Pavel Durov and his brother Nikolai are genuinely brilliant tech programmers, mathematicians and entrepreneurs. The Durov brothers founded the Telegram communication app in 2013. Telegram now has 950 million active users who can send messages, photos and videos, take part in chats for groups of up to 200,000 people and broadcast to unlimited audiences.
Telegram is the preferred messaging and communication app for those concerned with privacy. In my own travels, plans and purposeful interactions, I use Telegram frequently. It is the best communication tool available, and the tech interface is brilliant. However, various government agencies hate Telegram because of the privacy it provides.
Pavel and Nikolai Durov are originally Russian; their app was created and tested deep inside the surveillance state. The Russian government could not compromise it, and Pavel’s unwavering perspective on private communication has been thoroughly tested in subsequent years. Telegram is a success because Pavel Durov has proven he is trustworthy.
Pavel Durov was just arrested by the French government for refusing to compromise on the user privacy of his app.
ReclaimTheNet – […] Pavel Durov, the founder and CEO of the encrypted messaging app Telegram, was arrested this Saturday evening, according to French media.
The incident occurred at Le Bourget Airport just as Durov, accompanied by a bodyguard and a woman, disembarked from his private jet. Durov, who holds dual Franco-Russian citizenship and is 39 years old, had just arrived from Azerbaijan.
The arrest was executed by members of the GTA (Gendarmerie of Air Transport), acting on a French search warrant. This warrant, issued by the OFMIN of the national directorate of the French judicial police, was based on allegations that Telegram’s operational policies — specifically its lack of censorship and lack of cooperation with law enforcement’s censorship demands, along with features such as disposable phone numbers and cryptocurrency transactions — indirectly support illicit activities.
Emphasis below, mine!
[…] The arrest of Durov marks a major escalation in the global debate over the balance between privacy and security, and could have profound implications across multiple dimensions:
Legal Precedent: This incident could set a legal precedent for how nations handle the regulation of encrypted communication platforms. If Durov is prosecuted for the actions of users on his platform, it might lead to increased pressure on other tech companies to monitor and control user behavior, potentially compromising the commitment to user privacy.
Government Surveillance and Privacy: The case highlights the tension between government surveillance and individual privacy rights. Governments may use this incident as a justification to demand greater access to encrypted communications, arguing that it’s necessary for national security and law enforcement. This could lead to broader legal and regulatory changes that erode privacy protections in digital spaces. (read more)
In the wake of the attempted assassination of President Trump, we have already seen the professionals in DC start the process to outlaw private communication apps like Telegram. {See Here} The Intelligence Community would like to remove the ability of Americans to communicate privately without the government intercepts.
The BASELINE – The Durov brothers are exceptionally gifted. In reference to the principle of freedom and liberty that guides Pavel, he has my respect, and I understand his value system with great clarity. Pavel Durov recognized very early, much earlier than most, that information would be fulcrum challenge, and without private communication the value of information is always eroded. Privacy is critical in order for accurate information to flow. That is the value of Telegram.
Durov controls Telegram. Durov is the owner and proprietor of Telegram. Durov talks openly about the *touches* from U.S. intelligence and government officials toward him and his communication platform. He is very open about the contacts by FBI and various intel officials, and notes those conversations were always unnerving.
Elon Musk controls Twitter. Elon Musk was talking about the importance of user privacy and security at the exact same time he was secretly complying with the DOJ to give the metadata of all Donald Trump supporters from his platform. These things do not reconcile, and I refuse to pretend the conflict between Musk’s words and his actions doesn’t exist. When he first bought the platform, Elon Musk promised that Direct Messages (DM’s) on Twitter would be encrypted. After the first few stories about DHS controlling Twitter content, ie “the Twitter Files”, Musk never followed through.
“This situation [with Pavel Durov] is a litmus test for the future of digital privacy, encryption, and the role of tech companies in moderating content and cooperating with law enforcement. The global implications of how this case is handled are significant, potentially affecting not only the tech industry but also the privacy rights of individuals worldwide.”

I guess Donald Trump uses telegram
Trump uses proxies. No electronic comms at all
I don’t even have a phone that can run apps let alone use any. I think it is why they are switching off 3G to force everyone to upgrade to a phone that can be tracked and monitored 24/7
untraceable and uncensorable
a little dd on smartphones exploiting blockchain networks and technology is well worth the time
the helium network by helius labs is one leading the charge
this technology will be garnering much attention starting early 2025
not many details on monthly pricing yet, but i’ve read as low as $20/year – unlimited everything and worldwide coverage
gl, mate!
