The Biden administration has designated Alejandro Eduardo Giammattei Falla, former president of Guatemala, as generally ineligible for entry into the United States. The justification surrounds accusations of “corruption“; however, Giammattei Falla previously opposed the Biden administration and organized a boycott of Biden’s Latin America Summit in 2022 {link}.
The Guatemala president was targeted by the Biden State Dept for removal, and the recent election effort in Guatemala did exactly that. The U.S. State Dept recently celebrated the election outcome and the installation of far-left socialists Bernardo Arévalo and Karin Herrera as President and Vice President {link}. Two days later, they designate Giammattei Falla persona non grata {link}.
Following the snub of Biden at the 2022 Latin America Summit in Los Angeles, literally the next month, there was an odd assassination attempt on President Giammattei Falla {link}. We said at the time it smelled like a Kashoggi situation, “At first blush I’m inclined to see Jose Ruben Zamora as the Latin version of Jamal Khashoggi; which is to say, he glows CIA.” {link}
The State Dept action today would be another datapoint in the affirmative to that suspicion.
STATE DEPT – The State Department is designating Alejandro Eduardo Giammattei Falla, former president of Guatemala, as generally ineligible for entry into the United States due to his involvement in significant corruption. The State Department has credible information indicating that Giammattei accepted bribes in exchange for the performance of his public functions during his tenure as president of Guatemala, actions that undermined the rule of law and government transparency.
The United States has made clear that it stands with Guatemalans who seek accountability for corrupt actors. Over the past three years, we have taken steps to impose visa restrictions or sanctions on nearly 400 individuals, including public officials, private sector representatives, and their family members for engaging in corrupt activities or undermining democracy or the rule of law in Guatemala. Corruption weakens the rule of law and democratic institutions, enables impunity, fuels irregular migration, hampers economic prosperity, and curtails the ability of governments to respond effectively to their people’s needs.
The United States remains committed to strengthening transparency and governance in Guatemala and throughout the Western Hemisphere and we will continue to use all available tools to promote accountability for those who undermine it. (read more)
It sucks to notice that our U.S. government are the bad guys. However, our U.S. government are the bad guys.
No bueno!!
Heaven help us turn away from the evil that dominates our corrupt government.
”The State Department has credible information indicating that Giammattei accepted bribes in exchange for the performance of his public functions during his tenure as president of Guatemala”
Funny, the State Department also has credible information indicating that the current US President used bribes in exchange for public performances of the Ukrainian Government during his tenure as Vice President of The United States. Unfortunately, they’re not quite willing to admit that just yet. They will however, accuse others of doing exactly what it is they are doing.
Yeah, and they had”credible information” that indicated WMDs in Iran, too. 🙄
Crédible information……his CIA employee file.
Read my mind

Why NO FARA Case Against Bidens?
When it comes to the feds, they are corrupt. They are all bad. Every last one of them. It makes me sick
Rule #1: Always accuse your opponent of what it is you are.
He could just walk across the border and they would give him a ride…
exactly
Why would he want to come here?
After previously crossing the U.S. border twice,
Biden directed security agents to tell the former President…
No Tres Passing 🙂
He must remember to throw away his passport before entering.
free phone 5000. gift card. medical care ,free college, trans surgery. free abortion, can steal whatever he wants in california …. hmmmm im sre theres more , oh yeah free lodging !!!
Leeches come here. People who actually want to work, better themselves and their families, not be dependent on a government, etc. are going elsewhere.
And a work permit.
As Miya points out above, they have no need for work, just take the handouts and leech & loaf.
Well, if anyone would be able to spot a President taking bribes, it would be the Biden regime…
If Giammattei wants to get into the country, he can just walk across the border like everyone else.
I think it’s awesome that they finally found someone they would deny entry to. Now just extend that to the other 50,000 people peer day crossing.
We the People must get rid of our Haman and Amon shadow kings in the back woods of our government. The U.S. is becoming an evil empire
generally ineligible for entry into the United States due to his involvement in significant corruption.
Use this standard to exile about 75% of the Uniparty and their minions.
Too bad we cannot just exile them off of Earth altogether. They are a plague upon all of humanity.
