Second, they could also fund Interceptors – which catch the plastic coming from rivers. It’s estimated that 1,000 rivers contribute most of the plastic. If every Fortune 500 company sponsored one Interceptor, we’re half way there.
As Sundance says, they’re not that bright. At the current rate, it will take years and years to clean the oceans, the bright inventors aren’t scaling their rollout. As time goes on, the plastic breaks down into microplastics.
Most of that plastic waste going down rivers is from Africa and other less enlightened regions in Asia.

RFKJr is the Lumberjack candidate. Some Trump supporters will for now chime in with the chorus “he’s a lumber jack and he’s OK.” But once he opens up about his REAL self, watch the chorus evaporate. Phony.

Imagine that.
Right now Kennedy is the shiny new object. Many just know the superficial things about him. Or even less.
There is plenty of time to expose his past and present in great detail. And put him on the defensive under scrutiny like he never had before.
It will be revealing about how the MSM treat him. Technically an opponent of the Dems. But in practice a countermeasure to Trump.
Therefore I don’t expect much attack mode destruction headed his way. Stopping Trump is the main objective.
And it also says something about him that he doesn’t have the courage or guts to try and win within his own party. That would cause dissention and expose embarrassing facts.
The independent route is purely to stop trump. I doubt he even spends much time campaigning against the Dem candidate.
One half step further than Bernie Sanders with fake opposition to their status quo.
I am convinced it’s an op. But how reliable are his internal polls? Has RFK Jr. shared the data? Are we looking at push poll results?
Whether RFK Jr. can actually pull votes away from Trump is an open question in my mind. I need to see more polling data before I can support that conclusion.
Aside from those immediate issues, RFK Jr. is still a gun control enthusiast and a climate change nut. Both stances are strong negatives for center-right folk. And the family connection to the CIA makes RFK Jr. look sketchy.
RFKJr, to all appearances, is an exceptionally smart man, and uniquely well informed. He cannot not grasp that the installation of yet another uniparty President would spell death for almost all the causes he has labored on behalf of in recent decades – essentially his life’s work. And he cannot not grasp that, in a three-way race that includes Trump, his own candidacy ensures the installation of yet another uniparty President.
Either he is cynical beyond measure, or he’s hedging against the possibility that Trump may not be the Republican candidate on election night.
Can we blame the son of RFK for entertaining such a thought?
Or he is trying to force the Trump campaign into an Independent alliance (Trump-RFK ticket).
I am convinced that if such an alliance does not happen MAGA will lose. If Trump loses, America is lost.

I do not belie “Stop Trump!” is RFK jr’s main motivation, if any motivation at all.
It would be of some interest, however, to see his polls actual numbers.
In any case, we had better all hope that RFK jr doesn’t take mostly votes away from Trump, or else, combined with all the voter fraud the democrats will commit, Trump will have just about zero, zilch, nada chance of winning the election, which is a very depressing mind set to get into.
Nothing to get all listless about.

Also, the interview confirms McConnell’s snakeiness, SBF had dinner will McConnell to let him know he’d write checks to fund PAC’s supporting anti-Trump R’s (in the interview those R’s Trump supports are described as those who undermine democracy).
I truly hope people wake up to the BS and realize no one is going to help them more than Trump – the economy of late-2019/early-2020 proves that!!!!
