As things in Washington DC unfold, it is easy to lose sight of the forest due to the trees. A few obvious big picture items:
♦ First, why is Volodymyr Zelenskyy attending a NATO summit? Ukraine is not a part of NATO.
♦ Second, do not overlook the big picture.
While a NATO summit is happening in DC, Joe Biden is under the most intense political attack in his tenure, from his own administration. This does not happen without the approval of the deepest elements within the Deep State apparatus, the Intelligence Community.
There is no way the entirety of the system, which in this case is specifically the U.S. State Department and Intelligence Community, would normally be launching a full-frontal assault on the office of the presidency while international leaders are here.
This just isn’t done and represents a historic inflection point. So, we must ask what’s the background, motive and intent?
The obvious answer is that removing Joe Biden is seen as the best option for the DoS/IC. This perspective highlights the non-pretending reality that these institutions regard the November election as lost if Joe Biden remains their candidate.
The IC and Dept of State cannot have Donald Trump take control of their operation, especially since the recent Supreme Court ruling that affirmed a majority opinion using strong language consistent with the Unitary Executive theory of the Constitution.
The Supreme Court said, the President is “a person alone who comprises a branch of government.” [pdf, page 38] In essence, the president *IS* the Executive Branch, and all of the other various bureaucratic agents and agencies within it are under his unilateral “official act” control.
From my perspective, research and years of being in/around the silos which make up the intelligence apparatus, this Supreme Court ruling is THE MOTIVE behind their urgency to get rid of Joe Biden; not, I repeat NOT, the underlying dementia and cognitive incapacity of their president.
The IC doesn’t fear Biden’s mental health issue except for the fact that it now puts a stronger likelihood on President Trump taking back the office of the presidency. That office was just declared officially recognized by SCOTUS with the power and authority to deconstruct the IC. That’s the bigger issue, not Biden per se’.
To the extent that Joe Biden will lose the November election, in combination with the Supreme Court ruling, that confluence became the five-alarm fire that triggered the intense urgency of the IC to take immediate and aggressive action with extreme prejudice.
Watching every silo within those agencies now come out in support of Biden’s removal, which we see in the attacks during the NATO summit, while simultaneously the pretending politicians in the legislative branch are shouting “our democracy,” is a level of something well beyond hypocrisy.
Millions of Democrat voters have spoken, Biden is their candidate. However, when faced with their own demise, the apparatus of the government he represents now says, ‘WHOAH, WAIT A MINUTE, this is not okay for us.’ Now, this “our democracy” mask drops very publicly and the elements within the deepest part of the very dark Deep State say “no,” and reveal their true face.
The 6-3 opinion held that the President is “a person alone who comprises a branch of government.” This is important to understand. The Executive Branch is the President.

Let’s repeat: If it’s a core power, the exercise of the core power cannot be grounds for impeachment (*except if done in connection with taking a bribe).
In his first term, there was the threat that if President Trump fired . . .

Fauci
That he would be prosecuted for obstruction of justice or impeached.
That threat is forever off the table now.
He can fire anyone he likes in the executive branch. The straightjacket is gone.
On that point, further, the majority opinion uses strong language consistent with the Unitary Executive theory of the Constitution. The President is “a person alone who comprises a branch of government.”
While there are areas of shared constitutional responsibility, the core powers of the Executive Branch, including personnel, are the President’s alone.
Boom.
While impeachment is a political process within the Legislative Branch, and the Supreme Court is extremely hesitant to overstep their role therein, the High Court did put this sentiment clearly into the opinion about immunity: …“The President is not above the law. But Congress may not criminalize the President’s conduct in carrying out the responsibilities of the Executive Branch under the Constitution.”…
Congress may not criminalize the conduct of the President simply for carrying out his core executive branch duties.
Removal of Executive Branch officials is a core duty, an official act, carrying absolute immunity.
That newly affirmed reality is exactly why the Intelligence Community and the Lawfare crowd are very alarmed.
Then think about the scale of how everyone has jumped into action to cover up everything that happened during the tenure of Barack Obama and the targeting of Donald Trump. Think about the DOJ and FBI conduct, the Intelligence Community effort, the CIA, the DNI, everything that everyone did -in both political parties- in order to bury the reality of what took place using “their democracy.”
And now, the Supreme Court says that Godzilla Trump has full power of the executive branch, and the strongest likelihood is that Godzilla is going to arrive in November.
The DC Deep State is attacking Joe Biden during his NATO summit, and that summit is being held in Washington DC.
Put all of that together and you reach one fully contextualized scale of conclusion,

In my most humble opinion as a lay pastor of a small rural church, the United States of America is already under God’s Judgement and has been for decades. The repeated use of “and God gave them over” in Romans ch1 is God’s Judgment upon a people/nation/state, and we have been given over as a country (of course, He still offers Salvation to individuals).
Anyway, not to get to far off track, maybe He is giving us one more small chance as a nation, or maybe it is just one more brick in a wall that is ready to fall on us. IDK and my only advice is, as the Word tells us, to “seek the Lord while He may be found”.
I think the Lord gave each individual state a chance to avoid a judgement when Roe vs. Wade went to the states. We are Constitutionally a Republic of 50 States, not one monolithic entity.
I think we encountered a similar testing during the War Between the States. That did not end well for the South.
This upcoming election might be one last chance for His people to repent and get right with Him, and also for spreading the Gospel, and then to prepare for judgement to begin on the USA as a whole.
First we prayed that God would expose the corruption, now we are praying that he will bring them down. Personally, I pray he gives Joe a repentant heart. He did it for Mannasseh. Best case he would confess the cheat and concede the 2020 election.

I hope Joe Biden does not resign as President. The logical response to “save democracy” would be for Congressional Democrats to invoke article 25. I believe Presidents have always had the power to declassify.
He already has that. Classified documents are prepared for the Chief Executive, not for some nebulous bureaucracy or bureaucrat.
As SD has written, many times, YES the CIC has authority to declassify anything.
BUT the IC does not have to follow that authority.
All the CIC can do is fire people who won’t follow his direction.
New appointees MUST pass senate confirmation.

Well, not “clubs” per se, as I understand the concept but associations I think is a better term. But changing the “club rules” generally requires approval of a convention of delegates.
As regards the election, states determine how electors are appointed. Generally they have the concept of “recognized party” and the parties are allowed to submit slates of electors and alternates. The “name” that appears on a ballot is a convenience, but there has also been a move in states to clamp down on “faithless electors” by requiring party electors to vote for the party nominee.
There is of course the practical question of when ballots have to be printed.
So the question of what happens with a late “change of batter” would need to be researched state-by-state (plus DC).
…because we do not have time to print all of the ballots during this unprecedented and unforeseen event, voters will be required to vote electronically in order to “Save Democracy”.

Harris was a Legal Education Opportunity Program (“LEOP”) student, while at Hastings. The LEOP program was originated at Hastings in 1969. It was designed to let underpriviliged and/or underrepresented students into the school with lower Law School Aptitude Test scores and lower grades. Around 8-9% of my classmates were LEOP students.
By the middle of the fall of my first year in 1989, the LEOP students were easily identified.
In 1989 Hastings was 19th in ranking of law schools and second only to Harvard in class size. We ran a little over 400 students in a class and Harvard runs about 600+ per class.

Joe Biden has to go because a Biden win in a free and fair election isn’t plausible. A win by Joe Biden can only happen through massive, blatant, in-your-face election fraud. Thus the election fraud would be exposed simply by the occurrence of a Biden ‘win’.
