From his high-horse, Obama has scolded black men for refusing to accept his appointed replacement and relied on angry ridiculing messaging in his last desperate attempts to remain relevant. Big Mike has joined in the proclamations of fear, targeting her Alinsky approach toward bitter, white suburban women.
Internationally, the French parliamentary elections rebuked President Emmanuel Macron, the recent Georgia referendum was overwhelmingly against the NATO agenda. The Hungarian people are pushing back against EU/NATO demands for more bloodshed in Ukraine, while Serbia, Slovenia and Montenegro refuse to antagonize Putin.
As the BRICS+ coalition gains influence, Argentina and El Salvador shift away from the agenda of the World Economic Forum. The Western alliance is now dependent on Australia and Great Britain to advance the Build Back Better agenda as Germany and other industrialized nations continue suffering economic contraction as an outcome of their energy compliance program, an economic suicide mission.
While quietly benefiting from a tenuous background alignment with Russia, Turkey has positioned itself as Erdoğan always does, for itself and only for itself. As an outcome of international financial processes intended to punish Vladimir Putin, Russia has entirely divested itself from western financial influence. After a modicum of moderate angst in the decoupling, Russia is thriving. The Chinese industrial base now benefits from a closer economic alliance with Moscow.
In the biggest of the big pictures, U.S influence across the globe has significantly diminished. The dollar-based geopolitical elephant is slowly being chewed down to size, one bite at a time.

At a population level, the influence of the World Economic Forum group is much less favorable to their agenda. The WEF is now an echo chamber, filled with finance emissaries promising each other that all will be ok. Individually, they all admit – things are not okay, but they keep up pretenses because BBB was always zero-sum; they have no other option.
Americans are not yet aware how much all of this collapsing Biden/Harris policy is costing us, but they know something is wrong. No where else in the world have food prices risen as high and as fast, as they have within the borders of the USA; it’s not even close. The next highest-priced western food market is somewhere around 50% less than the U.S. The American people will soon discover this fundamental truth and start to ask questions.
Even with EU energy price increases, the overall inflation rate has hit the American public harder than any other nation. The combination of monetary policy, energy policy and a lowered dollar value delivers consequences to the USA that no other nation feels with the same intensity. That really is the cause of the issue. The people within Washington DC are trying hard to keep playing musical chairs, but we can all see their eyes glancing toward the exits each time the music pauses.

Into this dynamic, the USA election is now just a week away.
No one is sure whether President Trump’s strategic economic and geopolitical policies can rapidly change the dynamic for America, but the eyes of the world are watching to see how the American public vote. Billions of non-Americans will be watching the election, hoping, cheering for a great recovery.
Across the globe in every coffee shop and cafe’ you will find people curious to ask what has happened to America.
There is no anger, friction or conflict in their eyes as they ask the question, just simple and honest curiosity, “what has happened?”
It’s almost an impossible question to answer in a short time, but when you talk to the curious eyes about political corruption as a spider monkey, they seem to understand the next part of the metaphor…. well, Obama was King Kong. What follows next is {{{ Silence }}} then, big eyes as the understanding connects to the facial expressions.
Believe me, they will all be watching next Tuesday.
Had this conversation with a few of my European friends late last Spring. They gave me their perception of what was happening here politically and economically. They were spot-on! People all around the globe see “IT”! And…they are truly rooting for us! Pray hard and Buckle Up!!
For myself, as I have said so often, despite a university degree, my education did not begin until I moved abroad.

Through the eyes of others who could see the trees because they did not live in the forest as I had all my life…and because of their blunt assessments… I started to experience my own awakening. To the world in general and to my homeland specifically.

I don’t believe it is possible to love this man more than I do right now. His heart was on full display today. The only one living today who is manifestly fit to serve as President of our America.
With God’s mercies he will begin to right the grievous wrongs of the last four years, dear sir.

I caught the presser this AM and while I don’t catch many. I felt this one important, given the later hour(s). I concur it was moving, and I was not disappointed. Straightforward and true.
I particularly supported his position on illegal aliens and newly proposed penalties, for causing the death of American citizens. I have never seen such an iron will or resolve.
There was something there, reed, which as many times as I’ve listened to him I have never seen before.
I’m not sure how to define it. At first he seemed tired to me, but perhaps I was mistaking that for an overwhelming sense I know he has for what’s at stake come November. Not for himself, but for those whose lives have been destroyed in one way or another by the most vile, self serving, Stalin-like administration in our history.

