Merchan is an “acting” judge. So, how did he get assigned 3 Trump related cases?

Even IF he were one of the 24 actual judges, the probability of him being assigned to 3 distinct Trump related cases would be 1/24 x 1/24 x 1/24 = 1/13,824.
Statistically, there is NO Rational WAY that Merchan was legitimately assigned to the Trump cases, all 3 of them.

Normally, a lawyer wouldn’t draw attention to a lawsuit he hasn’t filed yet. Normally, public interest in the dispute and the strength of the pleadings determine what attention it garners.
However, what if I told you that the media never covered an attorney’s petition to challenge the constitutionality of Trump’s gag order because the Appellate Court clerk illegally sealed the proceeding from public access? (If a tree falls in the woods?)
Thus, in order to prevent the Court clerk from sweeping my Article 78 Petition under the rug, I’ll need to borrow a page from the lawfare playbook and file as LOUDLY as possible.
