After listening to several of these interviews, I find that I am on the same page as Tommy Robinson.
Musk in his child mind concluded X was instrumental in Robinson exposing the grooming gangs and jumped to his usual conclusion – in spite of his political ignorance – X was somehow connected to Robinson’s imprisonment. Musk doesn’t seem to realize Robinson is in jail for contempt of court. He once again defied a Judge’s order and was thrown into jail. Because of his repeated stints his jail terms seem to compound. Musk is drunk with his “reach” and self-perceived influence. He’s annointed himself the “free speech absolutist” yet somehow manages to impose his new algorithm on negativity – with he and his AI Grok the arbiters of defining “negativity”.
X wasn’t instrumental, and neither was Robinson. Grooming gangs were being identified by other parties long before Robinson and his EDL which took its name from the JDL.

Well, that being said, the initial issue he is raising, is a very serious and disgusting, angering issue.

Be it something that “damaged” him during childhood (I hear his father was not around ) and/or just spoiled. I remember when a reporter asked his mother why Elon left the Democrat party and she said “they were mean to him”…sounds to me like a mother who is used to a man-child fraught with all kinds of emotions to be dealt with….

Recently finished Maye Musk’s book, and learned that Elon’s father was a tyrant and terribly physically abusive man. He beat her in front of the chidren, and by the time Elon was 5, he would hit his father on the backs of his knees to try to stop him. She stayed with him longer than she wanted to out of fear for her life and the life of her kids, and until she could develop some sort of means of support.
Maye herself had wonderful parents: loving, nurturant, and very adventursome. Their family motto was, “Live dangerously–carefully.” Every summmer, her father drove their family of 5 across the Kalahari desert, looking for a lost city found by Guillermo Farini, a man who wrote of discovering it when he crossed the desert in an ox wagon in the late 18th century. According to Maye, Ferini also walked over Niagara Falls on a tightrope. Their father always owned a plane, which he maintained himself, and during their annual summer trip, he would fly the plane and their mother would drive the car, packed to the gills with 3 kids and enough food and water for 5 people for 3 weeks.
Eventually Maye got away. The woman is pure grit, and very witty. She has had an incredible life, with many ups and downs, always landing on her feet–and then some! She put herself through school, started 2 businesses, and still models at the age of 71. A great read.

I think part of what Elon is doing with his comments on European issues ( not the TR issue, that is different) is his way of showing the EU politicians who want censorship and effectively control over X and similar platforms, that he will not roll over to their wishes and he has very effective ways of fighting back.
The Farage/TR issue is different because the to Elon it is a personal/moral issue, like it should be for all of us. I believe Farage made a political blunder with his comments but I also believe Musk went far to far. Farage would have been better to dodge the question or just say “No” and leave it at that. I don’t know about this. People on x are hating on Vivek and Elon. The only reason that Elon has any political power is because he supported President Trump. Now the base feels he has betrayed us with the visa issue. These two have squandered all the goodwill they hade built up prior to their nasty and condescending tweets. I am stating that for the last election, he never said he was against the H1B program. In one podcast in 2024, he said that he was for the program. He may have changed his position from 2016. The point is that Trump never lied about his position. If people had an issue with it, they should been vocal before the election. Trump has always been transparent with the voters.

Thank you for your insight and commentary on the elon musk subject. Simply, organically put: elon appears to have a fat head. Even though he is extremely wealthy, extremely intelligent, extremely powerful, he is also a micro manager, thinned skinned, immature even though he is in his mid 50s.
For me, elon hands out “gifts” with attachments: you get my wonderful gift, but I get 100% of your devotion and attention. This is not the only thing motivating elon, of course. He is going about the world with X as his shield promoting his special interests. As humans we want to think we know who everyone is and what they are up to. That is only true through discernment and truth.
elon does not possess (in my opinion) a spiritual relationship with God. His actions and words look as if he envisions himself as a god and he plans to bring the masses along by tantrums and threats. Everyone would be wise to distance themselves from musk worship. When he says he is dark maga…he is not talking anything about MAGA. elon musk is dark…dark in spirit, motivation, and desires.

