This is an interesting aspect to the latest school shooting in Georgia, and I’m not sure exactly what to think of this new approach. The father of the 14-year-old shooter Colt Gray, has been arrested and charged with four counts of involuntary manslaughter, two counts of second-degree murder and eight counts of cruelty to children.
The Georgia Bureau of Investigation announced the arrest of Colin Gray, the father of Colt Gray, the 14-year-old boy accused of opening fire at Apalachee High School, resulting in the deaths of four individuals including two students and two teachers.
Colin Gray, aged 54, faces severe charges including four counts of involuntary manslaughter, two counts of second-degree murder, and eight counts of cruelty to children, highlighting the escalating scrutiny on parental responsibilities in safeguarding firearms. (more)
Arrest warrants said he caused the deaths of others “by providing a firearm to Colt Gray with knowledge that he was threat to himself and others.”
(Via CNN) – […] “The key issue in the case against the father here will be: recklessness, foreseeability, how he handled the gun in relation to his son,” Toobin told CNN on Thursday night.
Colin Gray could face up to 180 years in prison if convicted on all counts, state Judge Currie Mingledorff said during a Friday hearing.
Central to the case against Gray will be an interaction the father and his son had with law enforcement more than a year before Wednesday’s mass shooting; the teenager’s access to the weapon used in the attack; and what the father knew about the boy’s mental state, experts told CNN, as a portrait of the teenager’s tumultuous family life emerges.
In May 2023, law enforcement questioned Colt and his father about online threats “to commit a school shooting,” the FBI has said. Colt at the time denied making the threats, and his father told authorities his son did not have unsupervised access to hunting guns in the house.
Just seven months later, the suspect’s father purchased the firearm allegedly used in the mass shooting as a holiday present for his son, two law enforcement sources told CNN. The AR-15-style rifle was bought at a local gun store as a Christmas present, one source said. (read more)
On its face, this does seem like the action of a reckless parent in purchasing a firearm for his son just after there was evidence linking the son to online threats of violence. And yes, factually there are several precedents for parents being held criminally responsible for the actions of their minor children. However, I’m not sure about the criminal justice system being consistent and charging a parent with second degree murder.
There are hundreds of non-school fatal shootings that could be tied to the reckless action of parents, either by willful blindness or complicity; some in gang related killings.
Is it just the venue, the school shooting aspect, that suddenly draws the attention toward the father Colin Gray?
What about the youth shootings in Chicago, Los Angeles or Baltimore that are carried out by underage teens and yet the parents are never charged. What happens in those cases.
What are your thoughts about this new accountability model being placed upon the parents?

I had this exact discussion with my husband. He thinks that the father should have been charged with murder. I disagreed because laws aren’t equally applied in this country. I asked my husband ‘What about the teenage gang shootings and murders, their parents are NEVER held accountable and charged?’ His answer, ‘Good point.’
Are schools a magnet for this kind of atrocity? Yes or no?
If yes, is a school parent guilty of endangerment? Why not? If it pervasive, it is a known risk. Subjecting a dependent to a known risk is endangerment.
Where does this end up?
yep thats the good thing about talking it out. helps adjust.
The kid is done. no reason go further.
but there is a reason the kid did it, that never gets addressed. he doesnt just get up one day do it. has to be months of fighting, months of back and forth with someone or something
Since the FIB knew about the young shooter a year ago, shouldn’t they be guilty also?
Damn straight!!!
f’nn A!
One might recognize an article by Sundance just the other day, that noted the ongoing knowledge ( presciently ) by school administrators, the Mental Health ? community, usually the Sheriff, or police and the FBI. The system is currently corrupt, but we in fact have to start somewhere. No action in these cases prior to the event, is in fact an action.
A clue, used by the Socio-communists among us:
– 1916 – Dewey & Education 1916 – Socialist Leader John Dewey’s Textbook still used today. Dewey said dependency is a power, individuality an illness. There-upon the sane are insane, the dependent is sane, as he needs the community. The collective is the norm. By 1934 ( L.I.D. ) League for Industrial Democracy had student groups in 150 colleges.
Facists in Roosevelt era America.
This was a completely new school system, in a different county than where he attended last year. He had only been in this current school system for 3 weeks.
Not a good point, because I highly doubt those parents bought guns for their kids.
When they leave their guns out or their current sex partner does, it’s the same thing.
Agreed.
Collin, the father, bought his son the AR-15 7 mere months after police came to his house and produced evidence his son threatened to murder kids, teachers at his school.
This is very sad. This boy is mentally ill, possibly traumatized by events in his life… and has a 14 year old under-developed brain. He NEEDED a father to help him. There must have been signs the child was in distress.
In THIS case the father … arguably… deliberately risked the lives of many children and teachers by buying his son that AR-15, which the father would know has been used in multiple school and other shooting… causing great trauma to families and communities.
With teenage gang shootings, most likely those kids got their guns on the black market… not from their parents.
This is a slippery slope though.
Decisions to indict parents for the crimes of their MINOR kids (specifically deliberate murder) should be on a case-by-case basis.
The problem is that with each case… precedent is created… using similar, but not the same, facts from previous cases. That results in the expansion of grounds to indict parents for crimes committed by their kids.
2nd degree murder is excessive. Manslaughter- yes. Child endangerment – yes re: both his son and the children murdered by his son.
And… we need to protect the 2nd Amendment AND protect parental rights but those rights require responsibility and accountability.
