CNN’s Kasie Hunt cannot fathom the plenary power provided by the U.S. constitution that separates the power of the executive branch from judicial review on all determinations of ‘national security’. What follows in the debate is typical of what you would hear from a college student who recently exits the indoctrination program of a leftist university. Hunt tries to argue ‘separation of power’ which is exactly the point Miller is making. Judge James Boasberg is overstepping his authority within the judicial branch by attempting to instruct the executive branch about ‘national security’ determinations.
The producers are trying to send Hunt instructions electronically, and while Hunt is checking her devices for instructions, she struggles to hear the arguments presented by Miller and organize counterpoints. CNN looks silly. WATCH:

“Judge, these are classified national security and law enforcement operations, and the Executive Branch has determined that you do not have a need to know.”
Every time he makes a demand, “That is a national security matter.”

I think the DOJ also needs to start raising the specter of “obstruction of justice” investigations against both the Lawfare attorneys and judges like Boasberg. They are representing the interests of foreign terrorist organizations and directly and maliciously interfering in these matters to aid and abet terrorists.
That needs to come up IN OPEN COURT.

As part of her canned talking points. she references the separation of powers but then in the next breath goes back to the “are you going to follow the judge’s orders?” line. It demonstrates a fundamental disconnect in her understanding of the subject matter. Yes, the administration will engage with the courts, all the way up to the Supreme Court if necessary, but not to “troll for orders” bur rather for the sole purpose of getting the courts to self-restrain and affirm that they have no part to play in this before the matter becomes a true, full-blown constitutional crisis. I know that’s she’s state media, but is she trying to be dense or does she really not understand? And the optics of seeming to defend the cause of Tren de Aragua, a foreign terrorist organization? Who thought this was a good look for the network? Someone should be fired.
The worse thing that could have happened to the journalism profession, and thus likely deliberate, is to pamper the ilk with inflated salaries, expense accounts, hair dressing trips to Henri’s and a reserved seat at Pascual and to make them feel part of Society. Miller grants Hunt more respect than she’s earned to engage with her like this – it evokes the image of trying to teach Civics 101 to a particularly dull student and then after five minutes of instruction having that student turn around and try to argue with the teacher about what she’s just been taught. President Trump issued a fiery statement this morning on Truth Social demanding that the House of Representatives impeach Treasonous Boasberg and all of the other corrupt judges who are breaking the law. FINALLY!
If Speaker Johnson and the House GOP actually listen to President Trump and follow through on impeachment, these crooked judges WILL back down.
Will the Senate vote to convict/remove? Probably not. Do I care? Certainly not. If the House gets in the habit of passing articles of impeachment to the Senate, eventually the Senate will come around.

There is no question 4, perhaps 5 if Pennsylvania is stolen, senate seats were lost by Republicans because of the extraordinary incompetence of RNC Data – the useless IT people at the RNC. According to Omega4America (Fractal), the selectively ignored by the Republican half of the Uniparty Democrat fraud machine stole four Senate elections in 2024 and some number of House seats, perhaps 12.
The Republican half of the Uniparty simply cannot allow a red wave in CONgress matching the one for Trump. In that case they couldn’t obstruct him with the excuse that they don’t have a sufficient majority.
This explains the very curious lack of full attention by the RNC/GOP to horrendously inaccurate voter rolls as pointed out by the Fractal team. It’s like they didn’t care in many states.
The excuse was that those weren’t key states for electoral votes, but they ARE key in another way: control of CONgress.
It’s simple: to avoid a large majority where they would have to accomplish something other than the desired results of The Blob, they simply look the other way in elections where needed.
In 2024 they did what was needed campaigning and anti-fraud wise to get Trump elected because the election of the Commie Duo would have meant a one party system from that point onward and their relevance as the phony opposition half of the UniParty would have been further reduced. It was matter of survival.
