Higgins, a Louisiana Republican, has been a vocal proponent of the theory that federal agencies planted people at the scene and provoked the riot as an excuse to arrest conservatives.
Speaking to Lara Logan, a former CBS News correspondent turned right-wing commentator, Higgins, a former law enforcement officer himself, advanced his theories, claiming the FBI is tracking Trump supporters who were in Washington over the days leading up to the Capitol Riots and treated as suspected terrorists. He said those on a supposed list are still tracked by air marshals to this day despite not being convicted of crimes.
“We are in uncharted waters as it relates to the weaponization of our government against American people,” he said, adding: “I am not frightened of these people.
“They are not going to take us without a fight. I am going to fight legally and peacefully and within the parameters of the U.S. Constitution.
“But they’re going down. These men in their high perch and their position of power and authority that are walking upon our entire history, our deepest core principles. They’re not going to get away with it.” (read more)

Victoria Spartz (R-IN) told Garland back at the hearing in Sept., too, about how many Americans who simply attended a protest in Washington, D.C., now feel afraid of their government–a government that is supposed to protect, not attack or harm, them. Love Rep. Spartz, but she should realize that the American public being afraid of the federal government / FBI is exactly what they want to accomplish (among other evil goals).
All FBI, DOJ, Intel leadership need to be disbanded and all leadership imprisoned, and then some. So far, 6 prisoners of J6 committed suicide; either by their volition or ‘suicided’ because are real threats to the ‘real terrorists’.
They are all going down because they must be brought to bear no matter what these leadership decide to inflict further on those persisting. The more crimes they continue to commit and try to hide through entrapment or inside job manipulatuon, the more justice demands it.
God’s Word is true. We are living through such a time. Seeing God has not intervened to stop these injustices, people are taking advantage of His forbearance.
How should we view this? We must look on His delay positively—as a merciful gift to us all, sinners —giving us more time to repent, overcome, and grow. In addition, who knows how many more He will bring to repentance as He delays?
God clearly states in Exodus 34:6 that He is “slow to anger, and abounding in steadfast love.” We must respond by holding fast in our faith to the loving wisdom by which He always proceeds. Paul writes in Romans 2:4, “God’s kindness is meant to lead you to repentance” (English Standard Version). The unconverted always abuse God’s patience by making it an excuse for immorality. Scoffers always abound among those who do not know God (II Peter 3:4).
There is no doubt the wicked want the “good times” to keep on rolling for them. However, beginning in verse 12, God assures us that there will indeed be a final righting of all the injustices present in this world. Even in verse 10, He gives a hint of this, declaring that the prosperous and publicly acclaimed wicked will be buried and then forgotten. Their reputations are swallowed up in the grave along with their bodies and forgotten. Their names may indeed live on but only in infamy.
In verses 12-13, He strongly assures us that the righteous, though they also sin on occasion, will have their days prolonged, perhaps indicating everlasting life. But for the sinner who does not fear God, the future is bleak, like a shadow that vanishes when light disappears. Justice will be done. The wicked are not to be envied.
I believe God . Jesus Christ died on a tree to set us free! That sacrifice set us free to be the Sons of God We were born to be! Action is needed in this spiritual war, not just words. Pray and read your Bible every day . Rebuke all bad reports, cast out the enemy from all you do and see. Stand!

It’s the TSA; there are three agents following each person around–per Rep. Higgins. I saw an article with video about this (on GatewayPundit.com within the last few weeks); one of the TSA agents was being interviewed by Carley Shimkus on Fox & Friends First (the early morning, M – F show before regular Fox & Friends which begins at 6:00 am). The look on Carley’s face was of SHOCK & DISBELIEF as the agent explained what was going on. The agent said that one guy had flown in for a funeral, but they were still required to follow him & are doing so to this day. 🙁

I watched Higgins questioning Christopher Wray in the last hearing. There was a “gotcha” moment that wasn’t in reference to the bus photographs he showed. That was after the fact. The primary reason for his questioning and the ultimate payoff was getting Wray under oath saying unequivocally that the FBI had no personal or informants present during the J-6 event. If you watch the replay, Higgins was so excited about Wray going on record (and under oath) saying that he nearly jumped out of his chair and repeated Wray’s answer. That very moment in time is going to be very important…eventually. I don’t think Higgins thought he was going to be able to get that “false” admission. The bus pictures, although important and likely a surprise to Wray was not the golden egg of that hearing.
Wray could admit “Yeah, I lied under oath to Congress” and the crooks in the DOJ would still not take any action.
But if they did bring Wray to trial, the crooks who make up the DC jury pool would aquit him.
It does make one wonder, at what point will the DC jury pool realize that it might not solely be conservatives that prosecutors are targeting with falsified evidence?
DC juries love lording their unmerited anti-Federalism judicial supremacy over all of America.