I actually think that 2A proponents and the NRA should take… the lead on this issue of mass school and other mass shootings… which are almost always being committed using an AR-15.
It’s not enough to be against all forms of gun control. Pro-2A Americans need to take control of the issue and not leave it to the dems. Solutions other than banning these weapons exist… and those most familiar with firearms should be the ones to take the lead and propose a set of solutions.
There simply are a lot of kids and teens today who are psychologically, mentally incapable of being trusted with a firearm and can easily become a danger to themselves and others. The cause of that reality is the moral breakdown in societal norms. I think many public schools and teachers have become mental/psychological child abusers.
Violent movies, gaming, music permeates the minds of most children/teens today 10-15 hours a day… + the drugs kids are on. That has a cumulative affect. Too many kids aren’t tought to know the difference between right and wrong, good and evil, just and unjust.
2A stands well above all so called rights. along 2 with 1A and 3-10A!
The law is rarely applied equally.
Something needs to be done about THAT.
It would be interesting to know how he votes.
Does this apply in Chitcago?
We Pretend that doesnt exist.
If ya wanna go crazy arresting people.
Arrest the parents of any bullies he had.
Arrest the teachers and principal for not relaying information to the parents or if they did for not removing the kid from the school if that is the only safe move
Arrest any friends that knew and didnt try and stop it
keep going
“keep going”
That’s the plan.
I made the point a few weeks ago regarding Telegram. If providing a good or service which is later used to commit a crime is now considered participating in that crime, then providing any good or any service to anyone, at any time, is now potentially a criminal act.
In other words we are witnessing the criminalization of private industry and commerce.
for the government to manage private industry and commerce for equity, they must completely own it (via regulation and licensing)
Even though we know that doesn’t work it seems to be the direction we are heading.
And to follow the breadcrumb trail to its conclusion…the criminalization of *living*, of the mere act of *being alive*.
Done!
👍
don’t sell hammers they kill a lot of people
thank you!
According to the Daily Mail Colt Grey may be gay. https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-13822217/Georgia-school-shooter-Colt-Gray-bullied-gay.html If he is then there would be plenty of bullies in his life, along with groomers and a school system that set this boy up for the mental anguish he suffers from.
If his father kept the weapon locked up and Colt Grey stole the access to it, the father can not be blamed, no different than if a kid steals the car keys, goes on a joy ride and kills someone. If the weapon was not secured, the father shares in the blame regardless if other parents would not be charged. Life isn’t fair and the grieving parents of the children that were killed and wounded don’t care one bit if it’s not fair for Colts father and I don’t blame them.
One class of prescribed outpatient drugs have a side effect characterized by grandiose morbid obsession in adolescents. Is that fact in play here? It was in play at Columbine and perhaps every adolescent school shooting involving unremediated bullying since.
The boy did the crime but not in a vacuum. There is more to come out here. Nothing excuses what the boy has done. He wasn’t looking for an excuse when he did it. He pointed his rage in a tragically articulate way.
I can’t shake the sense people on public payroll are looking for scapegoats to deflect scrutiny from the institutional culture that seems to be at the root of this. Some of them enjoy qualified immunity, and this also raises question about qualified immunity as now granted is ultimately in the public’s best interest.
Whether it’s children warehoused in a modern day prison called school or Trump at a podium in Butler, PA., there has been a terrible norming of indolence and negligence in public service. It’s not so much the cop on the street as the presiding administrator and agency cultures that rule over them.
How did that kid just walk in that door? How did that kid just walk down the hall?
Who stood down and why? I still wonder about that.
Why do the school officials not have a registry of students under outpatient treatment? Why do school administrators not have a registry of students who have been prescribed outpatient drug therapy that have a potential side effect of grandiose morbid obsessions? Why are school officials not prepared or taking steps to manage their trustee duty in the face of such risks distributed amidst the student population entrusted to them?
Why?
Was this kid on any medication? I don’t think I read that he was
Gay kids are glorified at most public schools these days, and Gen Z and Alpha as a whole don’t bully them. Something like 1 in 3 Gen Z claim to be part of the alphabet.
In some cases I think it’s a way to avoid sexuality. Some kids aren’t ready for many possible reasons. Claiming a difficult to know how to interact with label keeps potential sexual situations at bay. Jennifer Lopez’ daughter claims an alternative identity regarding her sexuality and I have observed this to be very common in girls whose mothers identify almost entirely with their sexuality. Or the father violates boundaries that are necessary for healthy development. Ditto boys who don’t want to compete with Dad or older brothers or receive unwelcome attention because of the father or brother. I’m deciding to not worry about this. If nobody interferes the child will work it out but not necessarily in the normal time frame. These alternate labels allow them to work out their trauma in their own time instead of accelerating it with unwanted situations. I know because I was delayed because I didn’t want my hormones to rule my mind like my parents did. I didn’t ever want to be like them in that way and I never was. Yay me!
BINGO Same way adolescent girls always idolize the nice gay boy in school. Usually they are not out yet but have adopted mannerisms and signals.
I had three teen daughters 20 years ago, and watched one after another go all puppy love for the unattainable. They are intuitively safe for them. that is the reason the boy bands were always “metro Sexual” non flamboyant androgyny it is part of the formula
The world is more sexually charged and expectant now. Children are not being allowed to shed their own innocence on their own schedule. They are looking for safe harbors to find out what the change they are going through is all about.
in the 1950s health films gender confusion was covered without labels words to the effect “you may wonder about who you are and strange feelings you have sometimes you may wonder about feelings for your closest friends or even if maybe you should have been a girl. these feelings are normal and usually will pass as you continue through puberty”
That was all I needed to put away my fears after all I was a gentle soul as was my father. In the Machismo world of my city high school i had to tread carefully.
