The weather forecast for Washington, D.C., with the windchill factor, could take temperatures into severe record lows. There is an Arctic blast sweeping the Country. I don’t want to see people hurt, or injured, in any way. It is dangerous conditions for the tens of thousands of Law Enforcement, First Responders, Police K9s and even horses, and hundreds of thousands of supporters that will be outside for many hours on the 20th (In any event, if you decide to come, dress warmly!).
Therefore, I have ordered the Inauguration Address, in addition to prayers and other speeches, to be delivered in the United States Capitol Rotunda, as was used by Ronald Reagan in 1985, also because of very cold weather. The various Dignitaries and Guests will be brought into the Capitol. This will be a very beautiful experience for all, and especially for the large TV audience!
We will open Capital One Arena on Monday for LIVE viewing of this Historic event, and to host the Presidential Parade. I will join the crowd at Capital One, after my Swearing In.
All other events will remain the same, including the Victory Rally at Capital One Arena, on Sunday at 3 P.M. (Doors open at 1 P.M.—Please arrive early!), and all three Inaugural Balls on Monday evening.

We are not privy to, nor should we speculate about, the security threat matrix that President Trump is now facing. A clarification on who’s attending the inauguration:
The former presidents Clinton, Obama, and Bush will attend the swearing-in. Hillary Clinton and Laura Bush will also attend the swearing in.
Clinton, Obama, and Bush and their wives are not attending the inaugural luncheon that Trump invited them to. Shabby, but that’s who those people are.
The Bidens will attend the swearing in, but will be on their way back to Delaware during the luncheon.

We are supposed to be a high of 19 and a low of -1. DC people freak out if a dusting of snow is forecasted Being from Cleveland, when I first moved to the area we went to Bush’s inauguration. My Aunt and a family friend came and we had a great time. We drove back to my home in a blizzard. We were fine but everyone was freaking out.
We are supposed to get about 6″ west of I95. Garrentee these people will take at least 3 days to clear the roads.
If you are from a snow region, you would make fun of the DC people. They are ridiculous. A lot of these people have rear wheel drive and can’t even get up a slight incline.
Extenuating circumstances aside, cold and snow totally derails these people. Feel free to make fun of these people because they are that ridiculous.
Maybe, and this is just a wild ass guess, they are telling the truth about it being cold.
Please Mr. President no conversations about crowd size compared to other President’s. I just thought that was a huge distraction starting his administration. It gave the jackals more to attack him with like the taking of the MLK statue off the desk.

I was praying for a couple of feet of snow on the Swamp this weekend, but this certainly works!
Wrap him in Kevlar, surround him with private security in the meantime, but safety for him and his entire family.
