Technically the president could federalize an entire state’s guard force……..that would take a helluva lot of political will and a state could still refuse and direct their guard to stay leaving the only option to the fed of “come make us.”. If a state refuses to federalize its guard then the only thing the federal government/DOD can do is withdraw all federal funds to that state’s national guard.
Texas can still call upon its non guard militia which is everyone under 45 physically able to carry arms to repel invasion.
There is also a Texas State Guard which cannot be Federalized.

Too many seem overly concerned about a civil war and not about the color revolution being forced upon us already since 2020 and before.

The key is how many stand up in support of that refusal. President Trump has been facing down the lynch mob all alone and its time for that to stop. Perhaps Now is that time.

We need to declare English the official Government language. We provide interpreters for welfare recipients and translations in nine different languages in my State alone. We need to end birthright citizenship.
The United States Citizenship & Immigration Services (USCIS) made it so everyone coming over the border is eligible for Cash, Food, Medical and Housing assistance the minute they walk into the Country. Normally, legal immigrants are not eligible for benefits for the first five years they are in the Country. With the exception of refugees. However, the feds have made it so all refugees, asylum seekers and victims of trafficking are eligible immediately. And everyone crossing the border right now is given one of those three statuses, just so they can get welfare.
In my opinion the last true refugees we had were Cambodians. They were required to learn English to receive benefits which allowed them to assimilate more easily AND get jobs to support their families.
I stand with Texas. My state of Delaware ( blue state unfortunately) not so much. I am going to email our Governor Carney(dem) to see what he says about Texas right to stop this invasion
