“Trump will not find perfect solutions. He will find OPTIMAL solutions. We cannot ask for more.
Trump has stood by and watched Perfect murder Good for 8 years – maybe longer. He’s not gonna do it. He’s going to deliver the best outcome possible, and he’s not waiting for us to feel relaxed about it.
Best presidency ever! Just hang on. More winning is coming, but a lot of people are going to scream that it’s all over at EVERY turn.
The best way through this is to define viewpoints, not people, because people will shift as they change position and velocity in Trump gravity.
Bash the neocon, warmonger, and dopey globalist positions – not the people who are going to hold them one moment and come loose from them later.
Trump is Jupiter moving through the asteroid belt. He is going to pull people into his orbit.
A few will get slung off into space, but most will come along for the ride of their lives.
I am ON the Trump Train for good, even if I scream that I want off and can’t take it. In the end, I only want to scream “TOO MUCH WINNING!!!”

Here is the game plan that the forces against Trump will be using for the foreseeable future.
They will attempt to get you to make the perfect the enemy of the good.
Be it the freedom clowns and spending, the immigration hawks with H1B visas, the peace doves with timing, the cultural warriors with total bans of DEI/CRT, the neocons with war fighting, or the swamp dwellers with draining the swamp.
All of them will attempt to get you to believe on whatever issue is the issue of the day that it doesn’t go far enough or do enough. They will try to make you think that some sub issue of that issue is more important and should be handled first, that since the issue hasn’t been handled yet it won’t be, that we can’t do more than one thing, that so and so is a plant to stop the draining of the swamp, or that because it wasn’t 100% Trump lied. On every single issue, one or more groups will attempt this strategy.
You can’t allow them that power over you. If Trump secures the border and deports 2 million, don’t allow them to reduce that good by them saying well he didn’t deport 2.5 million, so he failed or lied.
You can’t allow them to use the perfect to void out the good in the coming months.
They will try. They already have with the CR and the H1b visa debates. It works, that is why they use it. You have to keep it in the front of your head on everything about to occur that half a loaf or hopefully in most cases 7/8ths a loaf is better than no loaf.
Do not allow them to gaslight you into thinking the good is the enemy of the perfect.
In the real world, most things are never perfect, but if we try real hard, we can get plenty of good accomplished in the coming 4 years.
The purpose and goals of President Trump are plainly visible by his actions and consistent: He is for the benefit first of the common PEOPLE of this country, then of the PEOPLE in the rest of the world. It is validating, even to our battered conservative skepticism.
The methods of his leadership are amazing. I still don’t get HOW he does it, or HOW he is able to get so much momentum going, but every day the momentum is growing. Everyone and every organization has their eyes opened every day — just by watching him. Even those who hate him, are biased against him, and want to see him gone — cannot ignore him. He lives rent free in their head, and they come around to seeing the universal principles by which he is operating. He hammers actions based on truth from one direction, then another, and they cannot mount an organized opposition against him.
President Trump is transparent in his words and actions. He is consistent in what he says, what he does, and what he asks/demands of others. His promises are bold and he keeps them like no other president has. He is making massive, nearly overnight changes, not only in our country, but in the world. It is amazing that he is able to accomplish so much when there are so many snakes in the grass. This second term, he is weeding them out faster and choosing like-minded servants who multiply his effectiveness. No U.S. president has ever faced so much organized resistance and treason than President Trump
He has chosen to use his intellect and every skill he has to do what is right. He has tremendous faith that he can make a difference in this world. He has a confidence and courage such that he doesn’t care what others think, yet a humility to know he has to do it with the help of like minded people. Those people are the “common” people, and he ridicules those who think they are not common.
He believes people are basically good. He believes that God is real. He believes that healthy people are happy people, and they need to be able to create wealth freely for their labor, and have the freedom to spend their money on what is good for them.
He believes the United States, with its Constitutional Republic, is the best environment in the world to enable and give opportunity for people to be happy and prosperous.
He believes that we can be a light for the world, but we must demand that the rest of the world respect us and our right to Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness.
He believes the enemy of our country are the stupid, greedy American people who have been selfishly taking advantage of this country; who betrayed the trust and obedience of its people; and who diverted the people’s wealth for their own selfish gain, at the expense of the principles of this country. He’s not going to allow that anymore.
He has cultivated and focused the family of MAGA. Identifying those people whose goodness, industriousness, trust, and obedience have been taken advantage of and abused. He has opened our eyes to this abuse, and to the rights of freedom and self determination that have been quietly stolen from us.
He has rekindled the same healthy distrust held by our founders of government and men with too much power. He has recultivated the desire to reclaim our freedoms and rights, and is empowering us with a hope and pathway to reclaim our spiritual and economic freedom.
He wants the US to be a light of hope on the hill for all people. He will negotiate win/win agreements with those nations and countries who respect us; who respect the principles and intent of our Constitution. If you do not respect us, however, we are not going to let you take advantage of our goodness, or share in our wealth at our expense. If you as a nation are treating your people badly, you are going to be treated less favorably by us, until you show that you value your people as much as we value ours. He believes that nations who treat their people well will also be good economic neighbors with us.
He is convincing those who are very wealthy (most of whom truly earned their money), that the best economic soil in which to build wealth is in a constitutional republic, which supports the ability of the common man to earn wealth in proportion to his efforts. The economic engine of the United States is the human spirit freed to enjoy the fruits of honest labor, and that engine has more natural and raw horsepower than any other governed economy.
The Trump Train seems to be remarkably aligned with universal principles of Truth, which reflect the will and design of our Creator, and are the best standard by which we should live. These same principles were what our country’s founders used to declare independence, and framed into the Constitution of this nation.
Our founders believed that a nation should preserve the right and freedom of an individual to seek, understand, and live by God’s principles. They believed that free individuals working together in humility would make a stronger nation than a government which dictates its will on the people. President Trump professes and seeks to lead and restore this nation back to these same principles.
These principles resonate deeply within all human beings, down to our DNA in every cell, in our spirits, and produce fruit that “miraculously” multiplies. Because we follow universal principles, we see the snowballing acceleration of momentum on day 85 of the 2nd year of the 2nd term of this very stable genius in the history of the kingdoms of this world in the year of our Lord 2025.