In time I found out Girls really like a gentle gentlemant.
My thoughts:
1. I thought kids couldn’t own guns until 18 even if purchased by a parent.
2. OJ Simpson won his legal Felonious court case. (Yes I know these cases aren’t similar. But the high profile nature will have similar affects). I think Gray does too if it’s legal to gift underage kids guns. No charges or recommended charges or anything official was brought against the child or father in the first visit. If the dad is guilty so is the state.
3. He will lose horribly in the civil cases brought against him as he should. Total idiot.
The civil cases won’t be brought because he has no money for people to collect against. Lawyers bring cases against people or institutions with deep pockets (assets and/or insurance).
If the guy owns a double wide, I’d take it if he did what he did and my child died. I don’t care. I’d bury him in debt for life. Whether I got anything is moot. It’s about the punishment.
New Rules; eh?
——————-
What does
“with knowledge that he was threat to himself and others”
and
“and what the father knew about the boy’s mental state”
mean ?
If law enforcement knew what the father knew
-law enforcement people should be charged the same as the father. No?
——————————-
-WHEN
“motive” verses “mental state”
and
“knowledge”
matters🤔
———————————-
How about
the attempted assassination of President Trump,
two wounded
and one murdered
—shooter’s father?
Rush to judgement comes to mind.
A MAJOR net positive, if he is convicted is, the State and Federal government are forced to admit by PRECEDENT, that children are property of their parents and not the state.
Do not forget this important fact.
The Satanic State will have it both ways. The child as state property is settled law. It starts with the Birth Certificate.
Uh…. No, they won’t.
This provides evidence of the evils of parenthood, and the necessary preeminence of the state.
If you’re convicted for a child that is yours, they are setting precedent that children belong to their parents. So yes it does. And it’s not about them will or won’t. If he’s convicted it’s THEM setting the precedent.
Under facism, the owner has all the responsibities but little or none of the powers of ownership.
Well, you are correct about “them setting the precedent.”
However, you’re naively wrong about them being ”forced to admit precedent.”
They admit NOTHING!
Haven’t you recognized that, by now?
There are 2 sets of rules.
Those that apply to you, but not to them!!
As Sd often says, “Accept things as they are; not as you wish them to be.”
Read a different perspective before becoming to so sure it is wrong to arrest parents of these young killers. There is a responsibility with kids…and it starts at the womb…
https://goodmenproject.com/featured-content/a-history-of-holding-parents-responsible-for-their-kids-crimes/
This is not a new line of thought: Coloradans passed the first “punish the parents” law in 1903, reasoning that parents had an obligation to keep their children out of trouble. “What could be simpler than to make this moral duty of parents a legal responsibility, punishable by fine or imprisonment?” asked Colorado juvenile court judge Ben Lindsey in 1906.
I bet that look vastly different 118 years on. I wonder if in good ole’ CO one can have the teachers hide all kinds of sin and wrong with the child from the parent….hell even encourage said sin and wrong as though it is a moral imperative for the child.
I remember when these things happened everyone would blame the bullies. Now its Mom and Dad.
Why isn’t it the ‘kids’ own fault? Maybe others abetted in it, but the ‘kids’ finger pulled the trigger! That 13 year old carjacker in AnyCity USA who kills a driver is a cold-blooded murderer and must be punished as such. That 4 year old who wields an accessible firearm in a childhood game of ‘cops & robbers’, not understanding that the weapon will discharge, is not! It seems simple to me…all of this using bullying, ‘genderism’, racism…is all legal trallopp!
The death of the two teachers and the two teens, plus the wounding of the other 7 people are the fault of the ‘kid’. He faces completely different charges than his father does. He heard a judge tell him yesterday morning that he faces 4 charges that carry a maximum penalty of ‘DEATH’.
It was a very sobered 14 year old who left that courtroom yesterday morning!
Yet we’re in a system that automatically demeans parents by not telling them that their child is a different gender at school; not telling them why their child was hospitalized; not aiding in helping to diagnose a learning disability. – instead just blaming the parents for the childs inability; not informing parents that their child is ditching if they know the parent has no ability to pay the fines (probably through enrollment in a school lunch program)etc. The children know the score. I have an adult child who I tried to spank once age 3. He immediately sputtered that it was illegal for me to spank him. How did he know that? The kids know that they are immune from serious prosecution until adult age and they know it very young. They have also been desensitized to many horrors via various media combined with immature brains. These factors guarantee a portion of upset children will act out in this manner. For these younger generations going to jail gives one street cred. It’s actually desirable.
No one, I repeat, no one is to blame for actions You take. That is what should be drilled into a child’s head until he/she reaches the age of 21.
How is it the father is being held accountable for his actions when the FBI is not being held for its inaction? Again.
It defies logic why a parent would buy their child a gun months after he had threatened to shoot up a school. Stupid people are dangerous. Whether it’s criminal according to Georgia law, we’ll see.
That aside, it also defies logic why the high school resource officer didn’t search Colt’s bookbag and clothing each and every time he walked into the school AND why ALL high schools don’t have metal detectors by now.
Another option school officials had was to place Colt in a special school, even if only for a while…but that’s expensive and the law requires that students be placed in the “least restrictive environment” according to the Disabilities Act.
These murders were preventable and the adults all along the way dropped the ball.
