It was odd on that first night when Joe Biden announced the FBI would be investigating the assassination attempt of Donald Trump, only a few hours after the failed shooting. How did the people around Biden immediately know something went wrong?
Then things got even more sketchy when police reported the assassin, Thomas Matthew Crooks, was spotted and photographed acting suspiciously 30 minutes before the attempted assassination. Unfortunately, they “lost track” of him.
To the commonsense observer, Crooks had to be wandering around the venue for quite a while. I mean, the scheduled start time for the speech was originally 5:00pm, yet President Trump didn’t get started until an hour later 6pm. Obviously, Thomas Crooks would have been doing something for an hour while he waited. What was it?
The sense of something sketchy increased exponentially with all the subsequent updates about the police backing down from the roof when the assassin pointed his gun at them. Especially when considering the lack of Secret Service removing President Trump from the known kill box, and the crowd yelling at law enforcement while Crooks was getting into position, a mere 400 feet from Trump.
Then we find out that multinational media conglomerate Blackrock, just coincidentally used Thomas Crooks in one of their PR ads. To top off the suspicious nature of the networks, Blackrock executives are literally in the White House guiding Joe Biden (see the Donilon family). However, even Suspicious Cat could not make up what comes next.
According to the latest CBS report, Thomas Crooks was spotted by a three-man sniper security detail.
Crooks was seen using a range finder to view the stage where President Trump was soon to arrive. Then Crooks climbed onto the building that was housing the security detail and it was from that position he fired nine shots at President Trump, taking off part of his right ear.
Folks, we are not suspicious enough about this entire set of events.
VIA CBS – There were three snipers stationed inside the building the shooter used during Saturday’s shooting of former President Donald Trump, a local law enforcement officer with direct knowledge of the incident tells CBS News.
The operations plan had them stationed inside the building looking out windows toward the Trump rally. The information about the three snipers being inside the building was first reported by BeaverCountian.com.
One of the snipers inside saw Thomas Matthew Crooks outside and looking up at the roof, observing the building and disappearing, a local law enforcement officer tells CBS News.
Crooks came back, sat down and looked at his phone. At that point, one of the snipers took a picture of him. Crooks took out a rangefinder and the sniper radioed to the command post. Crooks disappeared again and then came back a third time with a backpack. The snipers called in with information that he had a backpack and said he was walking towards the back of the building.
Officers believe that Crooks might have used an air conditioning unit to get on top of the roof.
By the time other officers came for backup, he had climbed on top of the building and was positioned above and behind the snipers inside the building, the officer said. (read more)

When justifying why the Counter Snipers were not positioned on the roof, Secret Service Director Kimberly Cheatle said Secret Service officials planning security for Trump’s rally considered the warehouse 147 yards away from where Trump spoke to be a risky position for stationing an agent.
Apparently, the Secret Service agent in charged deemed the roof slope too much of a safety hazard to transverse. [LINK HERE]
The roof atop the security counter-snipers was deemed too sloped for safe positioning. The roof behind President Trump was not.
We are not being suspicious enough.

I think under these circumstances, when you have set up a clear perch within 130 yds from an elevated position, firing on a stationary target, and you have the “security” out of the way, that its worth taking a gamble that the conditioned kid with a capable rifle can pull it off, at least long enough to get one good shot off, which is all it takes.
All prior conditioning was done via digital, internet, apps, etc…. communication, so they could erase all evidence of communication with him, which is why he now has no social media signature.

I believe they were in bleachers that were perpendicular to the stage. Those victims were to Trump’s left.
Yes. The video I saw of the man (Corey?) who was removed from the top of the bleachers was off the stage to the left of the president along the edge where the SUV removed Trump. That matches with the shot that also blew the hydraulic line of the tractor that was holding the speaker behind those bleachers.
I’m not a great gauger of distance from a camera angle, but if I had to guess, I’d say that was at least a good 40-50ft away from Trump, if not more.
Really weird for them to be hit by a single sniper who should have been aiming at the stage.

