Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be thy Name. Thy kingdom come. THY WILL BE DONE, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us. And lead us not into temptation, but DELIVER US FROM EVIL.
For Thine is the kingdom and the power and the glory, forever and ever. Amen †

Isaiah 57:1-2 (English Standard Version)
The righteous man perishes, and no one lays it to heart; devout men are taken away, while no one understands. For the righteous man is taken away from calamity; he enters into peace; they rest in their beds who walk in their uprightness.
For some reason this passage came to my mind last night and I remembered when I first paid attention to it. By that point in my life I had read through the Bible four or five times, but, for some reason this passage never stuck out to me.
We moved from Plainview, Texas, up in the panhandle between Lubbock and Amarillo, to San Antonio in 1997. I tell people that after living there for 40 years or more we finally discovered that, though the gate was closed, it was not locked, so we left.
About a year or so after we moved a very dear friend, literally, dropped dead of a heart attack. We went back for the funeral, even though my employer would not recognize it as a legitimate excuse for missing work. The man was like a brother to us.
Several weeks after returning home, I came across this passage and it really stuck with me, so much so, that I wrote the widow, who was like a sister to us, and shared this passage. I have no earthly idea if it helped her or not, simply because her life was still shattered because of the freshness of the loss of her husband. To my bewilderment, even though I had been to several funerals by that time, not one single minister ever quoted it, not even in a regular sermon.
Now, move forward to March of 2006, my dad died of a heart attack while in the Intensive Care Unit of the Lubbock Hospital having suffered a heart attack 3 days earlier. During that time of loss this passage was on my mind. I tried to share it with a few family members, but my wife, daughter, and son-in-law were about the only ones who paid any attention to what the passage and I were trying to say.
Since the passing of my dad I have thanked the Lord in Heaven that He took my dad when He did. My dad never had to witness things that transpired in our family, our nation, our church denomination, and more. Things like; divorce (dad and mom were married for more than 50 years, his parents were also, my father-in-law and mother-in-law were married for more than 70 years, both of their parents were married about the same number of years, my wife and I will celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary later this year), estrangement of some family members, including my mother shutting off all contact with me starting sometime around 2021 (to this day I cannot get her to tell me with I had done to offend her), our nation voting an American despising moslem as president, the falling away of the denomination he had felt so blessed to have been a part of, and more.
When I say our denomination, you would have to have known that the funeral of my dad was more like a State Funeral of some great dignity. In attendance were pastors from several towns in the Lubbock, Amarillo, Midland, Big Spring (not, as so many other people say; Big Springs, there is only one spring in the town) area, and I do mean several, upwards of 15 or 20. Two different Distinct Superintendents, one, of course from the West Texas District and the other from the North Texas District.
Also, when I say that I thank the Lord in Heaven that my dad did not live long enough to witness what has become of the denomination he felt so blessed to be a part of, you would have to know more about the roots and founding of the denomination that we were once members of. My wife and I were both fifth generation members of that denomination. I Am Not saying that she and I were born as Christians, that part of our heritage has Absolutely Nothing to do with salvation, but it was part of our heritage, our raising, our learning. We both accept Jesus Christ as our personal Savior individually and independently of either of our parents.
The other part about the Lord sparing my dad from seeing what has become of the denomination that my dad felt so blessed to have been a part of, is what has became of that denomination. You would also have to have done the research I have done into the NAR, the New Apostolic Reformation movement. The only reason I started researching the NAR was because of a sermon on False Teachings on September 16, 2018 (when I start doing research on a subject and decide that I want to save it to my Pages Document I also document what caused me to start the research). The pastor discussed the New Apocalyptic Reformation movement and its false teachings, which I had never ever heard of before.
After lunch that Sunday I started researching it and was Absolutely Astounded at what I was learning. One of the driving forces of that movement was a man who was voted in as one of the General Superintendents at the General Assembly in the early 1990s. My dad, mom, wife, and I were in attendance and all four of us voted for him. My dad had been on more than one missionary trip to a foreign country (Europe and or South America) with that man. My dad would have been absolutely broken hearted and brought to great grief & copious tears had he lived long enough to witness what his friend was responsible for doing to, what in my personal opinion and belief, was a truly holiness denomination.
Does it bother you as much as it bothers me when the comment is longer than the article Sundance writes? Like I tell my Jewish neighbor and friend; Nah, John Doe, I am more of a Jew than you are because I talk more than you do. He slaps his leg laughing at me.
I will finish up this, should you suffer or have suffered the loss of someone very near & dear to your heart and someone tries to quote the Bible to you; “All things work to the good.”, your have my permission to stop them from finishing it and knock them on their backside. That Is Not What You Need To Hear when you cannot see because of all the tears in your eyes.
Maybe, just maybe, this passage might possibly help you get through the grieving process. You may have to even wait a few months or even several months before you are ready to revisit this passage and consider what you loved did Not have to witness. Then, again, you may wish that you could knock me on my backside for sure lunacy.
Isaiah 57:1-2 (English Standard Version)

