by another method.
World Wars do not fit the business model of the Global Corporation nor the major economic blocks of the G7 and BRICS.
NATO went from being the solution to a problem to being the problem, a long time ago.
People are slow to recognize this.
Personally will not mind if the United States and all its agencies simply return to looking after our own needs, to sit out what the rest of the world is chomping at the bit for – a huge world war. To take up the advice of our Founding Fathers to not get embroiled in international intrigues.
Yes, it’s not going to happen because the minute President Trump goes there all the neocons in the congress and media will scream “See! we told you! Russia, Russia, Russia, impeach we must!!!”
and yet, this is one of those times we as a nation need to yell out, while jumping out of a burning building, ‘save yourselves!’ and then see what happens.
My lack of sympathy for Ukraine has turned into contempt. I don’t even care what Russia does there anymore. I just want the US to withdraw 100% of support and funding. I’m tired of hearing about that cesspit.
Isn’t it funny (depressing, actually) that it turns out the American people’s biggest enemy, by far, is their own CIA?
Ending the pretending is too politically challenging? The American people can’t handle it? Will they be able to handle WWIII more robustly? Is it better for the truth to come out AFTER our country’s been destroyed?
As Sundance suggests, there is no pretending or pretense, at least not from the Trump Administration. The real danger here lies in the American individuals who continue to influence Zelensky. These people are extremely dangerous and are, at the very least, acting in violation of the Logan Act.
I don’t believe this interference originates from the CIA; rather, it seems to be politically motivated and comes from former administration officials such as Susan Rice, Anthony Blinken, Samantha Power, Mitch McConnell, and career diplomat Victoria Nuland.
Sammy Power = USAID = CIA
That is quite a line up of pure evil. The sad thing is there are legion more. Every one of those people should be in prison for crimes against humanity.
Only two people have ever been indicted for violating the Logan Act.
“Russia, who previously said they did not expect Zelensky to stand by any ceasefire proposal, continues to launch airstrikes against Ukraine…”
Help me to understand why Russia is launching airstrikes when a ceasefire is being attempted?
Doesn’t make sense to me.
A ceasefire agreement is being attempted, it has not been agreed to.
Unless and until, the war continues.
I hope President Trump pulls out, leaving all ‘americans’ there.
Those are cia and mercenaries, we don’t want them back.
They are not entitled to the Geneva convention protections,
Russia will see that they’re taken care of.
If necessary, President Trump could abandon whatever equipment is there and
have their beacons activated to aid the Russians.
That would send a message to Europe, Russia and the cia.
After the energy infrastructure ceasefire was agreed upon, Ukraine promptly violated it first multiple times.
The Russians are saying they are adhering to the agreement. They say they are avoiding energy infrastructure. They are of course continuing bombing of other targets.
Because there is no ceasefire.
No cease fire has been agreed upon and why would President Putin put himself at political risk v/v the military and oligarchs risk, by allowing:
The Ukraine to strike without retaliation.
The Ukraine to freely rebuild and redeploy…while the Russian Army sits still.
Russia to loose the momentum and initiative it has gained over the past 18 months.
President Trump can be “pissed off with President Putin” all he wants … expecting Russia to idly stand by while the Ukraine strikes them and rebuilds is naive and not militarily a tenable expectation. Especially with the US continuing to support Ukrainian aggression with arms and money. I find the expectation for Russia to just “stop”, without a hard yank on Z-Man’s US-EU leash, a hypocritical expectation.
I’m with you on the “Big Ugly” SD.
Z is a walking train wreck. Too much “sniffing” for my comfort.
Let the EU deal with him! His addition is costing us Billions!
Z needs to hit bottom along with the EU and we need to move on!
Turn off the faucets to Ukraine , all of them.
Enough already!
If we turn off the taps tomorrow there would be a huge backlash. Easier to turn off the taps if we expose the corruption first.
No.
A smorgasbord of corruption and missing funds have been exposed already. There is more than enough to end it now.