Fantastic endorsement of the Trump administration by the guys at the Cato Institute. Really worth a read. My favorite part was the 99.9% drop in asylum requests on the southern border under Trump, the 90% cut in refugee admissions under Trump, and the 90% cut in new H-1B visa issuance under Trump.

Good morning Lorrie !! That was and is the stance I took ever since the molestation of children at the hands of Catholic priests first surfaced, and especially here in the archdiocese of Boston. I have returned to Sunday mass after a long absence, but my personal relationship with God never once weakened or suffered…have a blessed and great day !!

They want Catholics to finance it twice. Once with their taxes & again with their weekly offering.
After putting our 6 kids through Catholic K-8, and a few through high school in addition to giving on Sunday we stopped giving at all in the wake of the scandals. Part of the scandal was the churches part in trying to bring the entire third world here.
I quit going for quite a few years but have recently come back to attend with my wife who never left. We’re giving a modest amount each week to keep the lights on.

I’m not a big fan of Father James Martin, and many of our Bishops.
I am not Catholic and I am not targeting the Catholic Church here. I want to make that perfectly clear. All NGOs should be investigated and audited. If they’ve done nothing wrong or illegally, they have nothing to worry about. Unfortunately, many of them have abused their privileges and scammed the American tax payers for far too long.
We should also stop all federal funds to religious entities.

It would’ve been great had they shown this level of concern when they got caught diddling little boys. Pretty sure they still are.
While some priests have been revealed as abusers, there are many good ones who aren’t bit the brush of scandal taints them all as is evident by comments here. Try looking at the education system and pick out how many teachers and coaches of young children have been caught sexually harming children. Many many more than priests.
Imo, The zeroing in on priests was done for a reason and yes, there were some awful instances that were committed by priests, no question, but the Catholic religion is still strong in America and it was a target to break up and disparage the religion itself to push the breakup of all the values America ever stood for. It was something TPTB needed to harm to further their agenda of harming America and other catholic countries across the world. Religions are not favorable to the power mad who seek to bring the end to free societies. Look at all the Christian religions and see how they have been infiltrated and changed and not for the better.
That being said, look to what happened to the papacy itself. The last Pope was a communist who stole the seat from his predecessor annd he had help doing it. THe current one one is siding with policies that are not going to be good for free people anywhere. . He is making public statements in opposition to America and Pres. Trump, speaking out just before midterms, siding with Islam, midterms which are crucial to America being able to continue stopping those who wish to throttle us. Stop Trump is the actions being taken everywhere as we all know, including in Rome.
I know a book that describes this situation perfectly and foretold it perfectly. The truth comes thundering down the highways of time until it meets you perfectly at the heart and soul.

