I believe Trump has already acknowledged that he has no authority to revoke the pardons, but the key sentence appears to be “should fully understand that they are subject to investigation at the highest level,” which puts them all on notice that investigations are coming.
He is not attempting to revoke legitimate pardons. He is saying they were never legitimate, because the potato never actually signed them and possibly was not even aware of them.

Any reasonable person would question his ability to understand and sign documents of legal importance.
Trump doesn’t NEED to revoke anything. He only needs to presume they aren’t valid and have SCOTUS rule on whether or not he had the authority. That’s how it’s supposed to work. Remember they went after Trump after he was out of office trying to prevent him from being elected in 2024. They failed.

With witnesses present, there is no doubt that the president signed a piece of legislation or executive order. President Trump has been very public about what he has signed.

Even on his first day in office he said, “What am I signing” and the response was, from somebody, “Just sign it”. This instills no confidence that biden had any idea on what was happening even at that early stage. I would bet many documents were signed using the “autopen” by subordinates without his knowledge never mind the fact that he was cognitively too far gone to discharge the duties of the office.

It is a common smear tactic used in politics but will never succeed after the fact legally. The courts will never touch this issue for a variety of reasons. Biden will simply appear in public and state that he approved the use of the autopen and it will become meaningless.

Then get from the NSA the phone call recording to validate the claim
Then Subpoena Joe to see if he even recalls the communication and the actual pardon approval
If Congress or the DOJ follows this they may just get 2 for the price of one.

They are about to witness, in the test case Trump choses, the selection of biased judges, the management of the media messaging, the foot-dragging and delaying as it wends its way through the appeals process to the SCOTUS. Every step of the way, Trump will be exposing the process to the sheeple, until when it finally reaches SCOTUS, all the sheeple are bleating and baaing round the water cooler like crazy, and have been for months if not a year or more. Then, in the grand finale, the highly focused and agitated sheeple will get to witness who’s precisely who amongst the SCOTUS judges. They’ll get to see Roberts, and ACB, and all the others, in action, under the most behind-the-scenes lawfare pressure they’ve ever been placed under, in full view, acting out the parts they’ve been instructed to play, as have all the other players in the lower courts.