They are not preventable, only dissuadable. And, your thought process is the reason that there is a TSA.
And, do you really think we have the whole story? Why is the FBI not held to account?
Why is the FBI accountable for not predicting someone’s future crime?
You’ll need to be registered as a parent. A permit. Renewable. For a fee. With continuing education requirements. Some sort of “papers” perhaps?
Careful what you wish for.
I always thought Hillary and her declaration of village [state] ownership of children was a dark foreboding.
This ruling is bull. This would mean that any parent that buys a minor a car would become liable for every action they take in it. That is not how our legal system works.
Depends if it’s legal for them to own a gun. If they are 16 they can own a car. I don’t think 14 year olds can own a gun. Let’s see one try to buy one at a gun shop
I think most kids in rural areas own long guns well before they are 18.
But that doesn’t make it legal. Me and my brothers had our first guns technically at 7. But they were NEVER truly under our control. It was just when we went out shooting, this is his gun this is his gun. We didn’t “own” them.
Legal or not I know of a minor child who managed to buy a gun while in grade school where he was being bullied. He purchased it on the internet with his mother’s credit card. Yes he took it to school with the intention of using it. He was caught but his life still ruined. Heading towards the big 40 now and everyone feels like he could still explode. No girlfriend. No job till about a year ago. Menial job. But he’s brilliant. Wanted to serve in intelligence.
i BELIEVE YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE for a Minor in a CAR YOU BOUGHT THEM, thru INSURANCE and LIABILITY thru LAWSUITS.
ie.
https://www.fox2detroit.com/news/mother-grosse-pointe-teen-killed-high-speed-crash-wants-drivers-parents-charged
Lower threshold in civil suits. This is criminal.
If some late night a local 14 year old kid who was known by his parents and the police to have said he wants to burn automobiles, torches your car at 2 AM … do you think his parents owe you anything?
Need proof.
If you aren’t institutionalized, you have not been judicially branded an imminent threat to society. Until then, you are a free walking citizen.
Jamming someone up criminally over grey areas of liability is dangerous for liberties generally.
Actually it is in some states. I know of people that lost their entire business cuz of a kid in a car.
This seems like another vector (fear) for government to use to target gun owners and potential owners.
Well the father is white and that in and of it’s self is a crime in todays Justus system.. there lies the problem we no longer have a Justice system we are fully engaged with a communist Justus agenda.. Will do my part to help save this wonderfully Christian idea of a country for my grandchildren as my grandparents did for me.. I just don’t believe I’m enough..
They are burying the responsibility of the school and law enforcement. Law enforcement should have informed the principal that a freshman enrolling in the new school year had made an online threat to shoot up his previous school on Discord. The principal has a responsibility to inform the staff. This is a state law in some states.
An eyewitness in the classroom stated that the shooter would attend school sporadically, and that day walked out without getting a bathroom pass. He came back with the weapon. Only because the classroom door was locked did he not shoot up his classroom and instead went to another with the door open. Obviously the teachers were never informed.
This is that notorious slippery slope the gun grabbers love to traverse.
Colt Gray was doomed the second he was conceived by this pair of sick chickens. I’m sure the Gray’s other two children are similarly damaged. They should both be charged with a host of offenses but murder is not one of them. With that logic aren’t the FBI and school officials also culpable in those deaths and injuries?
(…The mother of alleged Georgia school shooter Colt Gray..arrest record includes charges for drug possession, aggravated battery, theft and criminal trespass and she once “threatened to kill her husband” during an incident…aggravated battery, theft by taking, criminal trespass, false imprisonment and failure to appear in January, in nearby Fitzgerald County.
An arrest warrant indicated Gray had a glass jar containing methamphetamine, a “baggie” containing fentanyl, another “baggie” containing multiple muscle relaxants, and a glass pipe “used for the ingestion of narcotics.”…)
https://nypost.com/2024/09/07/us-news/mom-of-alleged-georgia-school-shooter-colt-gray-once-threatened-to-kill-husband/
Can we then charge the FBI as well?
How did the kid get a long gun onto school property? No video cameras being manned?
I hear ya SD; however, 2 points:
1. I worked with in So Cal in some areas with lots of gangs. The parents are either just as ghetto or clueless. Most violence is gang on gang revenge.
2. How many children have been raised and not shot up a school (night club, concert, former President)?
I would think there’s something more in the background. The arrest came pretty quickly.
Yet, schools with support of the judiciary are permitted to keep key information about a student’s mental health from parents. Pretty jacked up.
I do not know the family dynamics here, so I find it difficult to comment on whether the father is getting just treatment or not. But to the point above, regarding parent(s) of gang members and other punks committing atrocities on innocent citizens, personal responsibility falls on the person committing the crime. Just how the parents enable or aid in that crime when they are not participants is a difficult question. When is bad parenting a crime vs. when is it not?
Following the logic, shouldn’t the FBI be charged as well?
While waiting 4 LE report… Imo, at this point, “one size does NOT fit all.” Possible “political” inclusion being’s it happened in GA. The GBI/FBI were investigating this starting a year prior, but found not enough evidence??
I’m thinking the AR-15 angle is key here.
The left has been trying to ban/confiscate AR-15s for years now.
Since the rifle is rarely (if ever) used in these awful events, with this event they night have a have a keeper.
Just my thoughts….
We are shifting the definition of Justice from treating everyone equally and fairly to singling out those to sustain or oppose a political narrative.
You have defined what a rules-based order is.