I am an Episcopalian from several generations of Episcopalians (a great-grandfather was a rector) – I was baptized in it – but then was confirmed in the Catholic Church and it was such a hopeful time for me personally, as a new Catholic in 1981, during the time of Pope John Paul II.
What would happen if Catholic churches began widely using the Latin Mass all around the country, all around the world and returning daily Rosary observance as well as filling up the churches for morning Mass every day of the week.

The Catholic base are very well educated in their faith and know that these wolves in sheep’s clothing twist the official teaching of the Church into their liberal ideology. Their liberal “Catholic” followers are hell bent on changing the Church into man’s fallen image and want to destroy her.
I’m pushing 70 and endured Vatican II, liberation theology and other BS from the Catholic church. More than a couple childhood friends of mine suffered abuse in grade school from our parish priest. I went agnostic for a long time but returned to the faith 25 years ago. I have not gone sedevacanctist but am extremely sympathetic to those who are, and to the SSPX.
The Catholic church hierarchy is a hot leftist mess, as is the USCCB. But I disagree that the average pew-sitter is well-educated in their faith and able to recognize the wolves. Many people my age are still religiously stuck in the 70s and are just fine with a Mass consisting of altar girls and felt banners. And even those in their 40s seem generally OK with little more than happy-clappy social justice BS. There are islands of sanity at some parishes, but that appears rare. Though things may be starting to change a bit with a few of the GenZ males.
A forty something male friend of mine is a heavy metal rocker, and often tours.

I recently hosted a group of women to my home. Unfortunately, one friend (who I dearly love) brought up the meme that the President posted. The room went quiet because I know some of us could care less if the President posted an unsavory picture. I’ve know this for a long time, but maybe the rest of my fellow Catholic don’t; This President has a big ego. Most leaders do. Our president can be his own worst enemy when he does stuff like this and I didn’t like it either, but I would take his leadership every day and twice on Sunday. For everyone to start clutching their pearls, well, I’m not even close to being there because of a unpopular meme or something mean he says. God, these people would have lost WW2 if they were in charge because it was mean to kill people and break things.
Catholics – don’t be deceived by the Bishops and this “pope”. They have a role to play, to promote peace. But in that same regard, they are responsible for causing the invasion of this country and in my book, that was WRONG. And I’m not just talking about Catholic church “leaders”; many other religions are just as responsible.
So to the guy who posts unsavory stuff but gets the job done? I say go for it. To the other guys who created the problem and now don’t like what it looks like to fix this country? I say, stuff your opinion where the sun don’t shine. I want my country back.

Each representative should consult his/her citizen constituents to determine position on spending votes.

Retired Magistrate here: A different perspective on the situation in Hungary and the defeat of Orban.
I have a friend who is from Hungary and has been in this country for 26 years but still has many friends and family in Hungary. She stated that under Orban hospitals in many of the smaller cities had closed, it takes a year to even get into see a doctor or have a procedure done, schools were in disrepair along with much of the infrastructure but the soccer stadiums that were built while Orban was in office were in great repair. Orban played soccer as a young man and was and is very dedicated to the sport so that is where a lot of the funds went that should have gone to hospitals, schools, infrastructure, etc. People were fed up with Orban. While Orban was proud of the fact that he stopped immigration, my friend stated that about 70% of the population in Hungary are now seniors and young people have left to pursue careers in other countries where the opportunities are better.
My friend and her family and friends in Hungary realize there are problems with the newly elected President; i.e., spousal abuse, poor money management, a poor ability to interact with the average person in a positive way. However, they are willing to take the chance and see what happens under someone other than Orban; they are taking a wait and see position.

We see this thru our geopolitical eyes. But the Hungarians saw it thru tneir “local politics” eyes. Orban just wore out his welcome. Maybe if he had stepped aside and let newer blood take over?

One of the big turning points is the “Islamic Dilemma”.