And Jake Sullivan has the audacity to blatantly lie to the WEF, “Through a combination of steady deterrence and steadfast diplomacy, we seek to stop the spread of conflict and to create the conditions for de-escalation.”
Like that peace agreement between Ukraine and Russia that you all scuttled?
Yeah, we are afflicted with evil and terminally stupid faux leaders.
lying to liars
The white house embarrassment accusing anyone of corruption is a pathetic joke. The imbecile has set a standard of corruption that will never be matched.
Oh, it will be matched and exceeded.
The justification surrounds accusations of “corruption“
Ah, how Ironic, coming from the biden administration.
I guess they can see it very well since they are immersed in it.
That’s just rich.
The irony just drips.
Why would this guy even want to come into this country corrupted by the Biden administration?
Wind up Bidet, let him stumble around in the snow, fall down and freeze his ass until he turns into a human icicle, then drop an anvil…….LOL. Wile E Coyote style
Based on the State Department’s criteria, President Obiden should not be allowed into our country either.
We might have a really good use for Alcatraz, Gitmo, and wherever. Ooh, and maybe we could take Epstein’s island and build a huge prison there. Most would feel so at home there, I’m sure.
Church Committee . . . ah, me.
Speaking of our Bad Guy US Government, I have this one statement to make:
“As a result of your stubbornness and your unrepentant heart, you are storing up wrath for yourself on the day of wrath, when God will reveal his righteous judgment.” EHV Bible, Romans 2:5.
Meanwhile, we pray that these fools turn from their wicked ways —
For an old man, Bidet seems very kindergarten-like in so many ways!
if he can get to Mexico, someone can show him a hole in the wall where he can enter and claim asylum
lol
How The West Was
WonLost…through pride, avarice, and just plain evil.“It sucks to notice that our U.S. government are the bad guys.”
Yes, it does, but yes, they are.
He is lucky to be alive.
No worries, just swim over the Rio Grande.
The level of corruption that the U.S. government is involved in is truly astonishing.
The U.S. government most certainly does not care one iota about the nation or its people.
Defenders of Democracy, a bastion of freedoms.
Geesh! What a farce.
Dangerous too…the U.S. will not be the “ Big Dog” for much longer.
Unless President Trump “can blow”up D.C.
Cheers!
If he identified as a Hamas terrorist, they’d let him waltz on in, vote for the next 200 years, and give him $20,000 cash to help kill Jews and other White oppressors.
Biden is a petty bastard.
And that’s on a good day.
Oh, just get a a coyote and come across the border anyway. Biden won’t mind.
And collect $3000 and a free phone.
Other countries could use the exact same ‘corruption’ reason to bar Biden from entry.
The state department/CIA is behind at least 3 colour revolutions this year – successful in Guatemala and Poland (now arresting opposition politicians) and ongoing in Israel. Netanyahu’s downfall being delayed because of October 7.
A lot of us came to the conclusion that the US government were the bad guys all the way back in the 1960s. Didn’t anyone notice that McNamara went from head of Ford Motor Company to Secretary of Defense to the World Bank? He created the template for the forever war that ends in a humiliating US withdrawal. Rinse, repeat, and keep the MIC happy.
Was not McNamara on of the Ivy League best and brightest that JFK promised? I’m not sure this played out quite like JFK thought it would.
I grew up believing that German society in the 1930’s had become so inherently evil that there were no good Germans to have allowed those atrocities to be committed in the following decade. Rotten Krauts, the whole lot of them.
Now I know there were Germans, just like us, who saw, spoke out, and tried to stop the decline into evil. But failed. Many who did suffered as a result, were imprisoned or killed. Most chose to focus on their own families and lives, duck and stay out of the line of fire of an evil regime. Some became a part of an internal resistance, knowing that if they were caught they’d be executed.
But they failed. The utterly failed to stop what they saw coming. If not for foreign invasion widespread destruction and death and defeat they’d have been stuck under the boot of murderous evil.
There will be no foreign invasion and defeat of the US that will save us from widespread destruction and death – at the hands of our own government. Which means we have to find a way to succeed where the 1930’s Germans failed. And my understanding of our predicament informs me that our best strategy is in the numbers of the majority of the people who will otherwise choose to duck and stay out of the line of fire of the regime, focusing on protecting their own families and lives. We must succeed in rallying many more of them to the cause of freedom than the Germans were able to. We must help them connect emotionally to the righteousness of our cause, that the risks of inaction are greater than acting. That freedom is worth protecting, no matter the price, even our lives and sacred honor.