Cutting to the chase, this could be a valid precedent IF the courts were simply engaging in a proper balancing act between preventing harm to the public and safeguarding personal freedom. First year of high school is an awful time for a large number of put upon 14 year olds. Add mental illness and you have a dangerous situation, which should alert a parent to exercise maximum care with a firearm. Failure to do so is arguably negligence. Negligence that contributes to a death is serious business
I don’t get this. When I was growing up we fought it out. Now we grab a gun and shoot some people. Just doesn’t make sense to me.
Unless these underage shooters are not fond of their parents, perhaps this charging (and others) might act as a deterrent? It is possible that the kid is horrified that he caused his parent to spend the rest of his life in jail.
I read that His mother just went to prison earlier this year, i think drugs?.
I think about this point constantly but in relationship to politicians. Politicians restrict the use of guns by law abiding citizens and the 2A has a proven record of stopping criminals by law abiding citizens. The politicians open up the borders who kill US citizens either by direct violence by illegals or indirectly with drug overdoses. Think fentanyl. And we cannot sue their asses for willful negligence or manslaughter.
I will modify a quote from above:
The key issue in the case against the (politicians) here will be: recklessness, foreseeability, how (the politicians) handled the (laws, policy) in relation to (US citizens)
I am not advocating a revolution or anything like that. but they need to be sued, damages awarded, and blame directly attributed to their intentionally cruel and destructive laws.
Wrt the father, he did not break any laws. It is a hard thing to accept.
I already thought about this one and posted about it.
Now i don’t care about what this looks like on the surface
I am looking 10 moves down the road at what the Democrat Communists
will use it for later.
My Tweet
“Locking Parents up for what their indoctrinated Children do.. Now that is a Democrats dream come true. A Wicked Slippery slope with this – Be careful what you wish for”

I am in agreement 👍
A very dangerous precedent.
This sounds reasonable to me. He knew the kid was a risk. He said one thing to the authorities and then did another, seven months later. That’s irresponsible and reckless. We ought to stand for both parental rights and responsibilities.
They are white – the laws are not applied equally in this country. It’s been that way for as long as I can remember.
When non-white kids kill other kids, they often don’t even go to prison. They receive minimal punishment if they shoot or kill in another way a non-white kid.
And when non-white kids kill white kids, they don’t even get charged with murder.
Howard Beach was one that always bothered me.
In the Tawana Brawley-Al-Sharpton Op Mockingbird psyop, if those kids did not have family with the money to fight it, they would have had their lives destroyed forever.
Since a relatively young age, I always noted the placement of local/international news, and how the stories were portrayed. The reveals of Democrat Governor McGreevey were always placed in the back of the Newspaper, which most people miss. When a white guy is attacked by Democrats its placed in the back, if its the other way, its in the front. Then I found out about the Council On Foreign Relations control of the media, and than later Operation Mockingbird and how they treated Pat Buchanan & other Populist politicians as opposed to Democrats & Uniparty Republicans…………………..Than I read George Orwell’s 1984, and it all connected.
Only if the children, our young teens are not raised by the village -a dysfunctional family all it’s own – The apparatchik has told parents for many years we own your child – Ok, so lets charge the Union Head of DO Education, and a few lackeys with assessory to murder. And FBI who knew and did nothing, and the School Admminitraion who did nothing. I post this concerning Mental Healing:
-1917 – Rockefeller & other Fed Res. members gave 22, 000,000 dollars to the Russian rebels, solidifying their success. ACLU founder Roger Baldwin, and charter members like Elizabeth Gurley Flynn, were ardent Fabian Socialists identified with the Communist movement from the
start of the Bolshevik revolution in 1917.
– 1921 – the Council on Foreign Relations group created. our initial shadow Government. The Elite who hired Wilson all joined, including Rockefeller and recruitment of others began.
– 1923 – Communist Psychopolitics – The description of a course taught at the “Lenin Institute” to Americans sent by John D. Rockefeller. Rockefeller was member of the CFR, basically our “Shadow Government”.
– This course still exists. What is “Psychopolitics? The art & science of asserting and maintaining dominion over the thoughts and loyalties of Individuals, Officers, bureaus, and Masses and the effecting of the conquest of enemy Nations through “Mental Healing”.
Psychopolitics, is a less known oblique to Geo-politics, dealing with molding the highest strata of the “Mental Healing” arena – through this effecting of the conquest of enemy nations through “mental Healing”. Objective, conquest through social chaos. Beria, Mass Murderer of entire villages in the Russian conquests, was the Professor of the 2 year course. I have a synthesized copy of the Text Book.
– Authors note: Beria was the longest-surviving and the most influential of Stalin’s secret police chiefs of the People’s Commissariat for Internal Affairs (NKVD). The responsibility of the NKVD was to ensure the internal security of the Soviet Union and it systematically did so through massive political repression, authorized murders of many hundreds of thousands of politicians and citizens, kidnappings, assassinations, and mass
deportations. A run up to the refugees after the 1939 Phony War, who were sent to Central & South America, not home to Russia.
Be Blessed.
How about FBI accountability?