Is it still part of DISH Network?
no it isn’t, Sherry
blockchains are decentralized networks operating at much greater speeds and economy
blockchains haven’t the burden of $50 million/year ceo’s, in fact, there are no employees, no buildings, no gigantic centralized server farms to maintain making blockchain operations much cheaper
corporations like dish, att, and multitudes more are about to face some serious competitive headwinds as blockchains advance
they will soon face an ‘if you can’t beat them, join them’ epiphany
it’s partly why the fashissts have the head of the sec slamming cryptos (blockchains) so relentlessly, that’s gary gennsler, the same guy Trump announced he’s firing on day one
They mastered turning 3 g phones into two way listening devices in Iraq many moons ago, is my understanding.
I have a 5G flip phone with no access to the internet. It costs $5/month. I use it for emergencies. I have not felt the need for anything more than that.
where can you buy those now?
Got the last one from walmart. Also sometimes available online at tracfone.
Caution: just because a “flip phone” doesn’t have a paid data service, or you don’t connect using the built-in apps, doesn’t mean it can’t be used to listen in, track you, and provide useful data. All the new Tracfone phones are at risk of compromise.
ANY cell phone that uses a cell phone tower and network is compromised, up to an including the old burner phones. the ONLY reason that the old burner phones actually worked is because they were used for a very short and specific moment of time and then “BURNED”. it isn’t the burning of the phone that creates the security/privacy. it IS/WAS the other things that happened that made that so:
a. used once in a location and area to another once use and location that would not indicate or provide much Intel about PEOPLE.
b. purchases can not be traced (straw man, dark web, etc)…no ability to register A PERSON to the phone used, even if just once this can happen if one is not good with opsec
c. what IS DISCUSSED AND HOW. code words for instance.
d. geo fencing is a real thing and happens in near real time in some areas. one would be careful about even using a burner in an area that for instance also has surveillance cameras at street lights and business corners
e. unlike the popular notion, “burner phones” can and probably were hacked and placed in “markets” where criminal are likely to operate. I can’t go into this in great detail other than to generally suggest that if you are thinking about doing crime in mexico and believe buying a cheap 40 dollar burner is a good idea: IT IS NOT.
f. outside of cell towers, there are other means to collect signal intelligence. do NOT underestimate the power and scope of the great hoover of information that the US and five eyes controls. to put it bluntly, only the most covertly trained criminals are going to operate successfully in this environment. Blending in, is NOT enough. Using off the shelf stuff will only get you on the map.
these are solely my own opinions.
noting: there is NO DOUBT IN MY MIND THAT CRUMB WAS ON THE RADAR. He simply had to ability to operate covertly. It is my opinion that he was monitored and allowed to operate uninterrupted. I believe this to be true. It cannot be explained as simply a failure to perform. Nope…not possible. He was on the radar well before that day. Encrypted comms (multiple) using outconus networks….THAT proved to me 100 percent he was in the radar. You can draw your own conclusions why he was left alone.
God Bless America
Freedom is dying in the West.
Privacy is dead.
Time for the hammer to come down on some people in these govs.
Well they are trying it out on vehicle manufacturers, you have to install kill switches that the government can access any time, you have to install speed limiters, next it will be you have to provide all the data the car collects on the driver and their habits to the government. Once they have forced compliance in one field they have the blueprint for forcing it everywhere.
Yup
At the time I thought it was stupid, “Cash for Clunkers” O’Satan’s sales pitch.
Now I understand why.
And what’s another word for that behavior? COMMUNISIM. Quit pretending.
OnStar?
That’s why I drive a 2007 ford. Pre OnStar and all the navigation has to be done on a CD. No wi-fi or Internet connectivity.
Me, too. 2006 Equinox.
GM sued by Texas for selling car derived data.
Good.
I drive a mechanical diesel and have vintage pre-computer vehicles stored and in perfect condition that haven’t been registered in a couple decades and never where I currently live. Guess what I’ll do. Resist. Whatever it takes and no ROE. 👍
I like your style dunes. I really miss riding the Yamaha Banshee at Idaho’s St Anthony Sand dunes in Fremont County.
Agreed. However, I doubt those vehicles would be useful for anyone living near populated areas as the roads will probably look like parking lots.
