I don’t understand what authority any federal judge has to overrule the privileges given to the President of the United States by the Constitution?
It is so maddening that our courts are allowing this to happen.
There are three primary things in Federal Law that states have to insure in managing a Federal Election process: Voters must be a U.S. Citizen, Voters must be 18 yrs old or older, Voters must vote in the precinct where registered or live.
There is no way that a state, like GA, can even show/prove that they complied with Federal Law in 2020. The courts resist or ignore evidence that will show that a state election process was flawed or corrupt in terms of following the law. If they don’t follow the law then why have laws.
Even the Supreme Court would not hear the case that Texas brought about another state not following Federal Election Law because they did not have standing, not harmed. How could they possibly not have standing to bring the suit-GA now has two D Senators which formerly had two R Senators and changed the balance of power in the Senate.
To me, the Supreme Court owns a lot of the Voter Integrity issues we have today because, it seems, they could care less if states follow a federal Election Laws.