If one looks over the lengthy criminal career of MK-Ultra test subject Whitey Bulger (and perhaps Steve Flemmi) they would find a long term multi decade study by the FBI. “Sterling Reputation” Boobie Mueller even stepped in once and had innocent Americans jailed for years to protect their long term project. IMO his FBI handler Connolly ended up being the fall guy. What are the chances another FBI agent “retired” Paul Rico would end up caught up in the Whitey Bulger MK-Ultra crime spree that spread to Florida and Texas? So was Rico a part of other FBI criminal operations in Florida? The FBI had guys in Gotti’s Gambino family and used Columbo family Greg Scarpa in numerous roles, one being sent down South to torture Democrat KKK members for the FBI. During the staged Newark Riots their mosques played a crucial role and according to the seminal book about it “No Cause For Indictment” in a footnote in the book it stated that it was known that the Mosques were FBI fronts.
The FBI’s real role is not what they claim it is. Sundance has done a fine job in exposing much of it, though this aspect is not so well known.
Where does this end? If Toronto police are telling me to leave my car fob at the front door, someone uses my car to kill another am I liable for murder?
Can we go after the parents of the Trump assassin?
Don’t get me started on abortion… or pharmaceutical companies… this is the chaos the left wants.
Leave Canada. it’s already turned fascist. And you know it.
Sorry.
It is not only that Colin Grey is a White Father, but he is defenses.
Ask any attorney and they will tell you that all clients are innocent until proven broke.
Prosecutors use this very aspect in charging people in multiple crimes and venues to financially break them.

This guy is starting out broke.. He is an easy scalp for their belts.
It sounds like this boys family life was a disaster. I’ve heard multiple reports of mom being an addict. Were his parents living together?
If not, which parent was he residing with?
If mom was custodial
Parent, was dad aware of what was going on, emotionally/psychologically with the kid? Was the gun secured/locked up requiring Colton to break-in to get to it? How in the world does a student enter a school building and proceed to walk around with that gun??
LOTS of questions surrounding this case.
Praying for everyone involved.
I am with you in that the story does not make sense.
It smells like rat city.
Yes, parent is responsible. but other examples are not effected. Uneven. What else did he do to deserve becoming the precedent?
I don’t know about the father, but I find myself feeling sorry for the kid (I know, this is not the popular way to feel). Let’s see he has mental health problems and his aunt said he was desperately asking for help (probably not in direct words), he has a semi-crazy father, and where is the mother (a drug addict). When I look at the kids face, I feel so sad for him. Where was the school in all of this? They had to have been aware of some of his issues. I just feel like the kid was without any love or caring or support… I don’t know why, but none of this story makes sense to me..something is terribly wrong with the whole situation.
I think some things are going to come out that will be mind blowing and paradigm shifting , tbh.
Let’s see what happens.
My BS meter seems to go off with most of the so-called news anymore, get to where you can’t trust hardly anything.
There are a few things that bug me, like finding that earlier profile of the kid over at Western Rifle Shooters before he dyed his hair where he identified as trans. (she/her/they trans pride)
https://coldfury.com/WRSA/WRSA-WP/
MSM are sticking to mental illness and a focus charging negligent father but what if it comes out the kid was on the trans drugs just like that other school shooter manifesto that recently came out.
Someone was fighting tooth and nail to keep that hidden. Big Pharma? Big pharma does not want a class action lawsuit. They want you to sue someone else.
Make me think of the generation RX meme.

You ever read into the Whitey Bulger MK-Ultra long running test study by the IC? FBI agent Paul Rico was an additional FBI criminal that got caught into it in Florida.
Rumor is that Steve Flemmi was also MK-Ultra.
Not So Honorable: Docs Show Mueller’s FBI Denied Justice To Four Innocent Men

My take on it is that the youth shootings in large cities are committed by children of worthless POS crack-whore mothers who may or may not know who their fathers are and who have been on their own since they were 4, feral children, whose only “family” connections are with whatever street gang they belong to. Essentially, there is no one to hold accountable. There was a famous line uttered by then-mayor Rahm Emanuel when a good kid was shot by another kid: “who RAISED you?” How precious. Of course, everyone but Rahm knew the answer: nobody.
My take on Georgia is that the community outrage is not satisfied by just arresting the kid, who gave himself up. There is rage not just that he killed 4 people, but also that the little POS is still alive. So all that leftover rage is going to the father, who has to be a complete moron to buy his son a gun after the kid fantasized about shooting up a school.
To me, the REAL question is why the kid was not whisked away a year ago into the involuntary commitment mental health system. I know, concern for his rights and what it might do to him. But the community at large also has rights, and has just paid the price for NOT removing him to a mental facility.
Just my $.02
Just because a female can get pregnant doesn’t mean she should be a mother, the same true for a male and fatherhood. Buying your mentally disturbed child a weapon is not just a bad idea it is stupid!
Like that matters. Whistling past the graveyard and all that BS. 🤔🤨😶
The killer is loaded on ADD meds, lorazepam, buspirone and a few others. All brought to you by Mom Dad Big Pharma Doctors Teachers. Remember when it was all the rage to have kids diagnosed by a teacher for adderall. These drugs reek havoc on the brain with lasting issues. DAD why would you place a gun in the hands of a mentally damaged person?
Bullshit. Kids all over are on varioius meds and do NOT commit atrocities like this.
These frequent murders are symptoms, and another example of the degradation of American culture, the lack of discipline in the home and school, the coercive pressuring of “Tolerance” for immorality in churches, school, the medias, and governments. And few, if any, people being held accountable or facing the consequences of their crimes or mis-deeds. Judges and District Attorney know better, and they are letting the law abiding citizens down. The massive use of alcohol, marijuana, illegal and legal drugs are major contributing factors, contributing to the country’s problems.
Haven’t people seen the many examples of teens and young adults throwing major temper tantrums, acting like three year olds, when they don’t get their way? There are plenty of examples of chronological adults who have never grown up.