Along those lines, I just listened to Tucker Carlson’s latest interview, with very Left leaning comedian Jimmy Dore, and I must admit that I found it to be absolutely fascinating, for MANY reasons, not the least of which is how many times they reiterate that the Uniparty ALWAYS goes after people who tell the truth, no matter which side of the aisle they are on!
It’s just under two hours long but I would be very interested to know what others here in the Treehouse thought of it, especially the end, where Carlson expresses his (I think, legitimate) concerns about what will happen if the elites are actually faced with the loss of their power!

I watched it last night VM, and was thoroughly fascinated! Several times I had to rewind a few minutes because I was distracted and realized that Dore or Tucker had just been talking more “red meat” that I HAD to hear.. I also downloaded a copy of the transcript from TCN.
I’m so glad to hear that others had the same reaction to it that I did! I have a family member that went ALL IN on the C0v1d scam, to the point that he cut off all contact with us for almost a year, but I know that he watched and liked Jimmy Dore in the past, so I am considering asking him if he will watch this, with an open mind. I am no fan of Jeff Bezos but he wrote this line in his WAPO opinion piece:

One thing Bezos acknowledged is there are too many ALTERNATIVE SOURCES OF INFORMATION NOW for the old media to be trusted. He admitted the old media is NOT trusted anymore.
We’re advised in the Bible to be prepared, sis, to keep our lamps filled because we never know the minute or the day of Jesus’ return.
I think we are well advised to be constantly watchful for this glorious and much anticipated, awe-some promise to be fulfilled.
But I also believe that we must be prepared during these fretful and worrisome days within ourselves for the possibility that God’s plan and will may not align with ours, the one which with almost painful hope we pray for so fervently. And put on our armour so we can withstand whatever comes if it does not. That’s all any of us can do.
I’m finding doing this one of the hardest things I have ever done, knowing that dark forces are arrayed against this reckoning which to my eye creeps ever closer. The anger and frustration of people across Western civilization is growing daily as I think world “elites” sense their time to accomplish their manifestly evil agenda is growing shorter each day. That’s just my feeling…
Faced with a loss of power, I honestly believe the DC criminal syndicate will give the order to “Burn it all down”. We’ve already lived a preview of what they will no doubt inflict. I am basing this on the fact that they can’t hide their anxiety and fear, obvious from their hysterical rhetoric which escalates to madness more and more each day.
People like that aren’t rational and are capable of anything.
All the more reason to put on that armour. Testing times begin in earnest.

You and I are in the same place, Bets…we know that God is “good” but we also accept that He does allow things, in the here and now, that are NOT good (from our perspective) in order to accomplish His long term plans, which, we will eventually see as far better than what they appeared to be as we walked through them!
The battles that we are facing now are spiritual, above all else, and more and more people seem to be waking up to that reality. We do not know what the future holds but we do know Who holds the future – and on the days when the world seems extra dark, we must cling to the light of that truth!!

God allowed the stolen election of 2020. Because the election was stolen, there was a war in Ukraine, with 800,000 dead Ukrainian men and maybe 50,000-100,ooo dead Russian soldiers. Ukraine was destroyed. If the election wasn’t stolen, I doubt these men would be dead. I don’t know how to process all this, but God has a future vision that escapes us all.
He absolutely does allow things that are not good, in this world, or in our finite minds. It has always been, and remains today, one of the main reasons that many people refuse to follow Him, because His ways and His plans are “higher” (less attainable to our limited understanding) than ours.
I wish I had a great and easily understood explanation for why this is, but if I did, it would not require faith and the Bible clearly states, “that without faith it is impossible to please God.”
Do I like it? In my flesh, emphatically no, I do not like it at all! But just like Job at the end of his ordeal, I have come to the conclusion that I am speaking about things that are too magnificent for me to understand. When I get to Heaven, it’s either all going to make sense or it isn’t going to matter and either way, that has to be enough for me to rest in, in the here and now!
You attribute to “God” what you know as a human which makes “him” like you. Failure to understand is the necessary outcome of anthropomorphizing the deity. You imply God thinks, he doesn’t; he creates. You imply God is, he’s not; he is eternal. That which is eternal has no particularity whatsoever, in truth, meaning each particular thing, any manifestation, any relative thing displays, from the standpoint of the ultimate reality, his immanence. We might be sparks of the divine but mere sparks only. Bad things happen, yes, God, having no agency as sentient life forms understand it, does not allow that. Its closer to the truth that he created the world and then withdrew in order to make room for the creation to unfold. This unfoldment might be contemplated but it is nevertheless outside the bounds of knowledge, which is where faith begins and where humility yields. It’s written “I am that I am”. Spend your life contemplating that if you would draw nigh to God, as James wrote, and he will draw night to you.
Honestly not sure if you’re agreeing with me, arguing with me, or just trying to use as many multisyllabic words as you possibly can to impress and or confuse people, but whatever!