Of course if you’re a little further out then you’ve got a decent mode of transportation, a supply vehicle, etc.
Older motorcycles with sidecars are a nice option as well.
Talk about killing the messenger.
Had a feeling this matter would be discussed here
.
I enjoyed the interview w/Tucker. Bright, funny, intelligent, I am very sorry they are after him for nothing other than him not playing their game. Stand Tall Brothers!
In that interview with Tucker, Mr Durov stated that he had more government interference while he was living and working in San Francisco than anywhere else, including Russia
It’s time to start searching your souls, is all I can say.
When government fears the people, there is liberty.
When the people fear the government, there is tyranny.
John Basil Barnhill -1914
I give you 10 thumbs up, Joe!
But it is totally okay for government employees to use encrypted messaging!
🙄
That’s how communism works! They ARE here.
Fine for them to wipe Gov’t issued phones whenever they please in ways that “can never be retrieved, ever”..
Elon Musk is not our friend.
The devil leathers and the brain chips were about it for me.
Neither is ANY Government.
I continue to be suspicious/impressed … and frightened … after all – he is a “genius”.
I would imagine the purpose of arresting him in a foreign country is to convince him that sharing his encryption expertise would be beneficial to him.
I could be wrong but Julian Assange comes to mind.
If you go back and read the original article by Sundance you will see that Durov holds both French and Russian citizenship so he is/was NOT in a foreign country where he was arrested, but in one he would/could/should consider his home. Also, a country that pretends to be “free” and to having a “democratic” form of government – if THAT tells you anything.
He apparently has citizenship in a number of countries, including the United Arab Emirates. Impressive.
My understanding is he knew he was wanted and had avoided traveling to any EU nation for quite some time. Why he flew to the heart of the beast with that knowledge puzzles me.
female was traveling with him. perhaps that solves your puzzle?
As to Elon Musk, I thought he had plans to expand the X platform that would have required him to deploy encryption. I believe it will happen in time.
Not going to end well for the censors.
Would love to use Telegram more. WhatsApp is a scourge in the area I live in. Too many people have been sucked in by it. Including 1/2 the family. Ughhhh. Zuckerpunk the 💩🫥
that he is. Spit
Scary stuff. They are racing to lock us down. They are afraid, very afraid of us.
Their lies are becoming too apparent and powerful forces are aligning against them. All this does is show those who have not picked a side that they have to make a choice. That choice could not be clearer. We are in a fight for our Liberty. Stand firm, hold the line!
They’ll never stop until they’re stopped. May the Durov brothers prevail.
Trump 2024.
Saw him on some interview can’t remember with who but remember he kept sayingIm “saying too much “and his brothers role in their company and he told Twitter people they could run there company on like 15 great programmers? Smart guys !!!!
I saw him to, on an interview, believe it was Tucker and this kid is a GENIUS. Maybe the Communists leaders of France want his knowledge and had him arrested. Show us how to hack into Russia and we will let you free.
Brilliant.
It was Tucker!
Weird how we haven’t heard from Niel Oliver since he had the interview with ” Suckers!” Carlson..
Maybe the state dept wants to twist his arm to get what they want.
The rest of this is in the link below.
We are headed into 2032, and every day that passes brings another step closer to revealing what I have warned about: this last 8.6-year wave will become the most authoritarian as the government realizes it is losing control. The latest was to arrest Pavel Durov because he created Telegram, which is free speech, with both Zelensky and Russians saying their piece. That is not acceptable from the West, which claims they are defending democracy when they are acting worse than what they allege of Putin.
https://www.armstrongeconomics.com/international-news/censorship/pavel-durov-arrested-by-france-to-kill-telegram/
But guys, you still need to clamor for war against countries like Russia and Iran because they’re ruled by tyrannical governments, totally unlike us.
We live in the good ole USSA.
Land o the free…
impossible to censor decentralized communication platforms built using blockchain technology
these totalittarians will soon be helpless to stop free speech – worldwide
coming very, very soon
and it’s gonna be glorious!
Sounds great. 😃
I like it.
As RFK, Jr. said in his speech endorsing Trump, “First it starts with censorship, then it ends with totalitarianism.”
Yeah, like declaring people who do not believe in the climate change hoax should be jailed.
Oh wait… that was Kennedy.
Nevermind.