Shutting them up.
Great point about the parents of gang banger killers.
Here in Chicago they have a heroes parade and name a street after these animals
Plus most of their parents are already in prison or a cemetery
If your dog bites someone, you’re responsible.
If somebody is injured on your property, you’re responsible.
If your brakes or lights on your car don’t work, you’re responsible for any accident.
If you fall on a wet floor in a store, they’re responsible.
And if you’ve let your kid grow up without discipline, adherence to the law & respect for others, you damn well should be held responsible.
Time we kicked all the Dr Spock wingnuts & their byproducts out of their self-centered cocoons.
Screw gun control & put the screws to parental responsibilities!
Screw the psycho babble & institute values.
So the state can not authorize sex altering meds to a minor then too. If the kid is charged as an adult the parent can to be held. Which is it. Adult? State?
Preach it brother! Or Sister
“by providing a firearm to Colt Gray with knowledge that he was threat to himself and others.”
On its face, this does seem like the action of a reckless parent in purchasing a firearm for his son just after there was evidence linking the son to online threats of violence.
I disagree. Specifically – he was ALLEGED to have made online threats – never proven and denied by the son. There is currently zero knowledge of the discussions and observations in the intervening 7 months prior to the gift. It’s been another 9 months, including half a school year where nothing happened. He isn’t a 6 year old boy. Maybe the father saw it as an opportunity to teach his son responsible handling of a weapon and the seriousness of its capabilities. It is far from unusual for fathers in to buy sons guns – often at a far younger age than the son is. Nor do children learn responsibility by being denied the opportunity to exhibit it. The also can’t learn trust without being trusted.
Then there is the reality that thousands of inner city shootings occur in which fathers or older brothers gave them their weapons and no such absurd charges are levied.
What next – charging parents if their minor children have a car wreck and someone dies? What about charging the parents of crazy, wild animals that slam another kids head against a wall or concrete or stomps on their head for daring to not cower?
Parents can’t know what their children are being taught, if the psycho teachers are convincing their children they are trans, can’t stop them from transitioning as minors and in fact can lose all parental rights if they do so, can’t spank their children or otherwise discipline their children. Well hell – if the school and “the state” has majority control then CHARGE THEM.
The whole thing is utter crap. They were picked out because they are white, unable to afford great lawyers to fight the insanity, it occurred at a school, because the Communist party wants to find some way, any way to destroy 2A rights, and quite possibly as an event to try to rally support for the communist party.
Parents shall not be held responsible for the sins of their children, and children shall not be held responsible for the sins of their parents, but each shall be held responsible for their own sins. – Leviticus, Moses
amen.
also stated in ezekiel.
should be the model to follow.
No, when a parent aids and abets their child in committing murder, they are not sinless and they too must pay for their crimes.
But if it’s equally applied half the parents of inner cities teens would be in jail. But we all know they will never be held accountable.
He could have bought him a weapon and still not given him unfettered access to it or only let him use it under his direct supervision. He was grossly negligent in my opinion. A jury will take all the info snd convict or absolve him.
And yes, we should be consistent and apply it across the board.
What planet do you live on?
Do you realize that Fani Willis was a judge prior to becoming AG.
And her wacked out boyfriend was also a judge.
You better wake the hell up before you go before a DEI judge with a DEI prosecutor, DEI public defender and get convicted regardless of evidence or the constitution.
Go to any major city and watch a court in action.
That quote does not apply. The father is involved in and a causative factor in these murders. The father knew the kid was a threat and bought him an AR 15 after telling the Georgia Bureau of Investigation he would not allow unsupervised access to their hunting
rifles. This father is equally guilty of murder.
What about the massive numbers of “teens” who are raised by haters in the big cities. They are NEVER held accountable. And we all KNOW why.
But you are responsible for children under 18. I’ve seen wealthy parents lock up their out of control kids in mental institutions until they are 18 to protect themselves and their assets. It’s sad but true. The father is responsible in some way but not the serious charges they leveled on him.
Also in other passages. But we see in those passages that the sins of the father will be passed on for 3-4 generations, and in others that if a parent or other significant other sees a person committing a sin leading to death, and doesn’t warn him, then God holds the non-warner guilty.
Totally disagree. The allegations of online threats were undoubtedly true, just mot proven because the som claimed his account was hacked, which was almost certainly BS. Then this father hands a mentally ill teenager, who had made online threats, a lethal weapon. And he was literally warned six months earlier by law enforcement not to do, and he himself told them he wasn’t giving his son unsupervised access to guns. That is reckless to a high degree. He definitely deserves criminal charges.
Ya wanna deprive a citizen of his rights then take him to court and have the judge do it.
Until then, he’s got his rights, and no one can criminalize the third party for not enforcing the State’s inferred-post-hoc ban.
The FBI knew beforehand about this shooter.
I would like to know how the FBI was involved in enabling this shooting.
Exactly, and that should be looked at before dismissing the idea that the son’s account was hacked.
Totally? You didn’t address even half of what was said.
“undoubtedly true” – really? Was he charged at the time? If not, why not? Maybe the understanding that accounts do in fact get hacked – happens more frequently than you might know. Did it in this case? Who knows – did the police do a forensic analysis of the account and the posts in question? I guess you think that the allegations by E. Gene Carroll or whatever her name is are factual and PDJT should be charged? In your mind it appears one is guilty until proven innocent I guess.