One thing I hope that neophyte Musk learns, is that building a coalition and KEEPING a coalition together, are two different things. The latter is much more difficult than the former.
I hope that Tommy Robinson is embraced by the Reform party rank and file. Then the burden won’t be on Farage to accommodate or reject Robinson. As Tommy himself would say, address the grooming and foreign national rape of British girls, and he’d go away peacefully. I am a fan of Nigel Farage and he’s worked hard to build up the movement he has… Tommy is a lightning rod and you hit the nail on the head with your Alex Jones comparison. I see both Robinson and Farage fighting the same fight, but in different arenas, using different tactics and weapons.
I’ve not trusted Vance since his quick rise to fame… he’s a professional politician with ambition. We know RINO/Uniparty tactics, Vance’s background and friends. I understand your analysis of why Musk et.al. may eventually call for the removal of Trump or at least try to shift the MAGA party away from Trump, esp considering all these tech elites stick together and the obvious and concerning connection of Vance to Thiel. Yet I think you underestimate MAGA’s love affair with Musk et.al, e.g. H1B topic and the current and increasing censorship on X. MAGA has spoken clearly and loudly about H1B and censorship and there is a clean break when it comes to Musk being a true MAGAnite relative to these big important issues. IF we see Musk stray from supporting Trump’s mass deportations this will not be a good sign and will further alienate Musk from MAGA (not that I think Musk is that stupid).
Musk holds “political” support as long as he sticks with Trump and he has plainly begun to depart from this support. Time will tell, and that time will arrive in the next 3-6 months.
My deeper concern with Musk goes way back to the Hussein days. How did Little Rocket Man develop his current capabilities? Soetoro disabled NASA and allowed Elon access to their technology. Some believe that Elon may have given Kim Jong Un a look see at some of the highly secretive rocket technologies. As far-fetched as that may sound, I wouldn’t rule it out completely. No one gets as rich as Musk without a lot of government collusion.

Stephen Yaxley-Lennon aka Tommy Robinson is not who he seems. Mr. Farage has the measure of him and was politically deft and sure-footed in his comments. The interesting question is whether or not Musk knows Tommy Robinson is likely a controlled asset. I’m not claiming to be an expert on British politics but being a UK citizen living abroad I have followed it from afar since Thatcher. Farage is an immensely gifted political leader and Elon-come-lately has just scored an own goal—attacking Farage is a colossal misstep.

Trump, and by extension us, need to be able to work with partial allies. But you only trust them where their interests align with yours. Hopefully Trump is fully aware of that in regards to the Musks, Kennedy’s and Gabbards of the world. There are areas where the venn diagram of self-interests overlap and they can be a useful tool in that area. But don’t give them the keys to the MAGA bus. In every other area their self-interests do not align and they will steer us in the wrong direction. They are hitchikers, not fellow travelers. if I were a close friend or colleague of PDJT, I’d be worried enough to try to warn him.
but, surely, he must be aware of this, already, on his own…?
Donald Trump has been dealing with these types his entire life.
“dealing with” and “being controlled/influenced by” are 2 different things.
Donald Trump, as Commander-in-Chief/POTUS, should not allow himself to be compromised by Musk.
You keep your friends close and your enemies closer…
“being controlled/influenced by” is what you might think but you don’t know what President Trump thinks, do you? These pages are filled with people who “know” what President Trump, Elon Musk, Tommy Robinson, Nigel Farage etc. etc. are thinking ! Wow!!! So many people here referring to Elon Musk as having a “god complex” while they look inside his head and tell us exactly what he is thinking.
I didn’t see anything wrong with what Farage said. He is being politically correct. Remember, he has to please more of the people, not just the radicals. Every party has a radical side. But they don’t win the elections for you. He has to walk a line..that can change when you win, and often does. Hopefully but not always in the right direction
The only reason Musk has a voice is that he is leeching political support from the political bloodstream of DJT. He has nothing in and of himself to recommend or follow.
I don’t care about Musk. As time goes on I care less and less. In fact, at this point I am just starting to consider him my political enemy.