I certainly understand the frustration associated with the DOJ running interference on any possible indictment for lying to Congress. After all, Congress can only recommend, and the DOJ holds the ultimate decision. Al Gore was more correct than he knew about “no controlling legal authority.” Relative to the Jury Pool in DC, however, Wray wouldn’t get any favors. He’s run interference on accusations by proudly exclaiming he is a Republican. That’s not going to help him with the ignorance that sits in the Jury box these days.
Relative to the DOJ. As it now stands, they are the gatekeeper. The only way to change it is with a new wrecking ball AG, which would never get passed the Senate confirmation as it now stands. So, we are dependent upon an interim AG with some big brass ones who doesn’t care about his/her future (Matt Whitaker wasn’t that guy) and just goes to town while (presumably Trump) takes his time about nominating someone. And, in truth, Trump isn’t going to give two hoots about ruffling feathers this time around should he be lucky enough to be re-elected.

There were multiple agencies with people embedded – include capitol police and DC metro police. There were also various anti-Trump NGO groups involved. There have been video clips of all of this, from antifa changing clothes in bushes to a conversation inside the capitol building of the two local police forces, with one asking the other “How can we tell your guys?” with the other then describing the distinctive, but subtle markings use by his people.
There are also clips of people in police uniforms waving people towards the selected entry point (come this way) and one of a protester begging tactical teams who were hiding around the corner of the building against the wall to “do something” to stop the event – and who went completely ignored, without a response of any kind given.
All of the above were available in the first several weeks of the event.
Which more than proves it was a joint set up.
While they cannot change the memories of those who heard or the videos of the testimony…
They are allowed to amend their testimony & face no consequences for lying under oath. See James Clapper & Comey & most recently, Cassidy Hutchinson among many others.
Sometimes I wish the “heroes” would hold their tongues until AFTER “they ACTUALLY caught them all”, with all the evidence released for the actual announcement.
Think strategically, before revealing your plans, desires, hopes & wishes. Or expect to see them derailed.
It does not matter unless something so grievous would happen to innocents. If withholding tongues until after actually catching them all would do it, it will be the same. We would still be met with the same o same o. as revealed that it will always go through the (by now familiar and to be expected by us) process of denials, spins, obfuscation, change of story, blame etal and still produce nothing of consequence. These people operate by lying, by spinning, and at the base of it all waiting for your statement in certain terms, “I know, I know it all” so that they can challenge you with “How do you know?”
That’s the thing – I/You have to know before they feel they would have to tell you another version of their story. Or left unable to refute your version because you tell them something only they would know – first hand dealing or inside information told to no one – not even to those who have been confronting these monsters, with one questioning after another of the same on what they did, what they denied, etc; only to have them thus far elude capture with their ever the same or changing one trick to the next.

Higgin’s righteous indignation could have been subdued to mimic GOP establishment, allowing easier retreival of video he says he still seeks. [capitol/metro body cams, parking garages, 2k + 30k hours not released by Johnson, etc]
“Listen, we just need to pull this video together for the complete record”, or whatever angle needs to be taken.
Now that the stated vector of analysis has been revealed, public and private video access will likely be limited, if not outright destroyed.
Love Higgin’s spirit, drive and determination, but never reveal your plans to your enemy. Common sense and self-discipline is what a lot of our best leaders abandon at the very moment it’s most critical. It’s far better to look weak in such moments, until you’ve assembled every last available asset for the battle.

I would ask Rep. Clay Higgins to also please look into the deaths of any officers following the fedsurrection at the U.S. Capitol on J6. I do not trust the feds not to have quickly retaliated against anyone who filed complaints or merely voiced complaints as to what really went down on J6. We need to lock down all of their comms, before and after, and get someone good looking into it.

The release of the videos might be the MOST important reason that God caused Mike Johnson to be elected Speaker, by unanimous vote of the Republicans. To the chagrin of the RINOs, IMO, this is VASTLY more important than any of the bills passed or nor passed.

Steve Baker is a journalist who was present on J6. He has been one of the few persons up until now who was allowed to work with the J6 videos. As a teenager, he worked for his father, a private investigator, doing surveillance. He has already been able to show evidence that two of the capitol police have lied during testimony.
