In the first White House briefing since the Hunter Biden Pardon, White House Spokesperson Karine Jean-Pierre worked her way through a tangled mess of justifications for why Joe Biden changed his mind and gave a pardon to his son, Hunter. However, within the remarks she relied heavily on a name that apparently has leaned-in to the issue of Preemptive Pardons by the outgoing administration. WATCH (prompted):
It is transparently obvious why Jim Clyburn would be seeking a preemptive pardon from Joe Biden. Clyburn is singularly the most exposed political figure if anyone starts looking at how the election system ballot operation was used in 2020, 2022 and 2024. Clyburn knows his risk exposure.
At the end of all the ballot and election fraud, you find one operation above all others. Watch what happens.
The MAJOR problem here is very obvious though. Clyburn is a seriously followed Non-White Congressional Member. We everyone know there is a three tired system in our country, and a persons race is one of them. What a disgrace.
We have to understand there there are many people who are implicated in coup / color revolution, including the part of election rigging, that will never admit to what they did. Clyburn is one of those. This is not going to be like a Perry Mason episode where the culprit breaks down in the last 10 minutes of the show and confesses. It is unfortunate but the repercussions will be much harder feelings and open wounds that will never really heal. We will have to erect our own statues and monuments when this is all over and we have turned Clyburn into the next Nathan Bedford Forrest and then we will see how they still feel about it.

With these pre-emptive pardons, Biden will be exposing every guilty person. If these pardons are unconstitutional, then Trump’s DOJ will know who to investigate and possibly charge.
Of course, this will depend upon whether Bondi becomes AG and whether she has the courage and stamina to follow through on Trump’s orders.

The very obvious problem is the lack of Constitutional authority to grant pardons for crimes that haven’t been charged or for which there is no conviction. The Constitution doesn’t have a Cover Your Ass and Protect Friends clause.
Long ago, the SCOTUS did in fact rule that he did. Other decisions have softened that stance only slightly.

A preemptive pardon is an admission of guilt.
If these jokers are called to testify after the pardon date and they commit perjury, they can be jailed. That has happened before. It is doubtful that those such as Schiff and Fauci can keep from committing additional crimes, especially under sunlight.
As a New Yawker who was around during the time when Reverend Al Sharpton was running his race hustling scams to the detriment of the City, it is almost impossible for me to believe that he has ascended to his current exalted position.

This is one case where an overly-expansive (and, very old) SCOTUS decision must be overturned. If the President can pardon someone for “anything he might have done,” that’s a “keep(!) out of jail free” card that openly encourages both the President and literally anybody else to do as they damned well please, knowing that their sins will be washed away.
If he has “plenary power” in this case, of course he will abuse that power to his own benefit (and, profit).

I find all of this and especially the timing very troubling in regards to the Supreme Court but especially Chief Justice Roberts.
Chief Justice Roberts oversees the FISA court where the lies, cheating and stealing began right in front of his eyes and right under his nose.

It has not yet been brought up so I will. What if Biden pardons Trump along with his basket of others before he leaves?
