For several years many people have made inquiries about CTH content not being available on their devices. I have always responded with the same answer, check your Internet Service Provider (ISP) and if you are using AT&T or a regional subsidiary therein, that’s the source of the issue; it’s not a CTH technical problem.
For what follows, keep in mind that AT&T is not just an internet service and cell phone service provider. AT&T is also Turner (CNN) and Time Warner (HBO) etc. {link} Also you might notice the CNN aspect in hotels and airport broadcasts. Additionally, pay attention to the segment underlined below that applies to all other providers that join in technical collaboration with AT&T to provide services. Meaning it’s not just AT&T that ultimately is the issue here.
Lastly, if you have followed my research outlines on how the Obama administration weaponized the Patriot Act to target political opposition in 2009 {Go Deep}, please note the date underlined on page #2. This public-private partnership should make a lot of other things (previously outlined) make sense.

You can see how the Obama administration originated the issue in 2009. Then, following the controversy of the Tea Party targeting by the DOJ/IRS, if you have read the CTH articles about the 2009 creation of the Fourth Branch of Government, this letter from Senator Ron Wyden outlines the source of the 2009 origin we have been talking about.
Barack Obama and Eric Holder did not create a weaponized DOJ and FBI; the institutions were already weaponized by the Patriot Act. What Obama and Holder did was take the preexisting system and retool it, so the weapons of government only targeted one side of the political continuum.
This point is where many people understandably get confused.
Elevator Speech:
(1) The Patriot Act turned the intel surveillance radar from foreign searches for terrorists to domestic searches for terrorists.
(2) Obama/Biden then redefined what is a “terrorist” to include their political opposition.
In the era shortly after 9/11, the DC national security apparatus, instructed by Vice President Dick Cheney, was constructed to preserve continuity of government and simultaneously view all Americans as potential threats. The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) were created specifically for this purpose.
After 9/11/01, the electronic surveillance system that was originally created to monitor threats from abroad was retooled to monitor threats inside our country. That is when all of our electronic ‘metadata’ came under federal surveillance.
That inflection point, and the process that followed, was exactly what Edward Snowden tried to point out.
What Barack Obama and Eric Holder did with that new construct was refine the internal targeting mechanisms so that only their political opposition became the target of this new national security system.
The problems we face now as a country are directly an outcome of two very distinct points that were merged by Barack Obama. (1) The post 9/11 monitoring of electronic communication of American citizens; and (2) Obama’s team creating a fine-tuning knob that it focused on the politics of the targets. This is the leverage or some of it that Obama had extracted from their spy program and how they got Roberts to go along with Obama care. And they used the same tactics on many. So by the time Trump got into office….they had used this program so much with no one finding out, pushing back….it was no big step to use it on Trump. It was Mike Rodgers from the NSA that alerted Trump to what was going on! Again, I think it was the Wiki Leaks release Vault 7 information that told about this. Also gave reference to Seth Rich being the DNA hacker, without Assange actually saying so…..but I derived that from the way he spoke about it. TheRe was an incredible amount of information released back then. It’s no surprise why our government…and others hate and are still going after Assange and even Snowden to this day. They released very incriminating information about our government and it’s apparatus! We have quite the year coming up!

The real eye-opener here, for the common man, is that AT&T became what it was through the break-up of the Bell corporation for being a monopoly on telecommunications in the early 80’s. Several years later (in 1987 – referenced in the article above), we read that AT&T began its coordination with government agencies on collection, storage, and sharing of telecommunications of those deemed “people of interest”. At that time, Reagan was still President, and Verizon was still comparatively small potatoes to AT&T.
Now, every call, text, and email is stored in that massive server in Utah. That makes 35 years of slow-boiling the frog. No wonder so relatively few people are aware of the danger.
We are told they have 35 years of dirt collection on most everyone….is it any wonder why the average Joe would rather hide his head in the sand that stand up and confront the danger?
Makes you wonder how many effective patriots are made to stand down after being confronted with personal dirt, or a threat of a massive lawfare attack they cannot afford, or PR smear campaign for which previews were given.