2. We are stuck thinking that there were only two options, shoot the guy/ don’t shoot. They didn’t shoot him because they didn’t know he was bad. They let him walk around with a backpack and range finder because they didn’t know he was bad. They had to let him shoot first, etc. No, those are not the only options. How about walking up to the guy and talk to him? Get his ID, search his backpack. He would probably have turned around and left if police started to talk to him, and the whole thing wouldn’t have happened.

the shots seem to have a compound quality, a high crack is the initial sound and then a lower-pitched, more muffled reflection off a hard surface

My impression is that the first 3 shots are the sniper and the last ones are counter-sniper return fire because they’re so rapid-fire that they might indicate a professional shooter
But on the other hand, one might expect just a single shot from a counter sniper

If we could get a visual representation of the path the inbound rounds took to reach the patriots in the bleachers (not President Trump), we might be able to more accurately determine their origin.

my speculation is that all the “inbound paths” would lead to the sniper’s location and be roughly indistinguishable from each other because they all were due to very minimal “slight pull to the left” in his shooting mechanics

I was watching on my 55 inch screen with the sound fairly loud. I counted 8 shots. I started counting with the first. I knew it was a gun. (shooter all my life) I’m also ocd on counting. I know it’s weird to be ocd over counting things but its better than washing my hands over and over.

Well, the “crack” as it’s called, is the sound of the bullet breaking the sound barrier as it passes the microphone. That is a completely different sound & distinctive from the weapon report. You will hear the “crack” first then the report. Sometimes it is mistaken for two shots but it is just one.
My hearing is probably not good enough any longer to tell how many there are but I believe I am correct in saying the last gunshot heard, (not a “crack”) is that of the USSS Counter Sniper Team’s suppressed .308 or 300 WinMag firing.

Yet the second paragraph, which 95% of people who see the headline will never read, completely discredits the stated premise of the article.
If you go on to read the whole story, it subtly blames Trump because of the Soleimani killing. So Trump is responsible for being shot by an assassin because of an Iranian plot which has no connection to the shooting. Unbelievable.
By the way… when a person is shot he or she is not “injured”, that person is wounded.

Too many Americans saw what was going on either in person or on live tv. The breaches in security were staring all of us in the face as we watched the assassination attempt unfold. 9 shots? That’s unbelievable that a supposedly pretty much inexperienced shooter could get that many shots before getting return fire, Unless I am misunderstanding the weapon he was using.
The most unbelievable thing is he wandered around before the event started with little to no worry apparently, about being seen or stopped! He knew people saw him yet he just meandered about his business in plain sight most of the time. I can’t even fathom how that was allowed to happen AND HE WAS BEING OBSERVED BY SECURITY no less.

First the story was the regular SS detail for President Trump was exhausted from overwork due to trying to keep up with President Trump’s pace. So, for the Saturday rally the only regular SS person on President Trump’s detail was the lead man and everyone else was a temp for the day.
Now they’re trying to get us to believe an Iranian threat had SS beef up President Trump’s detail weeks prior.
These two stories don’t fit together at all.