Romans 12:15 seems to be a Bible verse many Christians have a hard time remembering or practicing.
“Rejoice with those who rejoice; mourn with those who mourn.”
I’ve seen over and over again where a Christian brother or sister does very well, wins an award, gets a raise, is blessed by our Lord with a home, a nice car, a loving spouse, etc., and instead of rejoicing with them in their blessing, other Christians stew in jealousy and bitterness.
I’ve also seen over and over again where a Christian brother or sister goes through a horrible, terrible, life crushing event, and not one single Christian offers even a word of comfort. Mourn with the mourner? Seems most people run away as fast as they can.
I heard a woman Christian author years ago talk about how few empathetic people there are in the world. She said a study was done and I was shocked hearing only 5% of the general population have or show any kind of empathy towards others when they struggle. She believed Christians probably fit in that 5% group, too.
The one line she said that really stuck with me was, ‘No one wants to help when they think you’ll bleed on them.’
I am sorry for your losses, no matter how new or old. Your dad will always be your dad, no matter how old you are, and you will always think of him.
My dad was righteous, and few people laid it to heart. I am grateful God took my dad away from calamity and that he is in the presence of his Savior. I miss him almost every day, and still after being without him for 34 years sometimes long to sit and talk with him about anything and everything. He was an amazing godly man. I know you know just what I’m talking about.
I fully understand about people, especially Christians, who supposedly know me, cannot say one word to me in times of either Ups or Downs.
There is no telling how many personal handwriting letters I have sent to others, no matter if they were Christian or not, who were going through an Up or a Down and would never say a word nor return the favor of writing to me when I was either Up or Down.
Correction; one supposed Christian friend, who I had worked with at a commercial truck, tractor, & trailer sales company started his own commercial truck, tractor, & trailer sells business and became a competitor to me, received a letter from me praising him for having the tenacity to; “Get out of the boat.” and take a risk like Peter, told me that I had pretty bad handwriting. That would be one out of a couple of hundred people who received a handwriting letter, not a short note, but a letter.
Our daughter has written letters to people for more than twenty years (literally several hundred) and when I ask (and I had to basically pry it out of her because she wanted no part of it sounding like either bragging or complaining), confirms the same, except she has much better handwriting than me.
Yet I would not change a thing, I would still have written letters.
That is a lovely posting. Thank you.
It is difficult though, when the person you have lost is young eg 26 years old.
I would Never want to come anywhere near even taking one step, let alone walk a mile, in your shoes.
We only had one child, a daughter, as mentioned in my original posting. I am simply without words.