“Mentally ill” – let’s set aside the case of THIS father and son for a moment. So anyone that might make an asinine or stupid comment is mental ill? Really?? What about different situations, for example when one warns another, “You mess with my family and your dead?” What about a father telling his daughter’s rapist that he’ll kill him?
Did you know that most weapons are lethal? Did you know that all cars are lethal? Did you know that just about any object in existence can be lethal? When you had kids, if you did, did you lock your knives, axes, chain saws, and other lethal objects up? Did you secure your car keys in safes they couldn’t break into? Did you treat them the same way at 15 as you did when they were 2?
I guess you don’t understand TIME. At the time of the allegation his son didn’t have unsupervised access. Over a year later is quite different, especially as regards a teenager.
“Reckless parenting”, even when factual, is most definitely not a reason to put someone in prison for life. If they try the son as an adult, then they damn well shouldn’t be able to go after the father. If the father is charged, then the son shouldn’t be tried as an adult.
As an aside, I love the way you are so cocksure about the entire thing and that you DEFINITELY think the father DESERVES criminal charges. On this one, at this point in time, we’ll most definitely disagree.
Great point that “If they try the son as an adult, then they damn well shouldn’t be able to go after the father.”
An African American woman in Florida whose son had stolen a gun out of a locked car and killed another African American wanted the owner of the gun charged with the killing for allowing his gun to be stolen.
Get ready for this kind of logic all over, in America’s courtrooms.
Attny Lin Wood ran in to it in Atlanta with the Georgia BAR Association.
It’s already happening now. But soon, just a few more elections and it will be widespread and very difficult to correct.
It’s the absence of responsibility for one’s own actions, accomplished by transferring said responsibility to another.
It’s been happening for years. You have a pool, with a fence around it. Some kids climb the fence and drown in the pool. The owners have been charged for the death. On a lower criminal scale, the lady who stupidly put a cup of fresh hot coffee between her legs while driving her car, spills the coffee on herself, then sues the fast food chain for her burns. The list goes on and on. People refusing to take responsibility for their own actions and said responsibility being transferred to another.
It’s the same thing with all of the victimhood culture that is so prevalent in the leftist hive. The person who commits an act is not responsible for their action – it’s the person who supposedly ‘victimized’ the person who is responsible. Hell, they even take it so far that the person committing the act is actually JUSTIFIED in the action.
Interesting development in the information coming out – posted in the daily.
According to WaPo who obtained text messages, the mother appeared to have advanced warning of what was happening.
“I was the one that notified the school counselor at the high school,” a text message from Marcee Gray to her sister read.
“I told them it was an extreme emergency and for them to go immediately and find [my son] to check on him.”
A call log shows that Marcee Gray had a 10-minute phone call with the school just 30 minutes before the tragedy unfolded.
“A counselor told Gray during the call that her son had been talking about a school sh**ting that morning,” the WaPo reported.
Based on the thinking of yourself and some others – shouldn’t the counselor be charged as well for not immediately calling the police? Wanton disregard. Recklessness. Accessory.
Again, what about the parents of “teens” who murder in the big cities. Many times they murder in obvious hate crimes. A hatred that they learned at home. No comment about the two tiered system of justice???
The son denied making the threats but was likely traced via his IP address. Ths site was said ro have taken down his posts because site rules banned threats of violence.
My guess is that macho dad wanted to make a man of his son by giving him a weapon. Dad was an 11th grade dropout. Mom has a miles long rap sheet over years and is currently in prison.
As for transgenders, he was against their being accepted. He was teased about being gay but that is a stock tease/taunt among some boys that age
If the posts were taken down Lulu, then how would he be traced by his IP? I don’t think the account the threat(s) were written under being the son’s was ever in question and seemed to be acknowledged since the son said his account was hacked.
Was does the father’s lack of a high school diploma have to do with the life events? What does the mom’s rap sheet have to do with it? Was she found guilty of violent crimes?
The comment about mom being in prison is curious in light of the post in the general thread that mom called the school the morning of the event to give a warning. How would she have known? Also curious is that WaPo allegedly has a copy of her “text messages.” Do they allow prisoners to have cell phones now? (If so, perhaps that is how she knew and was able to call)
When you say “he was against their being accepted” – who is “he” – and how does the subject of transgenderism connect?
What is your definition of “macho”? Do you believe in “toxic masculinity?”
🎯 🎯 🎯!
The dad is prob mentally ill too and bought it impulsively trying to make up for being a dirt bag.
The kid most likely made those threats unless they have suspicion of someone with access to the family computer of doing it. In which case I would go and interview every single one of the potential people who could have done it. I bet there isn’t a very long list unless this is a trap house.
Also the mother isn’t in prison – she alerted the school before the shooting that the shooting would take place.
Why is the father “mentally ill?” On what group of facts and interactions with him did you make that assessment? For that matter, how did you make the leap to him being a “dirt bag?”
Why does anyone need access to the kid’s or any computer in the family house? According to Lulu the posts were deleted and a forensic analysis wasn’t possible or done. That means anyone in the world could have done it, including the FB1.
Yes, I commented about the mother’s call…
Again what about the massive number of “teens” in the cities. Should their ignorant, felon, patents be held accountable for the huge number of killings they commit??? No comment about them right??
The shooter’s X page had a photo of him wearing a rainbow shirts that said Trans, and listed pronouns of “she/her/they trans pride”. The profile also said “Kamala Harris 2024 end all Magats.” The profile has taken down.
I have a screencap but can’t figure out how to add the image to this post.