I think the kid had been MKUltra’d. Mind-controlled by the CIA and set-up to take the kill shot, knowing full well he’d be “neutralized” into oblivion as soon as he’d taken the shot. All of the kid’s phone contacts with his CIA handler will be mysteriously “disappeared” during the FBI’s “analysis” of his phone. They will of course find nothing meaningful. They will never be able to determine a motive. Sorry folks, we just can’t figure this one out.
Think about this kid’s thoughts and actions if he was truly acting alone. Completely alone.
I’ve seen a report that he bought ammunition for his rifle and a short, 5′ or 6′ step-ladder the morning of the shooting in his home town, which was about an hour’s drive south of the rally site. Let’s say that he had heard about the upcoming rally, and he drove up there one day to scope out the site. His plan was to shoot Trump from somewhere off-site, behind the fence that separated that area from the rally, maybe behind or within one of the trees that was along the fence line. He certainly couldn’t try to go directly into the rally — not while carrying his rifle.
So he’s got a general idea of his plan. He buys the short ladder to try to make it work. He drives up there with plenty of time to spare. When he arrives (no-one has yet said where he parked his vehicle in relation to the rest of the layout), he first walks over to the general area to scope it out. He is seen by a county LEO from the sniper team eventually stationed inside the building and is considered suspicious because he is clearly scoping the place out.
While the kid is checking out the little, partially-hidden alcove area between the two buildings, he discovers to his amazement the 10′ -12′ ladder miraculously situated right at the far end of the alcove which will give him access to the roof. This is obviously his lucky day. He decides he’ll use that ladder — not the one he bought — and he’ll just take his shot from the roof.
So he goes back to his car and gets his range/distance finder, and goes back to the area a few minutes later. The LEO from the sniper team sees him again, this time using the range finder, and takes his picture. This is highly suspicious. Then the LEO “calls it in”, but lo and behold, nothing happens.
The kid goes back to his vehicle a second time, to get his rifle and ammo. What is he carrying the rifle in? We haven’t been told that yet. But one thing is for sure: AK-type rifles don’t fit in little standard back packs, they’re way too big. So he’s either: 1) carrying the rifle out in the open (not likely), 2) carrying it in a typical, long-barreled gun case (not likely, because they look like there’s a gun inside), or 3) carrying it inside some sort of longish duffel bag, to try to hide it, but still suspicious as hell. Remember, the kid’s acting totally alone, with no help whatsoever.
And then the most amazing series of fortuitous events happens for this little simple-minded lone wolf. He walks from his vehicle to the general shooting area WITH HIS RIFLE IN THE DUFFEL BAG, nobody says a word to him, no police officer stops him, and the LEO who saw him before, and who took his picture and called it in, is now nowhere to be seen, probably having taken up his position INSIDE the building.
But while the assassin is making his way up the pre-positioned ladder at the end of the alcove between the buildings, and belly-crawling his way up to the peak of the barely-sloping roof, WITH HIS RIFLE NOW IN PLAIN SIGHT to those standing below, he can hear the other attendees who have spotted him, yelling and screaming their heads off that THERE’S A GUY UP ON THE ROOF (pointing) WITH A GUN!!!!, but whaddaya know, nothing happens.
The assassin peaks his head over the ridge of the roof, and he can see Trump clear as day, within 150 yards. At this point, he’s got the rifle by his side. It can’t be seen by the SS sniper team perched on the barn roof behind Trump, who now are looking directly at him. But do they “call it in?” Nope. They just keep looking at the kid’s head peaking over the roof ridge. Maybe they think he’s just been very clever to find a good viewing location to watch Trump’s speech. And the kid’s looking back at the sniper team thinking, wow, this is truly my lucky day. They’re not doing anything.
Then the kid hears a sound behind him, down the slope of the roof, and he turns and sees a cop at the top of the ladder, a very timid and cowardly cop (what luck!), so the kid raises up a bit, grabs his rifle (it’s probably pointing up-slope at this time), and he spins and points the rifle at the cop, who high-tails it down the ladder immediately.
I believe it was this very movement — pointing the rifle at the cop — that caught the SS sniper team on the barn roof off guard, and to seemingly become so shocked. WTF!?!? The kid’s got a rifle!!! Who knew??? The SS sniper should have neutralized the kid immediately, but as we all know they waited and collected their thoughts.
The diagram above does not show it, but I have seen other diagrams that show a second counter-attack team of SS snipers on the other barn roof over Trump’s left shoulder (closest to the oval show ring). I’m guessing it was THOSE guys that eventually took out the kid.
But not before he got off 8 or 9 shots.

Impossible. Absolutely impossible.
Certainly a likely place for a friendly. Perhaps other friendly snipers were briefed that this would be a friendly sniper location. Perhaps the reason for the ladder. Except the friendly snipers stayed in the building and permitted Crooks to execute the plan. Also the initial hesitancy of friendly snipers to take Crooks out. No friendly sniper will divulge protocol for fear of losing job or life.