I can 100% confirm AT&T provides access…
When I was being targeted back in the Spring of 2017 for my research, my iphone was “hacked”. Whoever was not shy about making clear they could remotely control/access EVERYTHING on my ph, as well as communicate directly.
Nvm the additional coinciding incidences offline– that I could only perceive in a threatening manner. Enough so, that I moved far far away on first opportunity!
But first to confirm the hack, I consulted an acquaintance who was in telecommunications & we’ll just say he had an interesting hobby. Brilliant individual who at one point was on NASA’s radar in trying to recruit him. Anyhow his first question was, “are they asking for money?” No, they were only adamant I delete my research & lockdown/log out of my Twitter account.
After examining my ph for various backdoors/etc, he concluded “this isn’t your typical hack. It’s coming from high up.” 😒 Oh great!
(May he RIP– he unexpectedly passed away recently).
Next I headed to my local AT&T, the first of 5/6 trips. I tried changing to a new number… even a new ph & another number… nothing worked. Thinking maybe it was my icloud as their access point- I made them let me use their in-store computer to change my icloud account completely- lol. But… they still got in.
On one of these trips, I had a guy confirm he could see there was imbedded messages in my photos (had to make sure I wasn’t imagining it!). On another I showed him how even when I put it in “airplane mode”, they still got in. His shocked response: “they aren’t supposed to be able to do that!” 🤨 I regret I did not ask, “who exactly is this ‘they’ you speak of?”
Another time, while perusing display phones in the store… a couple very specific messages came up on the screens pertaining to some upcoming travel plans. I suppose the idea was to let me know my efforts to rid them from my ph were futile.
Completely frustrated I tried to file an ic3 report using a pc. But on completing, it would not let me submit the damn report! Granted in hindsight, knowing what we do about fib- they likely did me a favor on that one!
After 2-3 months of this intrusion, I went dark. But that only lasted a few months before I decided I gotta be me & I will not be intimidated into silence!
In conclusion– AT&T knows damn well it’s not secure, & there’s nothing in place to prevent whoever “they” is from accessing your ph/data if they so choose. I would also strongly advise you to not use the iCloud for storage (turn it off in your settings). Instead, always backup any important files/photos/etc onto an external device that is fully offline.
FTR- I’m just a mom/private citizen, who happens to be good at digging online & piecing interesting things together. Not sure which topic specifically landed me on their radar- but I have a few ideas.

Around 2011 DHS created their own intrusion detection system called the ALBERT Sensor. It’s part of the larger Einstein System that protects federal agencies from cyber risks. ALBERT is a “black box” server installed on a County’s network. It collects the traffic flowing on their election network and transmits this data to a nonprofit in NY. DHS selected this non-profit to monitor all the election data from across the United Sates. It is analyzed around the clock with the hope they can alert jurisdictions if they find any malicious traffic on their network. Few election networks had the system before 2016.
The parallels between the ERIC voter registration system and CIS ALBERT Sensors are uncanny. Both are nonprofits that collect vital election data in private. Both ERIC and CIS pilot-tested their programs in left-leaning election jurisdictions. Pew Center On The States used the same tactics, and approached the same associations, to deploy ERIC across America. CIS keeps their reports, dashboards, and insight away from the counties. This morning we broke the story that tied the monitoring of elections to a massive censorship scheme, previously uncovered, in part, by the US House of Representatives:
The Department of Homeland Security’s private partner, Center for Internet Security (CIS), installed “Albert Sensors” all over the United States to monitor real-time data in election jurisdictions down to the county level. The program was present in only a handful of states in 2016, but was massively expanded after Donald Trump’s 2016 upset victory over Hilary Clinton.
While Albert Sensors quickly proliferated across the United States’ election infrastructure, CIS worked with left-wing NGOs, election officials, and Twitter, to set up a powerful censorship operation to squash all discussion of irregularities and fraud observed in the 2020 election.
What a coincidence.
Not only is CIS in the monitoring and censorship business, but they also piloted a faux-certification program called RABET-V—where they hired the owner of an electronic ballot delivery company to lead an effort to conclude that the nation’s “non-voting technology” (i.e. electronic pollbooks, election night reporting, etc.)—are “safe and secure.”
After the story broke this morning – a Twitter user reached out with a screenshot from this document about the RABET-V program published last month by CIS.
The tweet highlighted the fact that the Democracy Fund, a radical leftist NGO, provided the funding for the RABET-V program. The tweet was censored to “limited visibility” within hours.

