This is a weird follow-up to the Nord Stream pipeline explosion. Apparently, German investigators are on the hunt for a Ukranian suspect who was hiding out in Warsaw, Poland. Why Germany, and not the USA? Because the USA previously blamed Russia, and it will look silly now if they admit it wasn’t Putin.
The Ukranian suspect is named is “Volodymyr Z”, and before the Polish police could arrest him and turn him over to the German police, Volodymyr Z slipped back across the border into Ukraine. That’s the story, and apparently, they are sticking to it.
BERLIN, Aug 14 (Reuters) – Poland received a European arrest warrant issued by Berlin in connection with the 2022 attack on Nord Stream pipelines, but the suspect, a Ukrainian man named as Volodymyr Z, has already left Poland, Polish prosecutors told Reuters.
He was able to leave as Germany had failed to include his name in a database of wanted persons, added the prosecutors.
The multi-billion dollar Nord Stream 1 and 2 pipelines transporting gas under the Baltic Sea were ruptured by a series of explosions in September 2022, seven months after Russia launched a full-scale invasion of Ukraine.
German investigators believe Volodymyr Z, a Ukrainian diver, was part of a team that planted the explosives, the SZ and Die Zeit newspapers reported alongside the ARD broadcaster, citing unnamed sources.
Polish National Public Prosecutor’s Office spokeswoman Anna Adamiak said German authorities sent a European warrant to the District Prosecutor’s Office in Warsaw in June for Volodymyr Z in connection with proceedings conducted against him in Germany.
“Ultimately, Volodymyr Z was not detained because at the beginning of July he left Polish territory, crossing the Polish-Ukrainian border,” she wrote in an emailed statement in reply to Reuters questions.
“Free crossing of the Polish-Ukrainian border by the above-mentioned person was possible because German authorities … did not include him in the database of wanted persons, which meant that the Polish Border Guard had no knowledge and no grounds to detain Volodymyr Z.” (read more)

There was information, at the time, that showed a plane track over the location of the explosion coming from the west then looping and returning westward. This path supports a plane dropped weapon scenario. The plane was never identified.

The pipelines are in only 70-90 meters of water at the sabotage points which according to a retired US Navy acquaintance of mine is within diving range (with appropriate equipment of course) and he’s personally dived that deep. And anyway, why would a dive even be required? A consumer grade ROV with video link would allow a bomb to be lowered next to the pipeline which isn’t even buried. Or, a bomb could be dragged along on the bottom perpendicular to the pipeline until it stuck on something which would be the pipeline. A timer would be used to delay detonation.
Yet, for some reason the ONE country that benefits MOST from this is NEVER mentioned.

Beneath the soil of the Ukraine is a network of gas pipelines through which part of the Russian supply to Europe passes. Between 2004 and 2005, 80% of Russian gas destined for Europe passed through the Ukrainian subsurface. When Gazprom (the Russian state-owned energy giant) cut off supplies to the Ukrainians in January 2006 and January 2009, the Ukrainians appropriated the gas destined for Europe, resulting in huge losses for those countries highly dependent on Russian gas, and this in turn greatly discredited Russia as a supplier.
In order to avoid this Ukrainian transit system, the Russians decided to build two new gas pipelines. Gazprom said that linking a gas pipeline directly to Germany without the need to go through transit countries would avoid cutting off Russian gas exports to Western Europe, as had already happened twice. Thus, was born the Nord Stream (Northern Stream, Севеверный поток) project, a gas pipeline that would link Russia to Europe (directly to Germany via the Baltic Sea) without the need to pass through Ukraine or Belarus.
The main opponents of Nord Stream 2 have been the Baltic countries, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary(?), Romania, Croatia, Moldova—and mainly Poland and Ukraine; all of them supported by the European Commission and the US. These countries opposed Nord Stream 2 because a direct gas pipeline to Germany could mean the stoppage of energy supplies to them, as well as depriving them of lucrative transit tariffs.
Ukraine’s transit used to supply 44% of Russian gas for the EU, pocketing the (increasingly corrupt) state coffers some $3 billion a month. But with Nord Stream 2, this was to change and the transit through the Ukrainian subsoil was to be reduced by a further 10 times. This would have caused Ukraine to lose 3% of its GDP. In Ukraine this was seen as undermining its sovereignty and also the collective energy security of the whole of Europe, as transit of gas through Ukraine deters Russian aggression, and this would end with the opening of Nord Stream 2, which in turn would have made Germany the main gas hub in Europe.

The pipeline will transport natural gas from the Norwegian shelf via Denmark and through the Baltic Sea to Poland. It is the centrepiece of a Polish strategy to diversify away from Russia that began years before Moscow’s February invasion of Ukraine triggered a global energy crisis.
The flows from Norway along with supplies via liquefied gas terminals are central to Poland’s plan. The country was cut off from Russian gas supplies in April, allegedly for refusing to pay in roubles.
“The era of Russian domination in the field of gas is coming to an end, the era that was marked by blackmail, threats and extortion,” Polish Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki said at the inauguration at Budno in western Poland.

No way the U.S. wasn’t involved fully.
Absolutely no way a 50′ yacht was used to transport and place the explosives used. They found the pipelines, placed explosives in two widely separate locations in 40 minutes on the ocean floor 260′ below. No way.
It wasn’t a small amount of explosives. It created a 2.5 Richter seismograph reading.
Before taking any of this Germany Crap seriously here are some facts to consider;
The ID (inside or internal diameter) of the Nord Stream pipelines is 45″.
The steel pipe has a wall thickness of 1.6 inches.
The steel pipe is then coated with 2.3 inches to 4.4 inches of steel-reinforced concrete.
The overall OD (outside diameter) is about Four (4) Feet.
Swedish seismologists from Lund University noted; “At least 220 pounds of explosives, perhaps more, were used to destroy the pipelines.”.
The 2015 annual routine underwater survey of the Nord Stream pipelines came across a remote operated vehicle rigged with explosives right next to one of the lines in Swedish waters.
In June of 2022 (three (3) months before this lone Ukrainian diver sabotaged the pipelines (plural)), NATO conducted its annual BALTOPS 22 military exercise in the Baltic Sea. That year’s exercises had significant focus on using the United States Navy Unmanned Underwater Vehicles to clear sea mines (Baltic Operations an annual military exercise, held and sponsored by the Commander, United States Naval Forces Europe, since 1971, in the Baltic Sea and the regions surrounding it).
Where did the United States Navy conduct these Unmanned Underwater Vehicle exercises? Right next to the Danish island of Bornholm, the same island adjacent the massive ruptures in Nord Stream pipelines occurred!
The BALTOPS 22 maneuvers took place from June to July and all sips returned to their respective nations (except one).
The United States Navy Sixth Fleet left the Baltic Sea on August 10, 2022.
On September 27, 2022 an expeditionary detachment of United States Navy ships led by the Universal Amphibious Assault Ship USS Kearsarge was in the Baltic Sea 19 Miles from the site of the alleged sabotage on the Nord Stream 1 gas pipeline and 31 Miles from the Nord Stream 2 pipeline.
Now think about the expertise required for sabotaging two (2) pipelines as described above.
