For State of Union they just gave him a couple speed drugs. Trouble with that is BIden came out enraged and yelling, etc. Too much speed does that.
So this time they gave him 2 speed drug cocktail and a small sedative to calm him a little.
Speed drugs have a short half lake about 1 hour 50% gone and down to 25% after a short while. Athletes know this and only use speed short bursts.
You could tell his speed was declining near the end and especially in his final statement.
The sedative will now take over (sedatives have much longer drug half life.) and he will be asleep shortly after leaving.
Half Life = time it takes for the effective quantity to reduce by 50%. After 2 half lives you are down to 25%, etc.
Speed drug half life = 1 hour. So he was just barely hanging on at the end.
Sedative half life = 4-6 hours.

It was amazing how many times the moderators stepped in and allowed Biden added time to respond to a Trump statement (they were not doing that for Trump). Also, more than ones Biden cut in on Trump and was allowed to step on Trump’s time (something we were guaranteed could not happen due to how the microphones were supposed to work).
It is bad when the rigged debate could not even be rigged enough to keep it semi-close.