Ukraine, with the help of Britain and France, is desperate to draw us into wider war with Russia. The obviousness of it has reached farcical levels.
Clearly Ratman is a duplicitous inveterate liar., and the only thing keeping the unelected dictator in power is marshall law, military support, and tax payer funds, mainly from the US.
Apparently the Ukrainian regime hasn’t been ground down enough yet, so they aren’t interested in peace. Their intransigence should be hastened by us leaving this cluster f@(# double quick time.
Remember, Ukraine had the opportunity to sign a generous peace agreement with Russia, without having to cede any territories. They chose to give Russia the finger instead.
As for the “backlash”, I could care less. The real backlash will happen when billions continue to be sent to Ukraine, the most corrupt place on earth, and as a consequence the inevitable war sucks us in too…
Oh I don’t know.
President Trump will leave more organized than Afghanistan was.
Will Trump pull the plug out from the proxy-war in Ukraine conflict OR will he go back to congress to get more money for them.
At or before the summer of ‘`25 the Actions will show louder than words, without any pretending.
We have a continuation of Biden policy on this or a plug pull.
Time will tell.
This is true. After all of his rational statements about the war and it’s funding, it seems that Trump would have a very hard time asking congress for more funds for Ukraine. At this point there may not be enough votes for more funding in congress anyway.
At some point, President Trump is going to be pushed beyond the line of NOTHING POLITICALLY left to loose.
The “Republican” (spit) dominated Congress is sitting on the sidelines and acts only when they get something out of the actions and is content frittering away its majority … (e.g. No legislative support for ExO’s and kick backs from the CR just passed).
The Chief Justice Roberts’ Court has piles of rotting, unconstitutional TRO’s piling up … generated by the District Courts his court is supposed to Supervise.
The Masters of Wall Street are artificially wagging the economy and financial world up and down … in resistance to his economic policy.
…. and the only person acting civil is “the evil” President Putin as his nothing to loose line has already been crossed.
When President Trump hits his line … He’ll cut the chord with the Ukraine …. then Russia will own significant parts of the Ukraine and the fragmenting EU will be staring at an unhappy Bear without US Support and a US President without any bad feelings over the EU’s demise.
There are plenty of ways to withdraw from Europe without “leaving NATO”, both economically and militarily.
Close bases.
Withdraw ALL the augmentation troops, planes and ships sent to NATO in 2022 by Joebama.
No support for new bases.
Close POMCUS Sites.
Withdraw ALL Nukes sent to the UK by JoeBama, in violation of the 1990’s Force Draw Down agreements.
No money to UN executive agencies … WHO, WTO, UNICEF, World Bank, et al
Keep pumping the Tariffs.
Punish EU for upending democratically conducted elections, in EU member states.
And while we’re at it – lets pull all support for Israel.
Think of the tax breaks coming out of that!
Well said. Especially concerning the congress. Republicans are completely worthless.
Something to think about!
While we are diligently working to cut back on overspending and over employed agencies here in the US (laying off thousands of employees) we are sending billions of dollars to Ukraine that pays for their government salaries and their entire welfare and pension system.
You can’t make this stuff up. Come on President Trump, make some sense of this because I can’t see it.
exactly.as SD noted if the ukraine accepts our mineral deal it would amount to debt that would prevent EU membership due to unstable financials.so us stopping the funding of their salaries and pensions won’t??i think its time for pdjt to say.seems lil’z isn’t interested in the U.S. negotiating peace so we will let the EU deal with it.also doesn’t any decision nato makes has to have approval of all members?if so we should not approve any nato negotiations.if the EU wants to waste their money troops and weapons so be it but we will not.
Then restart negotiations and trade with putin.
And both Russians and Ukrainians die in droves on both sides for what?
Russians: their homeland
Ukrainians: other peoples pensions
Stop giving ukraine our tax money.
Zelenskyy
Boasberg
Etc.
Schmaltz sucker’s controlling the greatest country of the world.
I hope Trump 45-47 continues to dialog with Russia to build a relationship. We need to repair the damage the prior Maladministration did.
