Doesn’t this new Iowa system allow a person to vote both in the GOP caucus…if he/she attends and is already a regiatered Republican or changes his/her registration to Republican from whatever the night of the caucus AND then allow them later, if they are a registered Dem in Iowa to simply send in their mail-in ballot for the Dem Party?
Why should I think that a bunch of Dem organizers are not as we speak still collecting Iowa citizens to attend a GOP caucus and vote for a candidate other than Trump?
