The FBI are in charge of the investigation of Thomas Matthew Crooks; that does not inspire any confidence. However, it does explain the seemingly controlled leaking of information to the various media sources in order to keep the eyes of the public exactly where the investigators want them.
In every article and investigative detail that is leaked to media, remember the origination source of that information is coming from the FBI. Top men.
The latest information to leak out includes revelations the FBI is going through 2 cell phones, a laptop and some USB drives belonging to Thomas Crooks. From the same sourcing they are saying that Crooks conducted online surveillance of several public officials for several months [NY Post Article].
In addition, the Wall Street Journal is sharing that Crooks flew a drone over the venue of the Trump rally earlier in the day in order to scope out the best place for attack.
SUMMARY – In addition to bringing explosives, a detonator, a ladder, a range finder, a backpack and an AR15 rifle to the rally, while finding a way to sit atop the counter-sniper position, the 20-year-old without a social media footprint apparently had air superiority.

On July 13, officials said, he returned with a pair of homemade bombs that appeared to be designed to be set off by remote control, as they were fitted with a receiver like the kind used to set off fireworks remotely. Investigators found the rudimentary explosives in Crooks’ car parked close to the grounds, along with a ballistic carrier, or vest, with three, 30-round magazines in it, an indication that he might have wanted to cause greater carnage. The details the FBI are leaking, essentially a narrative they are intentionally constructing every day, is essentially trying to give the appearance of gross incompetence as an explanation for what happened.
We appear to be watching the FBI create and sell a ‘mistakes were made’ narrative every day.

IF indeed he flew one (and we’ve not seen the usual post-event display of evil hardware) it proves the point that the SS Director is full of it. There was no permit needed because (up to 1200′ AGL) it’s uncontrolled airspace. The drone will detect this based on lat/lon and – if restricted – simply won’t take off. I would want to know if anything could have caused the sound of bullets from the same shooter, to change. Such as: Crooks using two different guns; using different types of bullets; heating effects on the gun from firing; position change of the speaker that was on the support that had its hydraulic lines pierced. I would want all such ideas disproven, before I bought into a “second shooter” scenario.
The differing time delays between the bullet shock waves and the muzzle reports prove definitively that there were at least two weapons in different positions. At least two shooters were at different distances to the microphone that recorded their sounds. You can even estimate their relative positions.
Take the difference in the shock snap and gun report times. The shock moved with the bullet at approximately 2600 feet per second (fps). The report traveled at the speed of sound, or about 1100 fps. Now, if the difference was 0.212 seconds, we might calculate (2600-1100)*0.212=318 ft or 106 yds. Accounting for the inaccuracies in these values, this puts this shooter at about the building where the body of Crooks was found. The gap was not 0.212 for both shooters meaning that they were not the same distance to the microphone. I’ll have to run the numbers on the other shooter.
Thank you, I don’t doubt the accuracy of your calculations, or those of Chris Martensen. However the sound being analyzed is from recorded video, source not specified. With live microphones at the podium and big speakers broadcasting. One of those big speakers had its mount hit (hydraulic spray) in the first three bullets, it moved downward and may have been disabled. There were also significant echoes. So I’m also questioning the qualities of the recording.

A post on TRUTH Social a few days ago or so observed / posited that the camera settings of NYT’s photographer that captured a bullet traveling past the head of PDJT were NOT anywhere near ‘normal’ for capturing someone giving a speech in the given light conditions, etc.
To catch an image going that fast, the camera was likely set at “1/8000 shutter speed @ 30 fps in broad daylight”.
It is almost as-if this particular photographer was tipped off or instructed to be prepared to catch the images in fine detail of someone’s head ‘exploding’ like a shot at watermelon or something.

Maybe the photographer just ‘got lucky’ being in the right place at right time at the right angle with the right camera settings, or, something else.
I don’t think the photo is a photo of a bullet. I think it’s a stream of tissue exiting the top of Trump’s ear, and blurred by a rolling shutter in the camera. The tissue would be flying maybe 100-200 miles per second, not 1500-2000 miles per second like a bullet. The shutter could have been set much slower than 1/8000 to capture the moving tissue.
Are those devices being reviewed, or wiped like Hillary’s server? (You know… with a rag)

If they released a recent photo right after the assassination attempt, it was be far easier for the public to recognize him, place him at certain places and with other people.