“The Crushing of Light”
The crushing of light
is really an impossible thing
Light travels too quickly for lies to catch it
It emerges in places unexpected
It fills hearts without notice
It sets free the minds of captors and captives
– Susan Jacob
Tenth anniversary of Tiananmen Square
This is frightening on many levels, but most frightening because it is the governments declaring they are ‘democracies’ that are doing this.
Let us hope that Mr. Kennedy teaming up with President Trump will open some more eyes to those who have been comfortable in their pretending to not see and not know things.
I remember once thinking “No way, – they raided Mar-a-Lago!”
Now I just hear news like this and nod my head and wonder if Elon will be next?
Everything is at stake for the Deep State.
When Lynch’s yacht went down my first thought was, does Elon have a yacht or airplane? I’ll bet he does. Send a message.
Well, that’s interesting: “The sinking of the yacht came on the same day that Mr Lynch’s co-defendant in the fraud case, Stephen Chamberlain, was confirmed by his lawyer as having died after being hit by a car in Cambridgeshire on Saturday.”
Elon Musk will always be safe from crooked government.
He is a liar and a fraud whose income derives from dependence on government.
This is THE app that has sites where news and videos about the Russia/Ukraine conflict can be found. This is where news about the US coup in Bangladesh, the coup that the US is planning in Indonesia, the false US information about the Venezuelan election was exposed, the protests in Georgia that were being funded by the US and western NGO’s.
They want to hide this information from the people. And as RFK, jr. said in effect….the people who want to censor are not the good guys.
It’s the app I used to follow the late Gonzalo Lira.
Andrew Breitbart – War (youtube.com)
I not only want the JFK files released, I want the Andrew Breitbart autopsy files released! Along with those of the ME who died “suddenly” just a few weeks later, after asking questions about some of what he had found…
Rumors on TwitterX that AB is alive and well masked up
There are also rumors on TwitterX that Obama married a girl.
There are numerous incidents of inconvenient people permanently silenced. No legitimate investigations. Just silence until the next incident.
My favorites (not really) are the ones who shoot themselves with shotguns and then hang themselves.
Some of these suicidal folks are incredibly talented.
Yeah, it takes a helluva lot of talent to shoot oneself in the back of the head…TWICE.
I remember Phil Haney because his ‘suicide’ wasn’t far from where I lived at the time. People disappear all the time, most of them completely unnoticed by us. Busy busy. Then there’s justices smothered in pillows.
LOL. As if any files they handed over that contained evidence of their criminality would actually be IN THE file they handed over.
Michael Hastings all documents released
What the F$$$. Telegram is probably one of the most open discussion platforms. Shoot, cable tv has more content that is questionable in their lineup .
They are trying to block something big, like helping with the big cheat.
specifically its lack of censorship and lack of cooperation with law enforcement’s censorship demands
There is your answer.
Bingo !!
“at the exact same time he was secretly complying with the DOJ to give the metadata of all Donald Trump supporters from his platform.”
de-anonymize each name and then go after the ones you can – Government
For the truth about ‘encryption’ watch this video.
tldr; Apple and Google see all traffic before encryption and after decryption because they control the devices you use. All Apple, andriods, and windows devices have AI’s scanning for keywords. Once found, it’s just a matter of Apple and Google calling the FBI to report you.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c52pKpYeZ74
His analogy of looking over our shoulder is apt.
This is a reality. We use phones and computers allowing BigTech to modify them without our permission or knowledge. Every bit of it – device firmware, OS, application services and application software are continually updated in the background. They load what they want and see whatever they want – we will never know.
It goes beyond surveillance and censorship. When their AI sits between the lens of your camera and the actual image that is sent, what good does it do to encrypt the image. When their AI sits between your microphone and what encoded in the audio stream is it you talking? Do we hear and see what is sent?
Never had a cell phone… don’t want one, ever!
I keep trying to make this work, to no avail. I guess they’re not interested in an old man in the forest 👍
Too much technological expertise for governments to stop. Cancel telegram and 5 more privacy platforms and hardware are released.
There are far more people using no technology who are invisible to tyrannical governments.
I think you are correct that people will try, and I suspect some will succeed, but this arrest is as much about making an example out of someone like Durov to scare off anyone who with expertise and funding to create, launch, and maintain a service such as Telegram.
Telegram is a big money company, and Durov’s wealth dwarfs PDJT’s and he’s still a relative kid.