As much as I pray and hope that DJT can help MAGA, he cannot do it without more of us. And more of us who are willing to fight for freedom, no matter the price. Because that’s the only way we and DJT will be successful. He can’t succeed without us. How many friends, family, neighbors, strangers have you struck up a conversation with this week about freedom and how valuable it is, and how perilously close we are to losing it?
True dat , been the bad guy’s for a long time..
Need to start putting black hats on every one of them.
“It sucks to notice that our U.S. government are the bad guys. However, our U.S. government are the bad guys.”
Yes, it does suck to know that our U.S. government is filled with bad guys, especially at the top ranks.
There is a golden lining to this realization however. If you don’t know who is the enemy, you cannot fight them.
We now know one of the biggest enemies of we the people is the Senior Executive Service (SES). The SES must be disbanded, along with pretty much all the other federal 3 letter agencies.
^^^^^
If he was the only Central American leader that was corrupt, he would be an anomaly indeed.
“It sucks to notice that our U.S. government are the bad guys. However, our U.S. government are the bad guys.”
This bears repeating because it is so true.
Boy, that’s rich…the US denying him entry because of corruption.🙄 Accuse others of exactly what you are doing. Total clown world in action.
Unfortunately, I see no evidence that Trump is aware of the evil side of the US foreign policy.
Apparently you have not listend to what he has said, publicly and repeatedly.
The hypocrisy of who they will let in is nonsensical
The Biden administration defining their version of democracy once again…
“ The State Department has credible information indicating that Giammattei accepted bribes in exchange for the performance of his public functions during his tenure as president”.
What? This sounds like they are describing Joe. Or Obummer. Funny that.
Weaponization of the Executive Branch has no geographic boundaries.
In a sane world it would read like this:
“Guatemala is designating Joseph R. Biden, President of the United States, as generally ineligible for entry into Guatemala due to his involvement in significant corruption. Guatemala has credible information indicating that Biden accepted bribes in exchange for the performance of his public functions during his tenure as president of the United States, actions that undermined the rule of law and government transparency.
Guatemala has made clear that it stands with Americans who seek accountability for corrupt actors. Over the past three years, we have taken steps to impose visa restrictions or sanctions on nearly 400 individuals, including public officials, private sector representatives, and their family members for engaging in corrupt activities or undermining democracy or the rule of law in America. Corruption weakens the rule of law and democratic institutions, enables impunity, fuels irregular migration, hampers economic prosperity, and curtails the ability of governments to respond effectively to their people’s needs.
Guatemala remains committed to strengthening transparency and governance in America and throughout the Western Hemisphere and we will continue to use all available tools to promote accountability for those who undermine it. “
I read this and initially think, no problem for Falla…..if you want to get into the US, just walk across the border like everyone else.
Hmmm…..if the US can deny an ex-Pres entry to the US maybe other countries might maybe, just maybe, deny entry to an ex-Pres of the US who might also be accused of corruption, say like being guilty of fraud and sexual assault?
This sure sounds familiar.” engaging in corrupt activities or undermining democracy or the rule of law in Guatemala. Corruption weakens the rule of law and democratic institutions, enables impunity, fuels irregular migration, hampers economic prosperity, and curtails the ability of governments to respond effectively to their people’s needs.” When will the U.S. seek accountability for weakening the rule of law. As usual blaming everyone else for what they are doing.
So………out of MILLIONS of Guatemalans, the idiots in the federal government are keeping at least ONE of them from entering the US?
Fa-boo, morons!
Really. Pot, meet Kettle.
If that’s the standard, how does Biden get back in?
So now the US condemns bribe-taking by a President. With a straight face.
Ain’t nothing changed in over a hundred years in the old banana republics.
Haven’t kept up with current events in my old stomping grounds. Thanks for the update.
“The Banana Coup.”
Let it be promulgated far and wide: Joe Biden hates corrupt government people everywhere except Washington, DC. If someone were to purchase some of Humter’s “Art,” all might be forgiven though.
