I’m only posting this because there are so many voices that keep talking about Donald Trump needing some version of Steve Bannon to assist him in the election or White House.

These two represent the opinions, sentiments, thoughts, perspectives and insights of all the people with alligator emojis in their bios. These are the Cruz Crew members in 2016, who turned into the knuckleheads for Ron DeSantis in 2024.
Maybe, just maybe, Steve Bannon doesn’t have any idea what the alligator emojis are doing to his brand 😂. Or, maybe he does, and this is just another blazing alert flare warning that people will reconcile away – because retention of a false belief is easier than acceptance of a reality that makes us uncomfortable.
Steve Bannon is 1000% MAGA, and a very intelligent, well read man.
He is in prison, and were he not, it is unlikely that never-Trumpers like Roy and Deace would be on the show, or hosting it. I would hope that this will be their last appearance.
Neither is hardly, “Next Man Up!”
I chalk it up to business decisions. Rembmer Dr Gina is CEO of operations and with failing numbers with the likes of Natalie and Ben Harnwell, the constant infomercial segments – Patriots Mobile, My Pillow, Patriot Supply, Faraday bags, etc. – has probably forced Dr Gina to tap into her connections with Trump world. I don’t find her particularly brights so I see it as stumbling and fumbling on her part.
It’s difficult to get more anti-MAGA than these two. Well, unless you invite Jenna Ellis into the party too.
Bannon has non-MAGA on his show from time to time. It is an educational tool, just like airing Mika and Joe.
I am surprised they hosted.

One man’s influence it’s another man’s propaganda. The absence of dissenting voice is the delineating factor.
I believe chip was a host early in August. I switched the channel.
It has been a while since I made a post. Enjoyed the comments and different views on this one.
My 2 cents is Steve has always tried to have both/ multiple views from the right on his show. I don’t like or trust either of these 2 on here but Warroom might have needed to fill slots since they don’t have a deep bench and it is during summer vacation time.
To me, Warroom has built up enough credibility I give them the benefit of the doubt and will cut them a little slack for the next month or two.
I am sure SD and Bannon have had run-ins off the record we are not purveyor to.

As for your last sentence, it got me thinking. I already know that Bannon is a CTH reader, since he mentioned an article by Sundance on his show. I thought that Sundance’s treatment of Mike Johnson with kid gloves after his failures and Bannon trashing Johnson had something to do with this article being written, and some other jabs SD directed towards SB in other articles.
But yeah, there may be other stuff going on behind the scenes between them. I mean Roger Stone has some animosity towards Bannon too. It’s between them and I don’t care, even if Bannon choses not to respond. The problem is he is not able to. He is serving prison time because of the love for his country. Cheap shot by SD. And the worst is seeing these comments with many upvotes that contain some pretty blatant lies and misrepresentations about Bannon here on CTH, as if it was DailyWire or NYPost.

You’re case in point. Bannon didn’t push for Johnson. And he sure didn’t celebrate Johnson like the second coming.
But what I do remember is the unbelievable elation and thanksgiving to God on CTH by Sundance after Johnson had been elected speaker. I was like, wait a second, Jim Jordan and Byron Donalds failed to receive enough support from the GOP RINO’s, but now this guy with a stupid face gets voted unanimously as speaker by the GOP? Big red flag.
But I still shrugged it off at the time, thinking maybe Sundance knows something I don’t. Fooled me for a moment. It didn’t take long until we all saw Johnson’s true colors. As expected, Bannon rightfully ranted on his show about Johnson.
In a more recent article about Johnson, Sundance talks about how honest Johnson is being misled, that he truly believes what the IC tells him, that he’s ‘seen it in their eyes’. Bannon doesn’t do 1/100 of what Johnson is guilty of, but he’s not trustworthy. Mhm. Check for yourself.
This looks to me like some personal grudge. It can happen to almost anyone. Even the great and wise Fabius Maximus turned into a bitter old man against Scipio, after the latter defeated Hannibal completely, and all because Fabius Maximus couldn’t take it for being proven wrong . So don’t be surprised.

