Something that’s been on my mind today…. A few friends in these threads know that I’m a language geek… a retired teacher of Spanish and French. My grandparents always spoke in Italian at home when I was a child. So I am able to function, when needed, or just for fun, in four languages.
So if Kamala, God forbid, were to be installed, and since she cannot express a single concept intelligibly in plain English, how will an interpreter convey serious messages, in real time, from the “leader” of the United States, to non-English speaking leaders and representatives of other nations?
Interpreting clearly expressed concepts, ideas, strategies, and decisions is a tricky business when done by highly competent practitioners. We do not have anything that even resembles competence in these circumstances.

To my surprise, Bret Baier did a random act of journalism. I commend him for that, because I thought before the interview that he would pander to her just like all the other networks have.

Baier had only 20 minutes since being late added to Kamala’s rudeness. She was desperate to make everything she could not explain to be Trump’s fault. I think her longest was Baier’s asking if she wanted to apologize to the families of those her migrants murdered. Baier set it up nicely by reminding that the murders took place prior to the falsely named “Bi-Partisan Border Bill.” That cornered her. She became the cornered rat.
It is amazing how her campaign managed to flip Kamala in to the role of challenger and Trump into the role of incumbent. It’s officially over now.

I wonder if international leaders are concerned over the possibility of a Harris presidency? Her complete incompetence as a diplomat or a decision-maker, her lack of understanding, her inability to express herself, her lack of human empathy are frightening to me.

I just read an article on Bloomberg by Mark Niquette, Enda Curran and Gregory Korte on Bloomberg’s interview of Trump that sought to fact check a number of points in a disingenuous way to denigrate him.
Here is one example. Trump said that no one was killed on Jan 6 except for Ashli Babbitt. This article could have agreed but it pivoted instead commenting: “Trump ignored the five Capitol Police officers who died in the days and months after the attack, including Officer Brian Sicknick, who was sprayed with chemical spray while protecting the Capitol and died of a stroke a day later.” Bloomberg News is trash just like other mainstream media companies and should not be given opportunities to push their lies and deceit.
Officer Brian Sicknick died from a massive heart attack caused by severely clogged arteries according to the autopsy discussed by his family.
I think she knows she’s cooked already and something else is afoot…

AS Harris collapses, I get more and more concerned about the nature of dirty tricks the Dems will pull and even greater concern about Trump’s safety. Then there is election fraud where live another gang of Fed deep state, State deep state, local deep state, and Judiciary deep state. Final thought on Trump is that if we lose Trump, God forbid, there is no replacement. Yes, there will be other candidates, but none could withstand the onslaught that Trump has faced.

Wow. That was hard to watch. I had to speed it up to 1.25x – very slow delivery, perhaps to run out the clock. However, it seems like she stayed “on message” in a fairly disciplined way.
I liked watching the interview of Baier by Hannity later. He did tee up the discussion on immigration about as well as you could within the context of the interview. Hopefully that got through to people watching the interview. There really is no way to get out of being responsible except to lie through the smile, and never ever accept any responsibility for anything.
I’m seriously beginning to think the communist/marxist/socialist handlers want her to lose so they can let the crazies fully off the chain to foment post election street level chaos around this country that will make what was seen in 2016 pale in comparison.