Well William, everyday, I wake up, is something that doctors told me wasn’t going to happen.
In that context, God has a plan for me. I should not even be here. I was on deaths door, Stage 4 cancer. He, the Almighty, decided it is not time for me to come into his arms. My doctors are still to this day, astonished I survived that. Im 1 in 75,000 human beings, to beat that type of cancer, that advanced.
In fact, I just walked through the door, coming from the Cancer Center for my 5 month check up. Im still in remission! So that is good!! God is good, right? I am smiling right now, as wide as I can smile, even though, I am being put through hell on earth at the same time.
Now, since these past 2 years have have come and gone, there have been some very tough times, I mean bottom of your life type of stuff. My mental health is very bad, Ive reached out for help, and I am getting it. At the advice of some right here, I made calls, appointments, and am working my way through some very serious mental issues. My whole world, my reason for living, working and caring, left my life, over a choice of me, or the bottle.
My good marriage, or what I thought I had, and could fix, came to an end, over addiction issues. Not my own. What I have been put through since ending it, well, death would have been preferable. Truly that is how I have felt. Not all the time, but somedays, I really do wish he had taken me. The pain I must endure mentally, is something I dont wish upon even our worst enemy’s. It rips me apart.
My point is, God saved my life, only to put me through hell, and back again. I ask him, why? Why did you save me, only to hurt me?
Whatever plan God has for me, is yet to reveal itself. He did this for a reason, and I trust in Him enough to keep going, no matter what happens.
We all need to just keep forging ahead, no matter what Satan throws at the world.
If we believe in him, and trust in him, and stay positive, good things will come. That is His way.
I hope, that someday, He will show me the path to be happy again. I have only endured this entire last 2 years, because I know He loves me, and he loves us all, even the sinners….
We must trust in him. And pray, pray and pray some more. He will show us the way….
Thank you Bobo, that is quite a journey you’ve had. It’s inspiring to me to hear. I have a dear friend who has been going through a horrendous ordeal with the IRS for the past 6 years. I pushed him to God which was a path foreign to him. It has helped especially when death seemed to be an easier path. It’s not been easy but he’s still fighting.
What you have written makes for hard but hopeful reading, Bob. Your openness about the trials you’ve been through, are still going through, have a purpose even though as you say with disarming honesty you are struggling to know what that might be. The same holds true for any and all of us enduring what I know seems capricious, indiscriminate suffering of many and varied kinds. This is something which lately I have great difficulty in understanding as I see so many for whom life has dealt vicious blows. I could name them, but I know you are as aware as I am, so there is no need. We all know…
I would like to suggest a thin book which does not relate to your tribulations precisely; but it was written by a man, CS Lewis, who in his own lowest of low moments, asked the same questions you have. Many I have recommended it to have said it helped them going through their journeys they were having trouble negotiating.

One day, it will all be a bad memory. The scars will heal. Eventually.
That being said, I dont think Ill ever be the same man I was, for losing my wife like that, and the way its been going, that will leave a mark. Perhaps lessons will be learned, but some scars stay.

