Congress does not have the authority to tell States how to run their elections; that authority was left specifically by the Constitution to the State legislatures.
That’s also why the U.S. Supreme Court goes out of its way to avoid accepting cases of voting and elections onto their docket – States issues with very rare, and tiny exceptions is how the Supreme Court justices approach anything to do with elections.
When SCOTUS has members appointed by POTUSs who stole their elections, I can see the conflict of interest, their very personal interest.
Congress has the authority and duty to demand Honest Elections in Michigan and everywhere under
Article IV Section 4:
The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion;
You cannot have a Republican Form of Government without Honest Elections.

Kennedy had lots of $$$ to spend on TV advertising. As usual, the (R) candidate in NY does not get diddly-squat from the (R) establishment for a successful campaign, even when there is a vulnerable (D) candidate on the ballot.

He has told this story many times: During his first campaign for POTUS, reporters asked him why he was always talking about the border and immigration.
He responded by telling them that when he was traveling the country, trying to get a feel for if he should or should not run, he often asked Americans what issues were on their minds. He said he was very surprised to learn how often they listed as number 1 or 2 “The border. Illegal immigration.”
He added that while he knew it was sometimes a problem, he “had no idea that the country was letting in as many people illegally as it was, and he had no idea how much it was impacting the lives of ordinary Americans.”
Imagine that! A presidential candidate admitting to the world that he was unaware of the “YUGE PROBLEM” that it was. And admitting that the citizens were educating HIM on such an issue rather than the other way around!
Yes, that IS an unusual admission and one that shows why it is so many of us respect and trust him.
I figure Donald J. Trump would be happy to listen to me and other Americans for two reasons: 1) he wants to know what we think and 2) he wants to win office.
I want him to win. History shows that sometimes he gets undisciplined in front of adoring crowds that love his humor.

Michigan Senate passes bill changing the challenging of election fraud.

I haven’t reviewed this Michigan State law,…but.
In order to shift the country, State by State, from old style elections to the machines every State legislature had to completely change their States existing election laws.
Lobbyists provided them with the legislation, of coarse and within the legislative package were a whole lot of re-writes having nothing to do witj machines, that focused instead on “Election challenges” and while the lobbyists had rationales for these restrictions, collectively they made a legal election challenge very difficult to mount, the extra requirement of ‘standings’ being just one example, tight time limits, burden of proof, provision for extreme sanctions for bringing the case, etc.
Its the nuts and bolts of WHY so few of the 2020 election challenge cases survived to actually being heard, and K.L.’s legal team performed miracles, to get past the roadblocks.
Point is, we NEARLY have a situation in which its impossible to challenge elections now, and michigan is finally closing an almost closed door.
Runt signed such a law reinforcing flawed elections in Florida.