The RABET-V pilot technology partners include Electronic Systems & Software (ES&S), Runbeck, KnowINK (owner of BPro), and VR Systems. The state of South Carolina donated its voter registration system to the project. All these companies have been highlighted by election integrity investigators and independent auditors as having major issues with their software and credibility with the public at large.
The team who developed and administered the RABET-V program had two representatives from CIS and the rest were from a shadow election consultant company called “The Turnout.”
Information on The Turnout is truncated on their website, but here’s a description of what The Turnout does in their own words: “Together with our clients, we’ve helped governments perform security self-assessments and upgrade their cybersecurity, visualize, and analyze their processes, and standardize and validate their elections data. Our projects range from data analysis and policy research to technology development, project administration, business process modeling, marketing, and more.”
Reading The Turnout’s “Articles” collection on their website reveals their biases. One article titled, “Reflecting on the 2020 Elections,” begins with Senior Policy Specialist stating that the 2020 elections were “the best-administered and most secure in United States history.”
Jared Marcotte, who founded The Turnout in 2015, wrote a white paper titled “UOCAVA Electronic Ballot Transmission, Recommendations to Mitigate Security Risks” in 2019. The document encourages electronic ballot delivery to military voters and electronic ballot return, but acknowledges there are still significant security concerns with electronic voting.
Interestingly enough – the paper was supported by the Democracy Fund. And as real cyber security safeguards continue to be nothing more than a fiction parroted by the propaganda media, an unprecedented number of UOCAVA ballots were returned in 2020 – and to no one’s surprise — they heavily favored democrats. It appears Democracy Fund knows who to financially back.
The vulnerabilities of the RABET-V program are alarming. Facilitating the study and integration of various software technologies, when coupled with surveillance data from Albert Sensors, leave the manipulation of our elections wide open to captured government agencies. The same agencies that have already classified those that question the integrity of our elections as a domestic terror threat.
As has been suspected from the outset – CIS is touted as a quasi-governmental group partnered with the Department of Homeland Security to “protect our elections.” But in reality, CIS is just another compromised arm of the leftist NGO machine with its deep ties to the Democracy Fund. CIS endorses compromised non-voting election technology and electronic voting systems, which their employees and partners also happen to own.
It’s another revolving door of corruption masked behind a labyrinth of shell companies and leftist NGOs.

The enemies in the deep state have achieved total penetration of We The People’s persons, properties, papers, and effects. There are no banking or medical secrets left to any of us.
The only defense is Truth. Truth with a capital T. Absolute black and white truths. You can only be subverted and controlled after you accept their definitions. Do not consent.
Question: Does “electronic communications” also apply to land lines, when it comes to those phone records? I can understand how they do it w/ cell phones, but it makes me wonder if and how land line calls would be recorded.
Then there’s the question of “burner phones.”There’ the assumption they’re not tracked, as they don’t go through the MNC’s (multi-national corps.) But it does seem that total coruption would mean that they’d have a way to deal with both land lines and burner phones, too.
I tend to think so often, “How can they carry those things around, knowing it means they always have on their person a 24/7 geolocator/camera/recorder/ memo keeper/email device– all of that monitored by the gov — and then you hear that the phones will record at will — and not just the phone owner, but the people around them, who may not even have a phone. (this is something I”m just starting to realize is a real danger–so many don’t even think about letting others know, let alone asking permission, when they have an Alexa or something in the same room that might be recording everything.)
But then I think — hey, perhaps there’s no getting out of it — maybe they get all of us one way or another (tho’ the cell phone “need” has made it so much easier.) Just things I wonder about…

Hemisphere is being used today. Read between the lines. It created a “Facebook-style” database of actual “friends” for everyone’s phone contacts in the country for a permanently connected enemies list database. So much worse and harder to fix than simply reading private email or listening in to phone calls.
Sans criminal predicate they PAIRED-MATCHED personal connections, via phone records and thereby created a permanent, illegally gathered Intel database the US authorities can and do use against Americans who are getting out of line .Created by Team Obama, for an enemies list database they can pull up in the future to gather up the “friends” of any dissident they want stopped. It is not an easily correctable matter of illegal surveillance.
This might explain how the administration has so much power to control the DOJ, forcing them to ignore real criminal conduct but to politically target opponents with crime. Run out of the White House, I wonder who has access to this database?