We’re all shaped by our experiences, some good and some soul destroying. But when you’ve done all you could, somehow you must find a modicum peace in that. “Angels can do more” is a mighty comforting bit of wisdom I have found.
And know this as well. Though you may not see them yet or believe it, God’s mercies being fresh every morning also bring with them blessings we can’t possibly see. But they are most assuredly there…and appear when we may least expect them. I can attest to the truth of this through having received them when I most needed them and seeing them in the lives of others. Your recovery from cancer and continued remission is proof positive of that!! More will come…

My overall takeaway is that we lost our Republic long ago. The full impact of how badly was like a strong left to my jaw.
We think we know. But in listening, I became increasingly horrified (and that is not an adequate word but the only one I can come up with right now) at what sort of people make up a foreign governmentin DC heretofore masked as “public servants” with the best interest of American citizens as their oath sworn focus.
Of course we knew to some degree this wasn’t true. It’s the depth of their psychopathies that finally hit me. And the impenetrable ring of protection with which they have encased themselves.
And finally, the realization that one man and the four years he will have can’t dismantle it. That as much danger he has chosen to be exposed to since he announced, he will be in even more come the day he is victorious sometime in November…again, God willing 🙏🏻
That, and this exactly what I thought, it is Almighty God and Almighty God alone Who has the power to do what needs to be done if we are to escape the unmitigated evil which is the godless Deep State.
Those are my first thoughts with more processing to come.

Oh, Betsy, I am SO glad that are feeling the same way that I did when I first heard the interview this morning! There is something incredibly dark, and evil, that has infiltrated our country, and indeed our world. I especially felt that when they were discussing the issue of abortion and Jimmy Dore said it is evidently no longer enough to be Pro-Choice. One must now be Pro-Abortion or you are out of the club! Even he sensed the evil in that viewpoint!! And maybe that was one of the signposts that God showed him, in order to get him to rethink other positions he had taken over the years?

Pray for wisdom for me – as you know, my youngest son, who once wanted to be a missionary and youth pastor, walked away from his faith, and even from his family for a while because we refused to “follow the Science”. But lately, we have seen signs of softening, although he continues to “hate Trump” with an irrationality that can only come from someone who does NOT want him to return to his roots.
I just do not know if I should share this interview with him – it could bring him back, or push him further away, if he is not yet ready to surrender…I truly need clear direction so please pray for God to make His will so obvious that I cannot miss it!

Suddenly Christ found him when he wasn’t looking for Him. There is no earthy explanation for it because there simply isn’t one. But it happened, and he was recently baptized and is more at peace than I’ve every seen him.
I’ve always shared my faith with him but only as I’ve experienced how precious it is to me through the ways God in his mercies has not turned His face away from this sinner, though He had every cause to. I’ve not pressed, but shared only with examples…and a mother’s love.
I somehow feel, given what you’ve written, that like CS Lewis who returned to his faith in such a miraculous way after a long long while… and with the mentoring of his great and good friend JRR Tolkien…he, too, will feel the presence of the Holy Spirit.
Your lad started there. Given a time of His choosing, I do not doubt he will return. Keep on praying…🙏🏻😘

I have been watching NJ as well. I have been praying that at least 20-30% of real people that voted for FJB have woken up and will now vote for President Trump.

I understand the higher principles you are explicating. That said, no way in this universe do I see our polity gathering around the same flag pole for a long, long time. Our society is simply too polarized ideationally, geographically, politically – certainly by wealth distribution.
I’m not attacking you. My thought process is that future successes depend upon a realistic understanding of the challenges. It’s why I think what happens in the next four years – let alone the next decade – is not going to play out according to anyone’s expectations.
I’ll be happy if those who purposely/knowingly stepped across the lines of legality, morality and decency – those who do not play by the rules and have disassociated themselves from the foundation principles of our republic – are eventually rooted out, tried in the court of public opinion (and courts of justice; assuming those are still viable) and held to account. But, where this all eventually ends up once the time of reckoning begins in earnest?

I think there would be pretty broad consensus around temporary humanitarian relief for natural disasters in friendly nations. Most other things, probably not.

I also get the gist of your economic argument – it’s been on a destructive course for a long time. There are many who argue that we are entering the final phases of a 70 year/long term debt cycle the denouement for which will not be pretty. If it happens – it will naturally set elements of society against one another.
My fundamental view is that our society has been so fractured, intentionally, that the probability of broad consensus is a six sigma event. What I see (and hear) happening today is largely reactionary in the sense of the the consequences of poor economic policies/theories of the left coming home to roost – energized by a common, if unspoken, feeling that the chosen candidates of the left are fraudulent mediocrities. When I mix with elites, liberals, the “educated”, etc., I feel that they are resigned to the necessity of cutting this particular head of the monster off. But their core beliefs (and emotional/irrational) expectations, arrogance, etc., has not and will not change.
We live in a very fractured culture. I don’t see that changing any time soon.