What is the proof that Steve is running his show from prison? It’s true he had Chip on the show before. But you should listen to SB’s response to Gorka after the latter “dumped” on Chip following SB’s interview of him, because he was in the Desanctis camp before.
As opposed to most other very well written and thought out articles on CTH, this article seems to me almost pure emotion. Because after SB, and all of us really, had been disappointed with Mike Johnson as speaker, SB trashed him on War Room, which was well deserved. And I believe that didn’t sit well with Sundance. Just go read what Sundance wrote about Mike Johnson. Everything bad happening in Congress is not Mike Johnson being corrupt or a coward. Oh no, its that he is a true believer, that he’s seen it ‘in the eyes’. He is being misled. I believe that Sundance still can’t admit he was wrong about speaker Mike Johnson. Although the unanimous vote from the GOP for this weasel was a big red flag from the beginning.

If I presented myself as ultra MAGA I would not continue to invite guests on my show who are declared figures of opposition. *The exception would be if they were identified as guests who there to debate.

I do not agree on SD’s assessment of Bannon. However, I do not trust chip or deace. I have not like deace for several years. I think he is a snake. I found him to be less than enthusiastic about the Tea Party. AND he was actively against Trump early in this campaign, along with chip roy.
Of course, we need these bloviating btards to carry votes. BUT chip is untrustworthy. I do not trust him.
I am not sure who is scheduling the guest hosts while still Steve is in jail. I don’t like chip. I have watched very little of WarRoom lately.
Back to Bannon: I understand it is hard for some purist, pious, types to stomach Bannon. He is unruly, messy looking, loud, unbendable…but he too is right about most things.
Truth is: NONE ARE RIGHT ABOUT EVERYTHING! none. In my mind, this is a spiritual war. We must rely on Holy Spirit offering discernment of information to determine the truth. Without that, we will miss important facts. Bannon is not the enemy and he is NOT working against Trump, or against restoring the Republic or Constitution.
I do not agree with everything Bannon says. I think he is trying to push certain policies on Trump that would interfere with correcting the deep state, not because they are wrong necessarily, but because they are so in your face. Sometimes a little “sweet talk” is needed. The “art of the deal” approach rather than in your face approach. I am more an in your face, but that is not always a good thing (a part sometimes). I do not think he is doing seeking a job in govt.
It is not necessary to bash any of us who hold a different view or how things work. He is a willing, mouthy, loud, passionate man who knows what is happening. He may not be perfect…NONE of us are…but he is not working against MAGA or Trump, or the Constitution. He is not getting wealthy off lobbyists (like chip) or trying increase his audience as deace.
Beware of the pious, pompous, sidewinders. Bannon is not the problem. Although, I would burn bridges due to my stubbornness, unwilling to use resources like some here…it is really no more wise to burn bridges that may need to be used as we cross this very dangerous plain…with booby traps. As an old lady, I see some kind of personal issue being represented.

Is there any question that Bannon is a Trumper? We all will never agree on every little thing. But one thing I know for sure……dividing to conquer is a tactic! I don’t believe at this stage of the war….unless proven to be traitors and we see and know them to be as so…that we should be going after MAGA people in our ranks. Yes there are differences that can divide us….if we let them do so. But….the point of all this is to UNITE! Not find the black spot in someone else’s eye and point it out! Every single one of us has a black spot! There are surely enough that really are our enemies that we can go after. And….if there are traitors among us in MAGA…then we need to expose that. But, I don’t believe Steve Bannon is a traitor and stabbing Trump in the back! I found it interesting to see Chip Roy hosting Warroom. The odd thing about it is Chip Roy was never a guest on the show with Bannon. Bannon had Matt Gatz and Eli Crane and many others from Congress but I don’t recall him ever having Chip Roy on his program before. The same goes for Deace. That happened never.
I don’t know why he’s there unless they just needed a host. They’ve got a lot of hours to fill.
It has everything to do with who administers The War Room. They may not hold the same views as SB.
He’s had Chip Roy on several times, but I don’t believe Roy has ever hosted. I think the Warroom needs all the help they can get while Steve serves his prison sentence. And right now, Chip is saying, and I hope doing, the things needed to get Trump reelected. Trump may not have been his first choice, but he’s jumped on the Trump train and we need the help. I don’t particularly care for Roy, but we all need to come together to save this country.
I believe his daughter, Maureen is doing the scheduling.
He has had chip Roy on a bunch of times. He had him on when chip was suggesting a CR I think regarding the border bill the dems were pushing. Bannon disagreed with him. Bannon has on guests not to mean approval, but to expose the audience to information.