There are a lot of other smart people out there doing ad-hoc battlefield communication networks that aren’t big money and public. I would put some of the people in the military and intelligence community who were run off by Zero and Brandon among them. Smart and motivated.
I have been on Telegram for years and I hardly ever see advertisements. How do you know it is a “big money company”? How do you know anything about Durov’s wealth?
https://www.forbes.com/profile/pavel-durov/
And you believe Forbes? They just toss out a figure and you believe them? I’ve never seen a video on Telegram interrupted by ads. Unlike YouTube.
I wonder how far down the tech chain at Telegram the French cops will have to go to get someone to give them the keys to the kingdom.
There’s a quick fix to this but unfortunately mankind is too stupid to realize that by not giving up daily comfort they are closing the door on their liberty. We are going down with the ship of Fools.
Though we could not caution all, we still tried to warn a few
Dont lend your hand to raise no flag atop no Ship of Fools
Top Russian MP urges France to release Telegram founder Durov (from RT – Russia Times)
“We need to get him out of there. I have urged Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov to appeal to the French authorities to release Pavel Durov from custody,” the politician wrote on Telegram. “His arrest could be politically motivated and used to gain access to personal information of Telegram users. We cannot allow this.”
In case Paris refuses to release Durov, “everything must be done to transport him to the UAE or Russia – if he agrees, of course,” the politician said.
He dismissed the allegations against Durov, saying that illicit activity can be found on all messaging platforms. “But nobody arrests or jails their owners. And it shouldn’t happen this time.”
Thanks for finding and sharing this informative article.
“……Durov was born in St. Petersburg. In 2006, he founded the social media platform VK, often described as ‘Russia’s Facebook.’ In 2013, he launched Telegram, which currently has more than 950 million monthly active users.
“Durov left Russia in the mid 2010s and has mostly lived in the UAE. He became a French national in 2021.”
“Durov left Russia in the mid 2010s and has mostly lived in the UAE. He became a French national in 2021.”
So HIS error in judgement, apparently
Unfortunate
This from Andrew Torba founder of GAB, a truly free speech platform.
“This is why I don’t travel outside the US anymore.”
😳😳😳😳😳
Every youthful druggie in Amerikkka sells their dope via Instagram, what the kids call “Instantgram”..
“Top Russian MP urges France to release Telegram founder Durov (from RT – Russia Times)”
So – in this day and age – we must look to Russia to advocate for free and uncensored communications
Ironic
and pathetic, as well
Amazing how all the privacy, security, censorship, and misinformation issues are always a one way street. The government(s) want total control over our lives.
The situation is escalating at an accelerating rate. Crazy times we are in.
wasnt so brazenly public until 9/11. Not sure how to return prior to that without having the States that house the lines and storage (includes HQ of ATT etc) apply pressure.
Sadly, I believe we are well past any ability to “return prior to that”.
Have you ever tried to search for complaints about taxes? They have all that stuff completely censored, LOL.
I use Brave as a search engine and it tells me CTH has many trackers. Don’t know if these are benign or malignment?
Do you use “Private Browsing” on Brave?
One can examine the trackers that Brave’s shields capture and tailor the mechanisms to selectively handle content and scripts and other software devices. I’ve found Brave to be very versatile in that regard.
Private Browsing offers mostly a fingerprint free experience on the local network, like one’s sole or networked machines which may share data across the machine intranet.
I’m still experimenting with Brave’s TOR browser and also the Brave experience across the Mac and Linux systems I use. I’ve never been a Wintel user so have no knowledge of that platform.
Here is what my firefox is showing via ghost
“indirectly support illicit activities.”
There is nothing on Earth of which this cannot be said.
If providing a good or service is construed as “indirectly” supporting “illicit activities” and doing so is construed as a crime in its own right, then providing any good or any service is criminal activity.
If I sell a hammer that is used to break into a home, I have “indirectly supported illicit activities.” Perhaps that sounds absurd, but consider how the State has begun persecuting gun manufacturers.
In this case it is freedom of speech and privacy rights which are under attack, but this precedent can and will be used to establish the pretext to suppress any activity the State considers harmful to its interests.
Would be nice were law enforcement agencies worldwide would focus on protecting the children instead of concerning themselves with social media censorship
France.
What will we learn next about this arrest???
If I grow the wheat that is made into flower that a baker turns into a loaf of bread that feeds a criminal who purchases that bread at the street corner market then am I “indirectly supporting illicit activities”?………..