cure for Lyme disease: killer bees
Doctors Had No Idea Why She Felt Sick All The Time
Bee venom therapy is a well-known thing in holistic healthcare – Apiarists have taught about this for ever; Rudolph Steiner (‘Nine Lessons on Bees’, 1923 Dornach) in particular.
Bees destroy nothing and produce 8 different products; all of the things that come from the beehive are highly beneficial to Humans.
Bees are “Love incarnate”.
Modern/progressive “Academics'” with their distorted worldview of Nature – that have almost ruined beekeeping (remember colony collapse?) – have both named & made “killer bees” an enemy of Humans – they are not whatsoever.
The idiots who can’t diagnose Lyme Disease are a whole ‘nother black hole of obtusity.
I’m Glad the bees found her & gave her healing. Great story.
So Interesting! thank you Nimrodman and AmaraGrace.
when the cry about Big Balls going into the IRS, just remember this!
I have not seen any information on what caused the plane crash in Toronto a few weeks ago.
Every indication points to pilot error. Is this a DEI story that needs to disappear?
DD
Hi Dan Dale,
The plane that crashed and ended up upside down, I heard had come in too fast on the landing, trashed the landing gear, and the wind flipped it. I can’t remember, but I think the wing(s) were sheered off.
Did you also notice two military jets also crashed??? One in January in Alaska and another in San Diego a little over a week ago.
Planes are having issues all over the place.
Not talking about the speed of the plane though, but I thought I heard something about that in some communiques somewhere. The video sure looks like a fast approach, but I’m no expert.
https://www.businessinsider.com/delta-crash-toronto-plane-upside-down-airline-pilots-experts-2025-2
not “too fast” in terms of air speed
but “too fast” of a descent … too much “down” and not enough glide
experts also noted “no flare” or “not enough flare”, where flare is that late wafting up of the plane or last-second raise in the nose that’ll work a bit like air braking, then they’ll level out and touch the landing gear down
Thanks Nimrodman, appreciate you brother.
It was an all female crew flying for an airline owned by Delta that promoted itself as hiring only female crew. Just saying.
Since the vast majority of American commercial pilots are white males, limiting hiring to any minority that makes up just a segment of the available pool of talent, experience, and competency, is criminal IMO!
‘One America News Network’ had some information on their news, you might be able to find it. It appears Delta airlines has a subsidiary. I think it is called ‘Endeavor’ ?It seems it was/is DEI. (groan)
Schumer (who else?) was trying to blame President Trump for cutbacks, but the cutbacks were nothing to do with flight safety but rather reducing a few middle managers.
“Delta Airlines is actively working to increase the number of female pilots, with programs like the Propel Pilot Career Path aimed at diversifying the pilot population. Currently, women make up only about 5% of Delta’s pilots, but the airline is committed to fostering opportunities for women in aviation.”

If you are low on quality movies or are feeling down and just have way too many questions about life and your Purpose in it, how things could go so wrong, or what HOPE do we have in these precarious times… please, listen to me… you’re old JWoo… and give this series a chance. It may change your life. It sure brings us happiness and chases the gross evil out of vision and sets a whole new tone over our moods.
“The Chosen” is free on Amazon Prime right now through Season 4. Season 5 comes out March 28th in movie theaters and they usually show two episodes per theater showing. We are coming up on the Last Supper.
If you have come to love this show as much as we have… we are having a terribly hard time reconciling Jonathan Roumie playing the crucifixion scene. It is the history of our people, though, and we know what happens on the other side.
It will be interesting to see how far along in the Bible we get out of the 7 proposed seasons of The Chosen.
They’ve done an excellent job with this series, filled with laughter, tears, and draws the viewer into the kind of relationship that I have with Jesus. He Is truly my Best Friend, my Savior, my Only Hope and my Christ laughs, and dances, and teases His friends, and He Lifts, Consoles, and Heals. He walks with us through very, very hard times.
My favorite events in the series are (but there are SO MANY):
Jesus heals the Samaritan man who admitted to having attacked a Jew on the road – Season 1, Episode 6
The composing of the Sermon on The Mount with Matthew as His scribe. (You absolutely must watch the series from the beginning, though, so you can develop relationships with each of the characters to understand how this scene is INTENSE and POTENT and I WEPT HARD at how much Jesus loves us when He Spoke that sermon. Season 2 finale
Jesus addressing Little James about his disability Season 3, Episode 2
I could not do life without Him. I would never… Always remember “Look up.” #bingeJesus

Great Pick! The fact that Kash has to go outside of the Agency to find a deputy he trusts could not make it more clear just how corrupt the FBI has become.
Such great news! Thank you, rah.