She had Keith Ross on (I believe he is also a medical doctor) an intelligence guy who has spent a lot of time in Afghanistan. He relates a story (to his detriment) regarding the Chinese in Afghanistan, the CIA being involved, the level of threat to us here that is coming from there, their ability to falsify passports, get into turkey, then to Mexico or Venezuela, and across our border. Also the border between Afghanistan and China is small, but in its history, there was never anything there, not when Russia was there, not when we were there. Now? China has built a wall.
he also tells an amazing story:
when Bannon was in the White House, he tried to get Ross in to see Trump to debrief him, but every time, his staff made sure Trump was unavailable.
she also had another guy on talking about Venezuela, the threat from their cartels includes the participation of China. This is mind blowing stuff.

I listened to that episode and hoped it would be seen by most of those here. Dr Ross really put himself at risk – assuming he’s the real deal.
Recall that we have been alerted (warned) by SD that the lies/pretending/gaslighting would be beyond anything we’ve ever seen, at this time.
So maybe that episode is part of a psy op, IDK.
I have been correcting my bad habit of trusting everything I read/hear just because I trust the source, that goes for both SD and SB, and so many others.

What makes Bannon sketchy?
Bannon was clearly in a war with Kushner for control over the agenda in Trump’s WH.
Bannon wasn’t content with realizing he wasn’t the guy calling the shots. He obviously wanted to be the head cheese. He wanted to be the shot-caller, and when Trump told him no, what did Bannon do? He didn’t accept that he was just another spoke in the wheel. He decided to try to become the wheel by going to fake news and selling them a tell-all book in order to create hate and discontent. Not only did he sell a tell-all book to the most vile of Leftists, Bannon gave unfettered access to fake news to the rest of the WH. He was trying to force Trump to do his bidding, using fake news as his weapon. That was a mini-coup.
And who’s purpose did that serve? Ours or Bannon’s? Well, it certainly did not serve MAGA’s purpose.
Bannon was not building the wall for MAGA’s benefit. He was building the wall to embarrass Trump. Trump called Bannon out on that, and Bannon has not disputed it. I still donated to the fund, because I really don’t care who builds it, as long as it’s built, but I still saw it for what it was…..just another power play.
Bannon’s endorsing of Good over Trump’s endorsement of McGuire was another power play. Bannon is trying to set himself up as the kingmaker. The stakes are way too high to inject divisiveness into MAGA, ESPECIALLY over two candidates who were very nearly the same in terms of policies. A house divided cannot stand, but does Bannon care about that? Nope. Once again, he proves that his needs to have power are greater than the MAGA agenda.
Beware the man who will do anything — anything at all — to gain power. He is not your friend.
War Room is a talk show that runs basically all day long, six days a week. Its guests range from the quite astute (Jim Rickards, Jack Prosobiec, et. al.) to the also-rans. Its host, Steve Bannon, is currently a political prisoner of the Biden Department of Injustice. Trying to maintain this pace of broadcasting without the leader is daunting. Cut them a little slack. We don’t need a circular firing squad.

There is a part of Bannon that I love… the education I get from the show is amazing…. However, I see your point … several of the Next Man Up Hosts are sketchy. Damn shame.
You would have to know that the opposition (Rinos and others) will take advantage of Bannon while he is incarcerated. I am pretty sure there are some of them that frequent this site and are commenting in the negative. That is their right. But rudeness serves nobody.
I would almost guarantee that there is mischief afoot while he is away and unable to have control of his show. He needs a better rear guard.
We all have opinions and I would hope that we are reasonable people that agree to disagree. I personally cannot listen to Dave Bratt, another substitute. He is a little caustic for my taste. But, I do know he is a good man, and I do try.

The Chip Roy and Deace did not appeal to me so I turned it off.
Steve Deace has been all about the jab. He’s problem with Trump is that he wants Trump to apologize for the jab. Trump has never backed off the jab and has stated it was one of his greatest accomplishments.

You know you can apply the same to those attacking Bannon irrationally, right? From their perspective, since Sundance was right a lot of the times in the past, the thought that this attack on Bannon could be motivated by pure emotion, not facts, is impossible for them to fathom. What if after a while Sundance is proven completely in the wrong about Bannon. Will that make SD “sketchy”? No, that is completely immature. I’d need more proof than that. Because even some of history’s greatest fell prey to envy and other vices at some point in their lives.
This sloppy attack on a guy who has probably no control over who is hosting his show, because he’s in prison, makes it much easier to doubt that this article was written purely out of the desire to tell the truth and only the truth. The more I thought about this in the last 2 days, the more I have become convinced of this possibility.
Sundance, why don’t you go on an host a show? Seriously like to have you on there if they’re looking for hosts.