Let NATO and the EU twist in the wind and let NATO know if they intend to be involved in any way with Ukraine we will exit NATO.
Here’s the latest dialogue…
US President Donald Trump said Sunday he was “very angry, pissed off” with Russian leader Vladimir Putin, NBC reported, marking a sharp change of tone as Washington seeks to end the war in Ukraine.
NBC’s Kristen Welker said Trump had called her to express his anger over Putin questioning Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky’s future as a leader — something that Trump himself has done.
https://www.breitbart.com/europe/2025/03/30/trump-very-angry-with-putin-threatens-tariffs-on-all-russian-oil/
Apparently a few days ago at a meeting about the Arctic Putin said he thinks President Trump is serious about Greenland and that based on that Russia would increase their military presence in the Arctic. This might be why President Trump is hitting at Putin (or one of the reasons).
https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/world/putin-reacts-to-trumps-serious-greenland-plans-ahead-of-vance-visit/ar-AA1BN94t
I looked at the article and think the title is a bit misleading. Here is a quote from the article in which President Trump says what he would do if he is unable to make a peace deal with Russia (although he did say he was unhappy about Putin complaining about Z’s lack of leadership abilities):
Trump said that “if Russia and I are unable to make a deal on stopping the bloodshed in Ukraine, and if I think it was Russia’s fault” then he would impose “secondary tariffs on all oil coming out of Russia.”
Didn’t see this when I posted above
I agree. Trump knows that Chyna is the main adversary and is not rooted in Cold War thinking. He’s not driving our allies away, he’s trying to form a coalition with EU and Russia. Russia is not our enemy! I refer to Colkitto’s post below
Don’t wait.
1 tell Z he is on his own from here on out.
2 tell Macron and Krapper the same, you want a war here is your war.
3 With draw from NATO, withdraw from UN kick them all out of CONUS.
4 Withdraw all troops and forces from EU and middle east.
Inform Denmark under the current agreement we intend to expand, and put all bases and troops on North east and west borders of Greenland.
Tell China and Russia they can no longer navigate between Greenland and CONUS.
Tell Isreal they are weapons free if they wish to, and we will be there with material support if they need it but no boots on the ground.
5, tell Iran they have 24hrs to turn over access to their nukes for our removal.
Tell the Mulluhs we have a MOAB ready to drop on their Congress meeting room.
We don’t intend to destroy the bombs or the switch, just the fingers hovering over it.
We need to end membership in NATO and pull all our military out of Europe.
End maintenence base expenses, stop building the new base in Romania. Demand Romania quit persecuting the opposition presidental candidate who was recently arrested.
The politics to drop sanctions against Russia may be too much politically, but end all cash payments and armaments flow, now.
Audit the corruption and prosecute all American politicians and CIA agents who have been siphoning funds and selling arms on the black market.
This is how the al-Qaeda terrorists armed to take over Syria. And the killings of Christians is ongoing.
Sanctions have helped Russia by forcing them to build up their own economy, owned by Russians, not globalists.
And sanctions gave the resolve for creation of BRICS, to commence the ending of the need to trade in the US$ by many countries.
Call for elections in Ukraine and pull out our military and CIA from Ukraine. Ukraine does not have under their Constitution a legitimate president or parliament.
The rare earth deposits must be economically viable to extract.
The economically extractable rare earths in Ukraine are in the seams of active coal mines shafts.
These coal mines and the oil and gas resources are overwhelmingly located in regions who voted to be part of Russia and occupied by Russian military.
These lands will never be given up, the longer we fund the Kiev regime the more lands will be a part of Russia. And rebuilt into prosperity.
There is nothing left of value for Trump to obtain for our globalist corporations to exploit. Just stop the losses and destruction we enable the Kiev Regime to continue.
Where’s Waldo, er Ratcliffe? It appears he’s just another figurehead to soothe Trump and hide the CIA’s SOP. War or regime change.
Patience, Elon is visiting him on Monday. We may get some forward momentum after that.
😂