Early voting in the precincts that I’ve worked so far has been steady, with long lines, in some places over an hour wait-time. Election day is going to be a very long day, which am looking forward to. Hopefully it will be a long but peaceful time. In each of the polling places I’ve been assigned the poll watchers have been very sharp eyed, taking notes, and when there were “situations” after the voter finished casting their ballot would follow that voter outside to ask questions.
The majority of the poll watchers have been lawyers who drove over to Nevada from the San Francisco bay area; keep on hoping that some of them are poll watchers following True the Vote’s poll watcher guidebook.
Have been following a few political bloggers who are updating the numbers of registered voters the Nv. Sec. of State office puts out at the end of each day of early voting. They are heavily democrat-leaning bloggers and show worry that the number of registered Dem. voters are not as heavy as they expected them to be. What I find interesting is these same bloggers are all assuming that the non-partisan registered voters, which are more than either Dem or Rep., they are assuming these non-partisans are all going to vote Democrat.
I got news for them, from the under-the-breath comments and jokes I hear when voters come in to vote early, these non-partisans just don’t appear to be all in for the lady candidate. Example, one of the things we must ask early voters is to affirm they won’t vote twice as in vote early in person and also vote by mail-in ballot – and almost to a ‘t’ they say under their breath, I’m not a Democrat. Brings a quiet chuckle each time. And these are the Hispanic, and Asian non-partisan voters.
Of course, time will tell once all the votes are in and hopefully the True the Vote poll watchers are having eagle eyes on the counting of mail-in ballots now that the State’s supreme court has said that postmark of Nov. 5 or before isn’t mandatory on those ballots even though the law as written says the opposite. If there’s to be a cheat, my best guess will be that is the area to watch.

Russia’s economy is booming, partly thanks to the sanctions meant to destroy Putin’s war machine
In the wake of many Western companies leaving the country or suspending their operations due to Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, they were quickly replaced by Russian versions.
So, instead of Starbucks, they have Stars Coffee, instead of Zara, they have Maag, and instead of Coca-Cola, Dobry Cola. Back in April, Doby reported that its 2023 earnings were quadruple the profits made in 2022.
Connolly says that sanctions have proven ineffective, essentially resulting in sanctions evasion becoming a sector in and of itself. This means that banned Western goods are still entering the country, with Russians able to purchase most of the products they were able to buy before the war.
This includes cars such as Mercedes and Chrysler, which end up in Russia via third countries such as Georgia, Kazakhstan and China. Their price is higher because of the tortuous import route, but wealthy Russians can afford them.
“Many Russian small businesses have an incentive to buy goods on foreign markets, bring them back to Russia and sell them at very good margins,” Connolly says.
The expert notes that before the war, Russian investment in the economy was poor, but now Russia is experiencing its “fastest economic growth in the last decade.”

In the industry I operate within the majority of business activity has all but stopped. Literally everyone is holding their breathe. Billions in financial activities on pause. Our consumer base is everyday middle class Americans and on July 13th we saw a major contraction that continued through today. Real Americans know that everything is nuts and they are acting accordingly. I expect Trump will win but that will only initiate the fight between that moment and his swearing in.
The real question is what will YOU do if they actually try the steal?

There have been lots of “predictions” (read “threats”) in varioius media that there will be lots of violence if Trump wins. Angry leftists taking to the streets to take out their rage on innocent storefronts and street signs. I don’t buy it. Oh sure, some dozens of angry blamtifa nihilits will show up. But I don’t think they can turn out the crowds like they did in 2020. Too much cross-cultural and cross-racial support for Trump. Besides, the left is NEVER as strong or as populous as they claim they are. There may be a couple more scattered shoot-em-ups by radicalized and groomed patsies, but no big demonstrations.

People would just GLARE at me. This was summer 2020, mind you. I remember going to get some turkey at the deli, and the lady behind the counter took three steps back in horror when she saw my facemask.