Big brother is watching everyone and everything.
Big Brother should mind his own business!
That’s only because Big Brother loves you.
Your post reminded me of this scene from a classic Bradbury book made into a 60’s movie….
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ByeJgJXW9Ek
I admired the steely-eyed zeal of that old lady character.
I first used Telegram and WhatsApp when they first came out. At the time no one else was using Telegram or WhatsApp. I still used those apps then and tried to convince people in my circle and strangers to use them. Some did switch over to Telegram and WhatsApp but not many. Everybody was happy using BlackBerry and their so called secure messaging system that only the Canadian, US, British, French, Australia and other “friendly countries had access to.”secure” messages.
You do know that WhatsApp is owned by Facebook?
Yup. WhatsApp was created by some some tech guys and they were so into privacy and security. Eventually they sold WhatsApp to Facebook a few years ago with the promise that Facebook would continue the idea of privacy and security for WhatsApp. The founders of WhatsApp eventually left Facebook after they realized that Zuckerberg was taking WhatsApp in an evil direction. The WhatsApp founders then created Signal after leaving Facebook.
If fascism ever comes to America (or France or England) , it will do so under the name of “liberalism”.
He was so right on so many issues.
I wonder what the French citizens think of this. Maybe LePen will raise a big stink and collapse the government yada yada….
Oh. And now wouldn’t be a good time to sign up on telegram.
It has sort of a fed feeling to it.
The Euroweenies don’t do anything without the DoS approving it.
I’ll keep the desktop/phone TGs between some of my own family members for a reason.
Pavel Durov went from the Russian pot into the French frying pan.

One of the more ridiculous foreign data requests that Gab received
(and turned down) from Germany
was when they wanted us to dox a user for calling a female politician fat.

GERMANY
“German public prosecutor hunts bloggers.
The accusation:
He described Ricarda Lang, head of the German Greens, as “fat”.
His bank account has now been blocked.”
Who among you will actually dare to say what your eyes see in the picture?
Ricardo Lang is obesely fat.
I would describe it as grossly obese and clinically insane…
Skinny aversive?
So it’s a violation of the German criminal code to show “disrespect” for a politician? That’s some NAZI shit right there. Looks like the National Socialist German Workers Party is alive and well in Germany, just rebranded as ” liberals”.
OCTOBER 2023
SWITZERLAND
A court in Switzerland sentenced a writer and commentator to 60 days in jail for calling a journalist a “fat lesbian,”
[…]for the crimes of defamation, discrimination and incitement to hatred after he criticized Catherine Macherel
[…]In addition to the prison time, Soral was subsequently ordered to pay legal fees and fines totaling thousands of Swiss francs.
Soral’s sentencing came after he called Macherel a “fat lesbian,” criticized her work as a “queer activist” and said she was “unhinged” in a social media video,

The global cabal continues forward. They don’t want borders. They don’t want nationalism. And they don’t want any freedoms. The United States is a part of it. That’s why Trump is a threat.
I don’t use many Platforms. However, I have used Telegram for 3 years now and I really like it. I also use Truth Social and sometimes, Gab. I pray for Pavel and his brother. As we just saw with the Olympics, France is nuts and cannot be trusted.
Anyone having trouble using Chrome once you get to this site’s page? I can get here, but it becomes a problem getting to the next page to read the rest of a post and the comments to it. The pages just won’t load.

Every single day
Every word you say
They want to be controlling you

With every step you take
They want to be controlling you
General was the cats name in the movie with Drew Barrymore and the little breath sucking goblin wasn’t it?
They had a segment on that movie where if you signed up to a certain company to help you quit smoking they would constantly monitor your behavior. If you broke the rules you said the price. And they were ALWAYS watching..
This is one of the reasons I refuse to go back to Twitter.
BREAKING: X has now censored the Telegram hashtag after CEO arrested in France.
@GeneralMCNews

Taking away the Telegram #hashtag on TwitterX ….. is that to prevent the Control Freaks from following TwitterX discussions about the arrest of Pavel Durov?
This I believe.
BREAKING 🚨 Former State Department official Mike Benz accuses US State Dept of being complicit in Telegram founder Pavel’s arrest in France; calls on US House Foreign Affairs Cmte to subpoena all comms between U.S. embassy in Paris w/ prosecutors & gov officials prior to arrest.
